As the importance of big data begins to be recognized, the government, local self-governing bodies, and corporations have taken interest in big data. However, unlike the past, there is various typical and atypical data, and some fields make use of big data planning and analytical technique, which is opening a way to capture new opportunities. The present study analyzes an improvement plan for bicycle roads by using the public data of Seoul and proposes its implications.

As competition in manufacturing enterprise is contested, the scope of safely production planning, manufacturing enterprise should ensure, has been reduced. The more upstream of SCM, the more reduction of scope of production planning. As a result, order fluctuation is more sharply contested. Through improving the logistics network, it is best way that the end user's demand information is conveyed to upstream of SCM, but it is difficult in fact. In this paper, it mention the way of robustic adjustment, in the suppliers' point of view, the end user's demand information is dammed up, as they postpone responding the customer's order as a possible. And it will show the result of appling the way, as a case study.

This paper aims to ensure describe the a spring-back prevention technique for improving shape fixability by using an ultra-high strength steel sheet with 980 MPa to develop a lightweight seat rail parts. Ultra-high strength steel gives a potential for considerable weight reduction and a cost-effective way to produce energy efficient vehicles. The influence of a spring-back of seat rail parts on the shape fixability in forming processes was investigated to be solved by an adjustment of the appropriate tool design and process parameters. The computed results for improving shape fixability were in good agreement with the experimental results.

A disposal scheme involves not only the process of resettlement process, before and on the way of the residential environment improving program, but also the change of psychological opinion concerning to the private interest for the relocation during the projects. Major findings of the study can be summed up as follows : first, as to the resettlement burden of prior residents was imposed to low-income households, while the lowest burden was imposed to middle-income households : second, the residents were rather satisfied with the project in the early stage of the process, but later they do not want to relocate to the place where they left in the process of resettlement program.

In an attempt to develop a method for the design of the aerial rope way, the traditional theories of rope way were examined and compared. The resulting formulas of the traditional and approximate parabolic curve theory were summarized and those of the catenary curve theory as an exact ones were summarized and newly developed when necessary. In particular, it was found that the resulting formulas from both of these theories can fully be expressed with only three dimensionless parameters $U^{*}$, $V^{*}$, and $W^{*}$, improving compactness and generality of these formulas. Comparision of the theories were done through error analysis, and it was shown that the error of the approximate parabolic curve is of order $U^{*2}$ and $V^{*}$. From this, it was concluded that the traditional parabolic curve theory has its limitation when the rope way becomes larger or steeper, leading to the necessity of the use of catenary curve theory.ve theory.

Ship Pilotage is one of the most important parts in the construction and development of Shanghai International Shipping Center as it has the fundamental function for the promotion and speed-up of the ship navigation and cargo operation. Recently, Shanghai Maritime University and Shanghai Harbour Pilotage Administration Station had carried out a research project of 'Study on Ship Safety Pilotage in the Shanghai Harbour by Way of FSA (Formal Safety Assessment)'. The aim of this project is to put out some proposes of the decision-making for the improvement of the safety pilotage in Shanghai habour through the way of the FSA. Now these proposes of the decision-making have been adopted and conducted in practice and satisfactory results have been achieved. In the paper, some detailed information, methods and ideas about this research project have been introduced and explained for improving the safety pilotage in Shanghai Harbour.

Many believe that electronic distance teaming education transform higher education, saving money and improving learning qualify So, the open University, which teaches around 280,000 students at a distance, is examining the adaption of its distance teaching methods for the internet. But, there are only one type of distance learning education of one way direction. To understand all of a student which selected some of e teaming course, teacher must check that how many student to understand and what is the difficult problems. Without checking this condition, It will be a very difficult and boring distance learning course. In this paper, we introduce of intelligent learning contents of full duplex direction that teach understanding student and not understanding student. The computer simulation results confirms that full duplex e learning system has been proven to be much more efficient than one way direction which not considering about understanding problems.
