대부분의 웹 기반의 교육 시스템은 교육 정보 제공에만 중점을 두고 있다. 웹이 점차 교육 정보를 제공하는 보편적인 기반이 되어 감에 따라서, 웹은 이제 정보 제공의 차원을 넘어 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼으로 변모하고 있다. 이에 새롭게 변화된 웹 환경에 맞는 교육 서비스 모델이 시급히 요청되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 웹 기반 교육의 여러 한계성을 해결하기 위하여 새로운 기능형 중재자 기반의 교육자원 서비스 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문의 기능형 중재자기반의 교육자원 서비스 시스템은 웹상에 산재되어 있는 교육 자원들을 효율적으로 관리하고 사용자의 요청에 맞는 교육 서비스 정보를 제공하여 줌으로써, 교육 서비스 자원들의 재사용 효율과 생산성을 높일 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 재난재해 또는 보안의 이유로 외부와의 통신이 어려운 상황에서도 운용할 수 있도록 외부 데이터 통신 없이 장비와 스마트폰 간의 무선통신만으로 장비 인식과 매뉴얼 데이터 전송을 수행할 수 있는 온라인 매뉴얼 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 매뉴얼 데이터가 내장된 매뉴얼 관리 모듈을 대상 장비에 내장한 후 스마트폰에서 수행되는 매뉴얼 앱은 관리 모듈에 부착된 QR 코드 스캔 또는 NFC 접촉으로 장비를 인식하고, 장비가 인식되면 블루투스 통신을 통해 관리 모듈에 내장된 매뉴얼 데이터를 수신하여 웹 템플릿을 이용하여 화면에 표시한다. 구현된 시스템을 실제 산업용 발전기에 설치하여 정전 발생 시 기존의 3단계 처리 과정을 2단계로 줄일 수 있음을 보였다.

This paper has been studied Design and Implementation Using the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) Education System on the Web. And then this paper has designed a teaching and learning model for Using the ICT Education System on the Web of management substance in commercial high school, verified and implemented them. After this study, this web-based multimedia data with voice instruction and humanity education data in student's module to develop the local natural environments is more helpful to occur the students' motivations and interests and get higher achievements of study than teach only with the textbook.

When the present Learning System for Computer-Related Subjects Using WBI is implemented on the Web with the above characteristics to help students to study computer subjects without any limitations of time or space, they can easily attain the goals of learning, have computer-utilizing abilities or information capacity, and enhance their capabilities for self-initiative learning. This system enables the learners to carry out 'plan-do-see' for the contents of learning initiatively. The learners can study the practice part of the curriculum using multi-media, such as motion pictures, voices, images, and sound effects, vividly with a sense of actual presence. It helps the students to have an active attitude toward leaning afterward. without meeting the teacher or without any storage media, the leaners can submit their assignments or materials for performance evaluation via the Internet.

본 연구는 웹 기반 수업에서 상호작용을 위한 수단으로 사용되고 있는 Q&A(Question and Answer) 게시판에 동적인 기능을 추가하여 학습자에게는 즉각적인 응답을 주고, 교수자에게는 답변에 대한 부담감을 해소하고자 하였다. 또한 이를 통하여 웹 기반 수업에서 상호작용 증진 효과를 얻고자 하였다. 구현한 동적인 Q&A 게시판은 기존 Q&A게시판의 단점인 질문을 게시하고 교수자가 확인하여 답변할 때까지 기다려야 했던 점을 개선하여 교수자가 미리 구축해놓은 답변 데이터베이스와 인터넷 검색엔진에서 검색한 결과를 즉각적으로 응답할 수 있게 하였다.

원격교육에서는 교수(敎授, teaching)와 학습(學習, learning)이 컴퓨터와 인터넷을 통해서 이루어지기 때문에 교수자(敎授者)와 학습자(學習者)가 만족할 수 있는 교수-학습방법이 제공되어야 한다. 그러나 기존의 WBI 시스템은 저비용으로 개발이 용이한 텍스트위주의 원격교육용 교재 개발에 치중하고 있다. 의상디자인 교과는 이론교육 뿐만 아니라 직접 실습해보며 익히는 실기교육이 필수적으로 요구된다. 이러한 실기교육을 위해서는 일반적인 텍스트 위주의 교수-학습이론이나 방법은 물론 디자인 전 과정에서 교수자와의 상호작용을 통한 피드백이 이루어지는 교수-학습 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구는 실기교과의 교수-학습방법이 효과적으로 내재된 웹기반 의상디자인 원격 교육시스템을 설계, 제안하고, 패션일러스트레이션 교과목을 중심으로 구현된 사례 시스템을 제시하였다. 또한 선별된 실험집단의 평가를 통하여 학습 효과를 규명하고 의상디자인 교육의 원격교육 가능성과 유용성을 확인하였다.

