항공기용 터보팬 엔진의 성능변수를 이용한 정비 주기 및 비용 예측에 관한 연구 (An Approach to Maintenance Cost Estimation for Aircraft Turbofan Engines)

  • 본 연구에서는 항공기용 엔진의 성능 및 기하학적 데이타를 입력 값으로 하여 창정비 주기 및 비용을 예측할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시하였다. 엔진의 순주기비용 중에서 엔진의 성능과 가장 밀접하게 관련된 부분은 연료비용과 정비비용이다. 큰 비중을 차지하는 정비비용의 예측은 경제적인 정비계획을 수립하기 위하여 정확한 예측이 필요하다. 현재 운용중인 상업용 항공기 엔진들의 성능 및 정비 비용 요소 데이터베이스를 구성하여 그 사이의 통계적 관계식을 이용하여 정비비용을 예측하는 연구를 수행하였다. 예측결과는 이전 식들의 결과와 비교하였으며 보다 세밀하고 신뢰성 있는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • 최근 스마트 기기들의 개발과 연동된 네트워크는 사물인터넷의 보급과 함께 사용자 편익 우선에 많은 기여를 하고 있다. 특히, 사물인터넷은 스마트 홈 뿐만 아니라 스마트 기기를 이용한 모든 분야에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 기기 및 사물인터넷 기기들의 활용으로 혁신적이고 실용적인 지능형 커피숍 관리 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 시스템은 키오스크 주문뿐만 아니라 스마트폰 주문이 가능하며 비콘 기반의 사용자 자동 인식 기능도 제공한다. 그리고 지오 펜스를 이용한 사용자 위치 정보를 파악하여 기다림 없는 주문 제작이 가능하도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 최종적으로 빅데이터 기반 날씨, 용도, 시간, 사용자 기반 추천 서비스도 제공하도록 하였다. 따라서, 본 시스템은 기존의 커피숍에 비해 비용 절감과 업무의 효율성이 증대되었다.

  • This paper outlines opportunities and challenges in the Implementation of BPEL based WFMS(Work Flow Management System) for the MES(Manufacturing Execution Systems) level in semiconductor manufacturing. At present, the most MES that are composed of several hundreds of applications in semiconductor wafer fabrication shop have the same problems as others about flexibility and adaptability. When a plant has to produce new product mix, remodel the manufacturing execution process, or replace obsolete equipments, the principal road blocks for responding to new manufacturing environment are inflexible communication infrastructure among the manufacturing process components and the difficulty in porting existing application software to new configurations. In this paper, the issues about BPEL standard, used for the flexibility of Workflow Management System, are presented. We introduce the integrated development framework named nanoFlow which is optimized for developing the BPEL based WFMS application for automated manufacturing system. We describe a WFMS implemented with using nanoFlow framework, review and evaluate the system in terms of flexibility and adaptability.

  • As China, the world's work shop was transformed into consumption market intermediary products and expensive consumer goods are more in highly demand recently. These will tend to diffuse especially to the west coastal cities of China. The economic growth of China needs to develop hub port facilities more and more in these days. We don't need to explain value of hub port in international trade. Furthermore If we are to retain access convenience of merchant vessel we really must maintain hub ports in Korea. This paper aims to vitalize Pyeongtaek port in times of the Pan Yellow Sea in readiness for an increase of trade between Korean, China, and Japan absorbing economic effects. The Rise of China leads to increase of trade of Korea that make necessary to develop a big and wide port to Pan Yellow Sea times. There is a lot of competition to be a hub port to become a center of international trade in the Pan Yellow Sea market. We need to improve the surrounding environment or facilities and industry clusters flexibly of Pyeongtaek port. It will guide to cost cutting and to raise business efficiency. Ultimately Pyeongtaek port should maintain and make advance its competitiveness especially in the Pan Yellow Sea times.

  • Scheduling plays an important role in shop floor planning. A scheduling shows the planned time when processing of a specific job will start on each machine that the job requires. It also indicates when the job will be completed on every process. Thus, it is a timetable for both jobs and machines. There is only one server available and arriving work require services from this server. Job are processed by the machine one at a time. The most common objective is to sequence jobs on the severs so as to minimize the penalty for being late, commonly called tardiness penalty. Based on other objectives, many criteria may serve as s basis for developing job schedules. The process also comprises all strategic planning, capital investments, management decisions, and tasks necessary to create a new product. manufacturing processes must be created so that the product can be produced in the product facility. Purchasing new equipment and training workers may be required if new technology is to be used. Tools, fixtures, and the sequence of steps in the manufacturing processes must all be developed to allow rapid, high-quality, cost effective production. Also, it may be needed to be rearrange the production facility to adapt to the new manufacturing processes. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem and reducing inventory, product development time, cycle time, and order lead time.

