채권자대위권에 관한 연구 (A study on the subrogation right of a obligee)

  • 채권자대위권은 채권자가 자기의 채권을 보전하기 위하여 채무자에 속하는 권리를 행사할 수 있는 권리이다(민법제404조). 채무자의 권리는 채무자가 행사함이 원칙이나 채무자가 제3채무자에 대한 권리를 행사하지 아니함으로 채무자의 책임재산을 제대로 보전하지 않아 총채권자의 공동담보에 부족한 부분이 생길 때에는 채권자로 하여금 채무자의 권리를 행사하여 책임재산의 보전을 꾀할 수 있도록 할 필요가 있고, 이러한 목적을 위한 제도가 바로 채권자대위권제도이다. 그러나 채권자대위권제도는 채권자 취소권에 비해 상대적으로 주목받지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 즉 실제와 현행민법 규정사이에 커다란 괴리가 존재하고 있고, 행사의 범위, 효과에 관한 규정을 두고 있지 않고 있다. 이는 전적으로 학설과 판례에 위임되어 있는 실정이므로 따라서 본 논문에서는 채권자대위권에 관한 문제점을 검토해보고, 정확한 명문규정이나 제도적 장치를 마련하는 제도의 취지 및 목적에 합당할 수 있도록 합리적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The aetiology, incidence and management of type II endoleaks in standard infrarenal endovascular aortic aneurysm repair is well described. Far less data is available for thoracic stent grafting. We present a rare and interesting case of a type II endoleak post thoracic aortic stenting and highlight the aberrant anatomy that can cause this phenomenon in such cases.

조선시대 수노리개에 나타난 표현 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Expressive Features of Embroidered Norigae in the Chosun Dynasty)

  • The purpose of the study was to examine formative features of embroidered norigae in form, color, pattern and expressive technique through positive analysis of relics and various of collections of work and to consider expressive features of embroidered norigae. The results of the study were as follows. First, embroidered norigae has handcrafted decoration. it was made by being sewed for women longing for their family's happiness. Embroidered norigae is a dress worn by women that is hung on a coat string or the waist part of a skirt. Second, it is eco-environmental. Embroidered norigae applied things seen in nature such as flowers, butterflies and bees to its pattern. Third, it has practicality. Embroidered norigae has high practical value besides a decorative function. Needle case norigae and incense case norigae provide functions in accordance with women's wisdom and skill as well as practicality. Fourth, it is praying for good luck. Women embroidered patterns symbolizing their desires in life such as their family's happiness, wealth, many sons and a long life. Fifth, it has balance and harmony. The knot of embroidered norigae has a perfect symmetry in the front/back part and in the right/left part. And the main body and tassel are symetrical in the right/left part, which gives stability and comfortableness. Embroidered norigae is classified into knot, main body and decorative part in its form. The three kinds express their unique beauty by being harmonized together. Finally, it has a property of melody. Movement of the tassel has a property of melody shaken by the wind and movement of its wearer.

젊은 성인 여성의 휴대 가방 위치가 보행 후 정적 균형 변화에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Changes in Young Women's Static Balance after Performing Walking Task with Different Carrying Bag Positions)

  • Purpose : This study was designed to identify the effects of carrying bag positions (None, left hand, right hand, left shoulder, right shoulder) on static balance. Methods : Fourteen healthy adult females participated in the this study. The exclusion criteria were orthopedic or neurologic disease, predominant left side. Measurements were performed initial effects. Results were evaluated by OSI, APSI, and MLSI in the biodex stability system. Results : There are among the three assessments (overall stability index(OSI), antero-posterior stability index (APSI), medio-lateral stability index(MLSI) significants difference for the carrying bags positions (None bag, left hand, right hand, left shoulder, right shoulder)(p<.05). The post-hoc test revealed a significant difference between none bag and both left hand and left shoulder in the OSI, APSI, MLSI (p<.05). Also, comparing the carrying positions significant difference between right hand and both left hand and left shoulder in the MLSI (p<.05). Conclusion : The results suggest that none dominant side with carrying bag improve more imbalance than none bag and right hand of dominant with carrying bag improve more balance than non dominant side. When comparing the four carrying bag conditions, right hand was more effective than another conditions in static balance.

