치과기공소의 작업환경이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Dental Laboratory's Working Environment on the Turnover Intention)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze dental laboratory's working environment and turnover intention level and to examine its correlation. Methods: 180 dental technicians in Seoul, Incheon, and Chungnam area were selected. Survey was carried out from April 6, 2009 to May 20, 2009 by using self-administered questionnaire. As for the tools for this study, the structured questionnaire was used with its proven reliability and feasibility, and the contents of questionnaire consisted of 43 questions on the basis of related references. The questionnaire consisted of total 32 questions which included general attribute of subjects(14 questions), working Environment(20 questions) and turnover intention(9 questions). The data analysis was processed by computerized system with SPSS 12.0. Statistical analysis techniques included frequency, percentage, T-test, F-test analysis and regression analysis. Results: As a result of analyzing the research subjects' working environment level, there was significant difference in the item of health(P<0.05). The average in the working environment was indicated to be high with 1.53. As a result of analyzing the research subjects' turnover intention level, there was difference in the item of working hours a day(Hour), job satisfaction level, plan for task continuity, most difficulty given task(P<0.05). The average of turnover intention was indicated to be high with 2.85. Conclusion: Correlation between working environment and turnover intention, most of variables were indicated to have reverse correlation, thereby having been shown that the worse working environment leads to the more turnover intention.

노동시간이 삶 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Working Hour on the Worker's Subjective Well-being)

  • 이 연구는 노동시간이 노동자의 삶 만족도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명함으로써, 한국 장시간 노동체제가 가지는 의미의 일단을 규명하고자 한 것이다. 이 연구의 분석자료는 통계청의 2014년 생활시간조사자료이며, 노동시간 요인은 '하루 노동시간 길이'와 '주당 휴일 수준' 두가지이다. 먼저 노동시간이 삶 만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 이어서 돌봄을 필요로 하는 가족원이 있는지 여부에 따라 노동시간이 삶 만족도에 미치는 영향이 달라지는지 여부를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 통상 행복 수준에 영향을 미치는 소득, 교육, 고용형태, 성별 등의 요인들을 통제하는 경우에도 노동시간 길이가 길수록, 휴가 수준이 낮을수록 한국인의 삶 만족도는 저하된다. 그러나 돌봄을 요하는 가족원이 있는 경우 노동시간이 삶 만족도에 미치는 영향은 달라진다. 돌봄을 필요로 하는 가족원이 있는 경우, 노동시간 길이와 휴가 수준은 삶 만족도에 더 이상 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않으며, 성별이 삶 만족도에 미치는 영향력의 유의미성 역시 사라진다. 이는 돌봄을 요하는 가족원이 없는 경우에, 노동시간이 미치는 영향 및 여성이 남성보다 삶 만족도가 높은 것과 대조된다. 이는 한국 가족의 돌봄시간 성별 격차와 깊이 관련되어 있는 것으로 추정된다.

  • As women's economic participation increases, the problems of day care appears seriously in Korea. The government made of nurture law for infants in 1991 and drove more establishment day care center, However, currently only 7.3% of 1.86 million infants, of working mother's infants under age 5, are caring. The employers supporting day are facilities which have many advantages such as enable women's economic participation stability of mental state, but the number of such facilities was recorded as 114 in 1996. therefore, the support for the facilities are demanding in terms of quantity but it is required improvements of in terms of quantity because infants are easily influenced by their environment. This study aims to provide infants of employers more efficient and better interior environment for day care and education facilities. By analyzing actual condition of plans and space utilization of selected facilities were cases and found out the problems in the selected facilities. The study of study identified are explained. 1. The object of study identified are explained. 2. Relevant theories and studies on environmental structure of infant day care. 3. The present conditions of infant day care are investigated and analysed with selected facilities as cases. 4. The concept and basic direction of design was made based on above researches.

