Raspberry Pi를 이용한 영상 및 음성인식 기반 스마트 미러 개발 (Development of Smart Mirror System Controlled by Voice Based on Raspberry Pi)

  • 일상생활에서 빈번히 사용되는 주변 생활 제품은 기술의 급속한 발전과 더불어 지능화 정도가 가속화 되고 있는 추세에 있다. 일반적으로 LED 조명이나 실내 에어컨을 자동으로 조정하거나 자동청소로봇 등은 이미 일반화된 제품들이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 우리 생활에서 가장 필요한 용품인 거울에 대한 지능적인 제품은 비교적 고가이어서 소비자가 쉽게 접근하기 어려운 생활용품이 되고 있어서 지능화 제품의 보급이 더딘편이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Raspberry Pi 3B+ 를 기반으로 하여 음성제어가 가능한 스마트 미러를 설계하고 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 저렴한 raspberry pi의 WiFi를 통해 네트워크에 연결하도록 하여 미러가 시간, 날씨 및 뉴스 정보 기능을 자동으로 업데이트 할 수 있도록 하였고 기상 조건, 사전 시간 또는 음악 재생과 같은 음성 제어가 가능하기 위하도록 Google Asistant 음성 인터페이스를 적용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 제품이 실용화될 경우 저가이면서 고기능 사양을 제공하고 있어서 스마트 미러 보급에 많은 기여가 예산된다.

  • In this paper, the application of magnetoelasticity in static tension monitoring for large steel cables is discussed. Magnetoelastic (EM) stress sensors make contact-free tension monitoring possible for hanger cables and post-tensioned cables on suspension and cable-stayed bridges. By quantifying the correlation of magnetic relative permeability with tension and temperature, the EM sensors inspect the load levels in the steel cables. Cable tension monitoring on Qiangjiang (QJ) 4th Bridge demonstrates the reliability of the EM sensors.

  • 개방하드웨어 제어기인 아두이노와 센서들을 이용하여 자동으로 급수 및 조명을 제어하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 이미 많은 활용이 되고 있는 기존의 식물공장과 같은 대규모 재배 시스템이 아니고 아파트와 같은 실내에서 사용되고 있는 점을 고려하여 기능성은 물론 미관을 고려한 설계를 수행하였고, 이를 위하여 최근 각광받는 사물인터넷 기술과 스마트폰 앱을 이용한 자동화된 장비로의 개발을 수행하였다.

Skin Lesion Segmentation with Codec Structure Based Upper and Lower Layer Feature Fusion Mechanism

  • The U-Net architecture-based segmentation models attained remarkable performance in numerous medical image segmentation missions like skin lesion segmentation. Nevertheless, the resolution gradually decreases and the loss of spatial information increases with deeper network. The fusion of adjacent layers is not enough to make up for the lost spatial information, thus resulting in errors of segmentation boundary so as to decline the accuracy of segmentation. To tackle the issue, we propose a new deep learning-based segmentation model. In the decoding stage, the feature channels of each decoding unit are concatenated with all the feature channels of the upper coding unit. Which is done in order to ensure the segmentation effect by integrating spatial and semantic information, and promotes the robustness and generalization of our model by combining the atrous spatial pyramid pooling (ASPP) module and channel attention module (CAM). Extensive experiments on ISIC2016 and ISIC2017 common datasets proved that our model implements well and outperforms compared segmentation models for skin lesion segmentation.

Open-loop Wavefront Correction Based on SH-U-net for Retinal Imaging System

  • High-resolution retinal imaging based on adaptive optics (AO) is important for early diagnosis related to retinal diseases. However, in practical applications, closed-loop AO correction takes a relatively long time, and traditional open-loop correction methods have low accuracy in correction, leading to unsatisfactory imaging results. In this paper, a SH-U-net-based open-loop AO wavefront correction method is presented for a retinal AO imaging system. The SH-U-net builds a mathematical model of the entire AO system through data training, and the Root mean square (RMS) of the distorted wavefront is 0.08λ after correction in the simulation. Furthermore, it has been validated in experiments. The method improves the accuracy of wavefront correction and shortens the correction time.

Inhibition of HBV replication and gene expression in vitro and in vivo with a single AAV vector delivering two shRNA molecules

  • Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is highly prevalent worldwide. The major challenge for current antiviral treatment is the elevated drug resistance that occurs via rapid viral mutagenesis. In this study, we developed AAV vectors to simultaneously deliver two or three shRNAs targeting different HBV-related genes. These vectors showed markedly better antiviral effects than ones that delivered a single shRNA in vitro. A dual shRNA expression vector (AAV-157i/1694i), which simultaneously expressed two shRNAs targeted the S and X genes of HBV, reduced HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA levels by $87{\pm}4$, $80.3{\pm}2.6$ and $86.2{\pm}7%$ respectively, eight days post-transduction. In a mouse model of prophylactic treatment, HBsAg and HBeAg were reduced to undetectable levels and the serum HBV DNA level was reduced by at least 100 fold. These results indicate that AAV-157i/1694i generates potent anti-HBV effects and that the strategy of constructing multi-shRNA expression vectors may lead to enhanced anti-HBV efficacy and overcome the evading mechanism of the virus and thus the development of drug resistance.

