복합근전도로부터 자발성분과 유발성분을 추출하기 위한 알고리즘 개발 (A New Algorithm for Extracting Voluntary Component and Evoked Component from Mixed EMG)

  • This study was designed to develop a new algorithm to extract the voluntary EMG and the evoked EMG from a mixed EMG generated when the muscle is stimulated both voluntarily and by electrical stimulation in the FES system. The proposed parallel filter algorithm consists of three phases: (1) Fourier transform of the mixed EMG, (2) multiplication of the transformed signal to two frequency functions, and (3) inverse Fourier transform. Four incomplete spinal cord injured patients participated in the experiments to evaluate the algorithm by measuring the knee extensor torque and the EMG signals from the quadriceps. Two functions of the algorithms were evaluated: (1) extraction of the evoked EMG and (2) the voluntary EMG from the mixed EMG. The results showed that the algorithm enabled us to separate the two EMG components in real time from the mixed EMG. The algorithm can and will be used for estimating the voluntary torque and the evoked torque independently through an artificial neural network based on the two EMG components, and also for generating a trigger signal to control the on/off time of the FES system.

공공도서관 장애인서비스 자원봉사자 활동매뉴얼 개발 연구 (Development of an Operating Manual on the Voluntary Activity to the Library Services with Disabled People in the Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구는 공공도서관 장애인서비스를 지원하는 자원봉사자들이 활용할 수 있는 체계화된 매뉴얼을 개발하여 자원봉사 활동의 전문화 및 활성화에 기여하기 시도되었다. 장애인서비스 현황조사와 담당자와 이용자와의 면담, 전문가 간담회 등을 통하여 가장 수요가 많은 도서관 장애인서비스 유형을 파악하고, 국내외 도서관 장애인서비스 자원봉사 매뉴얼의 구성요소를 추출하여 실질적인 장애인 서비스 자원봉사 활용 매뉴얼을 개발하였다. 대면낭독, 입력봉사, 도서관 비방문자 서비스, 이동보조, 보조공학기 서비스의 5개 분야를 선정하여 이들을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 각각의 구체적인 활동 매뉴얼 내용을 제시하였다. 5개자원봉사의 활동분야, 장애 유형, 활동 목적, 세부 활동 내용 및 체크리스트로 구성된 활동내용의 구성도와 구성요소의 정의를 소개하였고, 구성요소의 기술사례를 대면낭독에 적용하여 활동 매뉴얼의 내용을 간략히 제시하였다.

지역유형별 지역방재력에 관한 실태분석 - 강원도를 중심으로 - (Status of Local Disaster Prevention by Regional Types - Focusing on Gangwon-do -)

  • 강원도내 14개 시군을 3개 지역(도농통합형 지역, 도시형 지역, 농촌해안형 지역)으로 나누고 지역에 거주하는 지역자율방재단을 표본집단으로 하여 설문조사한 결과, 도농통합형 지역과 도시형 지역이 농촌해안형 지역보다 재해위험인지능력, 피난유도능력, 자주피난 대비정도, 방재체제 정비정도, 감시경계능력, 정보전달능력 등 모든 분야에서 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 정보전달능력은 3개 지역 모두 높게 나타났으나 자주피난 대비정도는 매우 낮은 것으로 분석되었는데 이는 정보전달능력의 경우 지방정부의 예 경보시스템 증설과 신규 설치로 인하여 재난정보를 신속히 제공할 수 있는 기반이 구축되었지만 자주피난 대비 정도는 주민 스스로가 재해 상황을 정확히 파악할 수 있도록 지속적인 재난대비 교육과 홍보를 실시하고 더불어 사전에 안전한 대피장소 확보방안 등을 모색하여야 할 것이다.

