WAVE(Wireless Access in Vehicular Environment)에서 V2V(Vehicle to Vehicle) 통신 시 OBU(On Board Unit)인 자동차 단말은 수신한 정보가 제대로 된 정보인지를 확인하는 과정에서 공인인증서가 필요하다. 동시에 자동차 단말은 이 공인인증서의 상태가 유효한 지를 확인해야 한다. 이것을 확인하는 방법은 자동차 단말이 도로변에 설치돼 있는 RSU(Road Side Unit)인 OCSP(Online Certificate Status Protocol) 서버에게 공인인증서의 상태 확인 요청을 하는 것이다. OCSP 서버는 자동차 단말의 요청에 응답하기 위해서 인증서 폐지 목록인 CRL(Certificate Revocation List)을 가지고 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 WAVE 시스템의 OCSP 서버가 공인인증서 상태 정보를 자동차 단말로 알려줄 수 있도록 하기 위해 CA(Certificate Authority)의 CRL 저장소로부터 CRL 을 업데이트 하는 프로토콜을 제안한다. OCSP 서버가 CRL 을 업데이트 할 때, OCSP 서버가 가지고 있는 CRL 과 CRL 저장소가 가지고 있는 CRL 의 값을 비교하여 두 값이 같은 경우에는 CRL 을 업데이트 하지 않도록 한다. OCSP 서버가 선택적으로 CRL 을 업데이트 함으로써 불필요한 부하를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

We analyze a voice/data integrated traffic model of the cellular mobile communication system with hybrid guard channels for voice and handoff calls. In a multi-service integrated wireless environment, quality of service guarantee is crucial for smooth transportation of real time information. Real time voice traffic requires a guaranteed upper bounded on both delay and packet error rate, whereas data traffic does not. Voice traffic has high transmission priority over data packets. Thus one of the important problems is the design of admission control schemes which can efficiently accommodate the differential quality of service requirements. In this paper, a hybrid guard channel scheme is considered in which arriving calls are assigned channels as long as the number of busy channels in the cell is below a predetermined first threshold. When the number of busy channels reaches the first threshold, new originating data calls are queued in the infinite data buffer. Then reaches second threshold, only handoff calls are assigned the remaining channels and new originating voice calls are blocked. We evaluate the system by a two-dimensional Markov chain approach and generating function method and obtain performance measures included blocking probability and forced termination probability.

최근 무선 통신 기술과 센서 디바이스들의 발달로 스마트 홈 시장이 성장하고 있으며, 다양한 디바이스가 활용되고 있다. 이러한 사물인터넷 환경은 지능형 서비스를 위해 다양하고 방대한 양의 디바이스 정보를 수집하여 사용자 정보를 기반으로 서비스를 제공받으며, 다양한 디바이스를 제어해야 하고, 이기종 간의 통신을 제공해야 한다. 하지만, 이러한 성장과 함께, 스마트 홈 환경에서는 다양한 보안 위협이 발생하고 있다. 실제, 프루프 포인트와 HP에서는 스마트 홈 환경에서의 피해 사례 및 보안 취약점의 심각성에대해 경고하였으며, 다양한 환경에서의 침해 사례가 발표되었다. 그러므로, 본 논문에서는 스마트 홈 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 보안 문제를 해결하기 위해 스마트 홈에서 사용하는 스마트 노드들 간의 안전한 상호인증 기법에 대해 연구를 수행하였다. 제안하는 논문의 경우 보안성 평가를 통해 스니핑, 스푸핑, 디바이스 상호 인증, 중간자 공격, 무결성 등 사물인터넷 환경과 센서 디바이스에서 발생할 수 있는 잘 알려진 취약점에 대해 난수와 수시로 갱신되는 세션키 및 비밀키를 이용하여 안전함을 검증하였다. 또한, 기존에 연구된 사물인터넷 보안 프로토콜과의 비교를 통해 보안성 및 키 관리 측면에서 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper presents the impacts of Ultra-wideband(UWB) applied in the communication applications using frequency band from 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz on Broadband Wireless Access(BWA) based on orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) using frequency band of 3.5 GHz. It proposes low duty cycle(LDC) for enabling UWB to mitigate strong interference to BWA. The effects of interference mitigation are evaluated and analyzed in the environment of UWB coexistence with BWA. UWB with LDC scheme will be given to bring higher transmit power level corresponding to Federal Communications Commission(FCC) provisional limit for enabling UWB operation at 3.5 GHz bands.

