We studied on the performance optimized synthesis and mapping of design on to one or more FPGA device. Our multi-phased approach optimized the key parameters that affect performance by adequately modeling the impact on wire length, routability, and performance during technology mapping to produce designs that have high performance and high routability potential.

Yi-dong experimental basin is operated for research on the rural basin characteristics and accumulation of a long term data by hydrological observation equipments. It is basin area 9,440ha, length 14.4km and slope 0.67%. Hydrological observation network is constructed of rainfall meter 4points, reservoir storage level 3points and river water level 2points.

In this paper, the design of 12bit pipeline BiCMOS A/D converter presented. A BiCMOS operational amplifier and comparator suitable for use in the pipeline A/D converter. The main features is low distortion track-and-hold with 0-300MHz input bandwidth, and a proprietary 12bit multi-stage quantizer.

Omni-directional mobile robots have been employed popularly in several application areas. However, the optimal design has not been considered yet. This paper introduces an optimal design methodology for omni-directional mobile robots. Optimal design parameters such as the offset distance and the wheel radius are identified with respect to isotropy. Furthermore, the force transmission ratio and actuator sizing problem are treated. Conclusivel, three cases are compared minimum actuation, two active caster wheel, and three active caster wheel, we claim that the redundantly actuated mobile robot with three active caster wheel has the best performance.

Objective : This study was conducted to underpin the theory of Taegeuk Acupuncture systematically and increase the utility of clinical trial and a range of application. Method : This study analysed ByungHaeng Lee's theory, who is the originator of Taegeuk Acupuncture, by focusing on "Young Chu GuChimSibYiWon" Result & Conclusion : 1. ByungHaeng Lee's thought about Viscera and Bowels is following medicine of Internal Classic. Even though JeMa Lee's thought about Viscera and Bowels has same name with ByungHaeng Lee's, but the functional meaning and related part is totally different. So, four constitution types in Taegeuk Acupuncture are different from four constitution types in Four-Constitution Medicine. Therefore, Taegeuk Acupuncture isn't related with Four-Constitution Medicine 2. On the authority of "Young Chu GuChimSibYiWon", we can extend 4 therapeutic acupuncture point combinations of Taegeuk Acupuncture to ten therapeutic acupuncture point combinations which tentatively named 'Five Viscera Source Point Acupuncture'. 3. To consider an example of eight constitutional acupuncture, Taegeuk Acupuncture thoroughly says constitutional acupuncture. Especially, JaeGyuKim's Taegeuk Acupuncture has specific diagnosis standard that after treating a patient with acupuncture, he checks an oppressive pain at the precordial region and a voiced sound at liver and then he makes sure constitution of patient. So we can consider JaeGyuKim's Taegeuk Acupuncture as constitutional acupuncture. However, it has to change the name of four constitution types to taegeuk greater yang person, taegeuk lesser yang person, taegeuk greater yin person, taegeuk lesser yin person so as to avoid confusion. 4. Taegeuk Acupuncture is markedly simple in comparison with other acupuncture, so it needs to extend the utility of clinics by enlarging treatment acupuncture points.

Xu Ling Tai (徐靈胎) was an outstanding medical practitioner in the early and middle part of the Cheong Dynasty of China (淸代). He had learned the study of Confucian classics and natural science from his childhood and read through books covering all sorts of fields, from medical science to hydraulics and literature. He was, in particular, one of leaders who represented the school of classicism that followed scriptures (尊經復古主義學派) in the field of medical science and his solid abstraction has had an affect on posterity's one. One of his masterpieces is Yi Xue Yuan Liu Lun (醫學源流論) among his books in the medical area.

Cryopreservation method using a droplet vitrification was applied to the thirty-one strawberry accessions of in vitro grown shoot tips. A protocol with 0.3 - 0.5 M preculture followed by C4 loading and B1 dehydration solutions efficiently implemented cryopreservation of twenty-six strawberry accessions. The highest regrowth rate was 85.8% for PHS0007 and others were ranged between 85.8% and 21.0%. A slightly modified protocol was applied to five accessions. With these two protocols, twenty-eight accessions obtained more than 40% regrowth rate. This study showed that the droplet vitrification method was able to practically implement cryopreservation of in vitro grown shoot tips of broad range of strawberry germplasm (105).