자발적 학습에서 개인특성과 주관적 규범이 e-learning 수용에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Individual Characteristics and Subject Norm on User Acceptance of e-Learning for Voluntary Studies)

  • E-learning becomes an important part of education these days in Korea. Students had no choice but to accept the e-learning when the e-learning was used as a supplementary learning tool within a traditional class or a stand-alone distance education. This study focuses on the students' intention of e-learning acceptance for voluntary studies. In voluntary study, students have the rights to adopt the e-learning or not for their personal study. We used individual characteristics as the external variables of TAM to explain user acceptance of e-learning for voluntary studies and examined the effect of individual characteristics on user's beliefs. Research model and nine hypotheses were set up to identify the relationships among these variables based on investigations of previous researches. The theoretical model is tested with questionnaires from 420 users who accept e-learning for voluntary studies. We tested the measurement and research models by applying a structural equation modeling(SEM) approach, using the AMOS 5.0. Overall, the results provided support for the model as explaining acceptance of an e-learning system. Most path coefficients in the research model were found statistically significant. The results showed usefulness and enjoyment and subject norm were the factors affecting attitude of students using e-learning. In addition, usefulness and subject norm were the factors affecting intention of students using e-learning. The results show innovation and self-efficacy have a significant impact on user's perception of ease of use. Self-efficacy also have significant effects on user's perception of usefulness.

조직 내 4차 산업혁명의 기술 적용에 관한 연구 (The Technology Application of Fourth Industrial Revolution in Organization)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically examine organizational change for a technological application of the fourth industrial revolution. The theoretical background of this study utilized organizational change management, the fourth industrial revolution, technological innovation, and voluntary acceptance. This research method used structural equations, cluster analysis, and analysis of variance. According to the results of the study, the organizational implement system, organizational leadership, and organizational operating system provided a positive effect on the voluntary technology acceptance of organization members. The voluntary technology acceptance provided a positive effect on the effectiveness of individual task innovation. However, organizational institutionalization among the independent variables did not affect voluntary acceptance. All independent variables except the organizational institutionalization had a partial mediating effect in the mediating effect verification. Meanwhile, The three groups by the cluster analysis were classified as new technology apathy, preference, and anxiety groups, and differences appeared among groups in the importance of organizational change variables. The organizational implement system in the technology apathy group and the organizational operating system in the technology anxiety group have a positive effect on voluntary technology acceptance. The technology preference group shows that a positive effect on organizational leadership and a negative effect on organizational institutionalization for voluntary technology acceptance. This study analyzed the technology application of the fourth industrial revolution in the organization based on the theory of organizational change. There has been reexamined the organizational change theory based on the new technology acceptance by the change of external environment in the fourth industrial revolution and the importance of technology innovation. As a practical implication, firms that are interested in a new technology of the fourth industrial revolution should prioritize preparing an implementation system when designing organizational changes.

자발적 독자구독료에 영향을 미치는 온라인 뉴스 콘텐츠의 휴리스틱 속성 간 상대적 중요도 분석 (An Analysis of the Comparative Importance of Heuristic Attributes Affecting Users' Voluntary Payment in Online News Content)

  • Traditionally, news was consumed only through printed newspapers and broadcasting media, such as radio and television. However, the Internet has enabled people to consume news content online. Since most of online news content has been provided for free, it is not easy for news providers to charge the fixed subscription fee for online news content. Therefore, as an alternative strategy, some online news providers have tried to adopt the Pay-What-You-Want (PWYW) pricing model, which allows users (readers) to pay as much as they want after consuming news content. As this pricing model shows some possibility to grow and replace the unsuccessful monetization strategy of online news content, we therefore examined the comparative importance of seven heuristic attributes (i.e., article evaluation, article share, article comment, article information design, article length, writer SNS, and writer information) affecting readers' voluntary payment behavior through a conjoint analysis with 379 news articles collected from online news Website (i.e., Ohmynews.com) where the PWYW model has been working successfully. This study found that article share and article length are the most important factors which affect online news content users' voluntary payment. Finally, two major and eight minor propositions are suggested based on the findings of the study. This study would suggest guidelines for how to create online news content which induces much more voluntary payment.

