IP카메라는 CCTV와 달리 값도 저렴하고 네트워크와 연결돼 PC와 스마트 폰을 통해서 실시간 조회 및 제어가 가능한 카메라이다. 이러한 장점에 힘입어 일반 가정이나 매장 등에서 도난 방지 및 감시를 위해 IP 카메라를 사용하는 사람들이 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 해킹을 통한 사생활 침해 문제도 같이 증가하고 있다. 이는 사용자들의 보안 인식이 턱없이 부족해 전문가가 아니더라도 손쉽게 프로그램과 사이트를 이용하여 해킹이 가능하기 때문인 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 해킹이 얼마나 쉽게 이뤄지는지, 어떠한 피해가 있는지, 그리고 이에 대한 해결방안을 제안한다.

This study aimed to explore the effect of the intimacy with social workers on the use of social welfare services of marriage-based female immigrants. Also, this study verified the effect of the quantity of the welfare service-related information as a mediated variable on the use of social welfare services. For this purpose, this study collected data from a total of 304 immigrant women married to Korean men living in City of Busan, City of Ulsan, and South Gyeongsang Province, and the data was analysed by SPSS 21. As the result of study, the intimacy with social workers had significant influences on the use of social welfare services of the married immigrant women. The results also showed that the intimacy with social workers contributed to the quantity of the welfare service-related information. Based on these results, implications of the important roles of social workers and the directions of their effective roles for the marriage based female immigrants to use the social welfare services were suggested.

Various phenomenons which were not existed before came into being and related problems are increasing as the society became more complex in these days. The social welfare should consider more diversified aspects in this complicated society. We are already living in the information society that can not survive without computers and the internet, and living in the personalized society with the progression of 1 person households. Therefore modern society needs social welfare realization methods which are reflecting the progression of 1 person households and characteristics of the information society. It is different with the previous social welfare formats and it would become an efficient social welfare realization method. How computer games can contribute to social welfare of the modern society is described in this paper.

Today, the principle of competition is being applied to Non-profit sector also. It is necessary for relevant persons in charge to learn the knowledge and technique about marketing technique endlessly in connection with the development of donor out of the development of social welfare resource which is being embossed as main pending problem at the point of time when the role of private sector about welfare service increased and the criterion of competition and evaluation among institutions was introduced. Especially, as for the application of marketing technique to utilize internet to have big marketing potential, the efforts for the realization and application of positive marketing to be suitable for the real situation of each institution is necessary in connection with the donor development of social welfare institution. In this study tried to examine the charge of method to develop donor which is based on the development of information technique and the popularization of internet from the viewpoint of internet marketing and suggest the basic data about the present situation of donor marketing to use the effective scheme for internet marketing.

Recently the change of family environment has influence on the configuration of the family welfare unit at the social welfare center. And so the relation of space and function required its change. The essential role of social welfare center is family welfare, domiciliary and community care, community organization, social education etc. In this sence, this study explored the condition of space planning for the family welfare at the social welfare center. For this study, it was reviewed the role and function, the service program, the degree of unit activity importance, space satisfaction, the usage characteristics. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and synthesized through case study and could be used in the guidelines as reference information for the spatial organization of the family welfare unit at the social welfare centers in small town.

Integrated Social Welfare Management System is an information system that comprehensively manages information and services regarding diverse welfare benefits provided by the government. It is designed to improve efficiency of social welfare administration and the service delivery system. The system is found to have significantly contributed to efficiency of the welfare delivery system by reducing the workload of public officials who are responsible for welfare administration in local governments and changing the way they work for the better. This study analyzes the costs and benefits of the Integrated Social Welfare Management System and describes what it has achieved for the provider and recipients. The system has enhanced efficiency of the welfare delivery system and enabled case management, the function social welfare public officials are supposed to do. Ultimately, the system will play a key role in building a consumer-centered welfare administration environment in the future.

This research tries to study the effect that the welfare field training the course selection. Because of being the important place where the welfare field training trains the expert, the knowledge, value, and practical lodging tries to be identify instructed. In this aspect, we try to analyze about the extend of satisfaction of the actual training, that is the extent of desiring the link including the class of school subject extend of satisfaction of the department of social welfare engine, and etc. and factor about the actual training of the department of social welfare, because the welfare field training the technique is connected directly with the route. First, the individual characteristic of the social welfare and trainees is grasped. Second, the relationship of the social welfare and factor and course selection is investigated. Third, the social welfare and university (circle) lives look into whether the social welfare field training has an effect on the course selection or not.

It is well known that FTA increases consumer welfare. However, it is difficult to analyze consumer welfare effects of FTA for item by item because of the difficulty in data collection. In this respect, this study aims at analyzing the types of increasing consumer welfares with item by item. According to the result of the study, there are five types of consumer welfare increased by FTA, and the items are like below: banana, kiwi, octopus, wine, and etc. However, it is hard for consumer to feel effects of FTA directly for several reasons. The problem of distribution structure of imported goods and, tariff reductions over long period are parts of the reasons to reduce the consumer wealfare effects. And the lack of consumer awareness about imported goods also reduces them. In order to promote FTA more efficiently, this study suggests that the government must improve the problems mentioned because consumer consent is essential element for further FTA promotion.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the effective methods for human resource management of social welfare officials through empirical analysis on the relationship between professionalism and job attitude. This study came from the academic background that there have been few previous studies about social welfare officials' professionalism so far. To achieve this purpose, it empirically analyzed professionalism and job attitude through survey to social welfare officials. And as a result, it showed that the elements of professionalism have a significant effect on the variables of job attitude, such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job commitment. Based on this result, it suggested theoretical and political implication that can improve the level of professionalism and job attitude of social welfare officials.

Based on the Everyday Information Seeking Behavior Theory, this study investigates information activities and library experience of 66 elderly or people with disabilities in Autonomous District A. In addition, this study analyzes contextual circumstances of daily information activities through in-depth interviews with a subset of 11 people. Although community welfare centers provide basic welfare, the elderly and people with disabilities seek to learn and socialize in cultural welfare centers, particularly in libraries. This study shows that libraries can fulfill their top three of Maslow's hierarchy of needs: Self-Actualization, Esteem, and Love and Belonging. Specifically, digital literacy education has been identified to be highly demanded. They seek to distinguish correct online information and to socialize using digital technologies in this contactless society. This study proposes a detailed plan for public libraries to offer cultural and information welfare in order to reduce the information gap within the local communities.
