Nowadays, the intelligent education system has been studied using the self-directed learning ability. It can connect to the online virtual university and it is based on web technology that can be accessed anywhere anyplace. In order to implement the intelligent tutoring system, the student's weak and strong subjects must be first determined in real time, it proposed level learning capabilities and security algorithms in this paper. Moreover, in this paper, to implement the intelligent education tutoring system it proposed qr code and student level learning simulation.

The aim of this study is to show that using a Web-Based Instruction system is a better method to help counteract deficient teaching, learning conditions and facilities thus improving the students' interest, understanding, participation and skill development in Physical Education. The key findings of this study are as follows; The first advantage of using this system is that the theory of Softball is explained with the use of pictures rather than text, thus improving the students' understanding. The second is the method in which practical skills are explained and demonstrated. Action image sequences are used as opposed to the old method of using stationary pictures. This means that the learners can clearly see and understand why and, more importantly, how to use these skills. The third advantage is the technique used to teach the application of these skills. Using active rather than passive learning and thus engaging the student encourages improved participation and learning. The fourth advantage comes in evaluation: both subjective and objective questions are asked in theoretical evaluation, and the teachers can evaluate the students' understanding and skill development by filming their actual Softball games. 본 논문은 구성주의적 관점에서의 학습환경을 구축하기 위하여 설계·구현된 웹 기반 협동학습 시스템을 기술한다. 웹 상에서 인터넷을 통해 상호작용적인 의사소통을 촉진하고 자기 주도적 협동학습을 가능케 하기 위해 관리자, 그룹관리자, 학습자의 3가지 모듈을 구성·설계하였고, 과제와 평가 역시 서로 연동시킴으로써 보다 내실있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 강조되고 있는 ICT(Information & Communication Technology) 찬용 교육에 있어 의다 효율적인 협동학습 공간을 구축하는 데 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop Web-based multimedia contents for supporting student nurses' clinical practice on critical care, and to evaluate learners' responses. Methods: Based on the steps of Assessment, Design, Development, Implementation, & Evaluation(ADDIE) model, a total of 13 self-directed learning modules including live lectures and real video clips were developed through faculty collaboration of nine nursing colleges in Gwangju and Chonnam province. The finally developed multimedia contents were published on the Web of the learning management system at a local e-learning center. Results: The Web contents were evaluated after self-learning by 81 junior college nursing students who were encouraged to study it at their own pace during their two-week clinical practice at a medical or surgical intensive care unit of a university hospital and two hospitals. The knowledge (t = -27.66, p < .001) and self-evaluated clinical performance level(t = 7.54, p < .001) were significantly increased after learning of the Web contents and clinical practice, and satisfaction level that measured post-test only was 4.0 out of 5 point. Conclusion: The use of Web contents for critical care need to be extended as a complimentary material in a class room lecture or clinical practice of students to increase their self-learning ability and understandings of clinical knowledge and situation.

In Web-based learning systems, the techniques, as self-regulated learning, self-directed learning, are used to improve the effect of learner's study. These techniques are methods considering learner's study level but to consider the learner's study ability properly, the tailored course for learner should be applied. In this research, the learning system considering learner's study ability was proposed. To decide a learner's study ability, IRT(Item Response Theory) was applied and learning contents and question items were developed and applied by the degree of difficulty.

정보기술의 급격한 발달은 오늘날의 교육체계를 변화시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 끊임없는 지식습득과 평생교육이라는 모토로 학습자의 다양한 상황을 고려한 웹 기반 자기 주도적 학습기능을 가진 문제은행 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 자기가 원하는 학습과 자기 수준별 학습평가를 통하여 학습 습득률과 전달률을 높이고, 교수가 전달하고자 하는 내용을 강조함으로써 교수와 학습자간의 신뢰성을 높이고 학습능률을 높이는데 목적이 있다. 인터넷이 되는 장소라면 언제, 어디서나 원하는 학습이 이루어지고 일상생활에서 접하는 다양한 형태의 문제해결에 필요한 학습이 즉시 이루어 질수 있는 환경이 구현되도록 하였다.

This study aims to develop user experience based mathematical program for self-directed learning. To meet its aim this program is designed and developed according to the process and method of 'ADDIE', general design model of education program. The features of this program are as follows. First, teacher can set questions conveniently through intuitive system of web and learner can solve questions at anytime and anywhere through instant access to application. Second, learner can solve different types of questions based on powerful question database and teacher can provide instantaneous feedback on them. Third, learner's circulation learning can be possible by utilizing paper-video explanation and wrong answer note and teacher supports learner's active learning management though group achievement management.

In this paper, We are design & implement to the LMS(Learning Management System) including SCORM standard for effective reusing and management of each digital contents. This system is composed XML based meta-data manager, SQL server and ASP for LMS application, which are the user directed teaming system within effective reusing and management of each digital contents.

In this paper, we designed the on-line Real-time Video Communication Learning System(RVCLS) for Web-based project learning and develop programs for test groups. And we have also analyzed how the Web-based learning using RVCLS change the students' perception on the classroom environment, using the WIHIC which is the classroom environment examination tool As a result, the Web-based project learning activities using RVCLS had affirmative effects on the eight areas of classroom environment such as students unity, teacher support, participation in class, spontaneity, exploration activities, task-oriented mind, cooperative attitude, and equality. Also, the web -based project learning using RVCLS is expected to help students enhance the self-directed learning capacity and increase abilities to use ICT.