In a mobile ad hoc network (MANET), communication between mobile nodes occurs without centralized control. In this environment the mobility of a node is unpredictable; this is considered as a characteristic of wireless networks. Because of faulty or malicious nodes, the network is vulnerable to routing misbehavior. The resource constrained characteristics of MANETs leads to increased query delay at the time of data access. In this paper, AntHocNet+ Security (ANTSEC) framework is proposed that includes an enhanced cooperative caching scheme embedded with artificial immune system. This framework improves security by injecting immunity into the data packets, improves the packet delivery ratio and reduces end-to-end delay using cross layer design. The issues of node failure and node malfunction are addressed in the cache management.

This paper represents the mobile robot control system remote controlled by PDA(personal digital assistance). So far, owing to the development of internet technologies, lots of remote control methods through internet have been proposed. To control a mobile robot through internet and guide it under unknown environment, We propose a control method activated by PDA. In a proposed system, PDA acts as a user interface to communicate with notebook as a controller of the mobile robot system using TCP/IP protocol, and the notebook controls the mobile robot system. The information about the direction and velocity of the mobile robot feedbacks to the PDA and the PDA send new control method produced from the fuzzy inference engine.

This paper describes a design experience of a low-cost 6 DOF spatial tracker system where relative low accuracy and relatively long ranges, wireless communication will be achieved by means of low cost accelerometers and gyros with contemporary microprocessor. However, there are two key problems; one is the bias drift problem and the other is that single or double integration of acceleration signal suffers not only from noise but also from nonlinear effects caused by gravity. To be specific, beginning and stopping of hand motions needs to be accurately detected to initiate and terminate integration process to get position and pose of the hand from accelerometer and gyro signals, since errors due to noise and/or hand-shaking motions accumulated by integration processes. Several experimental results are shown to validate our proposed algorithms.

본 논문은 Ad-hoc 네트워크에서의 전송을 효율적으로 하기 위한 클러스터링 알고리즘에 대해 실험을 통하여 살펴보았다. Ad-hoc 네트워크상 노드들은 정보전송과 위치등록, 노드간의 라우팅 경로 유지를 위해 많은 패킷전송이 이루어진다. 이러한 환경에서의 트래픽은 고정망에서 보다 이동성 변수에 따라 더욱 많은 수가 발생하게 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 무선 Ad-hoc 다중 홉에서의 트래픽 제어를 위한 클러스터링 알고리즘을 통해 패킷 전송효율을 분석하여 그 결과를 제시한다.

The purpose of this project is to greatly elevate the image of a high-technology wireless communication company by improving its office space environment through remodeling techniques. In order to accomplish this goal, the design concept was established in the direction of harmonious beauty with maximized functionality and aesthetics. Specifically, an efficient traffic line was planned in consideration of the connectivity between mutual spaces, and smooth yet strong formal aesthetics was given to such things as planes, frontal surfaces, and ceiling design, so as to do away with the existing authoritarian atmosphere and create an image of a futuristic company.

Integrated management model (SNMP/SMI) for lubiquitous egacy remote communication network or service make possible combination of various architecture. However, legacy management system cannot be applied some problems such as inefficient, complexly, implement and large network by reason of integration of voice and data, wired and wireless, and service area between service provider. For improve this, supplied JMX(Java Management eXtensions) on network management technology from SUN. JMX is integrated architecture for existing network management and monitoring. In this paper, we design and implement for integrated network management through multi-protocol agent using JMX.
