An Effective Sequence for Robust Watermarking in Wavelet Domain (웨이브릿 영역에서 강인한 워터마킹을 위한 효율적인 시퀀스)

  • Wavelet transformation method which has special qualities of frequency domain and spatial domain is used for watermarking. We have compared the decree of similarity to find a robust watermarking sequence for different attacks, using random number, gaussian sequence, chaos sequence and sobel sequence. The experimental results show that chaos sequence is an effective sequence for robust watermarking.

  • In this paper, we proposed watermarking algorithm based on wavelet transform. Discrete wavelet transform is involved to calculate additive energy strength. Considering imperceptibility, after computing contrast and texture sensitivity in gray-level image, we inserted watermark with variable weight due to the feature of coefficient block. Consequently, applying human visual system, the experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm satisfied the properties of robustness and imperceptibility that are the major conditions of watermarking.

  • Today's modern world requires a digital watermarking technique that takes the redundancy of an image into consideration for embedding a watermark. The novel algorithm used in this paper takes into consideration the redundancies of spatial domain and wavelet domain for embedding a watermark. Also, the cryptography-based secret key makes the algorithm difficult to hack and help protect ownership. Watermarking is blind, as it does not require the original image. Few coefficient matrices and secret keys are essential to retrieve the original watermark, which makes it redundant to various intentional attacks. The proposed technique resolves the challenge of optimizing transparency and robustness using a Canny-based edge detector technique. Improvements in the transparency of the cover image can be seen in the computed PSNR value, which is 44.20 dB.

  • High-quality digital broadcasting contents are susceptible to illegal copy and unauthorized redistribution, which makes broadcasters difficult to protect valuable media assets. So, broadcasters and content providers need the technology for copyright protection of professional digital content. Digital watermarking technology is one of the most actively developed solutions for the copyright protection. This paper suggests the requirements of watermarking technology in DTV(Digital TV) environment for copyright protection and shows the developed real-time watermark embedding/detecting system for HD(High Definition)/SD(Standard Definition) video and experimental results of the system against watermark attack tests. Our watermarking system meets the watermarking requirements of invisibility, robustness and security of DTV environment.

  • Digital watermarking is a technique which blends intellectual property right with security Blind watermarking 1S one of the difficult watermark technique because original data or inserted watermark is not needed. In this paper, we propose a new blind watermarking method using energy quantization in wavelet domain to insert watermark. The proposed method is robust for various attacks and attack strength because watermark strength is adaptively changed for energy variation of attacks. Simulation results show the proposed method is robust to various attacks such as noise addition, cropping, blurring, sharpening, maintaining imprescriptibility.

  • We proposed a method of effective watermarking based m HVS. To speak generally, HVS parameters are contrast sensitivity, texture degree, entropy sensitivity and standard of deviation, etc. The aim of this paper is evaluated by the experiments of imperceptibility and correctness of watermark. According to some experimental results, contrast sensitivity function is superior in smooth image. On the other hand, standard of deviation provides good results in rough images. Consequently, how to select the parameters considering image attribute is key problem in effective watermarking.

  • In this paper, we propose the efficient digital watermarking scheme to transmit effectively the compressed medical image that embedded with watermarking data in mobile Internet access channel. The wireless channel error based on multiple access interference (MAI) is closely related to the length of spreading sequence in CDMA system. Also, the fixed length coded medical image with watermark bit stream can be classified by significance of source image. In the simulation, we compare the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) performance when the watermarked image with a simple symbol and when the watermarked image with a text file is transmitted using variable length of spreading sequences in case of limited length of spread sequence.

  • In this paper, we propose a watermarking technique that it is possible to winnow illegal contents from scattered contents on the internet. The identification is performed using an embedded unique content ID by the watermarking technique. The proposed watermarking technique accepts A/D-D/A conversion and a lot of lossy compression such as MP3, AAC, WMA and Real Audio. Watermark robustness is enabled using group quantization, selecting watermark inserting point, and error correction code. Test results show that the correct extraction is about $90\%$ and SNR is above $50\~60dB$. The above figures means that the proposed technique is able to extract encoded information at least one more times per audio and that it is very difficult to discriminate between a watermarked audio and a original audio.

  • In this paper, we will provide an overview of the motion picture watermarking techniques. We will see previously proposed algorithms such as compressed domain watermarking, non-compressed domain watermarking and algorithms for realtime applications etc. We will see test results for signature embedding in motion picture. By spread spectrum method, we embed a signature in each frames. The quality of watermarked motion picture is measured by PSNR(peak signal to noise ratio) about several strengths of watermark. In watermark detection the sign of the correlation sum is the estimated embedded signature bits. We will see different mean PSNR with visual shape of the detected signature.

  • The use of digital imaging technique and digital contents based on internet has grown rapidly for last several years, and the needs of digital image protection become more important. For the purpose of copyright protection on digital image, the verification of authentication techniques like content authentication, ownership authentication, illegal copy and etc are needed. Digital watermarking, the invisible encryption technique to insert digital watermark into image, the sophisticated perceptual information should be used for providing transparency and robustness of images on watermarking process. In this paper, we implement the algorithm for preventing forged attack, ownership protection and authentication by transforming the wavelet algorithms in frequency domain in terms of human visual system.
