A Study on Web Service Quality and Role of Relationship Quality of Job Information Sites (취업정보사이트의 웹서비스품질과 관계품질 역할 연구)

  • These days, getting a gob is emerging as a hot social issue, and specialized sites offering job information are rapidly increasing. On the contrary of quantitative increase, job information sites have lots of problems with respect to satisfying customer's needs. This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site, and relationship among characteristic web service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and reuse intention. In this study we found that customer satisfaction is prior to relationship quality, which decide long-term customer relationship. And also, Trust which is one of the relationship quality and customer satisfaction affect customers reuse intent respectively. This study also found that characteristic service quality in related to job information site can be composed of four factors such as delivery of information, customization, web design and interaction. Delivery of information, web design and interaction affect trust, and web design and interaction affect customer satisfaction. And also relationship quality is prior to reuse intention.

  • The purpose of this study is to elaborate design strategies for a Web-based self-directed cooperative distance language learning community. Research was done regarding the theoretical foundations for self-directed cooperative language learning and Web-based learning communities. The components of a Web-based community for self-directed cooperative language learning system are also investigated. As a result of this study, design strategies for Web-based communities are suggested. There are performance and supporting environments(synchronous/asynchronous) for self- directed cooperative language learning. There are also cultural experiences and communication factors in the performance field. Furthermore, matching communicators, finding and offering information, language learning content and other supporting agents are important in the supporting environment.

  • In this paper, we developed the circuit and part information maintenance system based on JSP (Java Server Page) web server using web browser. Designers can easily search part information and register the new components or parts, and this system is linked to the EDA (Electronic Design Automation) system to be applicable to the circuit and part schematics in real time. Therefore, EDA system part library managed by individual designers are integrated into the web-based maintenance system.

  • Due to the rapid growth of Internet, modern software applications must support many web-based functionalities than traditional software applications. These web-based functional supports increase the complexity of software architecture and the cost of software development. Therefore, the development of an efficient environment that web characteristics are well reflected is the most important. In this thesis, we have presented an efficient environment for development of web applications. For the presented environment, after considering the web characteristics, we defined a Process for web applications and modeling environment. The Presented environment has three main functions : $\circled1$ it Provides a modeling environment for design of web-based applications, $\circled2$ it has a modeling language called WML(web-application modeling language), $\circled3$ it automatically extracts web pages from diagrams. As a result, using the three main functions of the presented environment, we can easily design, develop, and maintain the web applications.

Structural Relation between Antecedents and Consequences of Web Site's Trust of Venture Company (벤처기업의 웹사이트에 대한신뢰의 선행요인과 결과요인의 구조적 관계)

  • The main objective of this study is to investigate the structural relation between antecedents and consequences of web sites' trust of venture company. It examines consumer perceptions trust in a web site and address following research questions; what factors influence consumer trust in a web site and what specific web site cues are associated with trust, satisfaction, and intention? We test our hypothesis in a empirical data from 123 consumers across 3 web sites of venture companies. By factor analysis, the results show that web site characteristics are such as design, business function, interface, technology, community, and contents of each web site. We also find that web site characteristics such as design, interface, technology, and community can influence significantly satisfaction of web site, and design and contents of web site can influence consumer's trust. And the results show that trust influence behavioral intention through the satisfaction. The results offer important implication for web site strategies of venture company that include the manipulation of factors influencing web site trust. And the future directions of the present research are discussed.

  • This study describes the XML -based digitalization of structural design sheets for exchange on the web. For this purpose the data model of the XML document that represents the structural design sheets for buildings, including mathematical expressions and graphics that cannot be easily exchanged on the web, is defined. Then, the prototype that facilitates the web-based exchange of the XML documents is developed and the feasibility of the results of this study is discussed.
