Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analysis of the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun". Methods : The herb medications of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong(上.中.下統) and "Enlargement side prescriptions" (增補方) are selected by comment on the chief virtue including reference word of corresponded with neuropsychiatry. Results and Conclusion : "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" is a book most people who have a background or career in Han Medicine(韓醫學) would pore over. They corresponded with neuropsychiatry among the herb medications of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong(上.中.下統) are 55 prescriptions that Sang-Tong(上統) is 8 prescriptions, Jung-Tong(中.統) is 23 prescriptions and Ha-Tong(下統) is 24 prescriptions. And the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Enlargement side prescriptions" (增補方) are 40 prescriptions. And then the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" received much influence from "Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam". Incidentally the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong showed the high percentage in Neurosis. And the herb medications corresponded with neuropsychiatry of "Enlargement side prescriptions" showed the high percentage in Psychosis. Besides not only put "Enlargement side prescriptions a premium on "Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam", but also made it the herb medications which were recorded on books flowed after "Dong-Eui-Bo-Gam" known. It was entered up books quoted from "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong but the herb medications were that were not succeeded from "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong. Therefore "Enlargement side prescriptions" shows the efforts for supplement of "Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun" Sang.Jung.Ha-Tong.

In oriental medicine, Semen Persicae & Flos Carthami are frequently used materials for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun(方藥合編) is widely used for clinical herbal prescription book. In Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun(方藥合編), Semen Persicae is used 2g~6g. and Flos Carthami is used 1.2g~4g. the nuber of prescription Semen Persicae & Flos Carthami in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is total 17. 2 in sang-tong(上統), 5 in jung-tong(中統), 10 in ha-tong(下統). The group of mostly used disease is about gynecology(婦人科) & five sense organs(五官科). The mostly quoted medical literature what prescription included Semen Persicae & Flos Carthami in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is Dong-Yi-Bo-Gam.

In oriental medicine, Ostericum koreanum Radix & Aralia contientalis Radix are frequently used materials for strenthing lumbar and knees. Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun(方藥合編) is widely used for clinical herbal prescription book. In Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun, Ostericum koreanum Radix is used 1.2g~6g. and Aralia contientalis Radix is used 1.6g~4.8g. The most important fact is that the prescription used Ostericum koreanum Radix & Aralia contientalis Radix at the same time is 11. The number of prescription Ostericum koreanum Radix & Aralia contientalis Radix in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is total 41. 5 in sang-tong(上統), 22 in jung-tong(中統), 14 in ha-tong(下統). The group of mostly used disease is about low back pain, knee pain, C.V.A., facail palsy, commom cold, numbness. The ratio of Ostericum koreanum Radix in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is 3.03%~15.63%. And the ratio of Aralia contientalis Radix is 3.57%~12.00%. The mostly quoted medical literature what prescription included Ostericum koreanum Radix & Aralia contientalis Radix in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is Dong-Yi-Bo-Gam. Man-Byeong-Hoi-Choon, and Hwa-Je-Gook-Bang.

In oriental medicine, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix & Dipsaci Radix are frequently used materials for strenthing lumbar and knees. Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun(方藥合編) is widely used for clinical herbal prescription book. In Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix is used 1g~8g. and Dipsaci Radix is used 1g~3.2g. The most important fact is that the prescription used chyranthis Bidentatae Radix & Dipsaci Radix at the same time is only 1(Man-Geum-Tang-the ratio of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix & Dipsaci Radix is 1:1). The number of prescription Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix & Dipsaci Radix in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is total 19. 14 in sang-tong(上統), 2 in jung-tong(中統), 3 in ha-tong(下統). The group of mostly used disease is about lumbar and knees. The ratio of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is 3.88%~25%. And the ratio of Dipsaci Radix is 8.33%~12.5%. The mostly quoted medical literature what prescription included Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix & Dipsaci Radix in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is Dong-Yi-Bo-Gam and Gyung-Ak-Jun-Su Sin-Bang-Pal-Jin.