  • Nowadays, digital manufacturing has been known to be very effective method in manufacturing fields. It is aimed to estimate process time, to improve operation efficiency, and to prevent bottleneck processes in advance of real manufacturing. This paper addresses a scheduling support system for panel hues in a shipyard through digital manufacturing simulation. The proposed system supports operators to make better decisions on the shop-floor scheduling in panel lines. It ,would provide a complete schedule that is at least as good as any schedule currently obtained. Furthermore, it can evaluate the operator's schedule by simulating it with 3-dimensional models before the work orders and schedules are released.

  • 본 연구는 지능화되고 있는 Smishing 수사기술에 대해 연구한다. 최근 스마트폰 사용자가 늘어나고 있음에 따라 그 에 따른 Smishing 피해 또한 늘어났다. Smishing 위험은 스마트폰 사용자라면 항상 존재한다. 해커는 스마트폰에 있는 전화번호 개인정보, 스마트폰뱅킹, 소셜네트워크 서비스, 모바일 쇼핑, 공인인증서 등을 이용해 Smishing 공격으로 이익을 취득한다. 이 연구에서는 Smishing 사고가 국민의 안전한 사이버생활에 위협을 주고 있어 Smishing수사기술에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

  • 본 연구는 명함 제작할 때 인쇄 기획사 컴퓨터에 명함신청 정보가 파일로 저장되어 있어 개인 정보 유출의 위험성이 항상 존재한다. 명함신청 파일에 들어가는 조직정보, 이름, 휴대폰번호, 이메일 주소 등의 정보는 암호화 되어 있지 않아 쉽게 접근이 가능하다. 이 연구에서는 명함신청의 프로세스를 자동화 하여 명함신청 파일에 들어가는 정보를 암호화 하고 명함 신청 프로세스를 간소화 하여 담당자의 업무를 최소화 하고 인쇄소와 직접적으로 연계하여 명함 인쇄 완료 후에 인쇄 파일을 자동으로 삭제하는 방법을 연구 한다.

기계중복비용과 공간제약을 고려한 예외적 요소의 최소화 알고리듬 (An Algorithm for Minimizing Exceptional Elements Considering Machine Duplication Cost and Space Constraint in Cellular Manufacturing System)

  • Job shop manufacturing environments are using the concept of cellular manufacturing systems(CMS) which has several advantages in reducing production lead times, setup times, work-in-process, etc. Utilizing the similarities between cell-machine, part-machine, and the shape/size of parts, CMS can group machines and parts resulting in improved efficiency of this system. However, when grouping machines and parts in machine cells, there inevitably occurs exceptional elements(EEs), which can not operate in the same machine cell. Minimizing these EEs in CMS is a critical point that improving production efficiency. Constraints in machine duplication cost, machining process technology, machining capability, and factory space limitations are main problems that prevent achiving the goal of maintaining an ideal CMS environment. This paper presents an algorithm that minimizes EEs under the constraints of machine duplication cost and factory space limitation. Developing exceptional operation similarity(EOS) by cell-machine incidence matrix and part-machine incidence matrix, it brings the machine cells that operate the parts or not. A mathematical model to minimize machine duplication is developed by EOS, followed by a heuristic algorithm in order to reflect dynamic situation resulting from minimizing exceptional elements process and the mathematical model. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the algorithm.

Reliability Models for Application Software in Maintenance Phase

  • With growing demand for zero defects, predicting reliability of software systems is gaining importance. Software reliability models are used to estimate the reliability or the number of latent defects in a software product. Most reliability models to estimate the reliability of software in the literature are based on the development lifecycle stages. However, in the maintenance phase, the software needs to be corrected for errors and to be enhanced for the requests from users. These decrease the reliability of software. Software Reliability Growth Models (SRGMs) have been applied successfully to model software reliability in development phase. The software reliability in maintenance phase exhibits many types of systematic or irregular behaviors. These may include cyclic behavior as well as long-term evolutionary trends. The cyclic behavior may involve multiple periodicities and may be asymmetric in nature. In this paper, SGRM has been adapted to develop a reliability prediction model for the software in maintenance phase. The model is established using maintenance data from a commercial shop floor control system. The model is accepted to be used for resource planning and assuring the quality of the maintenance work to the user.
