This thesis suggests ways for ensuring the safety of domestic autogas (liquefied petroleum gas) vehicles by conducting comparison and analysis on the status of market diffusion and safety management scheme in foreign countries as well as in Korea. According to the result of the survey on the status of domestic autogas safety management, the national scheme to secure the safety of autogas vehicles seems neither well-organized nor sufficiently-controlled. Actually, the gas leakage check-ups conducted for 5,000 autogas cars revealed that about 4 percent of them had leakage problems. As a result, it was acknowledged that the autogas safety regulations being operated in advanced countries need to be selectively introduced for the domestic autogas industry. Consequently, in line with the recent permission to use autogas as a fuel for subcompact cars etc., this thesis is recommending some methods to enhance the safety management scheme for autogas cars such as the amendment of facility regulations including the ventilation of underground parking lots, mandatory attachment of labels claiming autogas cars and indicating periodical inspections etc.
In Korea, the pipe type that has been well used as sewage pipe from the past is primarily a rigid pipe which is represented by concrete hume pipe, but the use of it is being decreased sharply because of the problems such as tube erosion and incomplete watertightness securing through the time. On the other hand, the use of flexible pipe has been increased because its construction ability is excellent on account of its light weight as well as it is resistant to corrosion. However, because there are lacks of market's confidence in flexible pipe and occurrence cases of partial damage incomplete caused by compaction control, cause analysis and management for them are needed. Therefore, this study tried to estimate the deformation characteristics of pipe caused by each condition through numerical analysis changing construction sequence, rigidity of pipe, strength of ground concrete under the pipe, relative compaction ratio of sand foundation under the pipe and relative compaction ratio of backfill material above the pipe. Evaluation result is that influence on each factor is confirmed and the quality control of sand around the pipe are turned up to be important.
The objective of this study is to examine relevant factors of the service level of aged care facilities. The sample used in this study consisted of 357 aged care facilities in Korea. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaire and 140 returned questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS Version 12.0. The major findings of the study are as follows: First, there was no significant mean difference in the service level by the facility characteristics, except the length of operation. Second, it was found that both administrative characteristics and employer characteristics were positively associated with the level of nursing and supportive services. Third, the study results revealed that the following three variables of employee education and training, community networks, and employer's philosophy and management principles had significant positive effects on the level of nursing services. Meanwhile, the following two variables of employee education and training, and community networks had significant positive effects on the level of supportive services. In conclusion, in order to improve their service level, the managers of aged care facilities in Korea should make efforts to provide more employee education and training, establish networks with the community stakeholders, for example, local clinics and hospitals. It is also recommended for the government to make a policy inducing more qualified private investors to enter the aged care market, as well as to strengthen the qualification of the managers of the public aged care facilities.
In contemporary advertising market, one of main trends is to speak surrealistic visual language which provides 'enjoyable spectacles'. Specially, in the beginning of 21st century, there discovered more and more exhibitions and discourses about surrealism reinterpreted from the viewpoint of postmodernism. Surrealism as a creative style of expression based upon free association, has been a great inspiration for fashion ads for commercial communication as well as fashion design since its origin. However, there has been ignored the idea of analyzing surrealistic image expressed in fashion ads in spite of their flood. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to grasp its cultural meaning through analyzing aesthetic characteristics of surrealistic image expressed in fashion ads. It will provide a better understanding of surrealistic image in fashion ads reflecting popular taste and preference directly as popular visual culture, focusing on post modern context. A case study of surrealistic fashion ads limits to TV or print commercials and digital ads as image ads stimulating visual expressions. The Results can be summarized as follows. Surrealism is an avant garde style which deconstructs the established meaning system as well as the existing formalistic order and then put them together in the frame of 'dream' and 'unconsciousness'. Defamiliarization questioning the whole edifice of representation can be adapted to. By means of paradox and metaphor, unfamiliar new visual world can be represented. The plastic characteristics of surrealistic image in fashion ads are founded as surrealistic styling of time and space, distortion of object by methods of automatism, depaysement, parody and trompe-l'oeil which bring about the deconstruction of gestalt. Aesthetic values of surrealistic fashion ads appear as dualistic representation, allegoric symbolism, fantastic romanticism. Ultimately they lead to marvelous. mysterious, humorous visual effects. Foster reinterpreted these effects of surrealism from Freud's 'Uncanny Concept'. 'Uncanny' means the phenomenon recurring to familiar being defamiliarized by repression. Surrealistic fashion ads strengthen this shocking effect more and more dramatically in company with our post modern needs for fantastic adventure and thrilling spectacle. It can be thought that surrealistic fashion ads reflects uncanny as an alternative which can relieve us of our stress and anxiety and which realize our potential desire in contemporary post industrial stage.

