Characteristic of Liquid Inclinometer for Helicopter Balance Control (헬리콥터 자세 제어를 위한 액체형 균형센서의 특성 연구)

  • 무인 헬리콥터의 자세 정보를 계측할 수 있는 액체형 균형센서의 특성에 대해 연구하였다. 액체형 균형센서는 시간경과에 따른 누적오차가 없으므로 헬리콥터에 장착하면 장시간동안 균형을 유지시킬 수 있다. 제작된 균형센서의 각 전극에서 측정된 전압으로부터 기울어진 각도를 추정하기 위해 균형센서를 전기적으로 해석하고 측정된 전압과 각도사이의 환산모델을 유도하였다. 구해진 환산모델의 정확성을 실험을 통하여 입증하였다.

  • 일반기업에서 성과측정이 매우 중요시되는 것과 마찬가지로 공공환경의 복잡한 변화와 함께 공공기관에서도 성과측정이 중요시 되고 있다. 이에 따라 공공기관에서는 무형자산의 중요성을 인식하면서 성과측정과 관리의 수단으로 균형성과지표(Balanced Scorecard)를 도입하고 있다. 그러나 균형성과지표는 일반기업의 성과측정을 위해 고안된 방법론으로 공공기관의 특성을 반영할 수 있도록 변형되지 않고서는 공공기관에 그대로 도입되어 사용될 수는 없다. 더욱이 기존의 BSC는 '시간지연(time delay)'을 가지고 있는 지표들간의 상호작용 및 상호 의존성을 반영하지 못하고 있으며, 지표들간의 피드백을 유발하는 인과관계를 간과하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 핵심지표들간의 상호작용 및 관계성의 설정과 새로운 정책이나 입법과정에서 발생할 수 있는 '시간지연'에 의한 영향 등을 반영하고자 시스템다이내믹스(System Dynamics)와 시스템사고를 적용, 공공기관, 성과측정에 적합한 Dynamic BSC 모델을 개발하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 가상현실시스템을 이용한 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형과 낙상효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 연구 대상자는 뇌졸중 환자 20명으로 실험군 10명 대조군 10명씩 각각 배정하였다. 실험군과 대조군 모두 일반적인 주 5회의 물리치료와 작업치료를 받았다. 실험군은 추가적으로 가상현실 프로그램을 이용하여 8주간 1일 20분 주 3회 시행하였다. 본 연구의 측정은 균형수행 능력검사, 낙상효능감 척도검사를 사용하였다. 두 군 간 훈련 후 측정 사이에 균형수행 능력검사와, 낙상효능감 검사에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 또한 각 군 간 훈련 후 측정 사이에 균형수행 능력검사와, 낙상효능감 검사에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 따라서 가상현실 프로그램 병행한 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형과 낙상효능감을 향상시키는데 긍적적인 도움을 주어 유용한 뇌졸중 환자의 치료 프로그램으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 보여 진다.

  • Our country is already in the aging corner and fall down is the elderly personal, social and economic problems are causing. therefore, executed this study for inquiring into an athletic effect for the balance ability increase that was a main variable of an fall down. The purpose of this study, to find the effect of balance training using visual feedback and somatosensory. Experimental group divided the three groups, objects measured balance ability of each experimental groups before experiment, the balance exercise group used visual feedback by Nintendo Wii(company - model), the balance exercise group used visual and TOGU, the balance exercise group used blind and TOGU. 4 experimental of each groups measured MFT and EMG value after training. having rest time, 4 experimental of each groups measured MFT and EMG value after training used balance pad. MFT - visual feedback with somatosensory training is most efficient but, indifferent both balance training with visual feedback and balance training with somatosensory. EMG - training with somatosensory is more efficient than training with visual feedback. Conclusion : in the process of improving equilibrium ability of patient who is lack of balance ability, somatosensory training is effective to correct different of left, right and frequency of left, right. visual feedback is the most effective way to improve dynamic balance sensory, so parallel of these two practice is thought to be the most effective.

  • 이 연구는 시각적 되먹임을 이용한 3차원 운동이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 11명의 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 3D 시각적 운동을 이용한 균형 훈련을 실시하였고, 11명은 고전적인 균형훈련을 실시하였다. 운동은 주5회 6주 동안 이루어졌다. Berg Balance 척도를 통해 균형정도를 측정하였다. 3D 시각적 운동을 이용한 그룹에서 균형 정도가 더 많이 향상되었다. 따라서, 3D 시각적 운동은 뇌졸중환자의 균형훈련에 유용한 방법이라고 할 수 있다.

