The purpose of this paper is to propose an analytical method for evaluating user satisfaction of Internet websites using the structural equation model(SEM). This paper is intended to identify critical evaluation factors of user satisfaction for websites to determine criteria for evaluating the websites, and use the criteria to develop a SEM model for quantitatively evaluation of each factors' effects of user satisfaction. The SEM model used 2 variables of usability and good-looks for the evaluation factors of websites user satisfaction and each factors have 4 sub evaluation criteria, 3 portal sites were evaluated to construct the SEM model, and 155 subjects participated the website evaluation using the walk-through and face-to-face survey method. Analysis results showed that the SEM model was statistically significant for all the 3 websites evaluated. Both the usability and good-looks two factors also showed significant effects to user satisfaction of websites and have positive correlation. The user satisfaction was more effected by the usability factor than good-looks, and the simplification and harmonization were the most critical sub-factors of the usability and good-looks.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to make a comparative analysis of the websites of dental office from different countries to provide some information for the quality evaluation of the websites of dental office. Methods : Two hundred twenty-four dental websites were selected by using Yahoo, one of the international portal sites, which included 59 from the United States, 50 from the United Kingdom, 54 from Canada, and 61 from Korea. Results : 1. As results of the credibility of the websites, the Canadian websites were most reliable, followed by the American websites, the English websites and the Korean ones(p<0.005). 2. As results of the complementarity of the websites, the Korean websites were most interactive, followed by the American websites, the English websites, and the Canadian ones(p<0.001). 3. As results of the accessibility of use of the websites, the Korean websites were easiest to use, followed by the American websites, the Canadian websites, and the English ones(p<0.001). 4. As results of the update of the websites from the nations, the Korean websites were most sustainable, followed by the English websites, the Canadian websites and the American ones(p<0.05). 5. When the overall quality of the dental office websites was assessed, the Korean websites were the best, followed by the Canadian websites, the American websites and the English ones(p<0.001). Conclusions : In order to make accurate oral health information more accessible to people in general, prolonged research efforts should be continued for the evaluation of the quality of dental office websites, and the development of standard international evaluation criteria is required as well.

For joint value creation, collaboration among different interested parties is vital and should be supported by information technology. Currently, both government and private companies have launched websites to collect ideas. However, the information poor, including the visually disabled, have difficulty in gaining access to those websites. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to evaluate the level of web accessibility to websites, operated by companies or the government, for idea proposals. According to the automatic assessments, regarding proposal specific websites, 77%, 69% of the websites operated by the government and 41%, 44% of those operated by private companies were extremely inadequate. According to the expert's assessments, regarding proposal specific websites, 67%, 52% of the websites operated by the government and 39%, 26% of those operated by private companies were extremely inadequate in their level of accessibility. A range of policies should be prepared to improve web accessibility.

국가기록관은 국가적 보존가치가 높은 중요 기록물을 소장하고 있는 곳이며, 교육과 연구에 도움이 되는 다양한 자료와 정보를 보유하고 있는 곳이다. 따라서 웹사이트를 통해 기록물에 대한 서비스를 효과적으로 제공한다면 현재 이용자의 기록정보서비스 만족도를 높이고, 잠재적 이용자를 개발할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 국가기록관 웹사이트 평가에 적합한 지표를 개발하고 이 지표를 이용하여 국내외 국가기록관 웹사이트를 평가해 봄으로써 국가기록원 웹사이트의 개선안을 영역별로 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is (1) to research on the diverse evaluation criteria suggested in the existing literatures, selected the contents of the evaluation according to the evaluation factors, and examined whether they are appropriate for the evaluation of websites that offer Clothing and Ornament related information through reliability analysis - all to set the evaluation criteria for the websites that acquire data. In addition. (2) contents of evaluation which are deemed important by the users and developers were compared and recommended as the detailed evaluation contents according to evaluation factors. The results of this study were as follows. 1. The evaluation factors for the fashion websites that provide Clothing and Ornament related information were selected as follows: contents of the information(11 contents of evaluation), ease of use(12), screen design(10), accessibility(9), sensitive enjoyment(4), scope of information use(3), purpose(1), and target user(1). As result of reliability analysis. Cronbach's a contents of the information (0.76), ease of use (0.77), screen design (0.85), accessibility (0.81), sensitive enjoyment (0.71), and scope of information use (0.52). 2. When the level of importance for the detailed evaluation contents was examined from the user and developer point of view, recency of information. rapid speed for the websites access. fast loading of webtext and fast transmission speed topped the list as first, second and third places.

