본 연구는 대도시의 중장기적 학교수용계획시 학교신설 판단에 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이에 따라 대전시 5개 구중 택지개발지역이 대부분 차지하고 있는 유성구와 구도심지역이 대부분인 동구를 비교 분석대상으로 하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원도심지역인 동구와 대규모 택지개발지구인 유성구간 학생수 감소 유형 비교를 해본 결과 확연한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 개교시부터 학생수가 감소하는 유형8이 대규모 택지개발사업지구가 많은 유성구에서 의외로 많이 나타나고 있어 택지개발 사업지구내 학교수용계획에 문제점이 있음을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 지역별로는 유성구는 학생수 증가 상승기가 많았고, 원도심지역인 동구는 이와 반대로 하락말기가 많았다. 본 연구는 대도시인 대전시 초등학교 학생수의 증감추세를 분석을 통하여 학교신설의 필요성과 신설규모에 대한 중장기 학교수용계획정책의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는데 있으나 대도시 1곳을 대상으로 하였기 때문에 이를 일반화 하는데 한계가 있어, 전국을 대상으로 하는 후속연구가 필요하다.

The incidence and distribution of necrotic and apoptotic neural cells, and activated astrocytes in the brain of rats intoxicated intra peritoneally with diisopropylfluorophosphate were investigated. Pyridostigmine bromide (0.1 mg/kg) and atropine methylnitrate (20 mg/kg) were pretreated intramuscularly 30 min and 10 min, respectively, prior to diisopropylfluorophosphate (4-10 mg/kg) administration. Diisopropylfluorophosphate induced severe limbic seizures, early necrotic and delayed apoptotic brain injuries, and rapid astrocytic responses. The necrosis, which was closely related to seizure intensity, was observed as early as 1 hr after intoxication predominently in hippocampal pyramidal cells, cerebellar Purkinje cells and neurons in pyriform/entorhinal cortices, showing malacia of neurophils. In contrast, apoptosis started to appear 12 hr after intoxication in neurons in thalamus, amygdala and neocortex, and ephendymal cells surrounding the 4th ventricle. Since marked apoptosis was induced in rats exhibiting relatively-low seizure intensity, the degree of necrosis and apoptosis was shifted to each type of injury according to the seizure intensity. Activated astrocytes, observed within 1 hr along the limbic system, were suggested to affect the neural injury patterns by producing high level of nitric oxide. However, the distribution of activated astrocytes was not in parallel with those of necrotic or apoptotic injuries, implying that the astrocytic responses resulted from seizure activity rather than neural injuries. Furthermore, astrocytes in malacic tissues disappeared during the severe limbic seizures. Therefore, it would be one of the cautionary notes on the expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein in astrocytes as a biochemical marker of brain injuries following acute exposure to organophosphates.

본 연구는 중요도-성취도 분석에 의한 온천관광지의 선택속성에 대한 중요도 및 성취도 평가 그리고 선택속성 중요도의 차이 분석에 목적이 있었다. 연구대상인 유성 온천관광지 방문객을 대상으로 온천관광지 선택속성에 대한 실증분석을 실시하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 32개 선택속성에 대한 요인분석결과 5개 요인('온천 및 부대시설', '온천관광지 주변여건', '친절 추천의사', '온천수' 및 '온천비용')이 추출되었다. 둘째, 온천관광지의 선택속성별 중요도 및 성취도에 대한 평균값의 차이에 대한 검정 결과, 통계적으로 유의하였으며, '온천 및 부대시설' 요인, '친절 추천의사' 요인, '온천비용' 요인, '온천관광지 주변여건' 및 '온천수'의 순위로 평균값의 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, IP분석에 의한 온천관광지 선택속성 평가결과, I사분면('지속적 노력필요')에 9개, II사분면('과잉노력 지양')에 4개, III사분면('우선시정 필요')에 7개 그리고 IV사분면('저 우선순위')에 12개의 선택속성이 위치하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

2001년부터 2004년까지 유성 소유역내 강수, 지하수, 지열수의 산소 및 수소 동위원소 조성 변화를 검토하였다. 1975년부터 2006년까지의 강수 패턴을 분석한 결과, 연구지역은 $6{\sim}7$년의 가뭄 주기성을 보였다. 2001년도 가뭄 시기부터 2004년까지 4년간 강수의 산소 수소 동위원소 조성은 점차 무거운 성분으로 변화해가는 양상을 보였다. 연구 지역에서 4년간의 강수량을 고려한 동위원소의 가중 평균간을 구해 보면 ${\delta}^{18}O=-7.7%o,\;{\delta}D=-51%o$로서, 동일 기간 내의 지하수와 지열수의 동위원소보다 무거운 조성 범위를 보였다. 이는 연구 지역의 지수 및 지열수가 동위원소적 관점에서 2-3년 이내의 강수에 의해 큰 영향을 받지 않는 것을 의미한다. 기존 자료들을 검토해 볼 때, 연구지역에서의 지하수와 지열수는 1990년과 1992년이 가장 무거운 동위원소 조성을 보였으며 이후로는 산소 및 수소 동위원소 조성이 점차 가벼워지는 쪽으로 변화해가는 양상을 보였다.

