최근 장기간에 걸친 주택경기 침체 수요와 공급의 불균형에 의한 정적재고 증가, 수요자의 주거선호 변화 등으로 인해 차별화의 개념이 주택시장에서 경쟁우위 확보의 주요 요소로 대두되고 있다. 동일한 단위 평면 안에서 마감재 디자인 요소의 차별화에 의해 수많은 마감재 정보가 발생되고 고급화된 사양 선택으로 인하여 공동주택 단위 세대 내부의 마감 원가가 상향되고 있다. 본 연구는 현행 마감재 설계 단계의 프로세스를 대상으로 마감재 설계 및 대안 선정 시 발생되는 원가관리 측면에서의 문제점과 대규모 공동주택 건설 시 대량으로 발생하는 디자인정보, 원가정보, 작업정보 관리 측면에서 마감재 정보관리 문제점을 도출하고, 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 마감재 설계 및 대안 선정 시 원가관리와 정보를 관리 할 수 있도록 마감재의 디자인, 원가, 작업 정보를 통합하였다. 또한 프로젝트 원가관리 요소별 개선을 통해 원가기반의 마감재 정보 관리 프로세스를 제안하였다.

There are insufficient models that find problems and solutions for accident prevention through risk assessment and suggest safe work process and work instruction from foundation works to finish work for accident decrease. This paper presents a quantitative risk assessment model by analysis of risk factors in each process such as appurtenant works, temporary works, structural works, equipment work, finishing work and etc based on accident examples and investigation on actual condition in plants construction work. In addition, the safety management system was developed to perform risk assessment of plants construction and use it for effective safety training for labor.

Recently our government operates earned value management system (EVMS) for improving work management system of the construction projects over specific scale. The EVMS is based on the integrated management between construction cost and schedule. the existing systems, however, are focused on the cost management by using work quantity. This study suggests a work management model to integrate construction cost with activity information. The model introduces a work task concept as a tool that can connect construction rest to activity information. The suggested model in this study is verified by using actual data for the applicability to practical construction projects.

Apartment housing in the Korean domestic construction industry has had various and high-quality finishing work since the enforcement of price deregulation in 1998. Before the enforcement of price deregulation, feasibility studies of housing projects have not had particular difficulties as uniform description of finishing work items were reflected and finishing work cost also was equalized. However, the recent distinction of finishing work based on the same floor plan brings about project cost variation, along with many effects on construction management due to project cost increment. Accordingly, this paper suggests the improved plan of cost management to control the feasibility study result consistently during the life cycle of a project through an analysis based on cost management phase due to cost blackout, appearing at the commencement of a project, cost gradation caused by high-quality finishing work item, and cost reduction due to the degradation of finishing work after analysis of current apartment construction process focused on finishing work using the IDEF process analysis technique.

There are much dangerous machine in worksite. These make the rate of accidents increase. Specially, among them, the Press work has the highest rate of accidents. Therefore, it has been managed by Industrial safety-health law. It is very important to make a special study of work using the dangerous machine. In press work, it is also important to develop safety system program to improve productivity and work safely, In this reaserch, the safety management system is built for the work improvement of the Press. This paper showed method about dangerous machine.

In introducing and applying the budget management system, the question of how to establish management structure(skelton) representing budget management responsible unit is significantly related to the degree of accuracy and analysis on the performance measurement of standard work unit. We have the following rational process of establishing performance measurement of budget management System ; 1) Standardization of work method 2) Establishment of management structure 3) Institution of budget management system. Especially, this system is based on a premise of efficiency of objectives management, it is assumed that performance measurement in the standard work unit must be enforced according to the basis and categories of performance evaluation based on the evaluating work unit. Therefore, most of all, the following three detail questions(subjects) are to be determined in order to rationalize these above principles to a maximum possible extent of performance measurement system. First, we established respective performance standard unit with respect to such detailed work unit, performance standard unit of which were accurately applicable directly from using the budget ana objectives account data and their supplementary data of the work measurement techniques. Second, by using the above mentioned question, over all evaluation and suggestion are made based on the study of the recording for each work unit development, budget management and production nit (volume of production) Third, the measurement of performance of budget management system is based on the principle of standard work unit, compared with the standard basis and actual work unit by period and activities unit and calculated percentage effectiveness according to the above procedure. and so evaluated the efficiency of performance measurement on the budget management system.

