메타버스 서비스의 구전의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 만족과 플로우를 중심으로 (Metaverse's Characteristic Factors Affecting Word-of-Mouth Intention: Focused on Flow and Satisfaction)

  • 코로나 팬데믹으로 인한 사회적 거리두기가 장기화되면서 대중들은 원격 연결 서비스에 익숙해졌으며, 나아가 대면활동을 대체할만한 온라인 플랫폼을 요구하고 있다. 또한 가상융합기술(XR)의 고도화, MZ세대의 성장은 메타버스 서비스를 급속히 확장시키고 있다. 하지만, 메타버스에 관한 기존 연구들은 기본 개념 및 유형분류에 초점이 맞추어져 있거나 세부기술 및 사례에 관한 연구가 대부분이며, 메타버스 서비스의 구전의도에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 만족과 플로우(Flow)를 중심으로 메타버스 서비스의 구전의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 즐거움, 도전감, 원격실재감은 플로우에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 플로우는 만족과 구전의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 만족은 구전의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 메타버스 서비스에 관한 학술적 시사점과 서비스의 확장을 위한 실무적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • 본 연구는 신제품의 출시가 범람하는 시장환경 속에서 기존의 전통적인 대중매체를 이용한 마케팅 커뮤니케이션과 다르게 진화하는 구전커뮤니케이션을 설명하기 위한 것이다. 디지털디바이스를 이용한 인터넷 사용이 일반화되면서 블로그, 인터넷카페 등에서 다양한 커뮤니케이션이 활성화되고 있다. 동시에 마켓메이븐을 커뮤니케이션의 촉진자로 활용하는 현상이 증대하고 있다. 기업은 불확실성이 높은 신제품 확산을 촉진하기 위해 새로운 시각에서 커뮤니케이터를 고려할 필요가 있고, 커뮤니케이터로써 마켓메이븐은 마케팅활동에 좀 더 의미가 있을 것으로 보인다. 이에 따라 마켓메이븐이 혁신적인 제품의 구전과정에 영향을 미치는지 조절효과를 통해 살펴보고자한다. 실증연구 결과 제품의 지각된 혁신성과 제품에 대한 지각된 호기심은 제품의 구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이러한 과정에서 마켓메이븐이 미치는 조절효과가 나타났다.

  • With the growing preference among Chinese consumers for purchasing beauty products through social media networks (SNS), influencer marketing has recently emerged as a crucial strategy for maximizing word-of-mouth effects. This study aims to ascertain the impact of SNS beauty influencers' characteristics on trustworthiness and consumers' intentions to engage in word-of-mouth promotion. Furthermore, the study seeks to explore the moderating role of consumer involvement in the relationship between SNS beauty influencer characteristics and the trust consumers place in them. As part of an empirical analysis, an online survey was administered to 259 Chinese female consumers who had previously purchased beauty products through influencers on SNS. The data gathered were scrutinized by conducting multiple and hierarchical regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicated that the attributes of "expertise,"' "intimacy," and "homogeneity" in SNS beauty influencers significantly affect influencer trust, whereas "charm" does not have a significant impact. Moreover, consumer involvement was found to moderate the relationship between SNS beauty influencer characteristics (expertise, intimacy, charm, and homogeneity) and influencer trust. Additionally, influencer trust positively influenced the intention to engage in word-of-mouth activities. These findings signify that leveraging influencers possessing qualities such as expertise, intimacy, and homogeneity can help enhance product exposure, popularity, and sales of the beauty industry. This study contributes valuable insights into the strategic utilization of influencer characteristics in the beauty industry and digital marketing, highlighting their pivotalrole in consumer engagement and the success of marketing strategies.

