이 연구의 목적은 완도군립도서관의 복합문화도서관 이전 건립 타당성을 조사하여 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 입지적 타당성, 관련 법률, 상위 계획 및 관련 계획, 설문조사를 포함한 정책적 타당성과 편익-비용 비율법(B/C)을 적용한 편익 산정과 경제적 파급효과를 포함한 경제적 타당성 결과를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 정책적 타당성은 확보된 것으로 나타났으나 경제적 타당성은 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 복합문화도서관 이전 건립으로 인해 사회적 편익이 발생하고 파급효과가 산출되었기에 완도군 공공도서관의 복합문화도서관 이전 건립의 타당성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구의 결과는 복합문화공간으로서의 도서관 건립 추진 사업을 준비하는 데 유용한 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.

건축물의 생산 프로세스를 성공적으로 진행하기 위한 시발점은 사업 타당성 분석에서부터 비롯된다. 사업타당성 분석이 부실하여 그 결과가 설계 및 시공과 같이 직접적인 생산단계에서 나타난다면 이미 돌이킬 수 없는 상황에서 기업에 많은 손실을 끼치게 된다. 정부에서는 IMF 이후 건설산업의 경쟁력 확보 차원에서 500억원 이상의 공사에 대해 반드시 사업타당성 분석을 시행토록 제도화하고 있지만 민간 건축개발사업의 타당성 분석과 관련해서는 체계적인 연구나 지침 마련을 위한 조직과 노력이 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 상업 건축물 중 사무소 건물을 대상으로 시스템 다이내믹스 기법을 활용하여 사업성에 영향을 미치는 여러 변수의 변화와 상호관계를 고려하여 체계적으로 분석을 하여 사업타당성 분석항목 및 평가기준 설정을 목적으로 한다.

This study examined the effects of entrepreneurship education on the career decision of students in the College of Engineering. The purpose of this study was to examine the perceived desirability, perceived feasibility and the career decision - making effects of career decision - making self - efficacy as subjects of entrepreneurship education. This study was carried out by using PLS 3.0 for engineering students in an university. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, it shows that entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on perceived desirability, perceived feasibility. Second, perceived desirability and perceived feasibility have different effects on career decision making and entrepreneurship intention. Third, career decision self - efficacy affects entrepreneurship intention and career intention in career decision making. The results of this study suggest the importance of entrepreneurship education for career decision making and provide meaningful implications for educators and policy developers.

본 연구는 해양 전문 디지털도서관 건립 타당성분석 연구의 일부로써 도서관 건립의 경제적 타당성에 대한 기초적인 결과를 검토하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 위하여, 본 연구에서는 도서관 건립의 정책적 타당성, 수요분석 및 경제적 타당성 분석을 수행하였다. 경제성 분석에는 편익/비용 비율, 순현재가치, 내부수익률을 계산하여 경제성을 분석하였으며, 조건부 가치 추정법을 활용하여 편익을 추정하였다. 그 결과, 해양 전문 디지털도서관의 건립에 필요한 추가적인 세금에 대한 응답자의 지불의사 금액이 상대적으로 높으며, 경제적 타당성을 가지는 것으로 분석되었다.

New product development (NPD) is defined as the transformation of a market opportunity and a set of assumptions about product technology into a product available for sale. Managers charged with project selection decisions in the NPD process, such as go/no-go choices and specific resource allocation decisions, are faced with a complicated problem. Therefore, the ability to develop new successful products has identifies as a major determinant in sustaining a firm's competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to develop a new evaluation model for NPD project selection in the high -tech industry using support vector machines (SYM). The evaluation model is developed through two phases. In the first phase, binary (go/no-go) classification prediction model, i.e. SVM for high-tech NPD project selection is developed. In the second phase. using the predicted output value of SVM, feasibility grade is calculated for the final NPD project decision making. In this study, the feasibility grades are also divided as three level grades. We assume that the frequency of NPD project cases is symmetrically determined according to the feasibility grades and misclassification errors are partially minimized by the multiple grades. However, the horizon of grade level can be changed by firms' NPD strategy. Our proposed feasibility grade method is more reasonable in NPD decision problems by considering particularly risk factor of NPD in viewpoints of future NPD success probability. In our empirical study using Korean NPD cases, the SVM significantly outperformed ANN and logistic regression as benchmark models in hit ratio. And the feasibility grades generated from the predicted output value of SVM showed that they can offer a useful guideline for NPD project selection.

The purpose of this paper analyze development feasibility and alternatives for infrared detector development in both technology and cost. Infrared Detector is core component of Thermal Imaging System and developed by ADD from 2006 10 2008 year. We got raw input data from development and technical expert, and then analyze cost and technology for development feasibility, and alternatives study. Technology level is analyzed by TRL(Technology Readiness Level) and AOA(Analysis of Alternatives) is done by development cost estimate. Estimating the development cost, we use SEER-H that is parametric cost estimating tool based on Knowledge Base. This study can help those who are related to the cost and development feasibility analysis of other weapon systems.

