음성서비스 수요의 증대와 정보통신 기술의 급속한 발달로 국내 이동통신 시장이 확대되고 있는 오늘날 고객의 요구를 충족시키는 정액요금제도가 절실히 필요하다. 앞으로 상용화되는 위성DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting), 지상파DMB, WiBro 등의 신규 통신서비스는 정액제를 기조로 하고 있다. 따라서 무선데이터 정액제 가입자에 대한 신뢰도 높은 수요예측이 국내 이동통신 사업자에게 매우 중요한 과제로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 무선데이터 정액제 가입자 수요를 이동통신 시장의 환경에 맞추어 Lotka-Volterra 모형을 확장하여 예측하였다. 무선데이터 정액제 가입자의 수요예측은 이동통신사들이 정액제 도입의 정당성과 도입 시기를 결정하고, 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다. 또한 예측결과는 무선데이터 사업을 평가하는데 기초 자료로서 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

An Infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus strain (IHNV-RTK) was isolated from cultured rainbow trout at Kumi and Jechun area in Korea during 2000 and 2001. In the RT-PCR amplification with the specific primer set designed from IHNV G protein region, a 540 bp PCR product was amplified from the RTK strain. The RTK strain showed higher sequence homology with the published IHNV G protein genes (RB-76, LR-73, Col-85, and Carson-89)

In this study, effect of temperature and time on melt-out of 25wt% Al-alloyed ductile iron has been investigated. The oxidation tests were carried out in a tube furnace at $800^\circC$, $930^\circC$, and $1000^\circC$ for lh, 5h, 10h, 50h. The microstructure, microhardness, and $Al_2O_3$ layer of oxidation-treated 25wt% Al-alloyed ductile iron samples (10 x 10 x 10 mm) were investigated. Phase identification was performed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and EDS. The oxidation-treated 25wt% Al-alloyed ductile iron samples at $930^\circC$ for lh, 5h, 10h and KS GCD 500 were used for melt-out test in an Al alloy melt. The melt-out test results showed that oxidation tested sample at $930^\circC$ for 5h which on the whole forms $2-3\mum$ $Al_2O_3$ layer showed lowest melt-out depth. It was observed showed that appropriate Al203 layer can affect melt-out behaviors.

Optical module package is a hermetic metal-ceramic package for carrying optical IC. In case of LD(laser diode) module, window is used for both the path of optical signal and hermetic sealing of package. So, window has the metallization pattern on the surface for brazing process with package wall. In this study, several method were investigated for metallization. Thin film, thick film and mixed method were used for fabrication of metallization pattern. After brazing process, hermeticity and adhesion strength were tested for characterization of metallization pattern.

This study was performed to evaluate the general toxicity of novel Pt(II) complexes, (KHPC-002: [Pt(trans-1-dach) (DPPE)].2NO$_3$, KHPC-005: [Pt(cis-dach)(DPPE)].2NO$_3$ and KHPC-006: [Pt(cis-dach)(DPPP)]. 2NO$_3$). In the acute toxicity study in rats, three dosing groups of Sprague-Dawley male rats in each compounds were given a single intraperitoneal injection of KHPC-002, KHPC-005 and KHPC-006. In order to compare the toxic effects of these novel Pt(II) complexes with those of cisplatin, one group Sprague-Dawley male rats were given 7mg/kg i.p injection of cisplatin. Body weights showed dose-related decrease in all treatment groups when compared wi th the control group.

현대 사회에서의 삶의 모습이 다양해짐에 따라 생활습관이 다양해지고 잘못된 생활습관으로 인한 생활습관병에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷 및 빅데이터와 같은 IT기술을 통해 사용자의 다양한 생활습관을 추적할 수 있는 방법과 그 응용 기술에 대해서 소개하고자 한다. 이러한 생활습관 추적 및 분석 기술은 다양한 사용자의 요구에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있으며 노약자나 장애인, 생활습관병 환자 등 특수계층의 건강 예측, 질병 관리 분야에서 실효성을 가질 수 있다. 특히 본 논문에서는 라이프케어 서비스를 위한 사용자 센싱 기술에 초점을 두고, 낮 시간의 활동과, 밤 시간의 수면 및 위치 기반 기술, 빅데이터 플랫폼, 스마트 홈 패턴 모델링 기술에 대해서 소개한다.

Nash 모형의 매개변수를 유역의 수문지형특성과 시간응답의 상사성을 이용하여 분석하고 이를 미계측 유역에 대한 추정방법으로 적용하여 보았다. 유역의 수문지형특성의 상사성은 유역의 지형학적 동질성에 대한 검증방법인 자기상사성을 통해 파악하였으며 시간응답의 상사성은 Nash 모형의 매개변수들과 지체시간 및 도달시간과의 관계를 수립하여 이용하였다. 위천유역의 경우 이러한 상사성에 대한 주목할만한 특징이 발견되었는데 이를 미계측 유역에 대한 매개변수 측정에 이용한 결과 좋은 성과를 얻을 수 있었다.

In this study, the wear resistance of the complex powder diffusion treated KS STD 61 has been investigatived. KS STD 61 tool steel was pretreated in quenching and tempering processes to obtain the tempered martensitic microstructure. The samples were packed with complex powder in steel pot($\Phi$90x60mm) and heated in a box furnace. the complex powder diffusion treatment are carried out at $540^{\circ}C$, $520^{\circ}C$, $500^{\circ}C$ for 40min, 1.5hr and 2.5hr. The microstructure, microhardness, wear resistance, and coating layer thickness of the complex powder diffusion treated samples were investigation. The weight loss of as heat treated sample was 0.4mg and that of the complex powder treated at $540^{\circ}C$ for 2.5hr was 0.17mg. These result means that the wear resistance of tool steels can be easily improved by the powder diffusion process at conventional tempering treatment temperature.

반도체 공정에서 널리 사용되고 있는 유도결합 플라즈마에서 전자밀도 분포특성이 컷오프탐침을 이용하여 측정되었다. 밀도측정에 일반적으로 많이 사용되고 있는 랭뮤어 탐침은 플루오르카본과 같은 반응성이 높은 가스를 사용하는 경우 탐침 끝부분이 증착 혹은 식각되거나 플라즈마전위 변동 때문에 V-I 곡선 특성이 왜곡되는 현상이 발생한다. 반면, 컷오프 탐침을 이용하는 경우 플라즈마 고유주파수를 실험적으로 결정하는데 여러 가지 제약이 있다. 본 연구에서는 두가지 측정방법의 비교를 통해 각 방법의 장단점을 실증적으로 비교하고 대면적 유도 결합플라즈마에서 전자밀도균일도를 조사하였다. 량뮤어 탐침법에서는 플라즈마와 탐침사이의 임피던스를 최소화 하는 튜닝회로의 최적화가 이루어 졌으며 컷오프 탐침에서는 안테나 구조에 따른 수신안테나의 신호전달 및 주파수특성에 대해 연구되었다.

열악한 해상환경 및 행해자 부주의에 따른 선박 추돌로 인해 항로표지 훼손 사례가 다수 발생하고 있다. 울산지방해양항만청 해사 안전시설과에서는 항로표지 사고원인 파악 및 사고선박 신속 확인을 위해 등부표(스파부이) 2기에 해상용 블랙박스를 설치 운영하고 있다. 그간의 해상용 블랙박스 설치 운영 과정에서 검토되었던 기기선정 문제, 독립전원 문제, 방수기능, 밀폐성, 견고성, 관리 운영 편리성 등에 관하여 논의하고자 한다.
