최근 코로나 19의 세계적 대유행 이후로 비즈니스 업무환경이 스마트워크로 급격하게 변하고 있다. 스마트워크는 기본적으로 언제 어디서나 일을 할 수 있는 시스템을 근간으로 하고 있다. 스마트워크가 성공하기 위해서는 이러한 시스템의 구축과 운영 문제가 중요할 뿐만 아니라, 스마트워크 도입이 미치는 조직문화에의 영향을 연구하는 것도 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 레저 서비스 대기업인 H사에서 경영상 강조하고 있는 조직 문화의 일곱 가지 차원 - 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 공정한 인사관리, 합리적 의사결정, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력, 리더십 - 에 있어서 스마트워크 전후로 어떤 변화가 있는지 설문과 인터뷰를 통하여 조사하였다. 조사결과 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력의 네 가지 차원에서는 직원들의 평가가 통계적으로 낮아진 것으로 나타났고, 공정한 인사관리, 합리적 의사결정, 리더십의 측면에서는 큰 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 도입초기 단기적 현상일수도 있어 앞으로의 변화도 관찰할 필요가 있지만, 기업 관점에서 궁극적으로 유연한 업무 환경의 변화를 추구하는데 있어서 직원들로 하여금 전략적 혁신성, 조직 유연성, 조직 활력, 신뢰 협력과 같이 경영상 중요한 조직 문화의 측면에서 적극적으로 준비하고 대응하는 것이 필요함을 시사한다. 조직 활력이 상대적으로 낮아지고, 조직구성원간 신뢰 소통과 협력은 감소하는 것은 굉장히 부정적 변화로서 적극적 관리가 필요하다. 이어진 인터뷰에서는 스마트워크 도입의 성공적 정착을 위해서는 리더십의 역할이 중요하게 나타나고 있어, 향후 일하는 방식의 변화에 따라 경영진 리더십의 역할이 더욱 강조될 것이라는 것을 시사하였다.

건설프로젝트는 장기간에 걸친 현장생산방식으로 이루어지며, 대부분의 공종이 야외에서 이루어지는 특징을 가진다. 따라서 공정계획 수립 시 예정공사기간 준수를 위한 방안으로 작업불능일을 산정하여 Activity에 반영하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 작업불능일은 경험과 직관에 의해 일률적으로 일수를 판단하는 것이 대부분이며, 전문가마다 필요한 정보와 업무방식이 각각 상이하여 같은 현장이라도 산정하는 방식이 다르고 그 결과도 차이가 심한 실정이다. 따라서 작업불능일 산정 시 업무정보의 과학적이고 정량적인 이해가 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 작업불능일 산정에 필요한 업무정보를 수집, 정리하여 작업불능일 산정 프로세스를 도출 하였으며, 산출된 프로세스를 바탕으로 기초화면을 설계 하였다. 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 검증한 결과, 기존 업무대비 약 69%의 업무시간 단축효과와 92%의 업무정보 매트릭스의 신뢰성을 보였으며 80%의 전문가가 시스템화에 대해 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 본 연구를 통해 작업불능일 산정업무 시 업무이해를 증진시키고 정량적인 업무수행에 따른 효율화를 도모할 수 있을 것으로 보이며 향후 시스템화에 대한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다.

Air logistics is getting growing continuously because customers need to increase rapidity and accuracy, but it isn't enough to study the process about air logistics in South Korea. We analyze the AS-IS process and problems by studying previous documents and researching in this field. We offer how to adopt the ways that are solutions concerning AS-IS process and benchmarking e-freight of IATA. Our suggestion reduces stakehoders' work load by using integrated system. We believe it will contribute to improve air logistics process by making simple the process.

노후 공동주택의 리모델링 공사 수행 현황을 살펴보면, 공동주택의 신축공사와는 달리 철거공사라는 새로운 공종이 추가 된다. 이러한 철거공사는 리모델링 공사를 구성하는 다양한 공종 중에서 공사 기간을 좌우하는 주요 공종에 해당하나, 실제 공사수행 방법은 기존의 일반 건축공사 철거형태와 거의 동일하게 이루어지고 있다. 즉, 폐자재의 재활용 등을 통한 자원의 낭비 및 환경파괴 등을 최소화 할 수 있는 리모델링 공사의 특성을 고려하지 않고, 단순 생산성만을 강조한 기존철거공사의 수행 방법을 그대로 사용하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 리모델링 공사의 특성을 반영한 철거공사의 프로세스 정립이 필요하며, 더불어 정립된 프로세스를 구성하는 단위 작업의 시공성을 평가하여 향후개선을 위한 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구는 선행연구에서 정립한 리모델링 공사의 철거 프로세스 및 단위작업(이하 '신규방식'이라함)과 기존 일반 건축공사의 철거공사 수행 방식(이하 '기존방식'이라함)의 비교를 통한 신규방식의 시공성 측면의 개선효과를 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전문가 면담을 통한 철거공사의 시공성을 측정할 수 있는 주요요인을 도출한 후, 이를 근간으로 공가(空家)상태인 시영아파트의 두개 동에 신규방식과 기존방식의 비교실험을 통한 시공성의 개선 효과를 분석하였다.

