본 연구에서는 5급 이상의 남녀 관리직 공무원들을 대상으로 직장-가정간 갈등(WFC)이 삶의 만족 및 직무 태도에 미치는 영향을 성 역할 관점에서 고찰하였다. 조사 대상자들의 인구통계변인의 효과를 제거한 후 직장-가정 갈등(WIF) 및 가정-직장 갈등(FIW)이 삶의 만족 및 직무 태도(직무 만족 및 직무 관여)에 미치는 영향을 위계적 회귀분석으로 조사하였다. 결과에 의하면, 남녀 집단 모두 WIF가 FIW보다 더 높은 수준을 보였고, 여성 집단은 남성 집단보다 유의하게 더 높은 FIW 수준을 보였다. 그리고 WFC(WIF 및 FIW) 수준이 삶의 만족 및 직무 태도에 미치는 효과에 있어 성차가 나타났다. 구체적으로 남성집단에서는 WFC 수준에 따른 삶의 만족 및 직무 관여 수준에서 차이가 크게 나타나지 않았지만, 여성집단에서 WFC 수준에 따라 삶의 만족 및 직무 관여에 큰 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 우리 나라 직장 여성들의 직장-가정간 균형을 위한 방안들에 논의하였고, 그리고 연구의 제한점 및 추후 연구 방향에 대해 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 공공부문에서 여성의 참여를 확대하기 위해 구축한 여성 인재 데이터베이스의 현황에 대해 살펴보고, 활용을 위한 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 여성가족부가 구축 및 관리하고 있는 여성 인재 데이터베이스와 인천광역시의 사례를 분석하였다. 그리고 인천광역시에서 여성 전문인을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 여성 인재 데이터베이스 활용을 위한 정책적 시사점은 첫째, 여성 인재 데이터베이스의 재정비, 최신정보 업데이트 등 체계적인 관리가 필요하다. 둘째, 여성 인재 현황 및 활용 추이 등을 홈페이지를 통해 자세히 공개할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 국가 차원의 적극적인 모니터링을 통한 사후점검이 필요하고, 가능하다면 결과를 기관 성과 평가에 반영할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 여성 인재 데이터베이스가 경력단절 여성 뿐 아니라 신진 인재들에게도 활용이 될 수 있도록 정기적이고, 장기적인 관점의 홍보 전략이 필요하다. 이 연구를 바탕으로 향후 여성 인재 데이터베이스를 통해 사회에 진출한 여성이 사회적 소수자로써 어떻게 대표성을 발휘하는지에 대한 후속연구가 필요할 것이다.

본 연구는 국내 기업에서 여성 리더의 사회적 성 역할에 따른 직무만족과 조직몰입의 관계를 분석하기 위한 것으로, 구체적으로는 여성 리더의 성 역할에 따라서 직무만족과 조직몰입 수준의 차이가 존재하는지를 확인하고자 문헌연구를 토대로 여성 리더와 종업원으로 구성된 학습지 회사인 K사의 1,172명을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 여성 리더가 수행하는 양성적 성 역할과 남성적 성 역할이 여성적 성 역할보다 영업집단의 직무만족과 조직몰입에서 높은 수준을 보이는 것을 발견하였으나, 양성적 성 역할과 남성적 성 역할 사이에는 유의한 차이를 발견할 수 없었다.

The purpose of this study were to analyse of craniofacial shape by 3D and to develope of head models for Korean adults with gender and age groups. The 3D measurement technique adapted in this study was a novel approach compared that the same technique has been commonly used in measuring human bodies. The data and the model of head analysis can be used as a basic reference in developing various head related items such as hat, helmet, gas mask, ear phone, and etc. In this study, heads of 836 Korean adults were measured in 3D, analyzed by statistical methods, and modelized in 3D by gender and age groups. From the basic statistical data analysis, vertex-tragion and the length between the pupils were the longest in their twenties for both men and women, and grew shorter in elderly groups. In all categories, a significant difference appeared between men and women in their 20's, but the differences were less noticeable in elderly groups. Compared to the one size standard head model of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, the above three-dimensional standard head model would provide a more through fit because gender and age groups were sub-divided and analyzed in 3D.

Objective: • To detect black hole and warm hole attacks in wireless sensor networks. • To give a solution for energy depletion and security breach in wireless sensor networks. • To address the security problem using strategic decision support system. Methods: The proposed stackelberg game is used to make the spirited relations between multi leaders and multi followers. In this game, all cluster heads are acts as leaders, whereas agent nodes are acts as followers. The game is initially modeled as Quadratic Programming and also use backtracking search optimization algorithm for getting threshold value to determine the optimal strategies of both defender and attacker. Findings: To find optimal payoffs of multi leaders and multi followers are based on their utility functions. The attacks are easily detected based on some defined rules and optimum results of the game. Finally, the simulations are executed in matlab and the impacts of detection of black hole and warm hole attacks are also presented in this paper. Novelty: The novelty of this study is to considering the stackelberg game with backtracking search optimization algorithm (BSOA). BSOA is based on iterative process which tries to minimize the objective function. Thus we obtain the better optimization results than the earlier approaches.

