토지 실거래가격 추정을 위한 공동 크리깅기법의 적용가능성 연구 (A Study for Applicability of Cokriging Techniques for Estimating the Real Transaction Price of Land)

  • 최근 부동산거래의 투명성과 공평과세의 기반을 마련하고자 부동산 실거래가격의 활용에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 부동산 실거래가격의 활용과정에서 실거래 미발생지점에 대한 효과적인 가격추정을 위해 실거래 가격 및 고도, 경사도를 통합한 공동크리깅의 적용 가능성을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 경북 영천시의 2012년 1월부터 2014년 6월까지의 실거래 자료를 활용하여 실거래가격을 추정하였으며, 이를 정규크리깅 추정결과와 비교하였다. 추정된 가격과 2,575개 검증 지점의 실거래가격 사이 평균 오차, 평균제곱근오차 등을 분석한 결과 정규크리깅에 비해 공동크리깅 결과가 실거래가 추정과 현실화 측면에서 모두 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지가형성에 영향을 미치는 고도, 경사 등의 영향요인이 고려되는 공동크리깅이 실거래가 추정에서 더 효과적임을 보여준다.

효율적 드론봇 전투체계를 위한 드론 편제소요 도출에 관한 연구 (A study on the requirement of drone acquisition for the efficient dronebot combat system)

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 육군에서 추진하고 있는 드론봇 전투체계에서 부대단위별 효율적 감시정찰 임무를 수행하기 위한 드론의 편제소요를 도출할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 육군의 대대 및 중대의 감시정찰 임무와 관련된 정면과 종심, 중요감시지역 수의 문제를 실제 작전환경을 고려하여 가정하였으며 first, next, valid, output 4단계의 Brute Force 알고리즘을 적용한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 대대 및 중대의 감시정찰에 필요한 최소한의 드론 대수를 도출하였고 각각 드론의 경로계획을 수립하였다. 그 결과, 육군의 드론봇 전투체계에서는 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 적용하여 부대별 임무에 특성에 따라 보다 간단하고 빠르게 임무수행에 필요한 드론의 편제소요를 도출할 수 있을 것이다. 향후에는 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 이용한 편제소요 도출방안의 신뢰성 검증에 대한 연구를 진행하도록 하겠다.

Identification and Characterization of Diplodia parva and Diplodia crataegicola Causing Black Rot of Chinese Quince

  • Fungal isolates from infected Chinese quince trees were found to cause black rot in Yeongcheon, Gyeongsangbuk Province, Korea. The quince leaves withered and turned reddish-brown and fruits underwent black mummification. To elucidate the cause of these symptoms, the pathogen was isolated from infected leaf and fruit tissues on potato dextrose agar and Levan media. Several fungal colonies forming a fluffy white or dark gray mycelium and two types of fungi forming an aerial white mycelium, growing widely at the edges, were isolated. Microscopic observations, investigation of fungal growth characteristics on various media, and molecular identification using an internal transcribed spacer, β-tubulin, and translation elongation factor 1-α genes were performed. The fungal pathogens were identified as Diplodia parva and Diplodia crataegicola. Pathogenicity tests revealed that the pathogen-inoculated fruits exhibited a layered pattern, turning brown rotting; leaves showed circular brown necrotic lesions. The developed symptoms were similar to those observed in the field. Fungal pathogens were reisolated to fulfill Koch's postulates. Apples were inoculated with fungal pathogens to investigate the host range. Strong pathogenicity was evident in the fruits, with browning and rotting symptoms 3 days after inoculation. To determine pathogen control, a fungicidal sensitivity test was conducted using four registered fungicides. Thiophanate-methyl, propineb, and tebuconazole inhibited the mycelial growth of pathogens. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on the isolation and identification of the fungal pathogens D. parva and D. crataegicola from infected fruits and leaves of Chinese quince, causing black rot disease in Korea.