Purpose: This study was designed to describe the Critical Success Factors (CSF) of nursing organization perceived by hospital nurses. Method: Data was collected from 12 nurses who were working in the university affiliated medical center in Seoul using interview. To analyze data, content analysis was done. Results: The Critical Success Factors (CSF) of nursing organizations perceived by hospital nurses was classified into 5 categories. The 5 categories (the expectation of nurses' clients, The awareness economic value that nurses perform work, efficient nurses' work process, attractive nurses' work conditions, nurses' grow into professional) include 21 themes and 53 significant statements. Conclusions: The result of this study may be helpful in the strategic performance management of nursing organizations.

In this study, the work flow of the construction process was analyzed based on construction monitoring for a building of the middle size beam-column system Precast Concrete(PC) apartment building supplied by LH, and the Arrow Daigram Method(ADM) network diagram of its construction was written. The results of this study are judged to be able to improve productivity by using the PC structure apartment building construction plan to calculate a reasonable construction period and prepare a process management method for the PC structure frame construction.

LCI(Lean Constrcution Institute)에 의해 개발되어진 라스트 플래너(Last Planner System)은 Master Schedule, Phase Schedule, Lookahead Schedule, Weekly Work plan의 4단계로 이루어진다. 본 연구는 LSP의 4단계 중 Weekly Work Plan 단계에서 이루어지는 PPC(Percent of Plan Completed)의 측정 프로세스에 초점을 맞추고 있다. PPC 적용에 따른 여러 가지 장점에 대해서는 이미 해외 여러 나라에 의해 소개되어진 바 있지만, 아직까지 우리나라에서 PPC란 용어 자체가 낯선 상황이며, PPC 관련 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 한국 건설산업에 PPC를 도입하기에 앞서 라스트 플래너 시스템의 공정관리체계와 국내 공정관리체계를 비교 ${\cdot}$ 분석함으로써 우리나라 현실에 적합한 작업성취율 측정을 위한 공정관리절차를 제시하고 이를 도입하기 위해 선행되어져야할 사항에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this survey was to investigate the status of dietitians' nutrition management and nutrition education in the elementary school lunch program. 386 dietitians in Kyungsangnamdo and Ulsan that participated in this survey, 350 dietitians were selected for analysis. The main results of this study are as follows. 80.6% don't survey the nutrition of home food, the reason is that 'too much work' 60.2%, - The more it increases the longer they have career record - 'botheration' 21.9%, 'no idea about process' 9.5%, 'no idea about way of survey' 8.4%. 23.5% don't survey the student's preferences, the reason is that firstly 'too much work' 55.1% ,secondly 'botheration' 34.7%, as well as the case of nutrition survey. The rate of nutrition education working is about 94%. The subject of education is mostly about 'advisable diet habit'(62.6%), then importance of nutrition(19.5%), elementary knowledge about food(10.0%), table manners (5.5%), sanitary and environment(24.6%). All(100%) of them who manage over 1501 works nutrition teachig while 83.0% do but 17.0% don't in a case of 401-800 at the relationship between whether they work education or not and how many students they manage.

Is not used by consistency transport at transport of freight nothing but is using Pallet only by pedestal when work palletized unit load or materials handling when keep simplicity receptacle which fill raw material or product in factory in our country. Therefore, pallet that is most important function of Pallet is not empled circulation to end consumer from manufacturing plant which is circulation process whole path being done and factory. It is real condition stopping only in extremely determinate part process use of warehouse back. Additionally, it is possible to figure out the flow of all the materials loaded on the RFID pallet; product, material, raw material immediately, so that epoch-making management is possible and it contributes to the reduction of logistics cost because there are little loss or outflow of pallet. The materials flow is getting speedy and inventory is decreasing in the logistics process, and also bad inventory and loss problems are prevented. As a result, not only logistics cost of company but also national logistics cost is decreased. Thus it contributes to the strength of national competitiveness.

Proving the effect of lean construction has yet to be done for its staying poor basic building though there has been efforts and wants to introduce the theory and concept of lean construction in practical site. Therefore, we need to specify the methods of productivity improvement and construction process through various adaptations in the site. Also, to apply such improvement methods systematically, we need active participation of owners, contractors and supply chain members in relation to construction industry and are also require appropriate methods to adapt. At first, this study thinks over the techniques of lean construction that has been verified through studies carried before. For second, it selects the technique of lean construction with the practicality in the construction site. For third, it is aimed to make a manual of lean process management by the use of TACT and V.S.M. For fifth, it will show the method of management for repeated activity and develop a guide-line and procedure that applies the concept of work sequence and resource equalization to each phase of process management. At last, it will show methods of reflecting V.S.M. to improve and grasp the waste factor from the step of managing an activity process and develop the form to analyze the waste in construction site by mapping the value flow.
