2002년은 여러 가지로 기상이 특이한 해였다. 겨울철의 이상난동, 3-4월의 고온 및 한발, 그리고 6월, 7월초중순의 가뭄, 7월하순부터 8월한달 내내 지속된 강우, 저온, 일조부족 등 여러모로 작물환경에 불리한 환경이 조성된 해였다. 이러한 기상특성과 상관하여 금년은 일반적으로 저온, 일조부족, 다우조건을 좋아하는 병해의 발생이 많았으며 벼의 경우 세균성알마름병, 이삭누룩병의 발생이 증가한 반면 도열병 등 주요병해는 질소비료의 시용량이 감소함에 따라 발생이 감소하였다. 채소, 과수류, 서류 병해의 발생은 생육기의 기상조건에 따라 많은 편차가 있으나 다우조건과 관련이 깊은 역병 등 저온성 병해의 발생이 증가한 반면에 탄저병, 무름병 등의 발생은 뚜렷이 감소하는 경향을 보였다.

Seed decay of soybean caused by Diaporthe phaseolorum, Colletotrichum truncatum and Cercospora kikuchii is a serious disease when soybean is harvested under warm and wet weather conditions. Benomyl has been used for controlling the disease, however, benomyl application may be limited due to common occurrence of resistance. The efficacy of 21 fungicides against the pathogens was evaluated in vitro. Among the fungicides tested, benomyl, carbendazim, fluazinam, iprodione+propineb, thiophanate-methyl, and triflumizole were found effective and were evaluated for their ability to control the seed pathogens. Fluazinam completely inhibited mycelial growth at a concentration of 100 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$\textrm{m}{\ell}$ for D. phaseolorum; and at a concentration of 500 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$\textrm{m}{\ell}$ for C. truncatum and C. kikuchii. $EC_90$ values of fluazinam were similar to that of benomyl. Because fluazinam, iprodione+propineb, and triflumizole were found effective against the seed pathogens, these were subjected for field-testing. Suppression of pod and seed infection by fluazinam and iprodione+propineb was as high as that of benomyl without any reduction in agronomic characters of soybean. This study shows that fluazinam and iprodione+propineb may be used in combination with benomyl to control seed pathogens, manage resistance, and ensure production of high quality soybean seeds.

Giant cell hepatitis with autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AHA) is a rare disease of infancy characterized by the presence of both Coombs-positive hemolytic anemia and progressive liver disease with giant cell transformation of hepatocytes. Here, we report a case involving a seven-month-old male infant who presented with AHA followed by cholestatic hepatitis. The clinical features included jaundice, pallor, and red urine. Physical examination showed generalized icterus and splenomegaly. The laboratory findings suggested warm-type AHA with cholestatic hepatitis. Liver biopsy revealed giant cell transformation of hepatocytes and moderate lobular inflammation. The patient was successfully treated with four doses of rituximab. Early relapse of hemolytic anemia and hepatitis was observed, which prompted the use of an additional salvage dose of rituximab. He is currently in clinical remission.

By Literatural studying on migraine, The results were obtained as fallow : 1. A different name on migraine were called hemicrania(頭偏痛, 邊頭痛, 偏頭風). 2. In the cause of a disease in migraine, the cases were clasified into the fallowing kind : internal cause were a decline in energy and blood(氣血具虛), external cause were outside evil(外邪) in wind cold heat wetness(風寒暑濕), non internal, external cause were exhaustion. The right side migraine were concerned phlegm heat, the right side migraine were concerned wind decline in blood. 3. Migraine is appeared on the side, For the reason, liver function in excess of normal limits(肝陽上亢), a sudden of liver fire(肝火) is becomeed of invasion upon soyangkuong(少陽經) in internal external cause 4. Usage method of medicines is appeared that order underclothes theraphy(內服法), to pump out in nose theraphy, to join head theraphy(頭點法), heating smoke theraphy(熏煙法) 5. CNIDII RHIZOMA(川芎) is in mostly general use for migraine, in that order LEDEBOURIELLAE RADIX(防風) ANGELICAE DAHURICAE RADIX(白芷) ASARI HERBA CUM RADICE(細辛) NOTOPTERYGII RHIZOMA(羌活) GLYCYRRHIZAE RADIX(甘草) CHRYSANTHEMI FLOS(菊花) BUPLEURI RADIX(柴胡) SCUTELLARIAE RADIX(黃芩) ANGELICAE GIGANTIS RADIX(當歸) GYPSUM FIBROSUM(石膏) MENTHAE HERBA(薄荷) GLYCYRRHIZAE RADIX(炙甘草) VITICIS FRUCTUS(蔓荊子), nature is in mostly general hot warm(辛溫), bitter cold(苦寒), guikuong(歸經) is in mostly general liver gall kuong(肝膽經), efficacy is in mostly general to remove wind pain (祛風止痛) and to down fire(瀉火).