Background: A group health service is a system that delegates workplace health management to an entrusted institution. There have been various studies on group health services to date, but recent changes, such as an increase in foreign workers, are rapidly changing industry characteristics. Methods: Satisfaction was assessed using a 27-question survey distributed among 203 workplaces employing health professionals. The survey items consisted of general characteristics, comprehensive satisfaction, requirements for health professionals' work, and satisfaction with work environment management, ergonomic management, and healthcare management. Multiple regression and frequency analyses were performed. Results: The comprehensive satisfaction was 4.08 points on average, out of 5. The comprehensive satisfaction of health professionals in the industry was positively correlated with each factor. Hazardous materials and chemical management (material safety data sheets, MSDSs) were the most common requirements. Conclusion: A low level of satisfaction with work environment management indicates high demand for healthcare management. The working environment should be improved by identifying characteristics of the workplace, examining harmful substances, inspecting equipment, and enhancing worker methods. The shorter the work experience of health professionals, the more dependent they are on group health services. The variables affecting comprehensive satisfaction were the period of work, healthcare management satisfaction, and work environment management satisfaction. Most of the requirements of health professionals in the workplace were practical improvement case presentations, MSDSs, and legal document management.

The study aims to examine the relationship between talent management and work engagement and its impact on nurses' performance in Indonesia. This study is also intended to understand the role of work engagement in moderating talent management and employee performance. This present study applied a quantitative method using path analysis to investigate the relationship between variables and the primary role of work engagement. The participants of the study were nurses both in privates and public hospitals in Indonesia, with a total of 376 respondents. Closed questionnaires were processed in this study with a Likert scale with five choices ranging from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The questionnaires were entirely collected over almost five months using Google form. The results of the study confirmed that the nurse performance, both at government and private hospitals, are categorized as good, while the work engagement and talent management are also categorized as high. The findings confirmed that talent management positively influences work involvement and employee performance. In addition, this study suggests that work engagement plays an essential role in moderating between variables and provides a confirmation of the important role of talent management and work engagement for nurses' performance.

Purpose: This study examined the effect of hospitals' family-friendly management on married female nurses' retention intention. The focus was the mediating effects of the work-family interface (work-family conflict, work-family enrichment and work-family balance). Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study. The participants were 307 nurses working at five public and five private hospitals with more than 200 beds in Seoul. Data were collected using structured questionnaires from September 10 to September 17, 2018 and analyzed with SPSS 24.0. Data were analyzed using an independent t-test, a one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression following the Baron and Kenny method and Sobel test for mediation. Results: There were significant correlations among family-friendly management, the work-family interface, and retention intention. Work-family conflict showed a partial mediating effect on the relationship between family-friendly management and retention intention. Work-family enrichment showed a partial mediating effect on the relationship between family-friendly management and retention intention. Work-family balance showed a partial mediating effect on the relationship between family-friendly management and retention intention. Conclusion: These findings indicate that both hospitals' family-friendly management and nurses' work-family interface are important factors associated with nurses' retention intention. Therefore, hospitals should actively implement family-friendly management for nurses and establish strategies to enhance nurses' work-family interface for effective human resource management.

Objective: This study is to understand medical management method in shipbuilding industry. Background: In shipbuilding industry, medical management for prevention of work-related musculoskeletal diseases due to limitations of engineering measures may be important measure. Results: Medical management of musculoskeletal diseases can be divided into primary, secondary, tertiary preventions. Primary preventions consist of symptom survey, appropriate work placement with work capacity evaluation, health promotion. Second preventions are early detection of symptomatic patient and appropriate treatment. Tertiary preventions are rehabilitation treatment and early return-to-work by return-to-work evaluation. In addition, patients with psychological counseling for emotional problems are needed. Conclusion: Medical management measures such as improving the work environment to be made are expected to exert greater effects.