60대 노년 여성의 체간부 체형분류 (A Study on Torso Shape Classification of Women in 60s)

  • The study has an objective of providing the basic data for the bodice basic pattern that is highly appropriate after classifying the torso shapes of women in 60s. In order to classify the torso shape, 200 women in 60s that reside in Seoul were investigated for 52 tests. The factor analysis produced total of 6 factors. Factor 1 tended to be posture of upper part of torso and shape of shoulder. Factor 2 was an element of silhouette and Factor 3 was vertical size of lower part of torso and side silhouette. Factor 4 showed to be width and thickness of torso, Factor 5 was shape of neck, and Factor 6 appeared to be sagging of belly and buttocks. Therefore, it can be known that posture, silhouette, shape of neck and shoulder, sagging of belly and buttocks, and etc. are important factors for classification of the torso shape of women in 60s. Through a cluster analysis, each torso shape was classified into 4 types and each type showed information on size, shape, and posture clearly. Type 1 showed percentage of 24.2%, and values of height and weight showed to be average. Also, the body shape hardly had any curve with high shoulder at the Posture of upper body, and they had saggy stomach and buttocks. 43.5% of them were involved in Type 2 and they were short and overweighted. They were comparatively large in width compared to the height with no curves. Type 2 had the largest percentage and this can be said to be the special shape of women in 60s. People of Type 3 were short and overweighted just like Type 2 and all the sizes were similar to those of Type 2 or bigger. The posture is right posture and 21.7% fall into this type and there is no body curve. This type is the shortest and most overweighted type, and it is a torso shape with right posture just like Type 4. Type 4 is a torso shape with tallest height and least weight. The percentage was the smallest(10.6%) and the width was smaller than any other type but the height was the tallest. The body curve is very clear and they have thin body but big buttocks so it can be said that the people of this type have the best silhouette. Type 2 that had the highest percentile is short and overweighted so it can be said that Type 2 is the representative torso shape of women in 60s.

중국(中國) 귀주성(貴州省) 묘족(苗族)의 복식에 관한 연구(I) - 검동남(黔東南)지역의 여성복식을 중심으로 - (A Study on Miao Traditional Costume of Guizhou Province in China (I) - Centering Around Women's Costume in Qiandongnan Autonomous Prefecture -)

  • The Miao nationality is one of China's major ethnic group. The Miao traditional costume, as an ideographic symbol of the Miao people, have preserved its unique characteristics up to the present time. Historically there were many old names given only for ciothings, still they have reflected the complexities of the ciothings of the Miao people. The southeast Guizhou (Qiandongnan) modal of dress and ornament are fashionable in countries in the valley of Qingshui River such as Taijiang, Kaili, Leishan, Jianhe, Huangping, Shibing, which are densely populated with the Miao nationality. Women's traditional wear for the most part consists of a short coat with straight sleeves and the left lapel of the collar overlaps the right one (In some areas, the right lapel overlaps the left one). For lower garments, they wear long or medium sized pleated skirts, broad waistbands and leggings. Their attire may be of the same style, but there exist marked regional differences and distinctive features in dress materials, workmanship, contents and variety of designs and colour matching, as evolved from tradition. Merely from the embroidering skill and the materials used, one can judge where the dress is made.

국내 의류매장 윈도우 디스플레이의 공간구성과 소도구 (Space Construction and Props Used in Window Display of Clothing Stores)

  • Use of the right props in the window display of fashion stores is an essential factor of stimulating customers'interest in purchase, white display is known as important means of expressing fashion. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the practice of window display in domestic fashion stores in terms of props and space construction and to find the differences among 5 different brand types including adult women's, women's casual, men's, unisex, and sportswear. For this study, the window display of the 165 fashion brands was investigated according to the kinds of props used. The data were analyzed by using frequency count and percentage. The various kinds of props were used according to the different brand types and this result was found to be statistically significant. It was found that the four different types of mannequins were the most frequently used props in all fashion brands. And the other props used commonly in fashion stores included photographs, plants, furnitures, and outdoor displays. A variety of special kinds of props were used to attract customers depending on the types of brands. As a conclusion, the importance of selecting effective props was increasingly recognized and the prospect of window display was found to be dependent on the use of right props.

