한반도 남부의 제3기 분지 발달사 (Tectonic History of the Tertiary Basins of the Southern Korean Peninsula)

  • Four Tertiary basins are distributed on the eastern coast of the southern Korean Peninsula, that is, Bugpyeong, Yeonghae, Pohang and Yangnam basins from north to south. The Yangnam and Pohang basins are the largest ones and have been well studied on their stratigraphies, paleoenvironments and geologic ages, and their tectonic history is representative on the tectogenesis of the Tertiary basins of the southern Korean Peninsula. The geologic events occurred in the Yangnam and Pohang basins from the Early-Middle Eocene through the Middle Miocene suggest that the Yangnam and Pohang basins resulted from the volcanism and rifting caused by the uprising magma, that is, by the diapiric tectogenesis.

  • The objective of manufacturing knowledge sharing platform is to convert the production experience like a worker's know-how into quantitative values, to construct database of the process technologies and to share the technologies systematically via web portal service. In addition, the knowledge sharing platform contains the total production processes of automobile and mobile products such as information of experts, facilities, and cutting-edge R&D outputs. Automobile, telecommunication mobile, and semiconductors account for a large amount of Korea's export industry rate. These industries need production technology which is a result of converting worker's know-how and R&D. Manufacturing knowledge portal aims to enable transforming production experience such as worker's know-how into standardized form for constructing database and sharing technologies systematically. Manufacturing knowledge portal can contribute to small and mid-sized manufacturing companies with further improvements.

  • 열병합발전시스템의 경제성은 배열을 회수하여 사용함으로써 전기를 생산함과 동시에 열을 사용하여 에너지의 효율을 높이는데 있다. 그렇지만 열과 전기의 사용이 동시에 이루어지지 않을 경우에는 열병합발전시스템의 장점이 사라지게 된다. 이 논문에서는 열병합발전시스템의 효율을 계산하는 방법을 제시하여 열병합발전시스템을 도입하는 단계에서 좀 더 체계적인 방법으로 분석할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

  • In this paper, the current characteristics of the system composed of R.L.C. load and series bridge inverter is investigated through the results of computer simulation and experiment to look for the good properties of A.C. motor driven by the above inverter. The time schedule of conventional bridge inverter and the parameters such as resistance and damping coefficient of load is changed for good results. It is possible to get the load current of similar sine wave under various conditions.

  • Erythropietin (EPO), a hematopoietic factor is also required for normal brain development, and its receptor is localized in brain. Therefore, it is possible that EPO could act as a neurotropic factor inducing differentiation of neurons. The present study, we therefore investigated whether EPO can increase differentiation of undifferentiated cortical neuron isolated from postneonatal (Day 1) rat brains and PC12 cell, undifferentiated dopaminagic cell line. EPO dose (1-100 U/ml) dependently increased cell differentiation and expression of differentiation marker gene (neurofilament and tyrosine hydroxylase) in both cells. (omitted)

A Study on the Effectiveness of Skin Care Solution System using Non-Invasive Air Technology

  • The effectiveness of an innovative skin treatment system that delivers an anti-aging solution deep into the skin without invasiveness and pain using a non-invasive air technology was investigated. In addition, an effective change using a non-invasive technique for delivering a solution for skin improvement was confirmed. The equipment named Cellre Jet is an effective skin care and drug delivery equipment that instantly opens the skin epidermis by using a maximum output pressure of 6 bars and high-pressure purified oxygen of 75-90% purity to deliver various nano-sized vital substances deep into the skin, and it uses the method of precisely controlling the equipment through an 8-inch digital touch display to accurately dispense the prescribed dosage. In this study, changes in skin condition were analyzed using this equipment and nano ampoules on subjects with actual skin problems through a related comparison and effectiveness judgment program. Through this study, skin care and drug delivery are possible, which will contribute to verifying the effectiveness of this non-invasive drug delivery equipment in the future, and is expected to establish the systematic effect in observing and studying changes in the skin.

Systematic Review on the efficiency of prefilled syringe : To administer medication for cardiac arrest patient

  • The Pulpose of this systematic review is aimed to establish the procedure of the injection with saftey and efficiency in the pre-hospital cardiac arrest patient performing the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), compared with traditional medication administration using Ampoule and medication administration with Prefilled Syringe. Databases were searched for CPR, heart arrest, resuscitation, Pre-filled Syringe, and Ampoule by the electronic data research including Pubmed, EMBASE and Cochran Library of Konyang University Library: 4 articles were selected by three co-authors using EndNote X20 and Covidence (Covidence.org) and were systematically reviewed. The Result of this study, the medication administration using Pre-fillled Syringe improves the safety of patients and Emergency medical workers by reducing the error in administration dose and administering the drug in safe than the medication adminisrtaion using Ampoule, also, contributes to the increment of survival rate of cardiac arrest and severe patients by decreasing the administration time that prevents the delay of medication administration.

  • 본 논문에서는 맞춤형 반려동물 사료제품 추천을 위해 최근의 자연어처리 모델인 KoBERT 모델에 기반하여 반료동물 사료제품에 대한 감성분석 모델을 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문을 통해 구현된 반려동물 사료제품의 감성분석 모델은 정확도 평가에 대해서 비교적 우수한 성능을 보였으며, 학습과정에 참여하지 않은 새로운 반려동물 사료제품에 대해서 0.93 이상의 정확도를 산출하였다.

황사의 PM10이 WI-26 VA4 Cells에서 Reactive Oxygen Species, NFκB, TGF-β, Fibronectin의 발현에 미치는 영향 (Particulate Matter 10 from Asian Dust Storms Induces the Expression of Reactive Oxygen Species, NF-κ, TGF-β and Fibronectin in WI-26 VA4 Epithelial Cells)

  • 연구배경: 황사는 동북아시아에서 자연 발생하는 현상으로, 지름 $10{\mu}m$ 이하의 미세먼지(particulate matter 10, $PM_{10}$)를 다수 포함하여, 흡입하면 하부기관지 및 폐의 가스-교환부분까지 침착 가능하여 호흡기계에 손상을 일으킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 황사에 포함된 $PM_{10}$을 기관지상피세포에 작용시켜 활성산소 및 $NF{\kappa}B$, $TGF-{\beta}$, fibronectin이 증가 여부를 확인하고 섬유화의 신호경로를 규명하고자 하였다. 방 법: 공기포집기로 포집한 $PM_{10}$ 입자를 추출하여 기관지 상피세포인 WI-26 VA4 cells (KCLB)에 $PM_{10}$을 농도에 맞게 노출시켰다(0, 50, $100{\mu}g/ml$). ROS는 DCF-DA를 세포에 반응시킨 후 생성된 DCF를 FACScan을 이용해 측정하였다. $TGF-{\beta}$, fibronectin, $NF{\kappa}B$는 western blotting으로 분석하였다. 항산화제인 NAC를 이용하여 각 물질의 발현 억제 여부를 측정하였다. 결 과: $PM_{10}$을 가했을 때 대조군에 비하여 $50{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$에서 ROS, $TGF-{\beta}$, fibronectin, $NF{\kappa}B$ 발현이 유의하게 증가하였고, 항산화제인 NAC를 처리한 세포는 ROS, $TGF-{\beta}$, fibronectin, $NF{\kappa}B$의 발현이 $50{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$에서 유의하게 감소하였다. 결 론: 황사의 $PM_{10}$은 WI-26 VA4 cells에서 ROS 생성을 증가시키고 $NF-{\kappa}B$, $TGF-{\beta}$, fibronectin 생성을 증가시켜 섬유화에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.