기후변화에 의한 건설시공환경 변화 분석 (Analysis of Construction Conditions Change due to Climate Change)

  • 본 연구는 과거 기상관측자료와 IPCC SRES A2 기후변화 시나리오를 이용하여 기후변화가 건설시공환경 변화에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 과거기간은 전국 57개 기상관측소의 30년(1975~2004년)기간, 미래기간에 2025s(2011~2040년)와 2065s(2051~2080년)기간의 일강수량과 일평균기온자료를 이용하였다. 관측소별로 연강수량과 연평균기온에 대한 경향성분석을 수행한 결과 대부분의 관측소에서 연강수량과 연평균기온이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 기후변화와 시공환경간의 관계지표로 공사별 작업가능일수와 극치호우사상 발생일수를 선정하였다. 관계지표에 대해 선형회귀분석과 Mann-Kendall test를 이용하여 경향성 분석을 수행한 결과, 연별 작업가능일수와 극치호우사상 발생일수는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, A2 시나리오 상황에서 작업가능일수와 극치호우사상 발생일수의 변화를 분석한 결과 관측자료를 이용한 결과와 유사한 결과를 보였다. 결과적으로 기후변화로 인해 작업가능일수의 증가와 더불어 집중호우로 인한 건설현업에서의 직 간접적 피해도 증가할 것으로 전망되었다.

주 5일제 시행 후 일 지역 응급실 환자 특성 변화 (Changes of Characteristics of Patients in Daily Regional Emergency Room after Execution of Five-day Workweek System)

  • Purpose: Ths study aims to examine characteristics of patients using emergency room after execution of five-day workweek system by government and provide basic materials for operation of efficient emergency room. Methods: Data were collected tbrough medical records of patients visiting emergency room from July of 2004 to October of 2006 and they were analyzed with SPSSlPC 10.0. Conclusion : 1. The number of patients visiting emergency room was average 16.7 persons a day in 2004, 17.5 in 2005 and 18.6 in 2006 and it was found that it was increasing every year since the execution of five-day workweek system 2. Gender distribution of subjects using emergency room was higher in male than in female every year. 3. Means of transport to emergency room were mostly private car and others(public transport or on foot), but use of ambulance was increasing. 4. Residential areas of subjects were mostly 'Myeon area' in 2004~2005, but it was changed to residents at 'Eup area' in 2006. 5. Distribution of patients by medical departments was highest in internal medicine and surgery in 2004~2006 and rate of visiting pediatrics was increasing every year. 6. Time to stay at emergency room was most at 'below 30 min'. in 2004~2006, but cases of stay for 'more than 2 hours' were increasing every year. 7. On presence or absence of trauma in patients visiting emergency room, rate of visit to emergency room with 'no trauma' was higher and this result was increasing every year. 8. As a result of classifying severity of patients visiting emergency room, use rate of emergency room by 'non-emergency' patients was over 90% in 2004~2006 and such a phenomenon was deepened in 2006 compared to that in 2004. 9. Measures after emergency care of patients were most in case of 'discharge' in 2004~2006, but cases of admission to hospital after emergency care were increased every year. 10. According to use of emergency room by a day of the week, use on Sunday was most frequent in 2004~2006, but use on Friday the day before holiday was increasing. 11. According to distribution by age, use by those between '40~49' was most in 2004~2005, but use by those 'below 10' was most in 2006. 12. According to time to visit emergency room, using emergency room at "15:31~23:30 was most in 2004~2006, cases of visiting emergency room at day working hour were decreased every year and those at evening and night working hours were increased. Conclusion: In sum, it was found that characteristics of patients visiting emergency room and their actual status were changed after the execution of five-day workweek system and efforts to rearrange emergency medical system are required.

미취학자녀를 둔 아버지의 근무일과 비근무일의 자녀돌봄시간과 영향 요인 - 맞벌이 여부 및 돌봄유형별 차이를 중심으로 - (Paternal Childcare Time for Preschool Children and Its Determinants on Working and Nonworking Days)

