본 연구는 최근 급격하게 증가되고 있는 사이버대학의 원격 교육이 웹 접근성 준수 기준에 근거하여 서비스를 제공하고 있는지 측정 및 분석하고, 정보격차의 해소를 위한 방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법으로는 정부인가 사이버대학 10곳을 선정하고, 기술적으로 평가가 가능한 요소를 중심으로 웹 접근성 평가 분석 도구인 'A-Prompt'를 사용하여 웹 접근성 적용 상태를 분석하였다. 또한 2006년 수행 하였던 '사이버대학의 원격 교육 웹 접근성 측정 결과'와 비교하여 '웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침(KWCAG)1.0'에 따른 접근성 향상 여부도 함께 확인하였다. 이 결과 대체 텍스트의 사용, 보조 설명 도구 지원 등의 항목이 많이 개선된 것으로 측정되었으나, 아직 국내 사이버대학에서 제공하고 있는 웹 콘텐츠를 모든 사람들이 이용하는데 문제점이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 이와 같은 문제의 해결 및 원격교육의 대중화를 위해 교육용 콘텐츠의 접근성 적용이 반드시 고려되어야 한다.

The aim of the research is to focus on the cognitive principles and to achieve human-level intelligence in referring context based browser history and the Windows history. One of the major problems faced by today's computer users is insufficient and single exclusive context based reference of the browser history and the Windows history. Today we search for the browser history and Windows history in different places even though the context is the same. For e.g., When working on a research paper or preparing a business presentation, a user may require to refer many web sites on the internet and various documents on the local computer. The browser can provide only time based history. The windows document history is also time based and limited to list only few documents. Hence, we propose a tool "Cognitive Based Context Aware Reference History Management Tool" which helps to access the exclusive reference of context and time based history in one place. The tool also proposes to store image history with urls and classifies images of a specific topic accessed in different time, bookmarks management and cross browser history management. These features are very useful as we can access all related documents (doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pdf, txt, and html), web pages, images and bookmarks in one place. The tool uses the cognitive principles like classification and association to achieve the purpose.

Mashups, web 3.0, 자바스크립트 및 AJAX 등의 이용이 증가하면서 웹애플리케이션 서비스 제공시 웹취약점들에 대한 새로운 보안 위협이 증대되고 있으며, 이에 대한 사전 진단과 함께 대비가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 웹취약성에 대한 보안 위협과 요구사항을 제시하고, Web Vulnerability Scanner(WVS) 자동화 도구를 이용하여 국내에서 서비스되고 있는 웹사이트를 대상으로 웹취약성을 분석한다. Cross Site Scripting(XSS)와 SQL Injection 등 대표적인 웹취약성에 대한 분석 결과, 약 22.5%에 해당하는 웹사이트가 보안에 취약한 것으로 나타났으며, 취약성 경고 수는 0부터 31,171 alerts로 분포되고, 평균 411 alerts, 편차는 2,563 alerts로서 보안 관리에 취약한 웹사이트의 경우, 경고 수가 높은 값을 나타내고 있어 세부적인 웹취약성에 대한 사전 대비가 필요함을 알 수 있다.

As the lifecycle of a product becomes shorter, the communication between a contractor and a supplier in product information has got more importance. The CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) is required to provide authorized users with access to both data and applications they need to complete a task for contract. With the growth of WWW, there has been much study for the use of WWW for the implementation of CALS. The WWW has been proved as an efficient tool for CALS implementation due to its of publicity, openness, and free accessibility. In this study, we suggest using WWW tools, here, an intranet tool, as a basis for the implementation of CITIS

In this paper, we present a design and implementation of HDML(Handheld Device Markup Language) authoring tool that can create and mange HDML documents easily and conveniently, HDML is a markup language which enable acces to the Web using small mobile equipment through mobile networks. The basic limitation of mobile equipments and technical difficulties such as representation of HDML deck/card, definition of activation in each card and management of Hyper-link between cards are solved, in the development process of the HDML authoring tool.

The primary clue for locating protein-coding regions is the open reading frame and the determination of ORFs (Open Reading Frames) is the first step toward the gene prediction, especially for prokaryotes. In this respect, we have developed a web-based ORF search tool called ORF Miner. The ORF Miner is a graphical analysis utility which determines all possible open reading frames of a selectable minimum size in an input sequence. This tool identifies all open reading frames using alternative genetic codes as well as the standard one and reports a list of ORFs with corresponding deduced amino acid sequences. The ORF Miner can be employed for sequence annotation and give a crucial clue to determination of actual protein-coding regions.

Today most students have a smartphone. Students learning numerical analysis can practice coding using their smartphone in the classroom without going to the computer lab. The tool NAPHP[1] makes it easy to practice coding using PHP in an internet web browser without installing a coding app on your smartphone. This paper introduces a debugging tool for the NAPHP.

It is certain that the future manufacturing environment will be network-centric and spatially distributed based on Internet. Today, wide variety of distributed computing and communication technologies are available for implementing a system for product data exchange and sharing. One of the technologies that have been received most attentions for product data exchange and sharing is Product Data Management (PDM). PDM tries to integrate and manage process of data and technical documents that are connected to physical product components. In accordance to previous researches about PDM, it can be regarded as an integration tool of many different areas, which ensures that the right information is available to the right person at the right time and in the right form throughout the enterprise. PDM with Web-enabled CAD system is proposed in this paper in order to acknowledge the usefulness of the system mentioned. The system will use Web service on Visual Studio C#.Net to invoke the web application system.
