  • Due to the 4th industrial revolution, which started with the Smart Revolution in the early 21st century, Hyper-Connectivity, Hyper-Convergence and Hyper-Intelligence of our society is accelerating. These changes induced formation of Metaverse as a fused new space that crosses the perimeter of the physical space and virtual(digital) spaces beyond time and place. The characteristics of Metaverse are continuously spread by engaging with the characteristics of the MZ generation, which collects both Millennial generation (M Generation) and Z Generation. With outburst of Covid-19 pandemic, a variety of attempts have been made to utilize Metaverse, even in church education when it was impossible to worship directly. In other words, the usefulness of the Metaverse was confirmed as a new community space of the education of the church. In addition, Metaverse may provide a substantial, experiential and evolving space for church education. However, in order for church education to further develop, the development in the method of education is also required to move beyond mere concept of space. In particular, when the learner-centered education method, one of the common characteristics of the Metaverse and MZ generation, it is thought that the church education in the Metaverse era will be able to go in a more evolving direction.

  • This paper presents a fast 3D mesh generation method using projection for line laser-based 3D scanners. The well-known method for 3D mesh generation utilizes convex hulls for 4D vertices that is converted from the input 3D vertices. This 3D mesh generation for a large set of vertices requires a lot of time. To overcome this problem, the proposed method takes (${\theta}-y$) 2D depth map into account. The 2D depth map is a projection version of 3D data with a form of (${\theta}$, y, z) which are intermediately acquired by line laser-based 3D scanners. Thus, our 2D-based method is a very fast 3D mesh generation method. To evaluate our method, we conduct experiments with intermediate 3D vertex data from line-laser scanners. Experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to the existing method in terms of mesh generation speed.

  • Ortho-photos provide valuable spatial and spectral information for various Geographic Information System (GIS) and mapping applications. The absence of relief displacement and the uniform scale in ortho-photos enable interested users to measure distances, compute areas, derive geographic locations, and quantify changes. Differential rectification has traditionally been used for ortho-photo generation. However, differential rectification produces serious problems (in the form of ghost images) when dealing with large scale imagery over urban areas. To avoid these artifacts, true ortho-photo generation techniques have been devised to remove ghost images through visibility analysis and occlusion detection. So far, the Z-buffer method has been one of the most popular methods for true ortho-photo generation. However, it is quite sensitive to the relationship between the cell size of the Digital Surface Model (DSM) and the Ground Sampling Distance (GSD) of the imaging sensor. Another critical issue of true ortho-photo generation using high resolution satellite imagery is the scan line search. In other words, the perspective center corresponding to each ground point should be identified since we are dealing with a line camera. This paper introduces alternative methodology for true ortho-photo generation that circumvents the drawbacks of the Z-buffer technique and the existing scan line search methods. The experiments using real data are carried out while comparing the performance of the proposed and the existing methods through qualitative and quantitative evaluations and computational efficiency. The experimental analysis proved that the proposed method provided the best success ratio of the occlusion detection and had reasonable processing time compared to all other true ortho-photo generation methods tested in this paper.

  • In this paper, a public key kanpsack cryptosystem algorithm is based on the security to a difficulty of polynomial factorization in computer communication is proposed. For the proposed public key kanpsack cryptosystem, a polynomial vector B(x,y,z) is formed by transform of superincreasing vector A, a polynomial f(x,y,z) is selected. Next then, the two polynomials B(x,y,z) and f(x,y,z) is decided on the public key. Therefore a public key knapsack cryptosystem is based on the security to a difficulty of factorization of a polynomial f(x,y,z)=0 with three variables. In this paper, a public key encryption algorithm for data security of computer network is proposed. This is based on the security to a difficulty of factorization. For the proposed public key encryption, the public key generation algorithm selects two polynomials f(x,y,z) and g(x,y,z). The propriety of the proposed public key cryptosystem algorithm is verified with the computer simulation.

  • This study attempted to investigate the perspective of the skirts of male and female students by analyzing the differences in image evaluation according to the constituent elements (type, length, and wearing method) of men's skirt designs in modern fashion. The study included 109 male and female college students from Generation Z residing or whose life center was in Gwangju Metropolitan City, to evaluate 12 images depicting types of men's skirts. First, the constituent image evaluation factors according to the constituent design elements of men's skirts were analyzed. Second, the differences in each constituent image evaluation factor based on the constituent design elements of men's skirt designs were analyzed. Third, the gender-based differences in image evaluation by men and women concerning the constituent design elements of men's skirt designs were analyzed. The analysis included relatively more women than men. The results of the image recognition dimension included the following categories: "attractive image," "evaluable image," "gender image," and "personality image." In modern fashion, skirts are used to express the diverse personalities of men's fashion. Thus, they are used beyond the stereotype of women's clothing, toward expanding and diversifying the image of men's clothing through mixing and creating a dichotomous image of men and women. It can be used as a design that suggests a gender-fluid image.

