As the aging ages, the disease also increases, and the development of AI technology and X-ray equipment used to treat patients' diseases is also progressing a lot. X-ray tube converts only 1% of electron energy into X-ray and 99% into thermal energy. Therefore, when the cooling time of the anode and the X-ray tube are frequently used in large hospitals, the amount of X-ray emission increases due to temperature rise, the image quality deteriorates due to the difference in X-ray dose, and the lifespan of the overheated X-ray tube may be shortened. Therefore, in this study, temperature rise and cooling time of 60kW, 75kW, and 90kW of X-ray tube anode input power were studied. In the X-ray Tube One shot 0.1s, the section where the temperature rises fastest is 0.03s from 0s, and it is judged that the temperature has risen by more than 50%. The section in which the temperature drop changes most rapidly at 20 seconds of cooling time for the X-ray tube is 0.1 seconds to 0.2 seconds, and it is judged that a high temperature drop of about 65% or more has occurred. After 20 seconds of cooling time from 0 seconds to 0.1 seconds of the X-ray tube, the temperature is expected to rise by more than 3.7% from the beginning. In particular, since 90kW can be damaged by thermal shock at high temperatures, it is necessary to increase the surface area of the anode or to require an efficient cooling system.
To broaden the understanding of classical Cepheid structure, evolution and atmospheres, we have extended our continuing secret lives of Cepheids program by obtaining XMM/Chandra X-ray observations, and Hubble space telescope (HST) / cosmic origins spectrograph (COS) FUV-UV spectra of the bright, nearby Cepheids Polaris, ${\delta}$ Cep and ${\beta}$ Dor. Previous studies made with the international ultraviolet explorer (IUE) showed a limited number of UV emission lines in Cepheids. The well-known problem presented by scattered light contamination in IUE spectra for bright stars, along with the excellent sensitivity & resolution combination offered by HST/COS, motivated this study, and the spectra obtained were much more rich and complex than we had ever anticipated. Numerous emission lines, indicating $10^4$ K up to ${\sim}3{\times}10^5$ K plasmas, have been observed, showing Cepheids to have complex, dynamic outer atmospheres that also vary with the photospheric pulsation period. The FUV line emissions peak in the phase range ${\varphi}{\approx}0.8-1.0$ and vary by factors as large as $10{\times}$. A more complete picture of Cepheid outer atmospheres is accomplished when the HST/COS results are combined with X-ray observations that we have obtained of the same stars with XMM-Newton & Chandra. The Cepheids detected to date have X-ray luminosities of log $L_X{\approx}28.5-29.1$ ergs/sec, and plasma temperatures in the $2-8{\times}106$ K range. Given the phase-timing of the enhanced emissions, the most plausible explanation is the formation of a pulsation-induced shocks that excite (and heat) the atmospheric plasmas surrounding the photosphere. A pulsation-driven ${\alpha}^2$ equivalent dynamo mechanism is also a viable and interesting alternative. However, the tight phase-space of enhanced emission (peaking near 0.8-1.0 ${\varphi}$) favor the shock heating mechanism hypothesis.
The Tb3+ or Eu3+-doped Lu2Gd1Ga2Al3O12 phosphor were fabricated by funace at 1500 ℃ for 12 h using a solid state reaction. The XRD (X-ray diffraction_Panalytical X'Pert Pro) and FE-SEM (field emission scanning electron microscope) are measured to confirm the crystalline structure and surface morphology of the phosphor. The Tb3+-doped Lu2Gd1Ga2Al3O12 phosphor emits the lights in 470~650 nm wavelength range due to transitions from 5D4 to 7Fj. Therefore, it shows the green region in the CIE chromaticity diagram under both UV and X-rays excitations. The Eu3+-doped Lu2Gd1Ga2Al3O12 phosphor emits the lights in 550~750 nm wavelength range because of 5Di to 7Fj. The emission is confirmed to be in the red region using the CIE chromaticity diagram. The Tb3+ or Eu3+-doped Lu2Gd1Ga2Al3O12 phosphor shows the characteristic f-f transition with a long decay time, which is about several milliseconds. They have the high efficiency of light emission for X-ray because of their high effective Z number (Zeff = 58.5) and density. Therefore, they are very much promising phosphors for X-ray imaging application in medical fields.
A few high-mass X-ray binaries-consisting of an OB star plus compact companion-have been observed by Fermi and ground-based Cerenkov telescopes like High Energy Stereoscopic System (HESS) to be sources of very high energy (VHE; up to 30 TeV) ${\gamma}$-rays. This paper focuses on the prominent ${\gamma}$-ray source, LS 5039, which consists of a massive O6.5V star in a 3.9-day-period, mildly elliptical ($e{\approx}0.24$) orbit with its companion, assumed here to be an unmagnetized compact object (e.g., black hole). Using three dimensional smoothed particle hydrodynamics simulations of the Bondi-Hoyle accretion of the O-star wind onto the companion, we find that the orbital phase variation of the accretion follows very closely the simple Bondi-Hoyle-Lyttleton (BHL) rate for the local radius and wind speed. Moreover, a simple model, wherein intrinsic emission of ${\gamma}$-rays is assumed to track this accretion rate, reproduces quite well Fermi observations of the phase variation of ${\gamma}$-rays in the energy range 0.1-10 GeV. However for the VHE (0.1-30 TeV) radiation observed by the HESS Cerenkov telescope, it is important to account also for photon-photon interactions between the ${\gamma}$-rays and the stellar optical/UV radiation, which effectively attenuates much of the strong emission near periastron. When this is included, we find that this simple BHL accretion model also quite naturally fits the HESS light curve, thus making it a strong alternative to the pulsar-wind-shock models commonly invoked to explain such VHE ${\gamma}$-ray emission in massive-star binaries.