Safety-Shoes are developed for heavy industry. Nowadays with the development of industry, it is increase on all of industry field. Safety-Shoes are to be classified into using intention. And it's developed not only protect from danger but also more comfort wearing. When wear a safety shoes, in cold weather, serious disease could be occur such as frostbitten and so on. In the study replaces steel toe-cap by polymer. Moreover add keeping warm, light weighting, chemical-proof. So we develop plastic Toe-Cap using plastic technology. And result of material property tess considered plastic to be using light work Safety Shoes Toe-Cap.

In order to study on Bu-ja(Oh-du) toxicosis, the outhor investigated many documents. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Toxicosis of Bu-ja(Oh-du) arised mainly from carelessness in use. 2. In the symptoms of Bu-ja(Oh-du), Heart System(心系) symptom often came out. 3. The general and local paralysis, falling of blood pressure in Heart System(心系) symptom : vertigo, cramp in Liver System(肝系) symptom : nausea, vomiting in Spleen System (脾系) symptom : difficulty of breathing in Lung System(肺系) symptom : wasting disease in Kidney System (腎系) symptom frequently originated from toxicosis of Bu-ja(Oh-du). 4. In the detoification method, there are atropin injection, carrying out a gastric lavage, and supplying a liquid medicine from the western medicine : taking ginger-licorice root decoction, taking mung beans thick decoction and getting vomited with soaked cinnamon from the oriental medicine. And also keeping warm and oxygen inhalation were used to counteract poison. 5. A pregnant woman, heat of excess type(實熱), yang sydrome(陽證 )must not be taken Bu-ja(Oh-du).

Low Back Pain Prescriptions of Jin, sa tak are peculiar to using Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(AMR). All low back pain prescriptions which are enlisted in Byunjeunggimoon, Byunjeungrok and Byunjeungokham include AMR. Whereas low back pain prescriptions which is enlisted in Seoksilbirok are 7 of 10. Preexistence of low back pain prescriptions are not necessarily used AMR. But Jin, sa tak who lived at Ming and Ching era presented AMR in low back pain treatment. AMR is able to get rid of dampness between the kidney functional area and umbilicus. The results are as follows : It is made much of the malicious dampness which is in the kidney. There are not used cold but warm and eliminating dampness herbs to invigorate kidney. It shows that Jin, sa tak who was a Taoist used invigorating and warming kidney herbs. Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma is mainly used in treating low back pain from Jin, sa tak. Jin, sa tak shows concrete prognosis to treat a disease.

EST analysis was performed to identify stress-responsive and immune-related genes from mud loach (Misgurnus mizolepis), cDNA libraries were constructed with liver, intestine and kidney tissues and randomly chosen clones (216 for liver, 198 for intestine and 224 for kidney) were subjected to automated sequence analysis. Of 638 clones sequenced in totlal, approximalely 25% of ESTs was novel sequences (no match to GenBank) or sequences with high homology to hypothrtical/unknown genes. Several potential stress-responsive biomarker and/or immure-related genes were identified in all the tissues examined. It included lectin, MHC class I/II proteins, proteinase inhibitors, superoxide dismulase, catalase, glutathionc-S. transferase, heat-shock protein, warm temperature acclimation protein, complements, methylrransferasc, zinc finger proteins, macrophage maturation associated protein, and others. This information will offer new possibilities as fundamental baseline data for the molecular genetics and breeding of this species with an emphasis on the development of stress. (and disease)-resistsnt fish.

We came to the conclusion after considering all the information from many kinds of books on the circulation courses, cross-link points, functions and the symptoms of disease of Chongmai. The results were as follows : 1. The Chongmai that starts from a Uterus flows to Dazhu through the inside of vertebra after joining Renmai and Duimai at Huiyin. The Chongmais up-line that comes out from Qichong into a surface of body arrives and is scattered at a chest through an abdomen. One strand of them goes upward again and is connected to a throat and lips area. After coming out from Qichong, separated down-line is divided into two parts when it arrives a inner part of a heel through the inner part of a leg. One is for an instep, the other is for the sole of a foot. 2. We call it "Sea of Twelve Meridians" or "Meridian's Sea". Because Chongmai controls all of Meridian by acquired "Basic energy" as getting Stomach's energy, Kidney's energy and air-energy, and there are responsible of physiological phenomenon control. And also we name it "Sea of Blood", because it starts from and provides a nutrition to Uterus. 3. All of these four Meridian such as Renmai, Kidney Meridian, Stomach Meridian and Spleen Meridian are ones that flow around the part of a chest and an abdomen. Chongmai makes energy and blood circulation of a chest and an abdomen be stronger and be controlled. Therefore it makes viscera, bowels and body surface be warm and given a nutrition. So Chongmai becomes "Sea of Viscera and Bowels". 4. Chongmai provides a nutrition for ligament and muscle and makes legs get warm as making energy and blood circulate from head to foot. If Chongmai is energetic, hair is completely easy to grow. 5. To see in pathological phase, Chongmais failure or weakness causes like a chest pain, stomachache, heart attack, a menstrual irregularity and sterility and so on. And also if Chongmai is damaged, it happens that giving a nutrition for lips area is stopped, and then mustache doesn't grow any more.
