In aspect of stable housing support policy for the rural returning voluntary which is increasing rapidly, it is necessary to plan the suitable rural house. Therefore this paper aims to propose the suitable rural housing type and the directions of rural house planning. The 4-typical life style is summarized through the 531 cases-life style investigation of existing rural resident and the rural returning voluntary in the whole rural area. Based on the typical life style analysis, the suitable rural housing type and planning directions are proposed. I hope this paper will be a useful guide to make the suitable rural house have planning for our generation.

This study investigated the recruitment patterns of ten trunk muscles in isometric exertion tasks, focused on the functional roles (agonist or antagonist). Twelve male students performed maximum voluntary isometric exertion tasks towards six directions: flexion/extension, left/right lateral bending, and clockwise/counter-clockwise twisting. EMG signals from ten trunk muscles and exertion forces were collected. Normalized EMG (NEMG) values were calculated at 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 90 %MVC. The subjects showed a limited capacity in producing twisting moments, approximately 50% of the extension moment, and 70% of lateral bending moments. EMG activity was dependent on the direction and magnitude of the exertion, and also on the functional role. The mean NEMG of agonist was 0.260 and 0.067 for antagonist. Agonists showed the highest mean NEMG in flexion (0.367), while antagonists showed the highest mean NEMG in twisting clockwise/counter-clockwise (0.090/0.106).

In the United States, when NHTSA initiates the vehicle defect investigation, the most of automotive manufactures voluntary start their vehicle's recall campaign immediately. However, in the domestic market, NGOs, medias and even the National Assembly complaint the attitude of domestic and foreign makers tendencies of retardation of recall campaign. Also there were criticism for the manufacturer's concealing or downsize of their vehicle defects to the publics. In general, the manufactures may wait until MLIT's decision to recall orders. Therefore, in this study, from the survey of foreign countries legal recall systems and it is recommended reinforcement of the current vehicle management law to promote more frequent voluntary recall campaign from makers. In this study, it is also includes summarize all previous recall related research works and proposes the more stringent regulations to punish of concealing or downsize their vehicle safety defects.

The purpose of this study was to explore decision making phenomenon of living kidney donation experienced by kidney donors. Data were collected through semi-structured indepth interviews from 12 kidney donors. All interviewes were audiotaped and transcribed verbatim. Constant comparative analysis was used to analyze the data with NUDIST4.0 software program. process have effects on the execution of kidney donation. Based on the degree of "wish to give", three distinct patterns were identified: Voluntary, compromising, and passive. The voluntary decision making was the most frequent one, while the passive the least. The degree of "wish to give" was influenced by intimacy between the donor and the receipient, geographical locations, economical efficiency of kidney transplantation, and religion. Each pattern was explained by describing interfering and facilitating factors as well as other issues occured in the decision making process. The results of this study will help nurses make effective nursing intervention by understanding the characteristics of decision-making patterns and decision-making process to donate a living kidney.

In this study we examined connections between vertebral motion and patterns of muscle activation during voluntary head tracking movements. A Rhesus (Maraca mulatta) monkey was trained to produce sinusoidal tracking movements of the head in the sagittal plane while seated. Radio-opaque markers were placed in the cervical vertebrae, and intramuscular patch electrodes were implanted to record from eight neck muscles. Videofluoroscopic images of cervical vertebral motion, and EMG (electromyographic) responses were simultaneously re-corded. Experimental results demonstrated that head and vertebrae moved synchronously and that motion occurred primarily at skull-C$_1$, C$\_$6/-C$\_$7/ and Csub 7/-C$_1$. Our findings illustrate that although the biomechanical constraints of each species may limit the number of solutions available, it is the task requirements that appear to govern CNS (central nervous system) selection of movement behaviors.

To internalize climate-related external costs from agricultural production and food consumption Pigou taxes and carbon credits increase private costs for food. Voluntary GHG reduction program for carbon-neutral food can be advantageous over such policy measures since they avoid higher food prices for the poor. The pilot project of low-carbon agriculture certification system is to reduce GHG emissions from agricultural production and enhance the competitiveness of domestic agricultural products. This study examines producers', distributors', and consumers' perceptions of the low-carbon agriculture certification system and analyzes alternatives to promote the low-carbon certificated agricultural products.

The tests on the oral capacties which are divided into five groups on centric occlusion position, physiologic rest position, two mm open bite position, four mm open bite position, and maximum opening position of the mandible were conducted on the one hundread normal dental college students and staffs. The aims were to study the changeability of the fundamental oral structure, to get some helpful informations for the full denture wearers and related physiology, and also to find out further experimental standards. The results were as follows; 1. There was also some volumetric space in centric occlusion position. 2. The greater the voluntary opening degree of the mandible was, the greater the oral volumetric capacity was. 3. There were no correlations between the oral capacity and height, weight, and cheek thickness. 4. There were no correlations between the centric occlusion position and physiologic rest position, and voluntary positions of the mandible. 5. The inserted material into the oral cavity was much influential to the physiologic rest position.

The Saemaul Mini-Library system had to start as a purely voluntary grass-roots movement without a tax su n.0, pport. In other words, it had to depend on voluntary contributions in time and labor by the reading club members for its finance and daily maintenance and operation. The purpose of the study is to analyse the actual condition of a Saemaul Mini-Library, which is established in a rural and a fishing village. To meet this purpose, I will survey the function and the meaning of a Saemaul Mini-Library and the main tendency of it-now did it start and how did it develop and I will analyse the general condition of structural factors (establishment, materials, reading club) in a Saemaul Mini-Library.

The current national pension system tends to be sexually discriminatory in that it excludes elderly women. It is because the system is based on family incomes usually earned by men. Considering structural changes in a family - for example, a growing divorce rate, an increasing number of unmarried couples living together, and broken families - and socio-economic changes - such as an improved level of women's education and more female participation in economic activities, this paper will make some suggestions as follows: 1) to introduce basic pension system which guarantees incomes for the elderly with "one pension per person" policy; 2) to enlarge voluntary enrollment; 3) to implement pension credit system which pays women allowances for childbirth and upbringing; 4) to improve ways of allotting retirement pension of a husband; also to provide for an elderly woman both divided pension that derives from her husband's pension and an old-age pension of her own.

Providers for the commercial web sites are seriously competing for attraction and retention of customers. However, customer loyalty in the on-line business could be determined by factors different from those in the off-line business. In this paper, determinants for the customer loyalty in the on-line business are analyzed as two parts. The first part includes determinants that foster voluntary customer loyalty, such as satisfaction, self-involvement, and positive characteristics of Internet. The second part includes determinants that foster involuntary customer loyalty, such as switching barrier and bonds. Through the empirical study of 399 survey of Korean Internet users, both voluntary and involuntary factors contributing to the customer loyalty were found. Also, relationship between the positive characteristics of Internet and customer loyalty were found. The understanding of the determinants of customer loyalty will be an important information developing a winning strategy in the on-line business.