A Study on the Measurement of Voluntary Disclosure Quality Using Real-Time Disclosure By Programming Technology

  • This study focuses on presenting the IT program module provided by real - time forecasting and database of the voluntary disclosure quality measure in order to solve the problem of capital cost due to information asymmetry of external investors and corporate executives. This study suggests a model of the algorithm that the quality of real - time voluntary disclosure can be provided to all investors immediately by IT program in order to deliver the meaningful value in the domestic capital market. This is a method of generating and analyzing real-time or non-real-time prediction models by transferring the predicted estimates delivered to the Big Data Log Analysis System through the statistical DB to the statistical forecasting engine.

  • This is a study to research the effective way to enhance the performance of safety management by gathering and analyzing the information of undesirable occurrences that may result in accident or serious incident. This includes the way to identify the potential hazards related with the proactive activities. As detailed improvements, this paper introduces the mandatory and voluntary reporting system, normal operation safety survey, ATC quality assurance and the encouragement of just culture.

The individual influence factors of voluntary turnover among knowledge workers in China: A case study of Huawei

  • "Knowledge worker" is a term used to describe highly educated people whose role in the workforce involves the use of information and knowledge. Knowledge workers are key to the success of a great many organizations. Many Chinese companies find that the voluntary turnover rate among their knowledge workers is high. The purpose of this paper is to explore, from the perspective of knowledge workers and the characteristics peculiar to them, the factors that influence this high voluntary turnover rate. The models used in this paper, that will enable understanding of the characteristics of knowledge workers in China, are the Chinese Personality Assessment Inventory and the Five Factors Model. In the case of Huawei, analysis using these models leads to the conclusion that the main factors that influence the voluntary turnover of knowledge workers in China are: age; gender; degree of extraversion and how open the person is to new experiences; family orientation; and occupation. This study leads to the conclusion that the company should pay closer attention to three groups: female employees who put a high value on their families; employees from non-R&D departments; and younger employees who show a high degree of openness to new experiences.

한국 자원봉사활동의 관리운영 실태평가와 지원욕구 (An Evaluation of Program Management and The Needs for Outside Support in Korean Voluntary Sector)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 자원봉사담당자들이 보는 우리 나라 자원용사실태에 대한 주관적 평가와 자원봉사관련단체의 지원욕구를 분석하며 자원봉사활동의 활성화를 위한 정책적 함의를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국의 사회복지관련기관, 시민운동단체, 정무관련단체 가운데 자원봉사담당자가 근무하고 있는 것으로 확인된 600개소를 선정하여 이들 담당자들을 대상으로 우편설문조사를 실시하였다. 모두 391개의 설문지를 회수하여 회수율이 65%였고, 이 가운데 응답이 부실한 9명을 제외한 382명에 대해서 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 자원봉사실태에 대한 주관적 평가는 모집, 홍보, 업무배치, 교육훈련, 영역개발, 정보체계의 6개 영역을 대상으로 16개 문항으로 측정되었고, 100점 만점으로 환산하였을 때, 자원봉사담당자들이 보는 우리 나라 자원봉사체계의 평가점수는 낙제수준인 51점으로 나타났다. 특히, 영역개발과 정보체계의 부문이 더욱 열악한 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 현상은 사회복지, 시민운동, 정부관련단체 등 기관의 성격과 관련없이 대부분의 자원봉사관련기관에 공통적으로 나타나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 더하여서, 정부관련단체에 근무하는 자원봉사담당자들의 경우 자원봉사에 대한 정부의 지원과 일반적인 외부의 지원이 더욱 절대적으로 필요하다고 응답하는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과를 근거로 우리 나라 자원봉사활동의 활성화를 위한 전제조건으로 법적지원체계구축, 자원봉사활동의 전문화, 관련기관간의 연계체계구축, 전국적 중앙조직을 통한 리더쉽의 발휘 등을 제시하였다.