The Effect of eWOM on Purchase Intention for Korean-brand Cars in Russia: The Mediating Role of Brand Image and Perceived Quality

  • Purpose - This paper tried to identify the impact of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention (PI) of Korean-brand cars in the context of Russian consumers, taking into consideration the credibility, quality, and quantity of eWOM while also considering the mediation effects of brand image (BI) and perceived quality (PQ). Although there is a considerable number of studies discussing the impact of eWOM determinants on PI, not many studies were conducted focusing on the Russian market. Design/methodology - This paper is considered to fill this gap between eWOM and (PI) and, in order to do so, 211 Russian respondents were randomly selected. Descriptive analysis, factor, and reliability analysis were conducted using SPSS version 22.0. While structural equation modeling was conducted using AMOS version 24.0. Findings - The results display that, in terms of Russian consumers' perception, eWOM credibility, quality, and quantity for Korean-brand cars show a substantial impact on PI. The mediation effects of brand image, as well as perceived quality, were also supported by analysis. In the final part of the paper, theoretical and managerial implications alongside limitations with further research suggestions are presented. Originality/value - This study endeavored to explore the degree of impact of eWOM and mediating roles of BI and PQ on Russian customer intentions to buy Korean-brand cars.

대학생들의 라이프스타일에 의한 외식정보탐색방법이 패스트푸드 전문점 이용 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Eating-out Information Search Methods on Satisfaction at Fast-food Restaurants According to College Student's Lifestyle)

  • The purpose of this study was to research eating-out information search methods according to college student's lifestyle and their influences on overall satisfaction at fast-food restaurants in eastern province of Kangwondo. Lifestyle was divided into 7 factors and 6 clusters. According to the results, information search methods through Newspaper, magazine and word of mouth were used the most preferably by Cluster 3, 'Brand preference intention'. And TV advertising was used the most preferably by Cluster 4, 'Convenience intention', and the advertisement through internet was used the most preferably by Cluster 5, 'Health ${\cdot}$ effort intention'. However, Information searches through TV advertising and word of mouth had negative influence on the overall satisfaction. But method through internet had positive influences on the overall satisfaction. Eventually, it's proved that information search methods had significant differences according to student's lifestyle. And some information search methods influenced their overall satisfaction. Therefore, food-sonics corporations need to try reducing negative images of various advertisements and activating positive aspects of specialized promotion instruments.

  • Purpose: The Purposes of this study are (1) to examine why users are communicating through MIM (2) to understand what factors impact these users' satisfaction and loyalty. Methods: We use a questionnaire survey to collect 256 data on users' perceptions of Kakaotalk. We also use a structural equation modeling method by using AMOS 18.0. Results: Company trust, communication voice, connectedness, and perceived network size are found to be statistically significant factors affecting. Also, satisfaction influence on word of mouth and intention to switch. Conclusion: This study develops a research model from the MIM context. We suggest three points of view as company characteristics, device interactivity, and social factor. We examine the determinants of users' satisfaction and loyalty. The results can offer valuable insights for future mobile services research.

막걸리의 선택 속성이 만족도와 추천 의도, 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Selection Attributes for Makgeolli on the Customer Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention and Recommendation Intention)

  • This research was focused on observing the effect of Makgeolli's selection attributes on customer satisfaction, recommendation intention, and repurchase intention. The purpose of this study was to examine to present a marketing-related suggestion by finding the components that needs to be discussed in order to satisfy the customer and lead to positive word of mouth and repurchasing in the perspective of a corporation. The evidence to achieve the research purpose can be summarized as below. To begin with, the causes of Makgeolli's selection attributes were classified into 9 types, which are design and ad image, expertise and tradition, drinking experience and in harmony with food, taste and freshness, materials and origin, brand image, flavor and color, alcoholic and nutrition, and finally price and recommendation. And it showed up that the average importance of the taste and freshness is the highest. Moreover, the study on the Makgeolli's state of being potable showed up that the drinking number was no more than once a month, and one drink was almost all less than a bottle. The drinking place was usually tavern, and word of mouth was the most often used information medium that contacted Makgeolli. The potential of the Makgeolli's globalization is 80.6% which added positive and very positive, that enables us to infer that the Makgeolli's global dependency is very high. Third, from the 9 types of classification mentioned before, taste and freshness, and price and recommendation were proved to be influential in satisfaction, and recommendation is affecting the repurchase intention and the recommendation intention.

