These days, getting a gob is emerging as a hot social issue, and specialized sites offering job information are rapidly increasing. On the contrary of quantitative increase, job information sites have lots of problems with respect to satisfying customer's needs. This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site, and relationship among characteristic web service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and reuse intention. In this study we found that customer satisfaction is prior to relationship quality, which decide long-term customer relationship. And also, Trust which is one of the relationship quality and customer satisfaction affect customers reuse intent respectively. This study also found that characteristic service quality in related to job information site can be composed of four factors such as delivery of information, customization, web design and interaction. Delivery of information, web design and interaction affect trust, and web design and interaction affect customer satisfaction. And also relationship quality is prior to reuse intention.

Due to the development of Internet and networking technologies, it is much more easier to get in touch with public service through the web services such as tax, travel information, getting a job, etc. In order to measure the quality of official government web sites, we are to test the difference between the web quality of the government sites and the offline feature of the same official service by means of customer perspectives. The resulting of this study show that the quality of official web site has been improved so far though such areas as privacy, security needed to be updated. Especially the web interface or contact point of the digital media should be reflected customer's need so that the online materials may be quickly updated according to the request of client's.

The search method that web services offers has its limitations. The search service considers only functional factors based on the client's preferences. In order to improve the web service search - which alone only considers functional factors - our research introduces an execution phase which performs both functional and non-functional factors by utilizing WSDL and matching information. Our research studies the architecture of both the service selecting method and the selecting process to help determine the best service solution for the client. We do so, taking into consideration the client's preferences. Our research also studies selecting methods for the best overall service. This service not only considers the matching of functional factors provided by the web service's selecting process, but it is also accommodating by matching the information as defined by the client. This paper research can offer the best quality service preferred by any end-user. Again, this is done by utilizing web services that considers the user's non-functional factors identified by the web service's selecting process and also by extracting matching information.

Web service is defined to support interoperable machine to machine interaction over a network and defined as distributed technologies. Recently in web service environment, security has become one of the most critical issues. An attacker may expose user privacy and service information without authentication. Furthermore, the users of web services must temporarily delegate some or all of their behalf. This results in the exposure of user privacy information by agents. We propose a delegation model for providing safety of web service and user privacy in ubiquitous computing environments. In order to provide safety of web service and user privacy, XML-based encryption and a digital signature mechanism need to be efficiently integrated. In this paper, we propose web service management server based on XACML, in order to manage services and policies of web service providers. For this purpose, we extend SAML to declare delegation assertions transferred to web service providers by delegation among agents.

In heterogeneous and distributed computing environments, with an increasing number of Web services providing similar functionalities, the reliability of Web services is a critical decision factor. To fulfill the open business model such as cooperation among enterprises, several Web services can be composed into the upper level business transaction. In Web services composition, the reliability of services is more and more critical. Though each unit Web service can be reliable, the reliability of the composed service is not guaranteed. Thus a way to efficiently assess and select composed Web services is needed. In this paper, we define new metrics for measuring the trust value of Web services, and propose an evaluation method to predict the trustworthy degree of the composed services based on the metrics. We also define a conceptual framework to support optimal Web services selection based on the proposed trust evaluation method. By selecting using the quantitative measurement rather than intuitive selection of the service user, it allows the service users to select the high reliable service meeting their quality requirements well.

Enterprises as well as central and local governments have tried to apply ubiquitous technology to the actual life on the various types of business and projects. In this paper we develop strategic plan to provide public service on public areas based on needs analysis of public services as well as trend analysis of ubiquitous and web technology. Ubiquitous service model should be based on geospatial web which can incorporate participation and collaboration concepts, as the wire/wireless network system develop rapidly. To achieve this purpose, we suggest the following projects; 1), construction of internet map based on geospatial web technology, 2), development of web contents based on geospatial web, 3), installing ubiquitous equipment, and 4), upgrade Seoul Metropolitan Government's homepage and internet system which can incorporate web 2.0 concepts. Ubiquitous service model should be based on not only development of ubiquitous technology but also needs of consumer such as citizen, enterprises, and public sectors which have an interest in that place. Geospatial web will be the core of development of ubiquitous service models.

Web service is a standardized software technology which enables interoperability for various applications regardless of operating systems and programing languages through public networks such as the internet and by web service standards. It is distributing computer services that enable a web environment by discovering and providing necessary services. However, there are drawbacks when selecting services for new web environments because current various search methods are based on performance of those services. Even when the performance of the service is improved by selecting web services based on either the service performance or when the new services are discovered, lack of resources causes the web services to get pushed back from the current service list. Therefore, in order to resolve resource allocation issues when selecting web services, this study offers the suitable services for the clients by applying improved services based on scalable information and by applying the information obtained by the clients when requested.

A prototype of OGC Web Map Service and Web Feature Service is developed by NEC Aerospace Systems, Ltd. under the contract from NASDA and RESTEC. The server provides satellite imagery data taken by JERS-1 and ADEOS satellite, via OGC interfaces to the client. The related features are also available to the client through the Internet with OGC interfaces. The imagery, map and feature data is handled layer by layer at the client. OGC Web Map Service and Web Feature Service interoperability capability and applicability to Digital Asia Network are demonstrated.

To make Web Services the real applications, the efficient mechanisms for Web Services discovery, Web Services composition and Web Services execution must be provided. Among these issues, especially, Web Services composition plays the key roles in Web Services applications that are loosely coupled and composed applications consisted of primitive Web Service components. In this paper we demonstrate a new Web Service composition approach using ontologies. We apply ontologies to describe Web Services information such as Web Services input/output parameters, pre conditions, post conditions and other necessary management information. In this paper, we also introduce Action ontology and Object ontology to describe the functional properties of Web Services These ontologies offer semantic description of Web Services functionalities beyond the limitation of the current WSDL. We can achieve semantic interoperabilities between heterogeneous Web Services in terms of conceptual processing and realize semantic services composition. We implement semantic Web Services composition system called Genie based on service description ontologies.

Recently, web 2.0 is becoming issue can provide a web based services and the technology is developing rapidly. In addition a variety of platforms on the web and SDK(Software Development Kit) is available from various aspects, web services, a trend that is rapidly growing user. But the development of security systems cannot follow the speed and These weaknesses are provided in the Web service by using illegal methods of information acquisition. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed information for checking a variety of illegal access on Web services. Also, we designed and implemented Web Service-Hacking Pattern Recognition System for which warns the dangerous fact that as recognized hacking through comparisons the hacking patterns which have classified from the hacking method of existing system.