  • 본 연구는 2019 통계청 생활시간조사 자료를 분석하여 미취학자녀를 둔 아버지의 돌봄유형별 자녀돌봄 행태와 영향 요인을 근무일과 비근무일로 나누어 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미취학 자녀를 둔 아버지들은 비근무일에 근무일의 3배 이상의 시간을 자녀돌봄에 사용하였으며, 참여율 또한 비근무일에 더 높았다. 둘째, 맞벌이 아버지와 외벌이 아버지 모두 필수돌봄과 발달돌봄에 사용한 시간이 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 필수돌봄에 대한 요구가 높은 시기임을 고려할 때 아버지들이 필수 돌봄에 발달돌봄과 비슷한 정도의 참여를 하고 있다는 점은 고무적인 결과라고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 아버지들은 어머니의 시간가용성을 고려하여 근무일과 비근무일 간에 돌봄유형별 돌봄 참여를 조정하는 것으로 보인다. 넷째, 아버지의 근무일의 자녀돌봄 시간은 근무일과 비근무일 모두 가정 내 돌봄 요구와 관련되는 변수들의 영향력이 컸으며, 돌봄유형 중 발달돌봄 시간은 분석에 투입된 독립변수들에 의해 거의 설명되지 않았다. 연구 결과로 볼 때, 아버지의 양육참여를 제고하기 위해서는 근로시간 단축과 다양한 가족친화제도의 도입이 요구되며, 부부가 자녀 돌봄에 대한 공동책임을 가지고 자녀양육을 함께 해나갈 수 있도록 아버지들의 양육책임에 대한 인식 변화 또한 필요하다.

경두개직류전류자극이 정상인의 주의집중력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation on Concentration of Attention)

  • Purpose : Study on the effects of attention(working memory) for normal adults by applying transcranial Direct Current Stimulation(tDCS). Methods : There are two groups of 10 random people aged between 20 to 30, one is an experimental group(stimulation) and the other is a comparison group(simulate stimulation). For the 1st da y, pre-stimulation test is executed, and for the 2nd day to the 4th day, tDCS is applied stimulated both on the right prefrontal lobe and the left occipital lobe through the electrode. The stimulation lasts for 15 minutes with voltage power of 1mA for each day. The post-stimulation test is executed on the day of 5th. In this paper, a FAIR attention test is used for measuring the attention. Results : As the result of the experiment, there are significant gaps both on the value of P, the ability of selective attention, and the value of C, the consistent ability after the stimulation on right prefrontal and left occipital lobe. And there is no significant gap on the value Q, the quality(Control). However, all the P, Q, and C values are increased according to the average value between the pre-stimulation test and the post-stimulation. Conclusion : Finally, ability of selective attention and self-control, and consistent attention is progressed by applying the tDCS to the normal people.

우편 집중국 수구분 작업 개선에 대한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of Working Methods of Manual Letter Sorting in Mail Center)

  • Recently, the public postal service of Korea confronts with business environment changes such as the opening of postal market and appearance of the domestic competitive enterprises. It is the current state that the public postal service of Korea should have a competitive edge by the productivity improvement of business processes. In this paper, we proposed new working tables for manual letter sorting which is one of the important process in mail center. We suggested standard working method and standard time in a mail center Based on these, we established the procedure for setting up a fair day's work in other mail centers. By the result of this research, we expect that the productivity of the mail sorting operation will be increased.

유아교사들의 안전에 대한 지식과 사고예방실천과의 관계 연구 (Relationship between Early Childhood Teachers' Knowledge and Protective Practice on Safety)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between early childhood teacher's knowledge and protective practice on safety. The study subjects were 312 early childhood teachers working at kindergartens and day care centers in Seoul, Kyung-gi area. A modified questionnaire was based on that developed by Nam(2002). Data were analysed by t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlations. The results were as follows. First, there was a small but insignificant difference for safety knowledge in the teachers' teaching experiences, and working place, but no difference in attending safety education. Second, there were differences for safety practices in teaching experiences and working place. Third, teachers' safety knowledge was highly and positively correlated with safety practices. In conclusion, enhanced early childhood teacher' safety knowledge is needed for improved safety practice.

강원지역 초등학교와 고등학교 영양사의 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (Job Satisfaction of Dietitians between Elementary School and High School)

  • Dietitians' satisfaction between elementary school and high school in KangWon Do region were surveys with questionnaires. 61 elementary school dietitians and 30 high school dietitians participated. The dietitians in elementary schools had higher scores in age, marital status, years at work, types of employment, average annual income and had lesser hours of work. In overall, elementary schools had higher percentage on self operation and on the period of their food distribution to students. High schools had higher percentage on conventional systems, freedom in the amount of food distribution, number of meals per day and the meal charge. It was clear that dietitians in high schools showed more interests in changing their careers due to the poor working environment and salary. The highest score was on the relationship with other coworkers and the lowest score was on the poor working environment and salary. In general, dietitians in both types of schools are not satisfied with their career, especially with the working environment and salary.