인터넷에서 가장 활발하게 사용되고 있는 웹은 교육 시스템의 변화를 가져오고 있다. 학습자들은 정적 형태의 웹 페이지로부터 양방향통신과 멀티미디어를 가미한 웹 어플리케이션과 웹 미디어를 사용한 학습교보재를 선호하고 있으며, 학습효과가 점차 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 변화 요인을 점검하여 학습의 진행에 효율적으로 참여할 수 있는 학습체계와 이에 따르는 자동화 평가시스템을 제시한다. 일반 평가 시스템은 정규적인 형태의 방법을 이용하므로서 학습자의 관심 또 다른 교수자 등 운영 및 관리자의 교육 목표에 의해서 운영되므로 컴퓨터를 활용한 교수방법이 적절치 못한 일이 발생할 수 있다. 웹을 이용한 프로젝트 교육 시스템은 사용자, 관리자 및 운영자 사이의 상호 참여를 통하여 수행하게 될 직무를 이해하고 지식 및 적용 능력의 점증적인 발전을 도모하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 자동화 평가 시스템을 제작하여 교수자와 웹 운영 관리자가 교육의 주관자 입장에서 교육을 진행하고, 학습자는 사용자 중심의 비교 학습 및 패턴 설계의 장점을 극대화시켜 인터넷/인트라넷상에서 실행되는 프로젝트 교육의 평가 방법과 이에 따르는 설계와 구현 방법에 관해 논한다.

본 논문에서는 WEB상에서 실시간 수업과 원격학습을 공동으로 유지하여 교수자와 학습자가 상호 통신하며 질문과 응답을 할 수 있도록 다양한 플랫폼을 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 교육시스템은 교수자가 학습 주관자적 인 입장에서 교육을 진행하고, 학습자는 사용자 중심의 비교 학습 및 패턴 설계의 장점을 극대화 시켜 인터넷에서 실행되는 WBI의 장점을 확대화하고, 학습자의 혼란을 방지하기 위하여 상호 부품간의 공동성을 추출하고 재사용등을 반영할 수 있도록 컴포넌트의 장점을 최대한 반영시켰다.

본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 원격 CAI(Computer Assistant Instruction) 기술과 자바(Java) 기술을 이용하여 웹을 기반으로 하는 실시간 원격교육 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 웹 기반의 코스웨어(Courseware) 및 텍스트 기반의 문자강의 그리고 원격OHP를 실시간으로 제공한다. 코스웨어는 컴퓨터 기초교육을 제공하며 , 오소웨어 (Authorware)를 이용하여 구축하였다 실시간 원격교육을 위한 문자강의 및 원격 OHP의 클라이언트/서버 프로그램은 자바 애플릿(Applet)과 자바 애플리케이션(Application)으로 개발되었고, 자바 서블릿(Servlet)을 이용하여 본 시스템의 CGI프로그램을 작성하였다.

The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate critical success factors for effective implementation of web-based distance learning system. First of all, four critical success factors are theoretically derived from reviewing previous research. They are: (1) learner-related factor including the variables such as teaming ability, learning attitude, and attending motivation, (2) environmental factor including the variables of physical and mental support for learners, (3) instructional design factor represented by one variable, the degree of appropriateness of learning contents, and (4) the factor concerning the level of self-directed learning readiness embracing the variables such as curiosity for learning, openness towards challenge of learning and affection for learning. Subsequently, the relationships between these four critical success factors and the degree of learning satisfaction are empirically investigated. The data for empirical analysis of the research are collected from 1,020 respondents who have already passed the web-based distance learning courses which have been implemented in Information and Communication Officials Training Institute. Out of 1,020 responded questionnaires, 875 data were available for statistical analyses. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the most important factor for successful implementation of the web-based distance learning system is shown to be the instructional design factor, and in the next place, the self-directed learning readiness factor, the environmental factor and the learner-related one in sequence. Secondly, additional analysis of the variables included in the instructional design factor shows that availability of practical information and knowledge is the most influencing variable, and next, interesting composition of contents, reasonable learning amount, optimal level of instruction, and understandable explanation are significantly important in the descending order. Lastly, among learning motivators, strong intention of acquiring business knowledges and skills is found to be the most important satisfier in the web-based distance learning. The theoretical contribution of this study is to derive a comprehensive model of critical success factors for implementing the web-based distance learning system. And, the practical implication of this study is to propose efficient and effective guidelines for developing and operating the web-based distance learning system in the various kinds of organizations.