  • This study was conducted to compare the PNF and Trunk Exercise Program has effectiveness on the pain, disability, static and dynamic balance in chronic low back pain patients. To evaluate the effects of exercise, subjects were evaluated by using VAS for pain, Oswestry disability index for disability, One leg stand test for static balance and Balance System for dynamic balance test. Pain, Oswestry disability index, One leg stand test, and Dynamic balance test in PNF had statistical significance than Trunk exercise program(p<0.05). So this results were suggested that the lifting and chopping pattern of PNF was effective on pain, disability and balance in chronic low back pain patients.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of muscular strength, sensation, and spasticity of the hip joint on balance using clinical tools in chronic stroke patients. Thirty-two subjects participated. It were measured muscular strength of the hip flexor, extensor, abductor, and adductor using manual muscle testing, light touch sensibility, and spasticity of the quadriceps using the modified Ashworth scale in the paretic lower extremity. Also, static and dynamic balance were measured by the functional balance scale. Collected data was analyzed by stepwise multiple regression. Muscular strength of the hip abductor, light touch sensibility, and spasticity were associated with static balance(p<0.05) and explanatory power was 80.5%. Muscular strength of the hip abductor and light touch sensibility were associated with dynamic balance(p<0.05) and explanatory power was 77.9%. Thus, it is suggested that muscular strength of the hip abductor and light touch sensibility is considered when providing evaluation and intervention programs for the future in the balance.

  • The relationship between balance and ankle muscle characteristics (strength and flexibility) may be important to identify those at an increased risk of falling and to develop fall-prevention training programs. The association between ankle muscle characteristics (strength and flexibility) and balance has not previously been studied. The purpose of this study assessed the relationship between ankle muscle characteristics and balance. Sixteen healthy participants volunteered to participate in the study. Dynamic balance measured using Y-balance kit. Ankle muscle characteristics (strength and flexibility) measured using hand-held dynamometer and goniometry. The results indicated a positive correlation between ankle invertor muscle strength and Y-balance test performance. Clinicians should consider ankle muscle strength during therapeutic interventions to improve dynamic balance.

Effects of Vision Control Balance Training on Balance and Muscle Activities of Stroke Patients (시각 통제 균형훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 및 근 활성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to examine effects of vision control balance training applied to stroke patients on their balance. 26 stroke patients, the subjects of this study, were divided into an affected side 1/2 vision control group (9), a non-affected side 1/2 vision control group (9), and a non-vision control group (8). After vision control standing on Posturo-med, all of the three groups received balance training 20 minutes four times per week for 8 weeks watching themselves 1M away from a mirror. To measure their balance abilities, measurements were made on their time of balance maintenance and muscle activity prior to the intervention, four 4 after the intervention, and 8 weeks after the intervention. Vision control balance training applied to stroke patients resulted in increase in their time of balance maintenance and significant improvement in vastus medialis muscle activity (p<0.05). This study result is that vision control balance training is considered an effective exercise method for balance training of stroke patients.

Effects of Tai Chi on Balance and Muscle Activity of Ankle Joints with USN sensor in Elderly People (태극권이 노인의 균형과 센서 USN을 이용한 발목관절 근활성도에 미치는 영향)

  • The objective of this study was to effect of Tai Chi on balance and muscle activity of ankle joints with USN sensor in elderly people. Thirty six elderly participated and randomly assigned to a experimental group with Tai Chi and control group. The experimental group trained using a Tai Chi through 3 times per a week over 6 weeks. For all subjects, their balance such as functional reach test and one leg stance test, the change of muscle activity of ankle joints with USN sensor wireless-electromyogram during leg closed stance with eye closed were measured, and the results were as followed. The results were of a signigicant changes to the balance in group and between group as well. Comparison of muscle activity left tibialis anterior and left gastrocnemius in group, there were significant difference. Comparison of muscle activity right tibialis anterior and right gastrocnemius in group, there were significant difference. Comparison of muscle activity between groups, there was significant difference. Additional results indicated that, elderly people who received Tai Chi in one study, improve balance control and muscle activity ankle joint. so it is anticipated that improvement in clinical utilization for the elderly who's gait ability and balance ability reduced.
