리니어 가이드 웨이의 접촉각에 관한 연구 (A Study on Contact angle of the Linear Guide Way)

  • This research investigates contact angle of Linear Guide Way through a experimental result and theoretical analysis. Since last ten years, most of researchers who concerned with the precision machinery and semiconductor device production etc. so the researches about Linear Guide Way have been unnoticed. The precision machinery and semiconductor device production system has the principle which transfers the mechanical moving to accuracy position control. The Linear Guide Way system has the principle which transfers mechanical moving to accuracy position control is very important to improve performance of the precision machinery and semiconductor device production system. So, In this research, in order to improvement for producing Linear Guide Way, bearing loading analysis and contact angle change through Linear Guide Way theoretical analysis and bearing modeling. Through this study, we may expect that there will be more improvement for producing Linear Guide Way.

안내궤도를 이용한 고무차륜 경량전철 AGT 궤도부설공법 (Method for Constructing a Railway by using a Guide-way for a Rubber-wheeled automated Transit System)

  • The railway structure for a rubber-wheeled automated guide-way transit system consists of a driveway and a guide-way. The most important factor of this system is the driveway and the guide-way aligned with each other, especially for curves and inclines section. The conventional construction method caused many problems such as discordancy by constructing the driveway before constructing the guide-way. Therefore, in this paper we introduce a new method of constructing a railway for a rubber-wheeled light rail vehicle; the new method of constructing the guide-way beforehand as a preceding process. The new method for AGT railway system can simplify the construction process and thus the construction costs may be reduced. It should also improve the driving performance and the comfortability in operating of a light rail vehicle.

  • This paper concerns the structural characteristic analysis and evaluation on the hydrostatic guide way and feeding system of a high precision centerless grinder for machining ferrules. In order to realize the required accuracy of ferrules with sub-micron order, the axial stiffness and motion accuracy of feeding system have to become higher level than those of existing centerless grinders. Under these points of view, the physical prototype of feeding system consisted of steel bed, hydrostatic guide way and ballscrew feeding mechanism is designed and manufactured for trial. Experimental results show that the axial and vertical stiffnesses of the physical prototype are very low as compared with those design values. In this paper, to reveal the cause of these stiffness difference, the structural deformations on the virtual prototype of feeding system are analyzed based on the finite element method under experimental conditions. The simulated results illustrate that the deformation of front ballscrew support-bearing bracket is the main cause of reduction in the axial stiffness of feeding system, and the deflection of bed structure and the bending deformation of hydrostatic guide rails are the main causes of reduction in the vertical stiffness of feeding system.

고속 CNC선반 이송계의 열변형 오차 해석

  • Development of a high speed feed drive system has been a major issue for the past few decades in machine tool industries. The reduction of tool change time as well as repid travel time can enhance the productivity. However,the high speed feed drive system generates more heat in nature,which leads to thermal expansion that has adverse effects on the accuracy of machined part. The paper divides the feed drive system into the ball screw and guide way. For each part, the thermal behvior model is separtately developed to estimate the position error of the respective feed drive system that is caused by the thermal expansion. The modified lumped capacitance method is used to analyze the linear position error of the ball screw. The thermal deformation of guide way parts affects the straightness and angular error as well as linear position error. Finite element method is used to estimate the thermal behavior of these guide way parts. The effectiveness of the proposed models are verified through the experiments using laser interferometer.

  • 최근 모바일 단말기에서는 GPS를 갖고 길 찾기 서비스를 제공하고 있으나 이들 시스템을 이용하여 간단한 지도를 사용하려면 추가적인 비용과 장비가 필요하다. 따라서 대부분의 일반 핸드폰 사용자들에게 지도를 이용한 길안내 서비스를 제공하기 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서 GPS가 요구되는 기존의 모바일 길안내 서비스의 문제점을 보완하기 위해 WIPI 기반의 약도 및 안내도 검색 모델을 제시하고 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 개발된 모바일 약도 및 안내도 검색 시스템을 이용하여 언제 어디서나 WIPI 기반의 모바일 단말기에 추가 비용과 장비 없이 사용자에게 목적지 안내 서비스를 제공한다. 그리고 추가적으로 서비스 제공자는 이 시스템을 통해 검색한 목적지 주변의 가맹점을 광고할 수 있다.

  • Gabion can be used for the purpose of preventing overflow of river and side loss of road. However the manufacturing process of the gabion is manually controlled especially to the joining process at the terminal part of gabion with small diameter wire. In this paper automatic feeding guide system was designed and fabricated to make automation. The fabricated system was tested in the factory level. Pneumatic system was considered as the main idea of the feeding system. 3/2-way and 5/2-way manual control valve, eight double-acting cylinders were used. Based on the theoretical simulation and actual test the fabricated system was well controlled. The system was applied to the patent.

  • 본 연구는 사이버대학 가이드시스템에 대한 정보디자인적 접근을 통하여 사용자들이 학사제도 및 강의정보를 친근하고 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 하고 이를 통해 대학의 학사과정이 보다 안정적이고 활발하게 운영되도록 하는데 필요한 요소를 논의하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술과 소비자의 인식변화에 따른 가이드 시스템의 변화를 통하여 인지심리학 및 인간중심 커뮤니케이션 이론에 입각한, 미래 Web 2.0 시대에 적용될 가이드 시스템의 모습을 제시해 보고자 한다.

길안내를 위한 네트워크 기반 로봇 시스템 구현 (Implementation of Network-based Robot System to Guide a way)

  • 로봇에 대한 연구는 21세기에 접어들면서 단순한 반복패턴의 산업용 로봇에서 벗어나 인간에게 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 지능형 서비스 로봇에 관한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그 중에서도 지능형 서비스 로봇에 네트워크를 연결한 URC(Ubiquitous Robotic Companion) 로봇에 관한 연구에 집중을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 길안내를 위한 네트워크 기반의 로봇 시스템을 제안한다. 길안내 로봇은 LEGO 브릭을 이용해 제작하고 외부 환경 인식을 위해 초음파 센서, 로테이션 센서, RFID 태그를 사용한다. 또한, 서버와의 데이터 전송 및 처리를 위해 PDA를 장착한다. 네트워크 서버는 처리정보를 블루투스 통신을 통해 로봇 컨트롤러로 전달하여 로봇의 경로이동 및 회피를 제어한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 길안내를 위한 네트워크 기반 로봇 시스템은 네트워크 연결을 통해 서버에서 프로세싱 기능을 분담처리 함으로써 기존의 지능형 로봇의 기술적인 제약을 해결하였고, 실시간 처리가 가능하며 서비스의 확장성이 유용하다. 또한 저가의 센서 장비를 통해 충분한 데이터 수집이 가능함에 따라 로봇 제작의 고비용 문제를 해결하였다.