As Confucian ideology dominated all over the society, the androcentric patriarchical society in the last of Chosun Dynasty produced the unequal power relationship between man and woman. It was traditional hostesses(kisaengs) who uniquely had an occupation among the women in this society. In modern society. they are reinterpreted as 'fashion leaders' or 'professional career women with expert knowledge and it caused a lot of the studies of them to be in a progression vigorously. Therefore this paper studied on the influence of the traditional hostesses(kisaengs) -who were educated and permitted in ther social activity formally in a Confuanism-governed society which forbided a woman to participate in a social activity and which did not gave ladies any formal education. The general hostess in the beginning time of the Chosun Dynasty imitated the hair shape of women in the yangban family which formed the highest class in the Chosun Dyansty and it reflected their aspiration for the highest social class. Howerver, coming into the last age of the chosun dynasty, a reverse phenomenon -that women in the yangban family imitated the general hostesses' hairstyle -occured due to the spread of a genre painting ＆ the concubine system. The general hostesses were educated systematically and did social activity and influenced hair shapes as they were independent economically and their influence in the part of hairstyle appeared as great and high EONJIN MEURI and as one-sided EONJIN MEURI. Regarding-as the result of this study on the influence of the traditional hostess's hair shapes on the ladies hair shapes in the last of Chosun Dynasty -that the traditional hostesse of the last age of chosun dynasty played a role as a fashion leader of the ladies at the same age. the general hostesses in Chosun Dynasty should be revaluated... And the study of ladies which were hidden behind the scenes of Confuanism should be made much more.

This study presents the aspects and changing process of the habiliment from the National Liberation up to now by analyzing the articles of costume found in$\ulcorner$Maeil Shinmun$\lrcorner$from Jan. 1. 1946 to Dec. 31. 1996. In the period of 1946~1959, the political and economic conditions through the National Liberation and Korean war deteriorated and the interest in costumes were weakened. But the economic recovery and social stability in the middle of the 50's made the lost interest in costumes increase. From 1960 to 1969, the high economic growth was achieved by“Five year plans for Economic Development”and the progress of mass media, transportation, communication and education brought western culture to our society. It spread rapidly and changed the way of life and the sence of value. These phenomenon led to a great transition on the Korean costume culture in the 60's In 1970~1979, the articless of costume made a change from the 60's, which focused on women's wear, and tuned to one including general costumes not only women's wear but also men's wear due to the women's social roles, the unisexmode and diverse costume. In 1980~1989, the growth of the consumption, the banning of the school uniform, Asian Games(1986) and Olympic games(1988) caused the high qualification, personalization and diversification in the fashion industry. Further more, the traditional-oriented trend with korean culture was emphasized. It pursued the modernization of the traditional Korean Costume, Hanbok, to introduce the unique Korean Beauty. From 1990 to 1996, in the era of international-ization and open door policy, the competition of nations became intense and the comprehention about environmental destruction highlingted the concerns on ecology. The recognition of environmental protection and recycling were reflected in the fashion. It prevailed that the pursuit of personalization,. diverse style, practicality and the fashion leader called generation appeared.

This study examines existing literature and uses case studies to identify the scope of fashion blogging and the evolving role of the personal style bloggers in the fashion business. Information on six popular personal style bloggers has been gathered to demonstrate the evolving business of these bloggers and their scope of operations that are relevant to fashion. The case of these six bloggers were drawn from popular media publications such as CNN, Wall Street Journal (WSJ), Time, Women's Wear Daily (WWD) and The New York Times. The case study of these six bloggers reveals that these personal style bloggers have used their reach and influence on the blog audience to procure and access business opportunities to grow their enterprise. The findings indicate that affiliation, partnership or collaboration with brands or established designers adds more value to a personal style bloggers resume. However, the findings also indicate that the popular fashion bloggers provide a new opportunity for marketing and promoting fashion brands and products to the younger generation.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into social and cultural background of modernization and the new woman's life centered around a new woman and a dancer, Choi Seung-hee and its style. The study was carried out centered around analysis of content through photos of 179 pieces and a documentary DVD. We analyzed collected photo data and came to know various bobbed hair style, clear makeup style and Art-Deco fashion. Accordingly, Choi Seung-hee has external appearance as a new woman and we came to know she is a representative woman in Korea. Because she crossed over into North Korea, the study has not been actively carried out but if we consider Choi Seung-hee's influence over the dance world, her women's leader and fashion roles at that age, it is considered that the study on Choi Seung-hee's external style has a significant meaning.

The Saemaul Undong has brought great improvements tothe life-style environment of rural communities, but it has not been able to focuson a health program. In order to improve rural health, develop human resources, and utilise the nation's manpower, the Saemaul Undong should focus on a community health project. Mobilizing the manpower for such a project can be done by providing opportunities for youth and young adults, especially village women, to betrained as primary health caretakers. This project can be achieved through the joint support of the Ministry of Horne Affairs, the Ministry of health and Social Affairs, and other Ministries. It will take decision and courage by government officials to implement such a grand plan, but it is a very crucial task to promote primary health care throughout the whole nation. This calls for top leader's concern & will to adovocate and support a 'Saemaul Movement for health', giving health asfirst priority to the Saemaul Undong as afresh political drive of the fifth Republic of Korea Government.