서비스 회복과정에서 공정성과 만족, 그리고 재구매 의도와 부정적 구전 (Fairness, Satisfaction, Intention to Repurchase, and Negative WOM in the Process of Service Recovery)

  • 서비스는 유형의 제품과 달리 사람들의 행동을 통해 고객들에게 전달되기 때문에 품질관리가 어렵고 서비스 실패가 자주 발생한다. 이러한 서비스 실패가 발생한 후에 이를 적절한 방법으로 회복하지 않으면 고객들은 부정적 구전활동을 하게 되고, 재구매 의도에도 나쁜 영향을 미치게 된다. 서비스 실패가 발생한 경우에 적절한 회복노력을 하는 경우에 그렇지 않은 경우보다 오히려 고객만족을 높일 수 있다는 서비스 회복의 역설(service recovery paradox)은 서비스 실패 이후의 회복노력의 중요성을 말하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 회복의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분배적 공정성, 절차적 공정성, 상호작용적 공정성을 독립변수로 상정하고, 서비스 회복의 만족의 결과변수로 부정적 구전과 재구매 의도를 상정하여 가설과 모형을 설정하였다. 시나리오 기법을 이용하여 자료를 수집한 후 SPSS와 AMOS를 이용하여 모형 검증을 하였다.

커피전문점의 고객만족, 재방문의도, 구전의도 결정요인에 관한 스타벅스와 다빈치 간의 비교연구: 변형된 SERVQUAL을 중심으로 (A Comparative Study on the Determinants of Customer Satisfaction, Revisit Intention and Word-of-mouth between STARBUCKS and DAVINCI: Focusing on the Transformative SERVQUAL)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 평판이 좋은 지방의 다빈치와 해외 브랜드인 스타벅스에서 측정된 서비스품질이 고객만족, 재방문의도, 구전의도에 미치는 각각의 잠재적인 영향력을 비교하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 목적 달성을 위해 대구지역의 커피전문점을 방문한 경험이 있는 230명의 고객을 대상으로 조사하였고, 유효한 217부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 결과로, 고객만족의 결정요인은 스타벅스의 경우 커피품질, 다빈치의 경우 커피품질, 신뢰성 그리고 서비스 자세로 나타났다. 재방문의도의 경우에 결정요인은 스타벅스와 다빈치 모두 커피품질로 나타났다. 또한, 구전의도의 결정요인은 스타벅스의 경우 커피품질과 신뢰성으로 나타났고, 다빈치의 경우 커피품질과 서비스자세로 나타났다. 아울러, 스타벅스와 다빈치의 고객이 지각하는 서비스품질이 고객만족과 구전의도에 미치는 영향력에 대한 경로계수는 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

인지된 유용성과 주관적 규범이 모바일인터넷 사용 의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 개인 혁신성향의 조절효과에 대한 연구 (Moderating Effects of Personal Innovativeness on the Relationship between Perceived Usefulness, Subjective Norm and Intention to Use Mobile Internet)

  • Recently, utilization of mobile Internet services is rapidly increasing. To properly accelerate the vitalization of mobile Internet usage, we have to know exactly about the factors affecting potential users' value recognition and intention to use. Technology acceptance model (TAM) is one of the most powerful reference framework for the individual user's adoption of IT innovations. This research borrowed core concept of TAM, and tried to explain users' intention to use mobile Internet by understanding the direct and indirect effects of subjective norm and perceived usefulness. To increase the explanatory power of the model, this paper introduced personal innovativeness as a key moderator variable. The research findings include; i) subjective norm has strong positive influence on perceived usefulness and intention to use, ii) perceived usefulness has positive influence on intention to use, iii) the influence of subject norm is greater than that of perceived usefulness, iv) positive influence of subjective norm on the perceived usefulness and intention to use are significantly stronger in the case of low personal innovativeness sub-group than the case of high personal innovativeness sub-group, and v) high personal innovativeness sub-group have shown strongly positive influence of perceived usefulness on the intention to use while there is no such significant relationship in the case of low personal innovativeness sub-group. Based on these findings, this paper proposed several guidelines to increase the adoption and the usage of mobile Internet; i) word-of-mouth is extremely important, ii) to form a good word-of-mouth, it will be very important to make early adopters and heavy users have positive direct experiences of using mobile Internet.
