갱년기 증상과 생활스트레스의 관계에 관한 연구 (An Analytical Study of the Relationship between Climacteric Symptoms and the Stress of Life Events)

  • This study has been done in order to analyze the relationship between climacteric symptoms and the stress of life events. For the purpose of this study. objectives set up were as followings. : 1. Climacteric symptoms complained by middle aged women are studied. 2. The stress of life events experienced by middle aged women is studied. 3. The relationship between climacteric symptoms and the stress of life events is studied. 4. The relationship between climacteric symptoms and general characteristics is studied. and the relationship between the stress of life events and general characteristics is also studied. The sample size of this study was 462 cases. The subjects were middle-aged women. who were from 40 to 60 years old and resided in Seoul. Data were collected by using questionnaires which consisted of 122 questions from Jan. 1 to Feb. 7 in 1992. The questionnaires include questions about general characteristics. climacteric symptoms and life events. The measurement scales for this study were adopted from the climacteric symptoms scale developed by Chi. Sung-Ai and the measurement scale of stress related to life events devised by Lee. Pyoung Sook. The analysis of data collected was done by using SPSS-pc package. Firstly. general characteristics were analyzed by using descriptive statistical methods. Secondly. climacteric symptoms were analyzed by using descriptive statistical methods. the analysis of variance and correlation analysis. Thirdly. the stress of life events was studied by using descriptive statistical methods. the analysis of variance. and tests of independence. The results of this study are as followings. 1. General characteristics of the respondents are as followings: The average age is 49. 13. and the age group from 46 to 50 has $30.5\%$ in the respondents. Christianity is the major religion $(42.6\%)$. and the respondents with a high school diploma are $(43.1\%)$ of the respondents. $60\%$ of all respondents are housewives. and $90.5\%$ are married. The average number of children is 2.71. and the average number of family is 4.24 Monthly income of $39.1\%$ of the respondents is from l,010,000 Won to 2,000,000 Won. The premenopausal group is $4.9\%$. and $45.5\%$ of all respondents are satisfied with marrital life. $43.3\%$ of all feel happy. and $13.9\%$ feel economic frustration. $27.9\%$ of respondents are satisfied with sexual life. and $45\%$ of all report that the amount of recreational activities are more needed. 2. The average score of climacteric symptoms is 1. 8461 (The maximum score is 5.0). The symptoms complained frequently are nervousness. muscle-ache. fatigue. headache and knee-ache. Climacteric symptoms are significantly different in menopausal states. age groups. the number of children, marrital satisfaction. the feeling of life. self-reported health states and sexual satisfaction. 3. The life events occurred frequently were 'discord with husband', 'children's important exams', 'separation from husband related to works' and 'vacation'. When life events are analyzed by factors. the most frequently mentioned factor is 'marrital life'. The stress of life events is significantly different in a few general characteristics (age. the number of children, the number of family, monthly income, menopausal status, the feeling of life. self-reported health states, economic satisfaction). 4. The score of climacteric symptoms complained is significantly different according to the stress of life events (p<0.051, Especially, the difference is the widest in psychological symptoms according to the factor of 'couple. marrital life' among stressful life events. In Summary, climacteric symptoms complained by middle-aged women are related to the amount of the stress of life events. Whether life events are positive of negative is not important. Yet. climacteric symptoms and stressful life events are deeply related to general characteristics. so we can not insist strongly that one be directly related to the other.

남성 패션 스타일의 변화와 특징에 따른 디자인 제안 (Development of Men's Wear Design according to the Change and Features of Men's Fashion Styles)