In oriental medicine, Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens & Jujubae Fructus are frequently used materials for the digestive system, outer harmful qi(外感) and dam-yeum(痰飮). Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun(方藥合編) is widely used for clinical herbal prescription book. In Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun(方藥合編), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens is used 3pyun(片)(4g) and Jujubae Fructus is used 2mae(4g). The most important fact is that, in contrast to most people know that chyranthis Bidentatae Radix & Jujubae Fructus are used most prescription at the same time, the prescription used chyranthis Bidentatae Radix & Jujubae Fructus at the same time is merely 77. (Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun percentage of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens & Jujubae Fructus is 16.48%). The number of prescription Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens & Jujubae Fructus in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is total 173. 42 in sang-tong(上統), 86 in jung-tong(中統), 45 in ha-tong(下統). The group of mostly used disease is about outer harmful qi(外感) and dam-yeum(痰飮). The ratio of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is 3.70%~100%. And the ratio of Jujubae Fructus is 0.45%~29.14%. The mostly quoted medical literature what prescription included Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens & Jujubae Fructus in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is Tae-Pypng-Ha-Jae-Guk-Bang.

In oriental medicine, Polygalae Radix & Acori Graminei Rhizoma are frequently used materials for the cardiac disorder(palpitaion), brain disorder(sleep disorder, forgetfulness, confused mind, dizziness). Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun(方藥合編) is widely used for clinical herbal prescription book. In Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun(方藥合編), Polygalae Radix is usually used 1don(錢)(4g) and Acori Graminei Rhizoma is used 1don(錢)(4g). The most important fact is that, in contrast to most people know that Polygalae Radix & Acori Graminei Rhizoma are used most prescription at the same time, the prescription used Polygalae Radix & Acori Graminei Rhizoma at the same time is merely 3. (Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun percentage of Polygalae Radix & Acori Graminei Rhizoma is 0.64%). The number of prescription Polygalae Radix & Acori Graminei Rhizoma in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is total 16. 10 in sang-tong(上統), 4 in jung-tong(中統), 2 in ha-tong(下統). The ratio of Polygalae Radix in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is 0.41%~14.28%. And the ratio of Acori Graminei Rhizoma is 4%~16.66%. The mostly quoted medical literature what prescription included Polygalae Radix & Acori Graminei Rhizoma in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is Tae-Pypng-Ha-Jae-Guk-Bang.

In oriental medicine, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma & Gardeniae Fructus are frequently used materials for anti-inflammatory effect especially urinary tract disease and for neuropsychosis. Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun(方藥合編) is widely used for clinical herbal prescription book. In Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun(방약합편), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma is used 0.8g~16g. and Gardeniae Fructus is used 1.2g~6g. The most important fact is that the prescriptions used Rhei Radix et Rhizoma & Gardeniae Fructus at the same time are 4(Yang-Gyuk-San, Pal-Jung-San, Sa-Chung-Hwan, Suk-Gyul-Myung-San. The ratio of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma & Gardeniae Fructus are 2:1, 1:1, 1:1, 1:2 ). The number of prescription Rhei Radix et Rhizoma & Gardeniae Fructus in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is total 45. 1 in sang-tong(上統), 5 in jung-tong(中統), 39 in ha-tong(下統). The group of mostly used disease is about urinary tract. The ratio of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun is 3.33%~57.14%. And the ratio of Gardeniae Fructus is 3.47%~98%. The mostly quoted medical literature what prescription included Rhei Radix et Rhizoma & Gardeniae Fructus in Bang-Yak-Hap-Pyun are Dong-Yi-Bo-Gam and Man-byung-hoe-chun.

신기전은 고려말 최무선에 의해 주화로 개발되었다. 조선시대로 넘어와 세종 30년(1448년) 총통등록(銃筒謄錄)이 편찬되면서 신기전으로 명칭이 바뀌었고, 그 크기와 용도에 따라서 소 중 대 산화 신기전으로 구분이 되었다. 이 중 대신기전은 15세기 개발되었던 로켓형 화기 중에 세계 최대, 최고의 성능을 자랑한다. 본 연구에서는 대신기전을 복원하기 위하여 추진기관인 약통의 재질적 특성과 구조적 특성에 대해 규명해 보았다.

