This research investigates the feasibility of Web technology as a means of delivering facility information for better support facility operation and maintenance. Our research proposes a Web-based feedback system as a pragmatic solution to the limitations of current FM (Facility Management) processes. In practice work orders and records are often misplaced resulting in lower efficiency and customer satisfaction. This may be overcome by a system that states information digitally and provides a Web-based interface. The interface could allow customers to report facility problems, trace their work order in progress, view schedules for maintenance and provide feedback for service online. The benefit for a FM department is that it can receive feedback on performance which would improve the quality of service and build a record of practical experiences.

최근 웹 서비스(Web Service)와 웹 프로세스(Web Process)는 이기종 시스템의 통합과 웹 애플리케이션 배포를 위한 대안으로 주목받고 있으며, 이에 따라 웹 서비스의 QoS(Quality of Services)의 중요성도 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스의 QoS 분석 방법을 제안하고, QoS 중심의 웹 서비스 조합 도구인 SimQom4W (Simulation-based QoS-aware Composer for Web Services)를 소개한다. SimQom4W는 첫째, 웹 서비스와 웹 프로세스의 구성을 시각으로 기술하고, 둘째, 웹 프로세스에 대한 테스트 코드와 시뮬레이션 코드를 자동 생성하여 실행시킴으로써 QoS를 분석한다. 셋째, 다양한 QoS 요구사항을 만족하는 최적의 웹 프로세스를 선택할 수 있도록 하며, 넷째, 웹 서비스의 QoS 분석 및 평가 데이터의 보고서를 생성하여 제공한다.

최근에 많은 기업들은 XML 메시지 기반의 분산 환경에서 이기종 간의 표준으로 자리 잡고 있는 웹 서비스를 도입하여 B2C 뿐만 아니라 B2B에 거쳐서 기업과 기업간 비즈니스를 수행하고 있다. 그래서 웹 서비스의 도입이 성공적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 차별화된 서비스 품질을 보장해 주어야 한다. 하지만, 현재 대부분의 웹 서비스에서는 메시지에 대하여 차별화를 두고 있지 않으며, 기존의 웹 서버들은 웹 서비스제공자와 사용자간에 체결된 서비스수준 계약에 대한 품질 요소들을 적절하게 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차별화 서비스에 사용되는 응용 수준에서의 적합한 품질 요소를 분석하고, 이러한 품질요소를 이용하여 웹 서비스 메시지를 처리하는 프로세스에 대하여 우선순위를 할당할 수 있는 기법을 제안한다. 이 기법은 서비스 수준 계약을 최대한으로 만족시키기 위하여 동적으로 우선순위를 할당할 수 있다.

다양한 웹서비스 참여자들은 콘텐츠의 생산과 공유, 확산 과정에 참여하고 있다. 웹서비스 내 다양한 상호작용을 지원하는 시스템의 반응 역량을 기술적 상호작용성이라 하며, 이는 웹서비스 성공의 핵심요인으로 연구되고 있다. 본 연구는 기술적 상호작용성 구성요인인 사용자 통제성과 동시성, 반응성이 웹서비스 내의 콘텐츠 생산 효율성과 콘텐츠 품질 인식에 미치는 영향을 구조방정식 모형을 통해 탐색적으로 확인하였다. 연구결과 사용자 통제성과 동시성은 웹서비스 내 콘텐츠의 생산 효율성 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 대화적 피드백 역량인 반응성은 웹서비스 내에서 공유되는 콘텐츠의 품질 인식에 긍정적 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 콘텐츠 생산 효율성 인식이 콘텐츠 품질 인식에 긍정적 영향을 주고 있음을 확인해, 사용자 통제성과 동시성의 품질인식에 대한 간접효과도 확인하였다. 본 연구는 웹서비스 개발 및 운영시 통제 가능한 요인인 기술적 상호작용성이 웹서비스를 통한 콘텐츠 생산 효율성 및 품질 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있음을 제시함으로써, 고객참여 콘텐츠가 중요한 웹서비스 개발자와 마케터에게 관련성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 웹 기술 활용 및 시스템 구축에 대한 함의를 제공해 주고 있다.

본 연구의 주된 목적은 웹 사이트 서비스품질요인과 고객만족 및 행동의도간의 관계를 규명하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 웹 사이트 서비스의 신뢰성, 편리성, 콘텐츠, 오락성, 커뮤니케이션, 디자인 등 웹 사이트 서비스 평가차원을 독립변수로 선정하였다. 고객이 웹 사이트에 대한 고객의 만족을 매개변수로 설정하고, 종속변수인 소비자의 관계유지의도 및 구전의도간의 인과관계를 나타내는 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 웹 사이트 서비스품질요인은 6가지 차원, 즉 신뢰성, 편리성, 콘텐츠, 오락성, 커뮤니케이션, 디자인으로 구성되어 있음이 확인되었다. 고객이 웹 사이트에 대해 만족할수록 앞으로 웹 사이트를 지속적으로 이용할 의향이 강하고 웹 사이트와 지속적인 관계를 유지할 가능성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 웹 사이트 운영기업들의 사이트를 운영에 필요한 발전적 측면의 전략적 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있다.