  • This study is to find out the changes and features of male consumers' life style and purchase tendency according to the change of Korean fashion market, and based on which to suggest the design for the 20s men as well as a proper distribution channel for it. Documentary research and investigation were done together for the study. By reviewing documents focused on previous studies and declaring the change of men's fashion shopping tendencies and the following changes and features of their fashion sense and styles a conceptional frame for a design suggestion was presented. Ways to investigate were men's wear collection research, Q-technique. First of all, they tend to boldly reduce unnecessary purchases and do not hesitate to focus on the wanted item, expanding the trend of 'value purchase.' Secondly, men's wear use various design elements with feminine images, while the materials, colors and design expressive techniques that have been exclusively used for women's wear, began to be applied to men's one, turning them into gentle styles with womanhood is stressed. Thirdly, Korean distribution channel is rapidly diversified from departments to new-concept ones such as multi-brand stores. Especially, displaying and selling various optional products, multi-brand stores lead such diversification of fashion distribution channel. Fourthly, features of the drapery types favored by the 20s men are that they like no-chromed dark or blackish colors with fixed structure and partially-applied drapery on the clothes. Fifthly, it turns out that men in their 20s set a premium on design and price while they buy clothes. In addition to that, they buy clothes mainly during discount period and displayed much bigger satisfaction for the purchase on discounted price that those on normal price.

서울 일부 지역 여고생의 체중조절 및 이와 관련된 요인 (A Study of Weight Control and Associated Factors among High School Female Students)

  • The study purpose was to examine weight control status and related factors among 370 high school girls in Seoul. Factors examined included interest toward weight control, body satisfaction, body image, beliefs regarding weight control and self-efficacy. $65.1\%$ had attempted to control weight and were categorized into attempt group. Those in the attempt group had higher body weight (p < 0.001) and BMI (p < 0.001) than the counterparts. They tried to control weight 2.9 times on average (22.4 days each time). The major information sources for weight control were internet ($62.8\%$), and TV/radio ($17.1\%$). Exercise was most commonly used for weight control, followed by reducing meal amount and skipping dinner. The attempt group was less satisfied with body size (p < 0.001) and perceived their body size as heavier than the counterparts (p < 0.001), but they showed more interest toward weight control (p < 0.001). The ideal body size of society or the body size that they want was very thin in both groups. Twelve out of 20 beliefs regarding weight control were significantly different between the two groups. The attempt group believed more strongly on the advantages such as increased self-confidence, appearance, attractiveness (p < 0.001) and 'good for making friends' (p < 0.01) In contrast, the attempt group believed less strongly about the disadvantages including harmful effects on health (p < 0.001), parents' dislike, feelings of discouragement (p < 0.01) and becoming (p < 0.05). The attempt group showed lower overall self-efficacy to control overeating (p < 0.05) than the counterparts. Especially, the attempt group felt less control of overeating in situations such as eating-out, after school, when they are with family (p < 0.01) or with friends, when they feel hungry, during examination periods and when others offer food (p < 0.05). This study suggested that weight management education for adolescents include strategies for changing body image and beliefs regarding weight control, as well as increasing self-efficacy to control overeating. 건강관련 변수를 포함하여 결혼 필요성 인식 영향 요인 : 20-30대 미혼남녀 근로자를 대상으로 (Factors affecting perception of marriage needs including health related variables : In 20-30s unmarried workers)

  • 본 연구는 20-30대 미혼남녀 근로자의 결혼 필요성 인식 영향 요인으로 건강이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2016년 청년사회 경제실태조사의 원시자료를 이용하였다. 2,534명의 대상자 중 현재 근로자이며, 20-30대 미혼 남녀 904명이 분석에 포함되었다. 종속변수는 결혼 필요성 인식여부이고, 독립변수는 인구사회학적 특성인 나이, 성별, 키, 몸무게, 학력, 본인의 월 평균 소득, 부모님의 경제적 수준이었고, 건강관련 변수로는 주관적 건강, 일상생활 스트레스, 규칙적인 운동 여부 및 삶 만족도가 포함되었다. 통계분석은 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 20대 남성의 결혼 필요성 인식 영향 요인 변수는 발견되지 않았던 반면 20대 여성에서는 학력으로 나타났다. 30대 남성에서 규칙적인 운동을 할수록, 월 소득이 적을수록 결혼 필요성 인식에 긍정적이었다. 30대 여성에서 주관적 건강이 좋을수록 결혼 필요성 인식에 긍정적이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 30대 미혼남녀 근로자의 결혼인식에 건강이 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다.

