대학 web도서관은 web으로 도서관에 소장된 서지나 기타 자료의 검색, 대출, 반납에 관한 정보의 처리가 가능하도록 되어 있는 도서관의 형태이다. 정보화 사회에 진입 한 이후 네트워크와 멀티미디어란 것의 등장으로 인해 정보전달 및 획득의 수단과 과정에 있어서 엄청난 변화를 겪고 있다. 이미지 화, 동영상 화 된 방대한 멀티미디어 정보들이 네트 워크를 통해 정보 제공자와 정보 사용자간의 물리적 거리에 대한 한계를 느끼지 못하게 되었다. 하지만, 이에 따르는 문제점으로는 저작잔 인식부족, 인프라의 미비, 기술적, 신뢰성 등으로 인해 발전이 요구되는 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 국정 대학 평가 기준에 근거하여 20개 대학의 web기반 도서관 site에서, 각 시스템별 검색 형식과 user interface를 비교, 분석하였다. 이에 기초하여 web기반 대학 도서관의 실험적 user interface를 제작하고, 이 interface에 대한 설문조사 및 데이터를 수집, 정리, 분석하였다. 이 결과를 현재web기반 대학도서관의 일반검색 시스템의 인터페이스에 적용하여 도서의 위치, 도서의 대출 및 검색회수, 대학 web도서관 내에서의 도서구입에 대한 기능을 포함하는 새로운 user interface를 제안하였다.

The aim of this study is to show that using a Web-Based Instruction system is a better method to help counteract deficient teaching, learning conditions and facilities thus improving the students' interest, understanding, participation and skill development in Physical Education. The key findings of this study are as follows; The first advantage of using this system is that the theory of Softball is explained with the use of pictures rather than text, thus improving the students' understanding. The second is the method in which practical skills are explained and demonstrated. Action image sequences are used as opposed to the old method of using stationary pictures. This means that the learners can clearly see and understand why and, more importantly, how to use these skills. The third advantage is the technique used to teach the application of these skills. Using active rather than passive learning and thus engaging the student encourages improved participation and learning. The fourth advantage comes in evaluation: both subjective and objective questions are asked in theoretical evaluation, and the teachers can evaluate the students' understanding and skill development by filming their actual Softball games. 임베디드 웹서버를 설계하고 리눅스 OS 를 포팅하여 원격지 하드웨어의 제어와 감시 시스템을 구현하였다 리눅스는 2.4.1 버전을 ARM720T보드에 포팅했으며 웹서버는 GPL(General Public License)규약인 Boa web server를 사용했다. 원격지 감시와 제어를 위해 Cirrus Logic사의 ARM720T 칩인 EP7312의 GPIO(General Purpose Inpout Output) 포트에 입출력 디바이스 연결시켜 실험하였다. GPIO 장치 드라이버를 작성하였고, 이를 구동시키는 응용프로그램은 리눅스용 C언어를 CGI프로그램화시켜 클라이언트 PC의 웹브라우저에서 제어와 감시가 가능하게 했다 이는 기존의 PC기반의 웹서버를 사용하는 것 보다 하드웨어 설계 비용을 절감할 수 있고 운영체제없이 구현되는 웹서버보다는 응용범위의 다양성과 개발기간단축이라는 장점을 가지고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to confirm and practical use the street fashion design analysis system(Web-SFAS) which was designed in preceding research. Web-SFAS was developed to analyze data fast, accurately, conveniently, and to provide them to related fields by using Information Technology (IT) in fashion design industry. By inputting, sorting and analyzing actual image data into this system, it purposes to check if it needs to be corrected and to verify its operation and application. For this study, 191 street fashion image and paper questionaries were collected on Oct. 16th from 4pm to 7pm in Gyeong-Nam area(4 markets), 2004. This study was processed basically cross research(real time research). The collected data and paper questionaries were analysed by 4 experts who had over Master Degrees, and the results were input to the Web-SFAS system. This system analyzed the results as follow ; First, Top is usually wear T-shirts, cardigan item of soft material, Bottom is usually wear Skirt, jean item of hard material. Second, As for shoes, pumps were the most popular, and as for accessories, diverse items such as shoulder bag, jewelry, and totebag were preferred. Third, fashion image, most people wear a sportive casual style with semi-casual in a close second. Therefore, We also expect that this data can be used a prediction for the next seasons design trends and needs, especially if we make an online database through this development system, then it will be easier to access faster and more accurate fashion information.

