Purpose - In the 21st century, as information technology advances alongside the emergence of the 4th generation, industrial age, industrial environment has become individualized and customized. It is important to hire good quality employees for good service in the industry. The e-learning market is growing every year. Although e-learning companies are finding better quality employees in e-learning, it is not easy to find it. Companies also spend a lot of time and cost to find employee. On the employees side, they want to get a job freely when they want, but they cannot find their job easily. Furthermore, the labor market environment is changing fast. In the 4th generation, industrial age, employers require to find manpower whenever they need and want at little cost. So of their own accord, we have considered the necessity of management of human resources for employees and employers in e-learning. The purpose of this study is to propose a human cloud platform framework for enabling an efficient management of human resources in e-learning industry. Research design, data, and methodology - To pinpoint the items of a human cloud platform framework, the study was initiated according to the following process. First, items of competency relating to e-learning instructional designer was analyzed. Second, based on the items of information from this analysis, selection and validity verification took place with 5 e-learning specialists group. Third, the opinion of experts who were in charge of hiring in e-learning companies were collated with the questionnaire. Lastly, the human cloud platform framework was proposed based on opinion results. Results - The framework was comprised of 7 domains and 27 items in order to develop the human cloud platform for e-learning instructional designer. The analysis results showed that the most highly considered item were 'skill (4.60)' that employee already have the capability. Following this (in order) were 'project type (4.56)', 'work competency (4.56)', and 'strength area of instructional design (4.52)'. Conclusions - The 27 items in the human cloud platform framework were suggested in this study. Following this, we can consider to develop the human cloud platform for finding a job and hiring e-learning instructional designer easily. For successful platform operation, we need to consider reliability between employer and employee. In addition, we need quality assurance system based on operation has public confidence.

With the application of artificial intelligence technology, robots can provide efficient services in real life. Unlike industrial manipulators that do simple repetitive work, this study presented design methods of 6 degree of freedom robot arm and intelligent object search and movement methods for use alone or in collaboration with no place restrictions in the service robot field and verified performance. Using a depth camera and deep learning in the ROS environment of the embedded board included in the robot arm, the robot arm detects objects and moves to the object area through inverse kinematics analysis. In addition, when contacting an object, it was possible to accurately hold and move the object through the analysis of the force sensor value. To verify the performance of the manufactured robot arm, experiments were conducted on accurate positioning of objects through deep learning and image processing, motor control, and object separation, and finally robot arm was tested to separate various cups commonly used in cafes to check whether they actually operate.

This study aims to explore the casual relation between construction company employees' Self-Leadership and two variables: Organization Citizenship Behaviour and Organizational Trust through Psychology Empowerment. To explain in details, this study examines how the independent variable, Self Leadership, with its behavior-focused, natural reward and constructive thought pattern strategies, affects the dependent variable, Organization Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Trust through the intervening variable, Psychology Empowerment. A survey was conducted on current employees of construction companies in metropolitan areas to empirically examine the research model. The result of study hypothesis on Self-Leadership is as follows; first, Self-Leadership showed a positive effect on Psychology Empowerment, Organization Citizenship Behaviour and Organizational Trust. Second, Psychology Empowerment showed a positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Third, Psychology Empowerment showed a positive effect on Organizational Trust. The capacity of individuals is critical when it comes to competitiveness of construction companies. When employees willingly participate in building trust within the company, the work place will become more and more constructive; based on trust, efficiency will increase because people from different processes can work together and performance will also improve even when project managers are absent because others could help their role instead, thus driving more efficient human resource management to the company. To conclude, a company's vision can be spread wide and far when their employees engage themselves in Learning Organization with Self Leadership. They will also be satisfied with their work through improving interpersonal relationship at work.

The purpose of this study is to find out the development direction of adult learners' blended learning class as a study on the class satisfaction of adult college students according to the blended learning class participation type. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting adult learners at two schools that are carrying out the LiFE project (lifelong education system support project). The analyzed research results are as follows. First, in the case of adult learners, the proportion of participating in liberal arts + major classes as a blended learning subject was 77.8%, and home was the highest with 69.8% as a place to participate in online classes. Second, satisfaction with the blended learning teacher/instructor teaching method was generally satisfied with 95.2% of average or higher. Third, 96.8% of the students answered 'yes' or higher regarding the level of satisfaction with the blended learning method. The above research results show that blended learning is one of the important teaching and learning methods in providing adult-tailored education to adult learners who combine work and study. It can be seen that the blended learning teaching method is an effective teaching method that enables interactive communication between the instructor and the learner rather than the one-way teaching-oriented content delivery class of the traditional classroom.