  • As markets and industries continue to evolve rapidly, technology opportunity discovery (TOD) has become critical to a firm's survival. From a common consensus that TOD based on a firm's capabilities is a valuable method for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and reduces the risk of failure in technology development, studies for TOD based on a firm's capabilities have been actively conducted. However, previous studies mainly focused on a firm's technological capabilities and rarely on business capabilities. Since discovered technologies can create market value when utilized in a firm's business, a firm's current business capabilities should be considered in discovering technology opportunities. In this context, this study proposes a TOD method that considers both a firm's business and technological capabilities. To this end, this study uses patent data, which represents the firm's technological capabilities, and trademark data, which represents the firm's business capabilities. The proposed method comprises four steps: 1) Constructing firm technology and business capability matrices using patent classification codes and trademark similarity group codes; 2) Transforming the capability matrices to preference matrices using the fuzzy function; 3) Identifying a target firm's candidate technology opportunities using the collaborative filtering algorithm; 4) Recommending technology opportunities using a portfolio map constructed based on technology similarity and applicability indices. A case study is conducted on a security firm to determine the validity of the proposed method. The proposed method can assist SMEs that face resource constraints in identifying technology opportunities. Further, it can be used by firms that do not possess patents since the proposed method uncovers technology opportunities based on business capabilities.

DAMBRK 모형을 이용한 괴연저수지 붕괴유출량 추정 (Estimation of Break Outflow from the Goeyeon Reservoir Using DAMBRK Model)

  • 최근 지자체 및 한국농어촌공사가 관할하는 저수지의 붕괴가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 최근의 사례로, 축조된 지 70년 이상의 노후된 농업용 저수지인 경북 영천시 소재의 괴연저수지가 2014년 08월 21일 9시경 집중호우로 인하여 여수로를 중심으로 붕괴되었다. 본 연구에서는 괴연저수지의 붕괴상황을 DAMBRK 모형을 통하여 재현하였다. 그리고 DAMBRK 모형에서 분석된 댐붕괴 유출량으로 침수범람도를 작성하였다. 괴연저수지 붕괴 당시 무인항공기로 촬영한 침수사진과 비교하여 괴연저수지의 붕괴 지속기간과 붕괴유출량을 추정하였다. 본 연구 결과는 괴연저수지와 같이 저수지 붕괴가 발생할 경우, 하류 지역에 대한 침수피해 예측에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Comparing the Dyeing Properties of Synthetic Mordants and Hwangsu Spring

  • To evaluate the Hwangsu spring as natural mordants effect on dyeing. The natural mordant effect of Hwangsu spring was analyzed by pH, temperature, trace elements and organic matter. Hwangsu spring having pH 2.42 and $14.4^{\circ}C$ was harvested at the end of September, 2011, in Yeongcheon(Gyeongbuk Province, Korea) and left on a $0^{\circ}C$ and $25^{\circ}C$ before use. The Result of ICP analysis, it contain bned Fe(414.9 ppm), Al(88.9 ppm), Mn(4.9 ppm). Dyeing and post-mordant procedure; Fabrics(cotton, silk, rayon) were dyed with natural colorants(Sopbora Japonica L., Caesalpinia sappan L., Allium cepa L.) for 20 min at $80^{\circ}C$. Hwangsu spring, aluminium sulfate $14-18H_2O(Al_2(SO_4)_3{\cdot}14-18H_2O)$, iron sulfate peptahydrate($FeSO_4{\cdot}7H_2O$), copper sulfate pentahydrate($CuSO_4{\cdot}5H_2O$) were used by post mordants. But in the case of Caesalpinia sappan L. was dyed after pre-mordanting with Al(II). The fabrics were dyed with each mordant solutions at $25^{\circ}C$ for 10min. The colorless also was measured by color-differnce meter. Comparison with a synthetic mordants, the K/S values of cotton fabrics dyed with Hwangsu sping were increased.

Blue dam을 활용한 기존 댐 시설물 상수도 원수 추가 확보 방안 (The method of securing water supply resources of existing dam by using Blue dam)

  • To improve stability of the water resources that were seriously affected by climate change and various environmental effects and to supply the clean water always, continuous efforts are essential. Provision of measures with respect of hardware is basically essential to improve the water resources stability due to the topographic characteristic in Korea. However, building a new dam becomes gradually very difficult because of a hardship in selecting right places, opposition forces such as environment and local residents, negative publicity for large civil engineering projects, and so on. The present study, therefore, proposes the Blue dam as an alternative for securing the water resources of a new concept considering domestic conditions. To evaluate the effect of the Blue dam, the Hec-ResSim model is used and the probabilistic discharge flow rate is applied. As a result, when Dam Yeongcheon is applied as a study area, securing water resources of 14 million tons are predicted be secured and the flood control of 15.4 million tons is expected, in comparison with operation of the existing dam only. Consequently, Blue dams are supposed to carry out the function of securing water resources, controling flood, maintaining eco-environmental instream flow, generating hydroelectric power, and providing spaces for recreational activities.