웹 정보원은 사용자에게 제공되는 가장 큰 분산 데이터베이스로 간주될 수 있다. 분산된 웹 정보원을 가상적으로 통합하여 하나의 정보원으로 보고, 이 가상의 데이터베이스에 대하여 데이터베이스 질의어를 이용하여 검색하는 기능은 여러 가지 웹 기반 응용프로그램 개발에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 이러한 기능을 지원하기 위해서 브라우징 중심의 웹 문서로부터 데이터베이스 스키마를 추출해야 한다. 본 논문은 반 구조적인 웹 문서로부터 XML 스키마를 자동으로 생성하는 경험적 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 미리 정의된 구조태그 기반으로 후보패턴영역을 추출하고 후보패턴영역으로부터 패턴영역을 경험적으로 결정한다. 그리고 패턴영역으로부터 스키마생성규칙을 유도한다. 스키마생성규칙은 XQuery로 표현되기 때문에 공개된다양한 XML 도구를 사용하여 응용시스템을 개발할 수 있다. 개발된 시스템의 유효성을 보이기 위하여 다양한 웹정보원에 대하여 실험한 결과를 제시한다.

기존의 아날로그 방식의 카메라 감시 시스템은 활용 거리와 데이터를 저장하기 위해 필요한 총간의 제약으로 인해 다양한 응용 시스템으로 개발되는데 많은 제약이 있었다. 그러나, 네트워크과 컴퓨터 기술의 발전으로 카메라 감시 시스템은 웹 브라우저를 사용하여 공간적인 제약 없이 원격으로 제어 될 수 있게 되었다. 뿐만 아니라, 디지털 데이터 압축 기술 및 관리 기술을 이용하여, 많은 양의 데이터를 효율적으로 처리하고 저장하고 인출할 수 있게 되었다. 본고에서는 인덱스 탐색 알고리듬이라는 효율적인 데이터베이스 관리 및 검색 방식을 사용한 원격 카메라 감시 시스템을 제시하고 움직임 탐지의 효율적인 알고리듬을 제안한다. 이 새로운 알고리듬을 이용하여 웹캠이라 불리는 리눅스 기반 시스템을 개발하였고, 사용자 인증을 통해 원격지에서 동시에 여러 대의 카메라를 제어하고, 카메라를 통해 얻어진 디지털 이미지 및 탐색 로그를 저장 및 재생할 수 있는 실용적인 원격 카메라 보안 시스템을 제시한다.

This study describes the development of nursing education program on web-based instruction for Nursing Management Practice of nursing school. The program has been developed based on five steps of the teaching-learning design model developed by Chung, In-Sung which is widely used in Web-Based Instruction(WBI). The objective of this study was to develop nursing education program on WEI and to evaluate its effectiveness. The subjects consisted of twenty-four senior nursing students taking the Nursing Management Practice course. Two sets of questionnaires were used for this study. They were asked to evaluate the program in terms of appropriateness of the teaching strategy, precision of the contents, easiness of use, easiness of approaching system, interface design, system management, enhancement of communication, and effectiveness of learning. The program was developed in five steps, analysis of the student, design of the contents, production of the system, implementation of the system, and evaluation of the effectiveness. It is concluded that this program was very useful in increasing the effectiveness of learning and motivation in the students. In addition to this, the web-based learning system would be one of the best qualified educational method for nursing students. Therefore, I would suggest that it can be used for other nursing courses which is available on the Web.

Data dictionary is a collection of meta-data, which describes data produced and consumed while performing business processes. Data dictionary is an essential element for business process standardization and automation, and has a fundamental role in ERP application management and customization. Also, data dictionary facilitates B2B processes by enabling painless integration of business processes between various enterprises. We implemented data dictionary support in SEA＋, a component- based scalable ERP system developed in ETRI, and found out that it's a plausible feature of business information system. We discovered that data dictionary promotes semantic, not syntactic, data management, which can make it possible to leverage viability of the tool in the coming age of more meta-data oriented computing world. We envision that business data dictionary is a firm foundation of adapting business knowledge, applications and processes into the semantic web based enterprise infra-structure.

In this paper, we propose a method to reduce mobile social network services (SNSs) traffic using a mobile integrated SNS gateway (MISG) to improve network communication performance between the mobile client and SNS servers. The gateway connects the client and SNS servers using the contents adapter and the web service adapter and helps to improve communication performance using its cache engine. An integrated SNS application, the user's client, communicates with the gateway server using integrated SNS protocol. In addition, the gateway can alert the client to new SNS contents because of the broker server implemented by the message queuing telemetry transport protocol. We design and develop the modules of the gateway server and the integrated SNS application. We then measure the performance of MISG in terms of content response time and describe the result of the experiment.

The changes of internet environment have made services through web application server (WAS) popular. Accordingly, technical difficulties in identifying users who access databases through WAS were incurred. In order to solve these problems, many companies adopt an agent-based approach for identifying users by installing additional software on WAS. However, this approach must submit to some disadvantages in terms of cost, maintenance, and development process. In this paper, we devise an non-agent based approach for identifying database users in 3-tier environments.