대학생의 가정환경, 학습태도 및 학교생활이 학업성적에 미치는 영향 (The Effects on School Records of Family Environment, Learner's Attitude, School Life in College Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 대학생의 가정환경 및 학습태도, 학교생활, 좌석위치가 학업성적에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 대전 소재 D대학교의 OO학과 121명 학생을 대상으로 가정환경, 학습태도 및 학교생활에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였고, 성적을 확인하였다. 모든 참여자로부터 동의서를 받았고, 기관연구심의위원회 승인 후 수행하였다. 참여자의 평균 나이는 21.7세였고, 성별은 남자 54.5% 여자 45.5%로 남자가 많았다. 학교생활과 학습태도는 성적에 의미 있는 양의 상관성을 보였고(p=0.001), 가정환경에 대해서는 학교생활(r=0.486, p<0.001)와 학습태도(r=0.454, p<0.001)가 의미 있는 양의 상관성을 보였다. 학교생활과 학습태도 간에도 의미있는 양의 상관성(r=0.437, p<0.001)을 보였다. 좌석위치에서는 남자 보다 여자가 유의하게 높게 나타났고(3.40 vs. 3.89, p=0.004) 학년 간에 통계학적인 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.001). 성적 90%이상그룹과 90%미만 그룹 간에 학교생활(4.35 vs. 4.11, p=0.045), 학습태도(3.75 vs. 3.37, p=0.004), 좌석위치(3.89 vs. 3.45, p=0.007) 에서는 통계학적인 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이상의 결과로부터 대학생은 학교생활와 학습태도, 좌석위치는 학업성적에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

균형성과표(BSC)개념을 적응한 학교급식 운영성과 측정지표 개발 (Development of Performance Indicators Based on Balanced Score Card for School Food Service Facilities)

  • This study raised the necessity of developing performance indicators for measuring the management efficiency and effectiveness of school food service, and as a means of helping its implementation, a balanced score card (BSC) approach developed by Norton and Kaplan was adopted. This study established BSC in seven phases through literature: Phase 1 Defining a school food service and the scope of working activities, Phase 2 Establishing the vision of a school food service, Phase 3 Setting strategic goals, Phase 4 Identifying critical success factors (CSFs), Phase 5 Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Phase 6 Extracting cause and effect relationship, and Phase 7 Completing a preliminary BSC. The preliminary BSC was fumed into a survey, which was administered to food service related people working at the Office of Education and School Food Service including 16 offices,209 dietitians, 48 school administrators both from self-operated and contract-managed, and 9 experts in areas related to school food service. They were asked questions about strategies from 4 different perspectives,12 CSFs, 39 KPls, and the cause and effect relationships among them. As a result, among the CSFs based on 4 different perspectives, all factors other than ' zero sum on profit/loss ' from the financial perspective turned out to be valid. In terms of KPIs, manufacturing cost percentages, casualty loss count/reduction rates, school foodervice participation rates, and sales goal achievement rates were found to be valid from the financial perspective, while student satisfaction index, faculty satisfaction index, leftover ratio, nutrition educational performance count, index of evaluating nutrition education, customer claim count/reduction rate, handling customer claim count/reduction rate, and parent satisfaction index were found to be valid from the customers' perspective. Besides, nutritional requirement sufficient ratio, nutritional management score, food poisoning outbreak count, employee safety accident count, sanitary inspection assessment index, meals per labor hour (productivity index), computerization ratio, operational management index, and purchase management assessment index were also found to be valid from the perspective of internal business processes. From the perspective of innovation and learning, employee turnover ratio/rate of absenteeism, annual education and training count, employee satisfaction index, human resource management assessment index, annual menu-related customer feedback, food service information index for employees and parents/schools were also found to be valid. The significance of this study is to present indices for measuring overall performance of school lunch food service operations without putting any limitation on types of school food service management, and to help correctly assess the contribution of the current types of school food service management to schools and students. 도시 중년 남성의 스트레스 정도와 식습관 및 웰빙 관련 태도에 관한 연구 (A Study of Stress, Food Habits and Well-Being Related Attitudes in Urban Middle-Aged Men)