A Study on the Dyeing Characteristics by Reproduction of Hwangsu Spring

Hwangsu spring having pH 2.42 and $14.4^{\circ}C$ was harvested at the end of September, in Yeongcheon (Gyeongbuk Province, Korea) and left on a $0^{\circ}C$ and $25^{\circ}C$ before use. Hwangsu spring during storage at $25^{\circ}C$ turned brown by photochemical reaction. The Result of ICP analysis, it contained Fe(414.9 ppm), Al(88.9 ppm), Mn(4.9 ppm) and observed character by water analysis. Dyeing and post-mordant procedure; Cotton(KS K 0905) were dyed with clove powder for 30 min at $70^{\circ}C$. Hwangsu spring, Aluminium Sulfate $14-18H_20(Al_2(SO_4)_3{\cdot}14-18H_2O)$, Iron Sulfate Heptahydrate($FeSO_4{\cdot}7H_2O$) were used by post mordant at the same ratio. The dyed fabrics were treated with 20% each mordant solution at $25^{\circ}C$ for 10min. Comparison with a reproduced chemical mordant, the K/S values of cotton fabrics dyed with Hwangsu sping were increased.

Diplodia seriata에 의한 사과 검은썩음병 발생보고 (First Report of Black Rot Caused by Diplodia seriata on Apple)

  • 2018년 경북 영천지역 사과과수원에서 미이라화 된 과실, 배꼽이 썩어 들어간 과실과 점무늬를 형성한 과실의 증상을 관찰하였다. 이 증상의 원인균을 증명하기 위해 이병체에서 균사체를 분리하여 병원성 검정을 수행한 결과 건전한 사과 과실이 급격히 썩으면서 발견 시의 병징과 일치하였다. 곰팡이의 특성은 흰색의 균사로 자라다가 시간이 지나면서 암회색으로 변하였다. 병자각 안에서 분생포자가 형성되고 분생포자는 갈색의 타원 형태였으며 격막이 없고 끝이 둥근 형태이다. 분생포자 크기는 $21.7-28.3{\times}9.9-15.3{\mu}m$이다. 병원균의 ITS, ${\beta}$-tubulin 유전자의 염기서열을 이용하여 유연관계를 분석한 결과 Diplodia seriata로 동정되었다. Diplodia seriata는 국내에서 식물병원균으로 보고된 바 없다. 사과에서 Diplodia seriata에 의한 Black rot은 우리나라에서 처음 보고되는 것이며 사과 검은썩음병으로 명명하여 보고하고자 한다.

다수사상자사고 대응 실습교육 프로토콜 개발 및 효과성 검증 (Development and evaluation of training protocols for mass casualty incidents during disaster response)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a training protocol to standardize the management of mass casualties as part of the disaster response, and to verify the effectiveness of the training protocol. Methods: The study was conducted as a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group and pretest-posttest design. The protocol was divided into 5 parts, the first for the advance party, the second for the rescue team, the third for the paramedic team, the fourth for the ambulance team, and the fifth for the 119 EMS team. This study was conducted on November 15, 2021 and consisted of 21 subjects in the final experimental group and 23 subjects in the control group. In this study, the prior homogeneity test was analyzed using the χ2-test, intragroup comparisons were analyzed using the paired t-test, and intragroup comparisons were analyzed using the independent t-test. Results: The protocol was developed in five parts: advance party, rescue team, paramedics team, ambulance team, and 119 EMS team. In verifying the effectiveness of the protocol, it was found that there were significant differences in self-efficacy (t=-0.941, p=0.001) and self confidence within the group (t=-0.025, p=0.001) after the implementation of the mass casualty incident response training program. However, there was no significant difference between the experimental and control groups. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, it is believed that disaster response personnel can experience lower levels of anxiety and tension in disaster situations if they receive practical and realistic education and training. In the future, it is necessary to enhance protocol based practical education that can improve the knowledge and skills of each team and individual.
