고수준 명령어로부터 명시적 로봇 프로그램 자동 유도방법 (Automatic Derivation of Explicit Robot Programs from Task-Level Commands)

  • Robot task program is needed to control and manage a Robot without explicitly describing the robot program by user which includes commands, procedures, geometric and signal data in the detail level. To use the Robot task program, a computer system is required to convert the Robot task into the Robot program, which can be understood by the Robot. In this paper, the systemic method for automatic generation of explicit Robot programs (ERP) from task-level commands is described. Specifically, a 3-step procedure including Robot task decomposition, task synchronization and ERP generation is presented.

  • A known flavonoid compound, $apigenin-7-O-{\beta}-D-glucuronide$, was isolated from the flowers of Chrysanthemum morifolium. Isolated compound, $apigenin-7-O-{\beta}-D-glucuronide$ showed strong anti-ulceric activity in rats.

  • Accurate information on the ground surface temperature is essential for design of a borehole heat exchanger and thus ensuring the performance of a ground source heat pump system along with knowledge on thermal diffusivity and conductivity of ground. In this study we analyzed the shallow subsurface temperature monitoring data of 58 Korea Meteorological Administration synoptic stations. As a result, we compiled mean annual ground surface temperature distribution map using multiple regression analysis of the monitoring data.

Ischemia/reperfusion Lung Injury Increases Serum Ferritin and Heme Oxygenase-1 in Rats

  • Intestinal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) is one of common causes of acute lung injury (ALI). Early and accurate diagnosis of patients who are like to develop serious acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) would give a therapeutic advantage. Ferritin and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) are increased by oxidative stress and are potential candidates as a predictive biomarker of ARDS. However, the mechanisms responsible for the increases of ferritin and HO-1, and their relationship to ALI, are unclear. In order to elucidate the interactions between ferritin and HO-1, we studied the changes in ferritin and HO-1 levels in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid after intestinal I/R injury in rats. Leukocyte number and protein contents in BAL fluid were elevated following I/R, and the increases were attenuated by mepacrine pretreatment. Both serum ferritin and HO-1 concentrations were progressively elevated throughout the 3 h observation period. Mepacrine pretreatment attenuated the increase of serum and BAL fluid ferritin concentrations, but did not suppress the increase of serum HO-1. Moreover, BAL fluid HO-1 levels did not change after I/R or after mepacrine pretreated I/R compared with sham rats. Unlike ferritin, HO-1 levels are not exactly matched with the ALI. Therefore, there might be a different mechanism between the changes of ferritin and HO-1 in intestinal I/R-induced ALI model.

스마트카드를 이용한 사용자 인증 스킴의 안전성 분석 및 개선 (Cryptanalysis and Enhancement of a Remote User Authentication Scheme Using Smart Cards)

  • 사용자 인증 스킴은 개방된 통신환경에서 원격지에 있는 사용자가 서버에 로긴할 때 정당한 사용자 인지를 확인하는 것이다. 2005년 Liao등은 스마트 카드를 이용해서 사용자의 익명성을 보장하는 사용자 인증 스킴을 제안하였다. 최근 Yoon등은 Liao가 제안한 사용자 인증 스킴의 안전성 분석을 수행한 후 그 스킴에 존재하는 결점을 보완하는 향상된 스킴을 제안하였다. 그러나 안타깝게도 그들이 제안한 스킴은 사용자가 서버를 인증하는 방식과 서버가 사용자를 인증 방식을 모두 수행할 수 없고 패스워드의 안전성에도 문제점이 존재한다. 이러한 문제점을 이 논문에서는 서버 가장 공격, 사용자 가장 공격, 오프라인 사전공격을 수행하여 지적하였다. 아울러 본 논문에서는 Yoon등이 제안한 논문의 취약점을 제거하여 보다 안전한 사용자 인증 스킴을 제안하였다.

복합생약 HO-Series의 숙취개선 임상적 유용성 평가 (Evaluation of Clinical Usefulness of Herbal Mixture HO-Series for Improving Hangover)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the hangover relieving effect of HO-series. HO-S1 is an herbal mixture, which consists of extracts from Flower of Pueraria lobata Ohwi, Glycyrrhiza glabra Linné, Fruit of Lycium chinense Miller, Poria cocos Wolf, Acanthopanax sessiliflorum Seeman, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Atractylodes lancea De Candlle and Zingiber officinale Roscoe. HO-S2 is a candidate that has been performed to ultra filtration based on HO-S1. HO-S3 is a mixture of amino acids and vitamins based on HO-S2. HO-01 is the final beverage base produced based on HO-S3. The antioxidant activity of HO-series was similar to that of vitamin C or trolox. The production of t-BHP induced reactive oxygen species(ROS) was significantly blocked in the presence of HO-series. In vivo study, AUC of alcohol and acetaldehyde concentrations in HO-S2 and HO-S3 treated groups significantly decreased. Hepatic alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH) and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH) activity were significantly higher in HO-S2 and HO-S3 treated groups. And 2E1 activity and glutathione were significantly elevated, while the malondialdehyde level was not significantly in liver tissue. After alcohol exposure, the sensitivity scores of blood alcohol and acetaldehyde concentration and hangover symptoms were significantly decreased in the HO-01 intake group compared with the non-intake group. ALDH activity was significantly increased in the HO-01 intake group. HO-series have antioxidant activity and a protective effect from ROS. HO-S2, HO-S3 and HO-01 are potentially highly beneficial in relieving hangover, as it scavenges reactive free radicals and boosts the endogenous antioxidant system.