To achieve this this thesis suggests the trade should provide for the changing domestic needs on theone hand and refine its wares as high value-added products in compe-tition with those from the advanced countries in fashion industry on the other, The history of the 'suit' the standard men's attire dates back to 1850 when the 'Ditto suit' was introduced composed of coat waist coat vest and trousers to remain virtually unchanged till the end of the nineteenth cen-tury and the modern men's wear originated in Britain. In Korea since the introduction of western clothes from 1876 custom-made suits had been dominant until 1944 while western clothes earned popular currency between 1945 and 1964 and ready-made suits began to spread with their advantages recognized in terms of practicality convenience and functionality The next phase from 1965 to 1985 witnessed the establishment of a number of ready-made brands although custom-made suits stayed in their height of prosperity until 1975. The turn-ing point for the men's wear industry came in 1975 when high-calss ready-made brands be-gan to turn up with the arrival of large companies in the market matching the change in consumers' life style. The men's wear market went through further diversification and specialization dur-ing the years between 1985. and 1990. Around the year 1990 however the expansion of the business suit industry came to slow down ac-companied by an oversupplied market. The fashion of pragmatism in the 1990s called for the growth of the casual wear department and as consumers' life style became more and more individualized conscious dressing in accord ance with T.P.O established itself as an important branch of culture, Such casual boom is likely to aid in promoting Korea's men's wear indus-try to peer with that of advanced countries. Consumers' fashion sense is now ahead of the trade's as well as being shortcycled highly individualized stylized and diversified. To meet consumers' demands under such circum-stances each company is required to develop its unique soft Know How based on accurate information and strategically specialized plan-ning. The trade should convert its hithero producer-oriented strategy to a new consumer oriented one and actively lead the needs and purchasin g pattern of consumers by providing an efficient and reasonable price policy with optimum supply of merchandise and also by presenting 'our' trend suited to our circum-stances.
There has been a successful re-entry in the form of infant foods and as a product concept of "well-being" milk by feeding goat natural medicinal plants in high mountain lands and goats eating natural feeds. Typical composition of cow's milk and goat's milk are not significantly differ in major nutritional constituents. However, the noticeable differences between milks of the bovine and caprine species concern in the dimensions of the micelles, in casein composition, in size of the micelles and in the mineral charge of the micelle, but the ratio Ca/Pi in the micelle is very close for the two species The potential market in Korea could be expected to expand by keeping its freshness and nutritional benefits. The supply of goat milk products all year around is also an important to the consumers. In order to increase its market scale of goat milk, product manufacturers need extensive advertising promotion. Domestically, goat milk is currently manufactured at small scale dairy goat milk companies and consumed mainly in the form of fresh or fermented goat milk, while imported goat milk powder is used to produce infant goat milk formula by major dairy companies. Decreasing the unpleasant goaty flavour for the Korean consumers would be essential for the researchers who work for dairy science and technology.

The mobile application market has grown over the past decade since the advent of smartphones, making it the largest market for electronic device software. As competition intensifies in the mobile application market, the impact of application evaluations on the consumption and usage patterns of users has also significantly increased. Therefore, research has been conducted on measures to evaluate mobile applications, but most of the research has relied on qualitative methods such as expert-centered interviews or surveys. In addition, evaluation measures are being constructed from the service provider's perspective, not from the service user's perspective. However, the possibility of application-specific analyses that minimize the subjectivity of researchers is growing, as large amounts of user review data enable quantitative analysis of actual users' assessment of applications. Therefore, this study presents a methodology that can complement current problems with existing quality assessments for mobile applications by utilizing user review data. To this end, the Topic Modeling technique LDA (Latent Dirichlet allocation) is applied in order to elucidate ways to improve existing evaluation measures from a user's perspective. The study is expected to reduce bias in service assessment due to the subjectivity of service providers and researchers as well as provide a measure of assessment by area of mobile applications from a consumer perspective.