인터넷의 확산은 기록관의 서비스환경에 많은 변화를 가지고 왔다. 즉, 기록관의 웹사이트를 통하여 이용자에게 기록관에 대한 정보와 이용, 접근을 보다 편리하고 신속하게 서비스 할 수 있게 되었으며, 앞으로 그 비중이 더욱 증대하게 될 것이다. 이제 기록관 웹사이트는 기록관 안내나 마케팅의 도구 또는 단순히 인터넷 기반 자료에 대한 게이트웨이로서의 기능만 하는 곳이 아니라, 이용자에게 서비스에 대한 안내 및 지식을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 기록관 서비스에 직접 연결 할 수 있는 능력을 제공하는 기록관의 모든 서비스의 가상공간이라 할 수 있다. 현재 우리나라에 존재하고 있는 기록관들은 웹사이트 구축을 진행하고 있거나, 구축된 웹사이트를 발전시키고 있는 실정이다. 또한 이용자들의 웹 서비스의 이용도와 의존도 또한 높아지고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 웹사이트 평가에 관한 다양한 연구가 있었지만, 기록관의 웹사이트 평가에 관한 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 다양한 계층의 이용자를 대상으로 정보서비스를 제공하는 기록관의 웹사이트는 이용자 중심의 편리성과 알권리, 정보제공을 중심으로 한 정보서비스 여부에 보다 많은 연구와 관심을 가질 필요성이 있으며, 기록관 웹사이트 구축의 질적 수준을 높일 수 있도록 웹사이트의 평가기준 또한 연구할 필요가 있다는 것은 두말할 나위가 없을 것이다. 따라서 기록관의 목적과 기능에 적합한 웹사이트 평가기준을 개발 및 제시하고, 국 내외기록관을 직접 평가해 봄으로써 취약점과 보완점을 지적하여, 기록관 웹사이트 구축 및 재개발을 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

With the increasing influence of online media, company websites have become important communication channels between companies and customers. Companies use their websites as a marketing tool for a variety of purposes, including enhancing their image and selling products or services. Many researchers have examined the criteria, methods, and tools for website evaluation, but most have focused on usability. Prior content analyses have focused not on text content but on website components, an approach likely to produce subjective evaluations. This study attempts to objectively evaluate company websites by utilizing text mining. We analyze the usefulness of company websites by presenting visualized outputs from a business perspective, allowing practitioners to easily understand the results of the website evaluation and use them in decision making. To demonstrate our method empirically, we selected a company with a number of affiliates in Korea and analyzed the text content of their websites to assess their usefulness using natural language processing and graphics packages in R. Practitioners can easily employ our objective evaluation method, and researchers can use it to gain a new perspective on website evaluation.

In recent years, domestic e-learning market has made rapid progress in its quality and quantity with the astonishing rate growth of internet. Although educational Websites are replacing the traditional second level education market, many of those Websites' contents have poor or unknown quality. To build an effective educational Website, it is essential to have clear evaluation criteria. Therefore, this study aims to examine what evaluation factors influence the satisfaction level of educational Websites for elementary school students. In conclusion, implications are discussed along with limitations and future research direction.

도서관은 모든 이용자의 정보접근권을 보장해야 하는 사회적 기관이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 도서관 웹사이트를 통한 평등한 정보접근에 대해 이론적 근거를 제공하기 위해 유니버설 디자인의 개념을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 도서관 웹사이트 평가기준을 개발하였다. 그리고 이 평가기준을 이용하여 7개의 지역대표도서관 웹사이트를 평가한 각 웹사이트의 유니버설 디자인 준수율을 측정하였다. 평가 결과, 대부분의 웹사이트가 웹 접근성과 사용성 영역에서는 높은 준수율을 보였으나, 유니버설 디자인의 본질적 속성인 평등한 이용이나 이용의 유연성 측면에서는 준수율이 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

이 연구의 목적은 웹사이트의 품질, 특히, 인터페이스의 품질을 ‘사용자의 관점’에서 체계적으로 평가 해 보고자 하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 이 연구에서는 사용자의 관점을 중시한 인터페이스의 평가기준을 개발하고, 이 평가기준에 의거하여 한국과학재단 21개 전문연구정보센터의 웹사이트 인터페이스를 평가하였다. 이 연구에서는 특히, 사용자들이 이들 웹사이트의 인터페이스에 대해 가지고 있는 불만의 사례와 요인을 면밀히 조사하였으며, 이러한 불만을 해소하기 위한 개선 방안을 제시하였다