여성 얼굴의 불균형 개선을 위한 프로그램 구축 (Structuring Program to Improve Unbalance of Woman's Face)

  • This study shows that the self-satisfaction individually is rising and social life is attracted effective and successful in image making field by structuring the facial image improvement program through experimental study in order to improve unbalance of women's face. Experiment is conducted by electing 3 samples for 12 weeks and analyzing the measurement and visual analysis, infrared thermography, and evaluation of experts in order to check the facial unbalance. Subject 1 had the effect at approximately in 4 weeks with the severely distorted chin line and mouth appendage. The facial outline became softer to turn entire image to be softer and more feminine. Subject 2 had the severe distortion of location and size of eyes and nose. But the skin was getting better at first, followed by eyes getting clearer with the location changed in left and right. Subject 3 had the twisted nose and lower chin, but after two weeks, the eye area and skin were better and the width of left and right chin was similarly changed. On the basis of the above research result, the program to effectively improve the image was structured and presented with the resolution of facial unbalance. Program is consist of the training of breathing method, face washing method, facial muscle exercise.

영화 의상을 통해 본 블루머 의상(bloomer costume)에 관한 고찰­영화"오스카와 루신다(OSCAR and LUCINDA)"를 중심으로­ (A Study on the bloomer costume on the movie costume­Focusing on "OSCAR and LUCINDA"­)

  • Costume in movies are used as an instrument to signify the personality image and status of characters, and even the main theme of movie itself. The purpose of this paper is to verify the feministic meaning of bloomer costume used in movie, 「OSCAR and LUCINDA」. The bloomer costume was anti-fashion in crinoline period, when women was normally not allowed to put on trousers. To achieve the purpose, I used content analysis to obtain meanings from existing literature and video tapes(including, slides and pictures). Bloomer costume, introduced by Mrs. Amelia Bloomer at 1850s, is an anti­fashion to express women's right to wear trousers that were exclusively used by men since the medieval age. In this sense, bloomer costume itself is a costume expressing values of women's emancipation movement. In 「OSCAR and LUCINDA」, heroine, Lucinda, with bloomer costume is described as a woman who has strong motivation toward work, who actively looks for a man she loves, and who has free­will to involve herself in what she wants, even gambling. This is not surprising in a sense that Lucinda's bloomer costumes itself signifies the meanings of feminism. I found that bloomer costume was well described in the movie from the historical point of view. But some details, including type of trousers, were expressed without strict historical evidence. Overall, it is certain that 「OSCAR and LUCINDA」, with a heroine wearing bloomer costume was a big step towards women's emancipation in movies.

고려 초중기 기녀의 고증복식 캐릭터 연구 (A Study on the Design of Gisaeng Costume in Early-Middle Goryeo Dynasty)

  • This study was undertaken to design Ginyeo's character and costume in the early-middle Goryeo Dynasty which had a few relics, and to make practical cultural contents. The famous Goryeo Ginyeos who had real names are costume characters. Goryeo women dressed in delicate white ramie jarket in "Goryeo-dokyung", and the shape of Jacket can be two kinds: long-wide jacket enough to tie a belt, and long caftan cover the knee. Goryeo women enjoyed wide yellow skirt, but Ginyeo in "Dongguk-isanggutjip" put on pink, flower, pomegranate, red skirt for high class ladies. In the case of Mong-su(a head cloth with black gauze train), it is thought that Ginyeo fold up train like lower class or just hang down like ordinary women, because of their status. As underwear, a ramie jacket and wide underpants were set up. It is needed that many Golden bells and jade trinkets must be attached to Goryeo Ginyeo's waist to stress their characteristics. Ginyeo's hair style can be designed so that a bunch of right hair was dropped down and the rest hair was rolled on reft shoulder. To design a Ginyeo's costume chatacter of the early-middle Goryeo, the richness of wide skirt, delicacy of white ramie, a great deal of trinkets must be emphasized correctly as a characteristic of Goryeo women's costume in that period.
