갈파래의 포자가 부착한 Agar와 Agarose코팅필름은 agar, agarose 또는 메탄놀의 농도에 따라 다양한 표면의 성질을 나타냈다. Sigma agarose 코팅필름에서 가장 많은 수의 포자 부착이 일어났다. Bacto agar과 그외 agarose으로 코팅한 필름에 부착한 포자는 Sigma agarose으로 코팅한 필름보다 12∼36배나 적었다. 2.5%와 5％ 의 SeaKem agarose와 Bacto agar 코팅필름의 비교에서 두 개의 농도 차이가 있는 반면에, 2.5%와 5%의 NuSieve와 Sigma agarose 코팅필름의 비교에서는 차이가 없었다. 5％ 의 Bacto agar와 4％ 의 메탄놀을 포함한 5% Bacto agar 비교, 5％ NuSieve와 4％ 메탄놀을 포함한 5% NuSieve agarose비교에서만 차이를 보였다. 본 연구의 전반적인 결과는 agar와 agarose로 코팅한 필름에서 포자 부착의 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본연구 결과는 착생생물에 대한 반착생을 검색할 수 있는 기초가 되어질 것이다.

During the course of play, children gain special experience in a place where they can explore their surrounding environment and feel emotional stability. This experience of attachment to the place of play is very important in that play can serve as a measurement of the child's growth and development. Therefore, the environment surrounding the child should be understood as a meaningful place that affects a child's life beyond the place of play. The purpose of this study is to propose a spatial planning method where the formation of place attachment is considered in the design of child care facilities, as this is where preschool children spend much of their early formative years. The research methods are as follow: First, we surveyed the relationship between child development and place attachment through literature reviews and found that the factors that form place attachment were summarized as accessibility, complexity, segmentation and nature friendliness. Second, we examined the spatial characteristics of Mitsuru Senda, a Japanese architect who has been intensively studying children's play environments, as well as the characteristics of children's play proposed by his academic research. Finally, we analyzed the relationship between the spatial characteristics supporting play shown in Senda's work, and the four factors of place attachment formation and proposed a planning method for space design applicable to child care facilities.

The effects of grandparenting involvement and emotional attachments on emotional and behavioral development among adolescents were explored through the use of a UK cross-sectional national data of 1,566 adolescents aged eleven to sixteen years old receiving some form of grandparenting. A correlation and logistic regression analyses yielded results that supported the positive effects of grandparenting on the emotional and behavioral disorder symptoms of adolescents. The results indicate that most selected socio-demographic, grandparenting involvement, and the emotional attachment variables of grandchildren influenced the likelihood of increasing or decreasing emotional disorder symptoms among adolescents. However, no support was found for perceiving emotional attachments with grandparents as a predictor of behavioral disorder symptoms among youth, whereas socio-demographic and grandparenting involvement variables showed significant impacts on behavioral disorder symptoms. The findings highlight the importance of a systematic approach about the socio-demographic characteristics, levels of grandparenting, and emotional attachment levels with grandparents to understand youth cared for by grandparents that experience emotional and/or behavioral disorder symptoms, when intervention or prevention programs are considered.

In this dissertation the results of the combined experimental and theoretical studies designed to understand and predict the spatial growth and transport coefficients for electrons in SF$_{6}$ and SF$_{6}$-Ar mixtures have described. The ionization and attachment coefficients in pure SF$_{6}$ and SF$_{6}$-Ar mixtures have been calculated over the range of 10$_{6}$ molecule and for Ar atom proposed by other authors. The transport coefficients for electrons in (0.2%)SF$_{6}$-Ar and (0.5%)SF$_{6}$-Ar mixtures were measured by time-of-flight method, and the electron energy distribution function and the parameters of the velocity and the diffusion were determined by the variation of the collision cross-sections with energy. The results obtained in this work will provide valuable information on the fundamental haviors of electrons in weakly ionized gases and the role of electron attachment in the choice of better gases and unitary gas dielectrics or electro negative components in dielectric gas mixtures. gas mixtures.

Excavators are construction machines used for digging soil, transporting soil, dismantling buildings and clearing the ground at construction sites. There are various attachments attached to the arm end of the excavator and used for various operations. There are the most common types of buckets attached for excavation and other types of attachments used for foresting, road cleaning, snow removal, and waste disposal. When multiple types of work are done at the same time, several attachments must be replaced and a device called a quick coupler is used to reduce replacement time. Although a quick coupler reduces the replacement time of the Attachment, it is necessary to attach safety devices to prevent unintentional detachment of attached attachments during the operation. To prevent the attachment from leaving or falling regardless of the operator's intention, support is installed in the hook of the bucket pin and controlled through a separate hydraulic cylinder to ensure safety. When attaching an attachment, it shall be attached without any action. This study is intended to verify the design validity of safety devices to prevent falls of attachments occurring at construction sites.

With the gradual in-depth use of social elements, music social networking has attracted more and more attention and discussion in the industry. Therefore, starting from the user experience theory and purchase intention theory, this paper explores the mechanism of user social experience and purchase intention in mobile music applications, and adds the mediating role of brand attachment on the basis of literature research. Based on previous studies on user experience measurement of social network and evaluation report of mobile music applications in the industry, and combined with in-depth interviews of users, whether the user experience of mobile music applications, which pays more and more attention to social elements, has an impact on purchase intention or not? What specific social experience can help form purchase intention? Are mediating variables at work? In practice, a total of 398 formal questionnaires were collected to obtain first-hand data. Later, reliability analysis, factor analysis and structural equation model test were carried out successively to verify the hypothesis. According to the results of empirical research, firstly, content experience, atmosphere experience and interactive experience in users' social experience of mobile music applications have a significant impact on brand attachment, secondly, atmosphere experience has a significant impact on purchase intention, and thirdly, brand attachment has a significant impact on users' purchase intention. Fourthly, brand attachment plays an intermediary role in the relationship between users' atmosphere experience and content experience and purchase intention. Based on the above research conclusions, the author puts forward corresponding marketing strategy Suggestions, which have certain guiding significance for mobile music applications to improve users' purchase intention, and have certain reference significance for the development of mobile music applications and the expansion of business model.