The elevated standard of living and increased interest in health and well-being have caused customers to expect a role. Consumers are more and more interested in food service merchandise development. The purpose of this paper is to perform a discriminant analysis of merchandise development policies based on customer participation strategies. Statistical techniques employed included the reliability analysis and the discriminant analysis. The current thesis is based on the 350-questionnaire-survey conducted from July 1 to July 31, 2008 at five food service companies in Seoul and Gwangju. The data collected for this study was analyzed with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validation analysis, factor analysis, and discriminant analysis using the SPSS 12.0 package program. The results of the test of the hypotheses can be summarized as follows: the analysis shows that there is significant difference between the active groups and the passive groups in all the merchandise development related factors, market directivity, and customer satisfaction directivity. Thus, food service management needs to apply customer participation strategies aggressively.
Distribution of fish products from Tongyoung Marine ranching can be classified by three routes such as street-stall, live fish transportation vehicles, and wholesale markets neighboring unloading ports. These methods of distribution, however, have been restricted by limited distribution right, difficulties to differentiate fish prices from other surfaces, simple marketing channels. The ratio of cultured live fish circulated in market is increasing while naturally caught live fish is decreasing and the fresh fish shows a little of increasing rate. Consumers purchasing routes mainly depend on the live fish transportation merchants. For fresh fish traditional market plays an important role in trade. Convenience for consumers and quality of products are main factors in making decision of purchases. Bargaining power, however, belongs to the live fish transportation merchants. The demand of special markets for live fish was very strong, and the convenience and quality are relatively important required factors. Catch from Tongyoung Marine ranching has very good reputation as the possibility of being a good brand. Expecting possibility of quality differentiation was higher than price differentiation specially. The possible conclusion of a contract of a supply was suspicious however. Preliminary quality evaluation revealed that the catch is better than the cultured but worse than naturally grown fish. A merchandising is to be in a better position in the formation of prices by giving $\ulcorner$brand image$\lrcorner$ to potential consumers. The target markets are retail stores such as restaurants for raw fish and final consumers. The staple markets are retail stores. Possible items of products are live fish, fresh fish for cook, and fresh fish for raw fish. It is necessary for the catch to be informed as new functional products that have been improved in safety and quality, since the product positioning is similar but not well known to consumers. To secure a brand it is required to register a trademark, eco-label product design or packing, use real name in tranction, introduce recall system, and put label. Price higher than naturally grown live fish should be targeted. Establishing broad distribution channel, wholesale market, franchise are required. To secure enough catch and control shipment of products facilities of containing live fish are necessary. Instead of dealing with live fish only, it would be better to. sell fresh fish and live fish simultaneous. Strategically promotion focuses on advertisement of Marin ranching at first and then focuses on the catch from the marine ranching.
The purpose of this study is to classify unlisted companies' entering method into stock market and to find out a advantageous choice between IPO and SPAC. The research samples are two types(79 IPO companies and 46 SPAC companies) of 125 companies. Which were being listed in the KOSDAQ market from 2010 to 2017. The analysis results are as follows. At first, after analyzing the impact of well known variables such as asset size, company history and number of employees to select listing methods. I found that the variables of asset size and company history have a significant negative (-) effect on the SPAC variable. Secondly, the debt ratio variable has a significant positive (+) effect on the SPAC variable. Third, it was found that the ratio of profitability variables, such as operating income to sales have a systematically positive (+) effect on the SPAC variable. Fourth, I analyzed the impact of the largest stockholder in unlisted companies on the selection of listing methods. I found that the largest stockholder are systematically having a positive (+) effect on SPAC. The result means that unlisted companies that chose SPAC have the larger shareholder shares that are relatively higher than the unlisted companies that chose IPO.