Ma Gwa Hwe Tong, or 麻疹會通 is a general medicinal classic on measles which was an attempt to cope with the situation in the later Joseon Dynasty, when measles was prevailing all throughout the country. It was written in 1798 by Jung Yak Yong, who was a famous realist and a distinguished scholar, and in one of the chapters called Oh Gyun Pyun shows his thoughts. What he is trying to do through his writings, Ma Gwa Hwe Tong, was not reforming the current medicinal studies but to organize the classics on measles that he had access to with a system in order. The progressive thoughts shown in his other book, Eui-Ryung or 醫零, should be considered as his own thoughts only, and it is an overstatement to consider the book of Ma Gwa Hwe Tong to be his tryout in such thoughts.

Subjects : We tried to analysis dermatosurgical prescriptions including 477 WonBang(元方) prescriptions for SangJungHaTong(上中下統) introduced by HwangDoYeon(黃道淵). Methods : Prescriptions in BangYakHapPyun(方藥合編) is generally categorized into SangTong(上統), JungTong(中統), HaTong(下統) which are called PoJe(補劑), HwaJe(和劑), KongJe(功劑) respectively. This study classified and analyzed major diseases and symptoms appeared in dermatosurgical prescription and composition of medicine, as well as in BangYakHapPyun(方藥合編). Results and conclusions : The results of examining dermatosurgical prescriptions in WonBang(元方) of SangJungHaTong(上中下統) in BangYakHapPyun(方藥合編) are as follows; 1. The proportion of dematosurgical prescriptions was SangTong(上統) $\frac{10}{126}$(7.9$\%$). JungTong(中統) $\frac{22}{181}$(12.1$\%$), and HaTong(下統) $\frac{16}{163}$(9.8$\%$), which means that JungTong(中統)(HwaJe 和劑) takes up relatively the largest portion. 2. As for SangTong(上統), upper level herbs used in medicine are Glycyrrhiza uralensis(甘草), Paeonia japonica(白芍藥), Angelica gigas(當歸). Astragalus membranaceus(황기). Ginseng(人蔘), Poria cocos(복령), Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma(白朮). Cinnamon(肉桂), Rehmaniniae radix preparat(熱地黃). And these herbs are the components of Sipjundaebo-tang(十全大補湯), one of the most well-known medicine for weak energy and blood(補氣血). 3. As for JungTong(中統), in addition to medicine for weak energy and blood. Ledebouriella seseloides(防風) that removes ill elements on skin surface and Pung(風) called "wind". Limonium tetragonum(桔梗) that eliminates discharges and sputum, Angelica dahurica(白芷) that removes discharge and suppress tumor are applied. Other herbs are Ostericum koreanum(羌活). Skullcap(황령),Schizonepeta tenuifolia(荊芥), Aurantii fructus(地殼), Cimicifuga heracleifolia(升麻), Bupleurum falcatum(柴胡), Lonicerae flos(金銀花). These herbs are more effective for wind-calming treatment. cooling down fever, clearing skin irritation, detoxication. removal of tumor and discharge than replenishing energy and blood. 4. As for HaTong(下統), Angelica gigas(當歸) and Ledebouriella seseloides(防風), the two major herbs for SangTong(上統) and JungTong(中統), are mostly used. In addition, Skullcap(黃芩), Gardenia jasminoides(梔子), Eisenia bicyclis(大黃) are other major components and their key efficacy is to lower fever and KongHa(功下). 5. Herbs applied for SangTong(上統), JungTong(中統), and HaTong(下統) in large quantity are Glycyrrhiza uralensis(甘草) that harmoniously combine different herbal elements and Poria cocos(복령) that discharges humidity and watery elements out of body, removes humid and hot elements, and strengthen gastrointestinal system. Based on this, it is inferred that prescriptions for this study focus largely on treatment of humid and hot elements. In the composition of this prescription, Angelica gigas(當歸), Paeonia japonica(白芍藥), and Cnidium officinale(川芎) are taking up relatively large proportion, which are basic herbs for Samul-tang(四物湯). Therefore, it is incurred here that the concept of "replenishing blood" bears importance in dermatosurgical treatment. 6. As for herb medicines used for more than two types of prescriptions of SangTong(上統), JungTong(中統), and HaTong(下統), most of them are simultaneously used for SangTong(上統) and JungTong(中統), or for JungTong(中統), and HaTong(下統) except for Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma(白朮) and Gleditsia sinensis(조각자). This finding implies that prescription or treatment that are simultaneously applied are replenishing and harmonizing, or harmonizing and attacking while replenishing and attacking never go together.