Internet protocol television (IPTV), one of the most emerging services, offers multimedia streaming services with security, reliability, and relevant quality of service (QoS)/quality of experience (QoE). It provides added values to all the involving players and also brings technical and business challenges to them. For IPTV services, we expect to adopt the next generation network (NGN) environment for high quality and the Web technologies for personalization to meet the customer's necessity. Web can provide an open, flexible, and agile platform. Therefore, in this paper, we propose personalized IPTV services based on Web-based open platform in NGN environment and present functional architecture for Web-based personalized IPTV services. Technical issues for deploying the proposed IPTV services using Web are also provided. The objective of this paper is to analyze the critical architectural issues for developing viable and feasible networking platform models for personalized IPTV services.

분산된 환경에서 유사한 기능을 제공하는 서비스들의 수가 증가함에 따라, 웹서비스의 신뢰성은 매우 중요한 서비스 선택 요인이 되고 있다. 기업 간 협업과 같은 개방적 비즈니스 모델을 충족시키기 위해, 여러 단위 웹서비스들이 상호 연동하여 상위 수준의 비즈니스 트랜잭션을 형성하는 웹서비스 조합에서 신뢰성의 문제는 더욱 중요해진다. 그러나 단위 웹서비스 각각의 신뢰성이 보장된다고 해도, 조합된 서비스의 신뢰성은 보장되지 않는다. 따라서, 조합된 서비스의 신뢰성에 대한 평가 및 서비스 결정을 위한 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 웹서비스의 신뢰성을 평가하기 위한 신뢰도 평가 메트릭스를 정의하고, 이를 통해 조합된 웹 서비스의 신뢰수준을 추측하기 위한 평가 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 신뢰성 평가 모델을 기반으로 웹서비스 조합에서 신뢰할 수 있는 웹서비스 선택을 지원하기 위한 프레임워크를 정의한다. 서비스 사용자의 직관적인 선택이 아니라 정량적인 평가를 통한 선택이 이루어짐으로써, 사용자가 기능적 요구사항뿐만 아니라 품질 요구사항에서도 보다 만족할만한 선택 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

ISO/IEC 9000에 의하면 품질이란 사용 시 사용자 요구사항을 만족시키는 제품이나 서비스의 특성을 종합한 개념으로 정의하고 있다. 웹애플리케이션의 시큐어코딩은 안정성과 함께 정보시스템 서비스 품질을 결정짓는 요소 중의 하나이다. 시큐어코딩을 달성하기 위해서는 품질을 기반으로 하는 설계 모델이 필요하다. 그 이유는 보안도 하나의 품질 속성으로서 비 기능적 요구사항의 범위에 속하기 때문이다. 웹애플리케이션 품질평가체계 설계를 위해서는 품질의 정의를 기초로 품질속성, 품질요구사항, 품질측정 시나리오가 정의되고 설정되어야 한다. 이를 위해 IEEE 1061 품질모델을 참조한 웹애플리케이션 품질모델 관리체계를 개발한다. 웹 애플리케이션 아키텍쳐 설계는 시큐어코딩 품질모델 체계, 웹어플리케이션 이해관계자 관심 도출, 아키텍처 동인 결정, 품질속성 도출, 보안품질 요구사항 설정, 웹어플리케이션 아키텍처기술서 작성, 보안 프레임워크 설계 순서로 구성된다.

To support business services interoperation, the BSD (Business Service Document), which is an extension of the Web Service Description Language (WSDL) the web service specification of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) was designed. The WSDL presents comprehensive standards for the interoperability of software components and W3C delegates extensions of WSDL to the users for their own purposes and objectives. In this article, BSD Creator, which can generate well-formed and valid BSDs, was designed and implemented. Also, the BSD Operation Pilot System where service providers can publish BSD specification documents and service users can search for services, was implemented and presented. BSD Creator and the BSD Operation Pilot System, which are the outcomes of this study, were assessed for their quality and usefulness using ISO/IEC 9126. The outcomes of this paper will be the basis on which industry groups can construct a Business Services Interoperation System, and are expected to contribute to the revitalization of business service interoperation.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of e-service quality factors on customer satisfaction and behavior intention. Difference and moderating effect resulting from the type of web site users about an association with reaction of satisfaction and those component concepts are also one of the aims in the study. As the results, the study found that factors of web site service quality variables has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction also has a positive impact on relationship intention and word of mouth intention. According to those results, marketing managers should develop different service strategies.