본 논문은 자산의 메타데이터 편집 시, 자산의 백 워드 링크(backward-link) 파일을 이용하여 동일한 자산(asset)에 링크된 파일들의 메타데이터간 동기화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 논문에 따른 방법은, 편집된 메타데이터를 갖는 제 1 자산의 백 워드 링크 정보 파일에 상기 제 1 자산과 동일한 제 2 자산이 존재하는지 체크하고, 백 워드 링크 정보 파일에 제 2 자산이 적어도 하나 존재하면, 제 2 자산의 메타데이터를 제 1 자산의 편집된 메타데이터에 동기화 시키도록 함으로써, 동일한 자산에 링크되어 있는 파일들의 메타데이터를 용이하게 동기 시킬 수 있다.

In order to investigate the seroprevalence of Salmonella Pullorum in boilers reared in Daejeon area, 509 samples were collected from 10 boiler farms randomly selected from 38. The survey was carried out during 6 months from April to October in 2007. Out of 509 chickens, 35 (6.9%) were seropositive and average titer was $2^{4.8}$. The seroprevalence by district was 5.5% (5/90) in Dong-gu, 4.1 % (4/96) in Seo-gu, 7.9% (24/303) in Yuseong-gu, 10.0% (2/20) in Daedeok-gu.

Background: The Purpose of this study was investigated the effects of the Self Sling Suspension on the numbness, radiated pain, visual analogue scale (VAS), Cobb's angle, Jochumsen's depth, neck disabliity index (NDI). Methods: This study was carried out with a 4 forward head posture (FHP) & 4 herniated nucleus pulposus (HNP) survivors. Outcomes such as the Numbness, Radiated Pain, VAS, Cobb's angle, Jochumsen's depth and NDI were measured pre- and post-intervention for both groups. Results: 2 HNP decrease was found numbness & radiated pain. After the intervention, was decreased VAS, NDI and was increased Cobb's angle, Jochumsen's depth. Conclusions: Applying Self Sling Suspension treatment to FHP & HNP patients proved to have a positive effect.

This study investigates the variation and spatial distribution of nitrogen dioxide($NO_2$) concentrations measured with passive diffusive samplers at 40 curbside points in Daejeon. Average $NO_2$ concentration was $39.8{\pm}18.0\;ppb$ (n=1,127) and the significant difference in concentrations by regional groups (Dong-gu, Jung-gu, Seo-gu, Daedeok-gu, Yuseong-gu) was not observed. The frequency distribution of $NO_2$ concentration was found to be a normal distribution with the high frequency in the concentration range of 30 to 40 ppb (20 to 25%). Average $NO_2$ concentration measured during the rainy periods was lower than that measured during the non-rainy periods and the decrease of concentration by rainfall was about 16% (7 ppb). The variation of $NO_2$ concentrations measured by passive diffusive samplers during the sampling period was similar to that continuously measured at the air quality monitoring station.

This study was attempted to survey on the prevalence of canine heartworm(Dirofilaria immitis) infections among 206 dogs (male 92, female 114) in Daejeon area from March to December 2003. Blood samples taken from dogs were examined for the presence of D immitis microfilaria by the modified Knott's test and an antigen test( $AGEN^{TM}$ canine heartworm). The result obtained from this experiment were summarized as follows; 1. Eighteen(8.7%) of the 206 examined dogs were microfilaria positive, while twenty five dogs(12.1%) were antigen test positive. 2. The infection rates of heartworm in dogs at the age of <2, 2∼4 and $\geq$5 were 3.8%, 18% and 25%, respectively. 3. The infection rates of heartworm in dogs by housing of indoor and outdoor were 3.3% and 36.4%, respectively. 4. The regional infection rates were Dong-gu(13/29, 44.8%), Seo-gu(7/92, 7.6%), Yuseong-gu(2/33, 6.1%), Jung-gu(1/17, 5.9%) and Daedeok-gu(2/35, 5.7%). 5. The seasonal infection rates were summer(June∼August, 16.7%), autumn (September∼October, 14%), spring(March∼May, 9.4%) and winter(November∼December. 7.7%).7.7%).

본 연구의 목적은 대전 지역의 U-도서관 적정입지를 제안하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구 및 국내의 U-도서관 현황 분석을 통해 적정입지선정을 위한 평가지표를 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 공공도서관의 위치, 제안위치와의 반경, 지하철역별 수송실적, 관공서·교통시설·편의시설, 주요시설의 현황, 지역구별 거주인주수 등을 분석, 적용하였다. 최종적으로 이를 종합하여, 대전 지역의 5개 자치구인 대덕구 2개, 동구 2개, 서구 4개, 유성구 6개, 중구 2개 총 16개의 U-도서관 위치를 제안하였다.