주자학과 양명학, 그리고 '국학'의 형성 - 주체성과 실심(實心)의 계보학 - (Zhuzi Learning, Yangming Learning, and Formation of "Gukhak": Genealogy of Subjectivity and Silsim)

  • 본고는 정인보의 '국학' 사상에 나타나는 주체성과 실심(實心, 참된 마음) 정신의 역사적 계보를 추적하고 그 특징을 조명하였다. 근세 동아시아 사상사에서 주체성과 실심이 주요 화두로 등장하기 시작한 것은 중국 송대(宋代) 신유학(新儒學)에서 비롯된다. 정이(程?)는 주체의식을 강조한 최초의 사상가이며, 주희(朱熹)와 왕양명(王陽明)은 정이의 주체성의 원리에 입각한 사상을 계승하되 방법론에서 차이를 보일 뿐이다. 조선시대 정제두(鄭齊斗)와 강화학파는 신유학의 주체성과 실심의 정신을 발휘한 하나의 사례이다. 정인보(鄭寅普)는 학맥에 있어 강화학파에 속하지만, 양명학이 실심의 자각과 실천에 있어 더 효과적이라고 보았기 때문에 방법론적으로 활용했을 뿐이다. 특히 주목할 점은, 주체성의 원리가 정인보로 하여금 주희 도덕이론(인심도심론)의 골격을 거의 그대로 따르도록 이끌었다는 점이다. 이기적인 욕구(자사심)를 옳고 마땅한 것을 자각한 마음(실심)으로 통제해야 한다는 주장은, 인심(감각욕구)과 도심(도덕심)의 갈등상황에서 도심을 선택하여 인심이 도심의 명령을 받도록 제어하라는 주희의 견해와 일치한다. 이 같은 윤리학은 행위의 내적 동기나 의무감을 중시하는 입장으로서, 사실상 주희와 왕양명에 있어서도 근본적 차이는 없는 것이다. 적어도 이점에서 근현대 한국학을 유교전통과의 단절이 아닌 연속의 관점에서 바라볼 필요가 있다.

Strategies of Functional Food for Cancer Prevention in Human Beings

  • Functional food for prevention of chronic diseases is one of this century's key global challenges. Cancer is not only the first or second leading cause of death in China and other countries across the world, but also has diet as one of the most important modifiable risk factors. Major dietary factors now known to promote cancer development are polished grain foods and low intake of fresh vegetables, with general importance for an unhealthy lifestyle and obesity. The strategies of cancer prevention in human being are increased consumption of functional foods like whole grains (brown rice, barley, and buckwheat) and by-products, as well some vegetables (bitter melon, garlic, onions, broccoli, and cabbage) and mushrooms (boletes and Tricholoma matsutake). In addition some beverages (green tea and coffee) may be protective. Southwest China (especially Yunnan Province) is a geographical area where functional crop production is closely related to the origins of human evolution with implications for anticancer influence.

  • Zhu Dan Xi's name is ZhenHeng(震亨) and was also called by the title of YanXiu(彦修). Early in his life, he started to study JuZiYe(擧子業), and went on to study DaoDeXingMingXue(道德性命學) under the teachings of XueQian(許謙), who as one of fourth generation disciple of ZhuZi(朱子) was teaching in BaHuaShan(八華山). His well-known literary works are ${\ulcorner}$JuFangFaHui(局方發揮)${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$GeZhiYuLun${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$ShangHanBianYi(傷寒辨疑)${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$BenCaoYanYiBuYi(本草衍義補遺)${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$WaiKeJingYaoXinLun(外科精要新論)${\lrcorner}$. Zhu Dan Xi learnt the studies of Liu(劉), Zhang(張), Li(李) from LouZhiTi(羅知悌) and adopted the advantages and abolished disadvantages from it. The southern district being low and damp, which also leads to a geographical condition with a lot of ShiReXiangHuo(濕熱相火) disease and with the social background of people exhausting their QingYu(情欲) and damaging QLXie(氣血), he came out with the theory of 'YangYouYuYinBuZu(陽有餘陰不足)', 'XiangHuo(相火)' and became a well renowned expert in diagnosis and treatment of QiXieTanYuHuo(氣血痰鬱火). As a result, the writer has performed a research based on Liu's works and related theories, GuWuZhiZhi theory, the understanding of TaiJiZhiLi(太極之理), the inner meaning of YinYang and YouYuBuZu(redundancy-and-deficit), YinYangDongJingGuan, physiology and pathology, the medical reason of lust damaging QingYuYangYin and YangSheng(養生)(preservation of health), which are the main medical theory of ZhuDanXi, comments of later generations and is reporting the outcome.