  • Micro-stereolithography is a newly proposed technology as a means that can fabricate a 3D micro-structure of free form. It makes a 3D micro-structure by dividing the shape into many slices of relevant thickness along horizontal surfaces, hardening each layer of slice with a focused laser beam, and stacking them up to a desired shape. In this technology, differently from the conventional stereolithography, scale effect is dominant. To realize micro-stereolithography technology, we developed the micro-stereolithography apparatus which is composed of an Ar+ laser, x-y-z stages. controllers. optical devices and scan path generation software. Related processes were developed, too. Using the system, a number of micro-structures were successfully fabricated. Some of these samples are shown for prove this system. Laser scan path generation algorithm and software considering photopolymer solidification phenomena as well as given 3D model were developed. Sample fabrication of developed software shows relatively high dimensional accuracy compared to the uncompensated result.

  • Purpose: Considering the COVID-19 pandemic and the increasing number of online food delivery applications (OFDA), this study aims to assess the distribution of the presence of Indonesian OFDA and to measure the factors that influence the spending habits of OFDA users. Research design, data and methodology: Two hundred and nine OFDA users from Jakarta's Generation Z were surveyed via a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling and SMART PLS 3.0. Results: OFDAs were introduced into Indonesia in the recent past with varying degrees of popularity determined by the number of downloads. Users' intention to use was not determined by the speed of the introduction of an OFDA. This study also reveals that previous experience of the service, the orientation of time and price savings had a significant effect on spending habits. A moderating role of the saving variable on time and price was not demonstrated. Conclusions: The results of the study suggest that, in COVID-19 pandemic conditions, the spending habits of Generation Z are not based on impulse, thrift, or extravagance. The pandemic shaped specific motivations in spending habits, namely prioritizing need. This study has limitations, including the small sample size and the use of internal variables.

  • Statement of problem: The esthetic component of dental care has become increasingly more important, while new tooth-colored materials are continually marketed. Various new indirect composite materials have been developed with required advantages. The most recent development in the indirect composites has been the introduction of the second-generation laboratory composite or poly-glass materials. They are processed by different laboratory techniques based on combinations of heat, pressure, vacuum and light polymerization. Although, second generation products became available in 1995, their characteristics and clinical performance have not been adequately investigated. Purpose: The aim of this study was to measure the mechanical properties of the second generation indirect resin system and compare these with an existing universal direct composite resin. Material and method: In this study four indirect composite material (Adoro LC, BelleGlass HP, Tescera, Synfony) were tested for flexural strength, wear resistance, hardness and their degree of conversion against Z250, a light cure direct composite. Results: Within the limitations of this study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. From the abrasion wear result, Adoro showed the least volume loss while Synfony showed the greatest volume loss. Z250 and BelleGlass HP didn't show significant difference (p>0.05), but they showed significant difference with other groups (p<0.05). From the attrition wear, BelleGlass HP showed the least volume loss and it didn’t show significant difference with Tescera (p>0.05). • This paper presents a technique for contingency ranting using line capacity calculation method and outage distribution factors(LODF) which are established by generation shift distribution factors from DC load flow solutions. By using the LODF, the line flow can be calculated a ccording to the modification of base load flow if the contingency occur. To obtain contingency ranting, maximum power tansferred to the load is obtained when load impedance $Z_r$ equal to line impedance $Z_s$. ( $Z_r$/ $Z_s$=1) The proposed algorithm has been validated in tests on a 6-bus test system.

  • Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS) analysis of ionic liquid matrices (ILMs) prepared using pyridine and dihydroxybenzoic acid (DHB), such as 2,3-DHB and 2,5-DHB, displayed an unconventional peak at m/z 232.0, which was regarded as [DHB+pyridine-H]+. The peak at m/z 232.0 was not observed from other ILMs prepared using other DHB isomers, such as 2,4-DHB, 2,6-DHB, 3,4-DHB, and 3,5-DHB. Two requirements to observe the peak at m/z 232.0 in a DHB/pyridine ILM are suggested. First, carboxyl and hydroxyl groups must be located ortho to each other. Second, the secondary hydroxyl group must be located at a carbon with a high electron density. Based on these two requirements, a potential mechanism for the generation of the peak at m/z 232.0 is suggested.