Research on down conversion phosphor materials is the key for the development of solid state lighting (SSL). Especially finding alternative red phosphor for white LEDs based on blue or NUV LEDs are important research task. Under this view, we have synthesized a series of $Eu^{3+}$ substituted $La_2W_{2-x}Mo_xO_9$ (x = 0 ~ 2, insteps of 0.1) red phosphor and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and photoluminescence. XRD results reveal a phase transition from triclinic to cubic structure for $x\;{\geq}\;0$. All the compositions show broad charge transfer band due to charge transfer from oxygen to tungsten/molybdenum and red emission due to $Eu^{3+}$ ions. Select compositions show high red emission intensity compared to the commercial red phosphor under NUV/blue ray excitation. Hence, this candidate can be possible red emitting phosphors for white LEDs.

We investigated the etching characteristics of chromium films by using Cl$_2$/O$_2$ gas mixtures with electron cyclotron resonance plasma. In order to examine the chemical etch characteristics of Cr films by using Cl$_2$/O$_2$ gas plasma, we obtained the etch rate with various gas mixing ratios. By X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, the surface reaction on the chromium films during the etch was examined. From narrow scan analyses of Cr, Cl, and O, it was confirmed that a chromium oxychlorie (CrCl$_{x}$O$_{y}$) layer was formed on the surface by the etch using Cl$_2$/O$_2$ gas mixtures. We observed a new characteristic emission line during the etch of chromium films using Cl$_2$/O$_2$ gas mixtures by an optical emission spectroscopy. It was found that the peak intensity of this emission line had a tendency compatible with the etch rate. The origin of this emission line was discussed in detail. At the same time, the etched profile was also examined by scanning electron microscope.e.e.

In this paper, we investigated the electronic structures and defect states of $SrLaMgTaO_6$ (SLMTO) double perovskite structures by using resonant inelastic x-ray scattering. Recently, $Eu^{3+}$ doped SLMTO red phosphors have been vigorously investigated due to their higher red emission efficiency compared to commercial white light emitting diodes (W-LED). However, a comprehensive understanding on the electronic structures and defect states of host SLMTO compounds, which are specifically related to the W-LED and photoluminescence (PL), is far from complete. Here, we found that the PL spectra of SLMTO powder compounds sintered at a higher temperature, $1400^{\circ}C$, were weaker in the blue emission regions (at around 400 nm) and became enhanced in near infrared (NIR) regions compared to those sintered at $1200^{\circ}C$. To elucidate the difference of the PL spectra, we performed resonant inelastic x-ray spectroscopy (RIXS) at Ta L-edge. Our RIXS result implies that the microscopic origin of different PL spectra is not relevant to the Ta-related defects and oxygen vacancies.
A redback system is a binary system composed of a pulsar and a main sequence star. The inverse Compton (IC) scattering between the stellar soft photons and the relativistic pulsar wind will generate orbital-modulating GeV photons. We look for these IC emissions from redback systems. A multi-wavelength observation of an unassociated gamma-ray source, 3FGL J2039.6-5618, by Salvetti et al. (2015) detected an orbital modulation with a period of 0.2 days in both X-ray and optical cases. They suggested 3FGL J2039.6-5618 to be a new redback candidate. We analyzed the gamma-ray emission of 3FGL J2039.6-5618 using the data from the Fermi large area telescope (Fermi-LAT) and obtained the spectrum in different orbital phases. We propose that the spectrum has orbital dependency and estimate the characteristic energy of the IC emission from the stellar-pulsar wind interaction.
The 2011 August 09 Flare is one of the largest X-ray flares of Sunspot Cycle 24 to attract a lot of attention for its various activities detected in coronal images. In this study we concern ourselves mostly on information of high energy electrons produced during this flare provided by hard X ray data from the Reuven Ramaty High-Energy Solar Spectroscopic Imager (RHESSI) and radio data from the Korean Solar Radio Burst Locator (KSRBL) and Ondrejov. EUV images obtained by the Atmospheric Imaging Assembly (AIA) on board the Solar Dynamic Observatory are used to provide the context of magnetic reconnection. In our results, (1) HXR spectra have a rich spectral morphology. Initially it could be fit by one thermal component (T~30MK) and one single power law nonthermal spectrum, but later a better fit could be made by introducing an additional thermal component (T~55 MK). (2) Time delays between the KSRBL burst and the RHESSI hard X-ray emission were found which are more obvious at low frequencies and insignificant at high frequencies. (3) The HXR source lies in the core of the quadrupolar active region. In our interpretation based on AIA 94 A images, the outer part of the active region erupted to be blown out, leaving the intense hard X-ray emission concentrated in the core. We relate the appearance of the second thermal component to the evolution of the AIA 171 and 94 A images. The time delays of microwave peaks to HXR peaks are interpreted as indicating presence of trapped electrons in larger closed magnetic loops. With these result we conclude that the hard X ray and microwaves are due to impulsive acceleration in the low and high heights and a sigmoidal reconnection scenario.
It is a well known fact that the LCD and Semiconductor Devices are a central part of IT industry which is important in the present and the future. But the biggest problem of Semiconductor and LCD manufacturing is maintaining a cleaning room environment. For this reason, the soft X-ray type Ionizer was used as the electrostatic reducer device, which protects damage of the product against electrostatic discharge in the manufacturing process. Therefore it is a essential important factor during Semiconductor and LCD production process. But the soft X-ray has a intrinsic problem with harmful to human being in case of soft X-ray exposure. That's reason we have the research to solve above problem and made an apparatus that it was covered with shielding structure to protect X-ray radiation to outside. And besides, it has a possibility to eliminate the charged electrostatic in the narrow space through the slot for Ion emissions with dual soft X-ray sources on the both side. It is also not make the particles from itself when it has been operated.