최근 주택시장의 사업주체들은 다양하고 복잡한 시장 환경의 주택시장에서 성공적인 사업을 위하여 사업 기획단계 부터 체계적이고 객관적인 사업성분석을 필요로 하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 주택시장의 환경을 이해하고 사업성 분석에 필요한 모델을 제시하는 것은 의미 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주택시장에 현실적이고 실용적인 사업성분석인자와 중요도를 도출하고 사업성분석인자 모델을 제시하여 사례현장에 적용, 타당성을 검증하였다. 주택개발사업 전문가그룹인터뷰와 설문조사를 통해 중요도를 검증하고 분석한 결과 첫째, 본 연구에서 도출된 중요 사업성 분석인자는 개발사업의 기획단계에서 분석지수에 의해 평가대상 프로젝트의 사업성을 판단할 수 있는 근거를 제시하였다. 둘째, 사업추진등급 이하의 결과일 경우 기준 점수 이하인 분석인자를 도출하고 개선 가능한 분석인자에 대하여 피드백 과정을 통해 사업추진에 대한 재검토가 가능하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 사업성 분석모델은 실제 주택개발 사업에 대하여 사례현장 분석을 수행한 결과, 분석지수를 통하여 개발업무 실무자에게 현실성 있는 판단기준을 제공할 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

최근 기후변화로 인한 수자원 확보의 불확실성과 생태환경의 변화에 따라 안전성과 공공성을 고려한 수자원 분야에 대형 사업이 요구된다. 이러한 대형 사업가운데 예비타당성사업에 해당되는 사업은 국가예산낭비 예방의 목적으로 경제성분석과, 정책성분석, 지역균형발전 분석에 기반한 종합분석에 의하여 사업추진이 결정된다. 그러나 대부분 예비타당성분석에 의한 결과는 경제성분석에 크게 의존하는 경향을 보여 비수도권 지역에서는 예비타당성조사를 통과하지 못하는 경우가 있었다. 이러한 점을 보완하기 위해 한국개발연구원에서는 정책성분석의 비중을 높게 두는 수자원부문 사업의 예비타당성조사 표준지침을 수정하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 수행된 예비타당성조사에 대한 사례를 분석하고 수자원부문 사업의 예비타당성조사에서 정책성분석의 방향을 제시하는 것이 목표이다. 이에 지난 2002년부터 2019년까지 18년간 수행된 수자원분야 예비타당성 사례조사를 수행하였고, 경제성분석에 포함되지 않는 편익항목을 이용하여 정책적효과 분석방안을 제시하였다.

Since 2001, the Pangyo district multipurpose rural water development project has been promoted as a new target project for stable supply of agricultural water and improvement of the living environment of rural areas in Seocheon-gun. Detailed data analysis and logic must be reinforced, focusing on the items reorganized by the reorganization of the preliminary feasibility study. The purpose of this study is to promote the smooth promotion of projects by conducting a policy effect assessment following the reorganization of the preliminary feasibility study system. This study conducted a policy assessment of agricultural infrastructure improvement project for preliminary feasibility study. The policy assessment is divided into three parts: project implementation conditions, policy effects and special assessments. The newly established policy effect is to assess the job effects, living conditions impact, environmental evaluation, and safety evaluation that contribute to the quality of life. Sixteen policy assessment items were selected and evaluated quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of the study are expected to provide basic data for the comprehensive judgment of the preliminary feasibility study of agricultural infrastructure improvement project in the future.

도심재개발 사업은 도시의 쇠퇴해진 기능을 회복하고 토지이용을 높이기 위하여 시행되는 사업이나 다양한 참여주체와 이 주체들간의 상이한 기대목표, 도심지라는 지리적 위치로 인한 고지가, 고 밀도 개발요구, 장기간의 사업기간, 막대한 자금의 소요 등은 타당성 분석을 어렵고 복잡하게 만든다. 이러한 도심재개발사업의 특수성 때문에 타당성 분석에서 다루어야 한 요인들이 다양해지고 신뢰 있는 분석이 요구되나, 타당성분석의 어려움으로 인하여 도심재개발 사업의 미 착수, 사업중단, 사업지연의 상황을 발생시키고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도심재개발 사업의 타당성 분석에서 반드시 다루어야 할 경제/재무 관련요인, 법적/제도적 관련요인, 시장관련요인, 기술적 관련요인, 갈등관계 관련요인 등5개 범주로 분류되는 총45개의 요인을 문헌고찰, 사례연구, 실무전문가 면담 등을 동하여 정립한 후 관련전문가의 설문조사 분석을 통하여 주요요인을 제시함으로써 도심재개발 사업의 타당성 분석에 도움을 주고자 한다.