Objectives: Although evidence-based medicine (EBM) is a useful method for integrating evidence into the decision-making process of occupational physicians, occupational physicians lack EBM knowledge and skills, and do not have the time to learn the EBM method. In order to enable them to educate themselves at the time and place they prefer, we designed an electronic EBM course. We studied the feasibility and utility of the course as well as its effectiveness in increasing EBM knowledge, skills, and behaviour. Methods: Occupational physicians from various countries were included in a within-subjects study. Measurements were conducted on participants' EBM knowledge, skills, behaviour, and determinants of behaviour at baseline, directly after finishing the course and 2 months later (n = 36). The feasibility and utility of the course were evaluated directly after the course (n = 42). Results: The course is applicable as an introductory course on EBM for occupational physicians in various countries. The course is effective in enhancing EBM knowledge and self-efficacy in practising EBM. No significant effect was found on EBM skills, behaviour, and determinants of behaviour. After the course, more occupational physicians use the international journals to solve a case. Conclusion: An electronic introductory EBM course is suitable for occupational physicians. Although it is an effective method for increasing EBM knowledge, it does not seem effective in improving skills and behaviour. We recommend integrating e-learning courses with blended learning, where it can be used side by side with other educational methods that are effective in changing behaviour.
Investigation about training of Private Security in Korea has managed status of training and understanding of issue mostly, systematic analysis about transfer effect as well as learning and determinant of training is insufficient. Consequently this investigation research to examine the effect of training program for newly appointed private security guards to learning and transfer then, to analyze factor through incumbent private security guard-oriented hypothesis testing under article 13, section 1 of the security guard law. To grasp effect factors of learning and transfer, this dissertation establishes research model and research hypothesis through domestic and foreign studies and then theoretical as well as positive literatures consideration in the first place. Conclusion of this investigation through techniques mentioned above and data analysis is as follows. First of all, the personal characteristics, training characteristics, work environment, difference of transfer as well as learning are verified in accordance with Sociodemographic characterist of Private Security Guard. After then, there is a difference of great import. Secondly, the effect of personal characteristics of Private Security Guard to the transfer is inspected. As a result, there is a difference of significance statistical. Thirdly, the effect of training characteristics of Private Security Guard to the transfer is inspected. Consequently, there is a difference of import statistical. The following thing, subsequent to inspection about the effect of work environment of Private Security Guard to transfer, statistical difference of import is.

This article is devoted to the study of the process of formation of the digital generation in a distance learning environment. With the introduction of quarantine due to the spread of COVID-19, opponents of digital technologies were forced to turn to relevant resources, while supporters identified new opportunities for the development of didactics and education in general. The irreversibility of the former educational reality became apparent and only the scale of the vision of potential change by interested and disinterested groups differed. Using a comprehensive approach, the authors consider the issues related to the direct and indirect impact of distance learning on children and young people born after the beginning of the XXI century. The article reveals the prerequisites and implications of distance education for the interaction of participants in the educational process. IC technologies during the educational process in the primary grades, in addition to identifying the student's learning deficit, should provide the transmission of non-verbal signals, which are important for children of this age. At the same time in the secondary school IR-technologies are designed to replace frontal learning during the assimilation of knowledge and at the same time not to worsen the quality of the educational process. Formation of students in the HEI takes place in the political science format, constant discussion of problem situations, so the task of introducing IC technology in this process is the accurate transfer of the content of the discussions. Individualization and autonomization of the educational process, its dependence on the results of the choice of educational content, and the use of pedagogical management tools change the philosophy of education for children and youth. The authors conclude that the formation of a digital generation, characterized by an increased level of digital literacy of children and youth, the possession of a certain level of digital capacity requires the use of strategies aimed at optimizing the learning process in a digital educational environment.

The internet becomes a new communication tool in the knowledge and information society and the people are expanded at the place of information interchange and exchange of view. In recent robot education institutions provide their own official homepages to introduce the robot educational resources. But because they have restrictive searching the functions and providing general robot education resources and don't offer a place that teachers can express their thoughts and share common interests with other users, online community among teachers for robot education and users couldn't have built. In this paper, we propose an Online Robot Education Community(OREC) that teachers and users in different robot education institutions can interchange or share their technical information, learn robot techniques, participate in discussion of their experiences on work, share their common interests, and be provided updated latest news in real-time.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of EduTech, which is proposed as a way to build a flexible learning environment regardless of time and place according to the use of digital technology in mathematics subjects. The process of designing classes to use the EduTech platform, which is still in the development introduction stage, in public education is still difficult, and research to observe its effects and characteristics is also in its early stages. However, in the stage of preparing for future education, it is a meaningful process to grasp the current situation and point out the direction in preparation for the future in which EduTech will be actively applied to education. Accordingly, the current situation and utilization trends of EduTech at home and abroad were confirmed, and the functions and roles of EduTech platforms used in mathematics were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the EduTech platform was pursuing learners' self-directed learning by constructing its functions so that they could be useful for individual learning of learners in hierarchical mathematics education. In addition, we have confirmed that the platform is evolving to be useful for teachers' work reduction, suitable activities, and evaluations learning management. Therefore, it is necessary to implement instructional design and individual customized learning support measures for students that can efficiently utilize these platforms in the future.

This study attempts to identify the relationship between students' images of science and science learning, and their career choices. A total of 163 students (seventh graders) from three different middle schools participated in this study. Students' images of science and science learning were investigated using the Draw-A-Scientist Test (DAST) and the Draw-A-Science-Learner Test (DASLT), respectively. Then, students' drawings were analyzed using the Draw-A-Scientist Test Checklist (DAST-C) and the Draw-A-Science-Learner Test Checklist (DASLT-C). The relationship between each element composing the students' images and their career choices were analyzed. Among several elements constituting the students' image of science, 'expression,' 'lab coat,' 'oddity,' 'knowledge symbol,' 'technology symbol,' 'co-work,' 'danger,' and 'STS' showed significant differences between students who chose a science-related career and students who did not. It was also revealed that the following elements - 'expression,' 'learning type,' 'inquiry symbol,' and 'learning place' - were more significantly associated with a science-related career choice compared to other elements consisting of an image of science learning.