본 연구는 산업기술을 보유한 기관의 보안담당자를 대상으로 실시한 보안정책 준수의지에 대한 연구이다. 보안정책 준수의지는 구성원 개인이 형성하는 태도 및 신념이기 때문에 조직적 차원뿐만 아니라 개인적 환경에 의해서도 영향을 받으리라 예상하여 조직공정성, 조직애착, 임파워먼트를 중심으로 가설을 설정하였다. 가설검증을 통해 각 요인들의 중요성을 확인하고 영향관계를 규명하여 향후 산업기술유출을 방지하기 위한 관리보안의 방향성을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여 한국산업기술보호협회에서 실시하는 산업보안교육 수강생들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 및 요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형을 사용하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차에 따른 자료 분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 조직공정성 중 절차공정성은 임파워먼트, 조직애착, 보안정책 준수의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 임파워먼트는 조직애착에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 조직애착은 보안정책 준수의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 조직애착은 완전매개효과로써 절차공정성과 보안정책 준수의지 간의 관계에서 유의한 영향력을 가진다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 평상시 보안정책 준수의지 및 태도를 함양할 수 있는 관리보안의 방향성을 제시하였다.

자원봉사활동의 지속성은 헌신도와 부착성의 측면으로 나누어 살필 수 있다. 선행연구들은 대부분 헌신도의 측면에서 자원봉사활동의 지속성을 조사하였다. 본 논문은 선행연구들이 간과한 부착성 개념에 초점을 맞추어, 비록 약한 강도에 비정기적이라 할지라도 평생 혹은 그에 버금가는 긴 시간 동안 봉사를 일종의 '업'으로 삼아 꾸준히 활동을 수행해 나가는 일부 지속적 자원봉사자들의 특징을 밝히고, 이를 토대로 부착성의 관련요인들을 알아내는 것을 연구의 주된 목적으로 삼았다. 분석자료는 한국복지패널 1차년도부터 10차년도까지 10년 간 실시된 설문조사에 모두 참여한 8,415명의 20세 이상 성인응답자 표본에서 추출하였다. 주된 분석방법으로는 영과잉 음이항 회귀모형을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 산발적이고 비정기적일지라도 자원봉사로서의 사회적 역할에 단단히 부착되어 봉사현장에 꾸준히 나타나는 소수의 지속적 자원봉사자들은 종교가 있고 상호호혜의식이 강한 저학력자들인 것으로 조사되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 자원봉사 관리조직의 운영체계 효율화 방안을 제시하였다.

This paper presents the results of model tests for the attachment process of lightning leader to ground which is one of poorly understood processes of cloud-to-ground lightning discharges. In order to simulate the attachment process of lightning leader to ground, we investigated the discharge characteristics of air gap between the tip of needle-shaped electrode and the soil surface as a parameter of moisture content in soils when the positive and negative $1.2/50{\mu}s$ lightning impulse voltages are applied. The breakdown voltage and the discharge light were observed. As a result, the attachment processes of lightning leader to ground are strongly dependent on the grain size and the moisture content of soils. The time to breakdown was shortened with increasing the magnitude of incident impulse voltages. The delay time from application of the highest voltage to breakdown in sand is shortened with increasing the moisture content. The delay time from application of the voltage to breakdown in gravel varied from about $0.5{\mu}s$ to several ${\mu}s$. As the moisture content in soil increases, the breakdown voltages are decreased and the breakdown voltage versus time to breakdown curves are shifted toward the lower side. The results obtained in this work are similar to those for non-uniform air gap stressed by lightning impulse voltages.

본 연구의 목적은 알코올 중독자를 아버지로 둔 여성 성인자녀들의 심리사회적 적응과 관련이 있는 변수들에 관한 이해를 도모하고자 한다. 즉, 아버지를 알코올 중독자로 둔 여성 ACOA들을 대상으로 아버지의 알코올 중독과 가족기능, 부모와의 애착, 심리사회적 적응간의 관계를 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구에는 463명의 여대생이 설문에 참여하였으며, 이 중에 160명이 아버지가 알코올 중독자인 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 서울과 경기도 지역에서 이루어졌다. 참여자들을 대상으로 알코올 중독자 선별척도, 부모와의 애착 척도, 생활만족도 척도, 자아존중감 척도, Beck의 우울 척도, 가족환경 척도 등이 조사되었다. 연구문제를 해결하기 위해서 회귀분석을 이용한 경로분석이 사용되었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 아버지의 알코올 중독은 심리사회적 적응과 가족기능에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 그러나 아버지의 알코올 중독은 부모와의 애착과는 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가족기능은 부모와의 애착뿐만 아니라 심리사회적 적응에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 가족기능은 부모와의 애착과 심리사회적 적응, 구체적으로 자존감과 생활만족도에만 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 부모와의 애착은 가족기능과 심리사회적 적응간의 관계에서 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 말하면, 본 연구에서는 아버지의 알코올 중독 유무는 여성 ACOA의 심리사회적 적응을 예측하지 못하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 아버지의 알코올 중독 변수로만 여성 ACOA의 적응에서의 어려움을 설명하려는 가정을 재고할 필요가 있다고 보아진다. 마지막으로 알코올 중독자를 아버지로 둔 여성 ACOA들에 관한 임상적 함의와 이론적 함의들이 논의되었다.
