스마트 폰 기술의 급속한 발전과 더불어 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경 하에서 기존의 웹사이트나 포털시스템에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모바일 사용자들의 요구가 급증하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 서비스들은 데스크 탑 PC 나 노트북 등의 환경에 맞춰져 있어 스마트 폰과 같은 오늘날의 모바일 디바이스에서는 그대로 사용하기 어려운 상황으로 수정으로 인한 많은 비용이나 시스템 보안에 대한 어려움이 큰 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 웹서버로부터 제공되는 기능들을 그대로 활용하여 스마트폰 환경에서도 사용할수 있도록 인트라넷 보안과 스마트 폰 어플리케이션의 장점을 살릴 수 있는 재활용성을 고려한 안드로이드 기반의 인력관리시스템을 구현하였다.

Managers, supervisors, executives and others whose office is to get work done by staff in organizations would desire a motivated workforce. Despite the advances in technology, any system has tot have motivated people to achieve its goals and at some time or other, no one in charge of a unit has failed to wonder, 'How best do I get individuals and groups motivated'? What is motivation, how can employees be motivated to direct their energies towards execution of the job and how is this achieved on a sustained on-going basis? Is a highly motivated employee necessarily an ace performer? These are the issues which the author would address in the present paper. The authors has conducted an empirical study by administering motivational test and collected data from 100 corporate of Bhopal region.

This study analyzes the economic effect of introducing the arrival duty - free shop at Incheon International Airport. Based on the estimated sales of KRW 127 billion for the duty-free shop at the port of entry, the international balance of payments was estimated at KRW 55.5 billion. Job creation was estimated at 530, including direct and indirect workforce. With the admission of arrival duty-free shops, duty-free shops in the airline are likely to see a decline in sales, helping to improve monopoly structure on the market structure side. It is expected that the rental income generated through the operation of the arrival duty-free shop will be used as a resource for social contribution activities, creating additional social economic effects.

Smart lighting systems have become increasingly popular in several public sectors because of trends toward urbanization and intelligent technologies. In this study, we designed and implemented a web application platform to explore and monitor data acquired from lighting devices at Thammasat University (Rangsit Campus, Thailand). The platform provides a convenient interface for administrative and operative staff to monitor, control, and collect data from sensors installed on campus in real time for creating geographically specific big data. Platform development focuses on both back- and front-end applications to allow a seamless process for recording and displaying data from interconnected devices. Responsible persons can interact with devices and acquire data effortlessly, minimizing workforce and human error. The collected data were analyzed using an exploratory data analysis process. Missing data behavior caused by system outages was also investigated.

This research note probes the largely ignored sphere of smart tourism curriculum as destinations and institutions seek to develop graduates ready to embrace the demands and challenges of future work environments where technology has a ubiquitous presence. This knowledge gap is somewhat surprising, even as destinations progress towards smart tourism futures, without necessarily clarifying what human resources need to possess in the coming decades. Drawing from available smart tourism curriculum across the globe, and emergent trends associated with Generation Alpha and Beta, this research note paints a timely picture of how smart tourism curriculum should be designed and developed to meet the needs of industry and consumer demands and expectations.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the productivity of multilayered modular housing units during the prefabrication phase. Additionally, it shows the results of productivity analysis conducted using the Web Cyclone technique. Initially, an review of literature and prior studies helped outline the comprehensive manufacturing process of laminated modular apartments, examining the range of minimum, average, and maximum work durations along with workforce size. Subsequently, the productivity of the multilayered apartments' prefabrication was assessed using the Web Cyclone technique, focusing on the workflow, duration, and personnel involved. This analysis also included a comparison of productivity against the initial plan based on the outcomes of a sensitivity analysis.

The government operates autonomous safety management activities in the regulated safety management in order to prevent industrial accidents. On the other side, companies are promoting safety management in the workplace, such as improving the safety level of the safety system, but the major reason for the accidents is safety ignorance in the event of big accidents. This study aims to improve the safety culture level by analyzing the difference in safety culture among six workplace sites in the manufacture of food products and drawing the improvement point. The main result is as follows. In order to enhance the safety level of the safety system, it is necessary to minimize the number of systems to be implemented, and to strengthen the small safety management activities that workers participate directly in the workforce, and the incentive policy for the promotion of the safety management activities should be coordinated by each group. Due to the high proportion of female workers, the proportion of female workers should be encouraged to actively participate in the safety of women, thereby improving safety culture levels and improving safety awareness through customized safety education. By learning work procedures through theory and practice, the level of safety culture should be increased. Employees voluntary safety participation activities should increase the level of mutual safety culture. Depending on spontaneous safety participation activities, one should promote safety culture enhancement activities by enhancing the safety level of the safety culture and enhance safety culture through safety awareness, and promote safety culture and procedures for improving safety culture.

DEA is a typical method that allows measurements and evaluations of the efficiency. This study examined the management efficiency of bean farm households to suggest factors that influence the management efficiency. The results showed that a larger cultivation area has more positive effects on the scale efficiency of beans farm households. When summing up farmer's family labor, lease fee, hired labor cost, which are strongly related to the workforce, it reached up to 54.6%. This means that they all occupy more than half of the production cost and they show an increasing trend. Moreover, although the hired labor rate is higher, it has more positive influences on the gross efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency. In addition, the results showed that environmentally-friendly agriculture decreases the efficiency.

This study has been conducted to estimate the degree of cognition of military hospital services according to experience of military hospital services for serviceman, and to find out some factors affecting the medical services satisfaction. Questionnaires were given to 600 persons during October 5th though 24th 2009. All 600 questionnaires distributed affair, but 343 cases were collected. Statistical analysis methods used in this dissertation are t-test, Logistic Regression Analysis and other basic statistics such as frequency, percentage, and standard deviation using SPSS ver, 17.0. Results of the study are as follows: The satisfaction of the treat a patients' to compared military hospital and private hospital was providing free medical treatment for serviceman. The dissatisfaction of the treat a patients' to compared military hospital and private hospital was army doctors treated his very unfriendly. The level of medical treatment to providing military hospital was very low cognition for serviceman. In conclusion, to increase the preference of the military hospital is level of private hospital health care level of should be to developed. More support to financial should provide for medical workforce and setting of cutting edge medical equipment in the military hospital. Military hospital is should be competition with private hospital. Also should be improve the quality of military medical service.

The purpose of this study is to develop the performance evaluation indicator of information security training program for developing the next generation of top security leaders. Through literature review and focus group interview, we derived the performance areas and indicators based on the logic model. We conducted AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) questionnaire to calculate the weight of the derived indicators, and developed the performance indicator based on the survey results. Performance indicators were composed of 18 indicators in four main categories.