  • The principal objective of this study was to provide basic data regarding health care services for middle-aged men, via an analysis of the relationships among stress level, food habits and well-being-related attitudes with social-demographic characteristics and health-related factors. The main findings of this study were as follows. The average age of the participants was $48.7{\pm}5.2$. With regard to health status, 18.8% of the participants were diagnosed with digestive diseases within the past year. Stress levels were higher in the participants with lower levels of educational attainment. Furthermore, participants who had become divorced or lived separately from their families, participants who did not have their own houses, and participants who reported low marital satisfaction also had high levels of stress. Our food habits scores revealed meaningful differences among the study subjects, and were shown to vary with marital satisfaction, occupation, and residence type. In terms of both the importance and practice level of well-being-associated food habits, the most frequent response in this study was 'Consume home-made food rather than processed or ready-to-eat food' ($4.30{\pm}0.86$, $3.68{\pm}1.04$). In terms of importance level, the factors most relevant to well-being in terms of food habits were education level, marital satisfaction, residence type, self-assessed health status, smoking, drinking, regular exercises and leisure activities. With regard to practice levels, the degree to which subjects engaged in food habits targeted toward well-being differed meaningfully depending on marital status, marital satisfaction, residence type, family type, self-assessed health status, smoking, drinking, nutritional supplement intake, regular exercises and leisure activities. After analyzing the correlation among stress level, food habit score and the attitude towards well-being-related dietary habits (importance and practice level), we observed a meaningful relationship between the four factors at the level of p<0.001. According to the above result, continuous attention to health, including the appropriate control of smoking and drinking, as well as, stress management, via regular exercises and appropriate food habits is expected to exert a positive influence on the prevention of disease, and is also expected to improve quality of life. For all well-being-associated items, the importance level was shown to be higher than the practice level. Thus, in order to foster health-oriented food habits, we recommend that a new plan be designed, targeted toward ease of active practice for middle-aged men.

맞춤형 방문구강보건사업 현황조사 (A study on the state of customized visiting oral health programs)

  • Objectives : This study was to examine the state of customized visiting oral health programs in a bid to help facilitate the unified operation of the programs and the development of required guidelines. Methods : The subjects in this study were 49 dental hygienists who were professionals responsible for customized visiting health care programs across the nation. Results : 1. Regarding the form of employment of the dental hygienists were investigated many contract and daily workers. 2. As to the possession of equipment necessary for visiting oral health programs, denture cleaners(12.2%) were most widely possessed in some regions, followed by mobile scalers(10.2%) and mobile suctions(8.2%). In terms of expendable devices and materials, dental mirrors, pincettes and explorers were the most widely possessed dental checkup devices, and the most widely possessed oral hygiene supplies were toothbrushes, interdental brushes and denture cleaners. Those devices and materials were in more possession than the other types of devices and materials. The most widely possessed equipment for educational purpose was laptop computers, followed by beam projectors and screens. The most widely possessed teaching materials were dentiform, followed by CD-ROMs. 3. Those whom they visited the most for oral health care service were elderly people, followed by the disabled and patients with chronic diseases. The dental hygienists who went out to visit those people outnumbered the others who stayed at public health centers. Concerning the types of visiting oral health care service, the most prevalent service provided to the elderly included denture cleaning/management, oral massage and preventive treatment against dental caries. The most dominant service provided to the disabled involved education of the oral health care act, preventive treatment against dental caries and toothbrushing by professionals. The most common service offered to patients with chronic diseases was education of the oral health care act and oral health education. The dental hygienists paid a visit to a mean of 5.8 households a day. The average weekly number of households cared by the dental hygienists was 27.3. It took a mean of 37.1 minutes for them to take care of each household. 4. As for satisfaction level with the implementation of the visiting oral health programs, they expressed the greatest satisfaction at teamwork with professionals($3.56{\pm}0.94$), followed by the professionalism of their work($3.21{\pm}0.94$) and workload($3.08{\pm}0.94$). Their satisfaction level with the work conditions required for creative job performance($2.75{\pm}0.98$) and partnership with other institutions($2.64{\pm}1.03$) was below 3.0. In regard to the impact of their characteristics, marital status made a statistically significant difference to satisfaction level with workload. The unmarried dental hygienists were more pleased with their workload than the married ones(p<0.05). 5. As to needs for education for professionalism improvement, they asked for education about visiting oral health care skills the most, followed by education about oral health care for patients with chronic diseases, education of planning/evaluation and education of oral health care for the disabled. Conclusions : The top priority for the vitalization of the programs was the procurement of budget, followed by the procurement of equipment and educational media and the procurement of human resources.

