협동적 의사결정을 위한 다단계 모형 통합 (A Multilevel Model Integration for Collaborative Decision Making)

  • Corporate level decision making with multiple decision makers in a consistent way is essential in Decision Support System. However, since the decision makers have different interests and knowledge, the models used by them are also different in their level of abstraction. This makes decision makers waste a lot of efforts for an integrated decision making. The purpose of this paper is to propose an integration mechanism so that collaborative decision making models may be used synthetically in multi-abstraction level. Models are classified as multimedia model, mathematical model, qualitative model, causal & directional model, causal model, directional model and relationship model according to the level of abstraction. The proposed integration mechanism consists of model interpretation phase. model transformation phase, and model integration phase. Specifically, the model transformation Phase is divided into (1) model tightening mode which gather information to make a model transformed into upper level model, and (2) model relaxing mode which makes lower level model. In the model integration phase, models of same level are to be integrated schematically. An illustrative M&A-decision example is given to show the possibility of the methodology.

One Channel Five-Way Classification Algorithm For Automatically Classifying Speech

  • In this paper, we describe the one channel five-way, V/U/M/N/S (Voice/Unvoice/Nasal/Silent), classification algorithm for automatically classifying speech. The decision making process is viewed as a pattern viewed as a pattern recognition problem. Two aspects of the algorithm are developed: feature selection and classifier type. The feature selection procedure is studied for identifying a set of features to make V/U/M/N/S classification. The classifiers used are a vector quantization (VQ), a neural network(NN), and a decision tree method. Actual five sentences spoken by six speakers, three male and three female, are tested with proposed classifiers. From a set of measurement tests, the proposed classifiers show fairly good accuracy for V/U/M/N/S decision.

  • The AHP methodology compares criteria, or alternatives with respect to a criterion, in a natural, pairwise mode. AHP has been applied in a wide variety of applications multi objective decision making being just one. If a group of expert with different aspect, they need some way to revise expert group. We proposed the concatenation of expert to survey the AHP pairwise question for multi-attribute decision making. In this paper, we suggest a way to revise the expert's priorities in hierarch using concept of different group opinion.

대학생의 진로유형별 진로스트레스 대처방식 및 진로결정몰입의 차이 (Differences of Career Stress Coping Strategy and Commitment to Career Choice among the Career Types for College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze group differences of Commitment to career choice and Career stress coping strategy by the Career decision and Career preparation behavior for College Students. Through the results of this study we wanted to look for discriminatory implications for the counseling intervention. The data of 720 college students were collected for the study. The distinction of four types was revealed by the results from Crosstabs and One-way ANOVA. The frequency of upper grades indicated ideal type. But the immature type was fourth grade. There were significant differences in accordance with the two-dimensional typology of Commitment to career choice and Career stress coping strategy by One-way ANOVA. Discussion focused on effective intervention strategies in career counseling based on group differences by the Career decision and Career Preparation Behavior.

퍼지로직을 이용한 무인항공기의 충돌 회피 (Fuzzy Logic Based Collision Avoidance for UAVs)

  • 본 논문에서는 국제민간항공기구와 미연방항공청에서 규정한 "Right of way" 규정과 조종사의 경험을 바탕으로 한 퍼지로직을 이용한 무인항공기의 충돌회피를 다루고 있다. 이 규정을 적용하기 위해 퍼지로직을 이용한 충돌회피 시스템을 설계하였다. 그리고 충돌회피 시스템이 작동할 조건을 위해 결심로직을 설계하였다. 결심로직은 상대방위, CPA까지의 시간, CPA에서의 거리 등 세가자의 중요 요소로 구성되어 있다. 결심로직의 적용은 NMAC를 회피하기위해 설계 되어졌으며 몇 가지 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다. 결론적으로 본 논문에서는 일반공역에서 유인항공기와 함께 비행할 수 있도록 무인항공기의 "See and Avoid" 능력을 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.

  • When a company makes a decision on an investment for a new product as a source for a new program, it is not easy for them to take a proper decision-making process in this highly volatile market. There could be several ways to make an investment decision on a new program. A company needs to choose the most suitable way of investment which is reflected current corporate circumstances and potential risks. We check up the process of the engineering economic decision in a automotive part manufacturing company. We define the gap between the theory and practice on engineering economic decisions. We present advices to make a decision desirably.

비판적 사고와 간호근무환경이 간호사의 임상적 의사결정에 미치는 영향 (Effects of critical thinking and nursing practice environment on clinical decision making among nurses)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 비판적 사고 및 간호근무환경과 임상적 의사결정의 관련성을 확인하고 임상적 의사결정에 미치는 관련요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 서울시내 일개 상급 종합병원에서 근무하는 간호사 261명으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램으로 기술적 통계, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, 위계적 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 임상적 의사결정은 연령, 학력, 직위, 교대근무, 임상경력에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 임상적 의사결정은 비판적 사고 및 간호근무환경과 정의 상관 관계를 보였다. 임상적 의사결정에 대해 영향을 미치는 요인은 직위, 비판적 사고 중 임상적 의사결정, 간호근무환경 중 양질의 간호를 위한 기반 및 인적 물적 자원의 적절성으로 이를 통해 임상적 의사결정의 35.8%를 설명하였다. 그러므로 비판적 사고 향상과 더불어 간호의 전문성 향상을 위한 질 관리, 효과적 인적 물적 자원 관리를 위한 행정지원은 간호사의 임상적 의사결정능력을 향상시킨다.

A COMPLEXITY-REDUCED INTERPOLATION ALGORITHM FOR SOFT-DECISION DECODING OF REED-SOLOMON CODES

  • Soon after Lee and O'Sullivan proposed a new interpolation algorithm for algebraic soft-decision decoding of Reed-Solomon codes, there have been some attempts to apply a coordinate transformation technique to the new algorithm, with a remarkable complexity reducing effect. In this paper, a conceptually simple way of applying the transformation technique to the interpolation algorithm is proposed.

A decision support system for diagnosis of distress cause and repair in marine concrete structures

  • Marine Structures are very costly and need a continuous inspection and maintenance routine. The most effective way to control the structural health is the application of an expert system that can evaluate the importance of any distress on the structure and provide a maintenance program. An extensive literature review, interviews with expert supervisors and a national survey are used to build a decision support system for concrete structures in sea environment. Decision trees are the main rules in this system. The system input is inspection information and the system output is the main cause(s) of distress(es) and the best repair method(s). Economic condition, severity of distress, distress situation, and new technologies and the most repeated classical methods are considered to choose the best repair method. A case study demonstrates the application of the developed decision support system for a type of marine structure.
