  • There has been increased interest in wireless sensors in the last few years. This paper provides insight into the properties that make these sensors so attractive, specifically considering their efficiency, data reliability, and the ability to verify the data generated. Some advantages a wireless network presents over traditional information sensing are discussed as well. The paper considers how the environmental field can benefit from using these networks. Some of the possible challenges this industry will face in adopting this new method of data sampling and collection are also considered. A project we conducted raised concern over measures needed for the integrity of the communication system to be maintained, thus ensuring the integrity of the data being collected. From results of an experimental project conducted in York University, the reliability and usefulness of a sensor network is discussed.

  • Over the past several years both licensed and unlicensed services and devices have enjoyed extensive growth in the wireless marketplace. In some urban areas in the Kazakhstan, the penetration rate of licensed cellular and PCS services is more than 60%. Similarly, the use of unlicensed wireless local area network technologies has grown significantly as these systems have been deployed in homes, offices, and 'hot spots' in restaurants, hotels, public meeting areas, etc. As more services are wirelessly enabled and as technologies continue to evolve, the demand for new spectrum for commercial services will also continue to increase. Thus, the appropriate regulatory models for future spectrum allocations will continue to be debated throughout the wireless industry.

  • Wireless sensor networks are composed of a large number of inexpensive and tiny sensors used in different areas including military, industry, agriculture, space, and environment. Fault tolerance, which is considered a challenging task in these networks, is defined as the ability of the system to offer an appropriate level of functionality in the event of failures. The present study proposed an intelligent throughput descent and distributed energy-efficient mechanism in order to improve fault tolerance of the system against soft and permanent faults. This mechanism includes determining the intelligent neighborhood radius threshold, the intelligent neighborhood nodes number threshold, customizing the base paper algorithm for distributed systems, redefining the base paper scenarios for failure detection procedure to predict network behavior when running into soft and permanent faults, and some cases have been described for handling failure exception procedures. The experimental results from simulation indicate that the proposed mechanism was able to improve network throughput, fault detection accuracy, reliability, and network lifetime with respect to the base paper.

  • In this paper, the raid and fire preventable system using Zibee module with IEEE 802.15.4 wireless communication standard and multi-sensor was developed displaying raid and firing condition with wireless network. The raid preventable system is designed using a ultrasonhe waves sensor and infrared sensor. The fire preventable system is designed using a thermistor. The datas for raid and firing condition are communicated from enddevice to coordinator with wireless network and are displayed on PC monitor.

  • Recently, IoT is a hot issue in the IT research and industry area. Wireless Sensor plays a key roll in the in the IoT. Usually the device of the wireless sensor has tinyOS and small battery power. Hence there are a lot of previous research that want to extend the life time. In this paper, we will introduce the scheduling method based on the combinatorial theory.

  • In this paper, the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) based on ZigBee technology was devised and developed. Wireless communication was applied to petrochemical domain, like other industries. And sensor network of IEEE 802.15.4 protocol stack diagram was described. Then, by analyzing the protocol, the software systems included the communication Protocol and point-to-point network were implemented with Freescale Semiconductor's product MC13192-SARD DSK board. After that, the performance of this design system was evaluated, and finally, by using PC Graphic User Interface (GUI) and IDE CW08 V3.1 programming tool, the real time communication data and the curve function were displayed.

  • In recent years, mobile ad-hoc networks have received a great deal of attention in both academia and industry to provide anytime-anywhere networking services. As wireless networks are rapidly deployed, the security of wireless environment will be mandatory. In this paper, we describe a group key management architecture and key agreement protocols for secure communication in mobile ad-hoc wireless networks (MANETs) overseen by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). We use implicitly certified public keys method, which alleviates the certificate overhead and improves computational efficiency. The architecture uses a two-layered key management approach where the group of nodes is divided into: 1) Cell groups consisting of ground nodes and 2) control groups consisting of cell group managers. The chief benefit of this approach is that the effects of a membership change are restricted to the single cell group.

  • With the development of technology, wireless sensor networks (WSN) are wireless networks of consisting a large number of small and low-cost sensors. Wireless sensor networks facilitate collaboration to achieve the perception of information collection, processing and transmission tasks in deployment area. They have various purposes such as military, disaster relief, medical rescue, environmental monitoring, precision farming and manufacturing industry etc. Therefore, technologies for data maintaining technologies in sensor network environment is one of essential parts of sensor networks. In this paper, we present the essential particulars about data management technology at wireless sensor network environments and propound the issues. Further, we could organize and develop a systematic approach in solving the issues.

Moreover, it's fairly lucrative since the growth industry makes lots of added values, interacting with the others. The network industry, usually called 'Ubiquitous', connects some home appliances and makes an integrated system that you can use them with whenever and wherever. A demand for network security, however, has skyrocketed due to the relatively low safety. It's been expected that the market of home security is going to be grown up nearly 30 percent every year. Recently, analog surveilance cameras have been replaced with digital ones, and they will be providing stronger security services taking advantage of mutual interaction with related industies. In this paper, a mobile monitoring system for home security is proposed, which makes it possible to supervise all home appliances wherever you're, using the conventional wired/wireless network infra.