청소년 자원봉사활동이 공동체 의식에 미치는 영향 -자아존중감과 또래애착의 매개역할을 중심으로- (The Effects of Adolescents' Volunteer Activities on their Sense of Community - Focusing on the Mediating Role of Self-esteem and Peer Attachment -)

  • 본 연구는 청소년 자원봉사활동경험의 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면을 모두 포함하여 자원봉사활동이 청소년의 공동체 의식발달에 미치는 영향력을 검증하고자 하였으며, 자원봉사활동이 공동체 의식발달에 미치는 직접적 영향력과 더불어, 자아존중감과 또래애착을 두 변인 간의 매개변인으로 설정하고, 이들 매개변인을 통한 간접효과를 함께 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 한국청소년정책연구원에서 실시한 한국아동 청소년 패널조사(KCYPS) 중1 패널 자료 중 자원봉사활동 참여경험이 있는 청소년 1,426명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 자원봉사활동시간과 자원봉사활동에 대한 만족도를 각각 독립적으로 살펴보았을 때는 두 변수 모두 공동체 의식과 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 자원봉사활동의 양적 측면과 질적 측면을 동시에 고려하였을 때는 자원봉사활동정도나 활동경험 유무보다 자원봉사활동관련 만족도나 봉사활동 이후의 반성적 학습이 보다 중요한 자원봉사 관련 경험이 된다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 자원봉사활동에 대한 만족도는 청소년 개인의 자아존중감과 또래애착을 증진시키고, 이러한 개인적 특질의 변화가 다시 공동체 의식을 높이는 데 기여하는 것으로 나타나, 자원봉사활동이 공동체 의식 함양에 미치는 직접 효과 뿐 아니라 자아존중감과 또래애착을 통한 간접적 효과를 함께 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 우리나라 청소년 자원봉사활동의 관리 운영방안 개선의 필요성을 제기하였고, 자원봉사활동의 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있는 방향에 대한 구체적인 내용을 제시하였다.

선호하는 식물성 Base oil에 따른 클렌징 오일이 피부에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Cleansing oil on Skin by preferred Vegetable Base oil)

  • 본 연구는 선호하는 식물성 Base oil에 따른 클렌징 오일이 피부에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 먼저 설문조사(100명)를 통해 세안 습관 실태 및 선호하는 식물성 Base oil를 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 4종의 클렌징 오일을 제조하여 실험을 진행하였다. 실험은 20~30대 성인여성 10명을 대상으로 선정하여 실험 전 후 수분보유량, 유분보유량, 경피수분손실량(TEWL)을 측정하였고, 실험 후 만족도 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 클렌징 오일의 식물성 Base oil 종류에 따른 선호도 설문조사에서는 로즈힙 오일, 올리브 오일, 살구씨 오일, 동백 오일 순으로 나타났다. 임상 실험결과, 선호하는 식물성 Base oil에 따른 클렌징 오일(4종)의 클렌징 전 후 수분보유량과 유분보유량의 변화폭은 Base oil에 따라 차이는 있었으나 모두 증가하는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001, p<0.001). 또한 TEWL의 변화량도 Base oil에 따라 차이는 있었으나 모두 감소하였다(p<0.01). 실험 후 주관적 만족도 설문조사 결과에서는 로즈힙 오일이 함유된 클렌징 오일(RHC)이 세정력 및 주관적인 만족도면에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로 선호하는 식물성 Base oil에 따른 클렌징 오일이 피부의 유 수분보유량과 TEWL의 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 피부장벽을 보호함으로서 피부개선 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 개개인마다 피부타입과 선호하는 오일 및 사용감에 따른 만족도는 다르지만 본 연구의 식물성 Base oil에 따른 클렌징 오일은 단순히 세정의 차원을 넘어 피부건조와 피부장벽을 보호하는 피부보호 제품으로서 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.
