In this paper, we propose an ATM processor suitable for VoDSL subscriber's equipments. The processor is composed of ATM block, AAL protocol block and ATS scheduler, and provides up to 4 VCC which service data and voice traffics on the ATM network. The proposed ATS scheduler can guarantee QoS of the voice traffic and supports multiple AAL2 packet. The ATM processor is manufactured on the 0.35 micron fabrication line of HYNIX semiconductor and provides the maximum data transfer rate of up to 52 Mbps. We implement the LAD, which is the VoDSL subscriber's equipment. The experimental results on the test bed network shows that the proposed hardware scheme successfully services most of the applications of the VoDSL services.

VoIP는 Packet Netwark(ATM, xDSL, Frame Relay, Cable Network)망을 이용하여 음성데이터를 전송 하는 기술로서 PSTN을 통해 음성데이터를 전송하는 것보다 비용절감의 효과가 크다. 본 연구에서는 최적의 VoIP 서비스 제공을 위한 음성/데이터 통합 네트워크 망을 설계하기 위하여 IP와 ATM을 이용한 서로 다른 2개의 망을 설계하여 지연과 Routing 정책, Traffic 추가 후 지연현상에 대하여 살펴보았다. 지연은 순수한 VoIP 망을 구성 할 경우 8-10ms. VoIP+ATM으로 망을 구성 할 경우 2ms로 나타났고, 라우팅 정책(RIP, IGRP, OSPF 적용)에서는 IP 또는 IP+ATM으로 망을 구성 할 경우 RIP는 25ms, IGRP는 22ms로 나타났고, OSPF를 이용할 경우 14ms로 평가되어 OSPF를 이용한 라우팅 정책을 설정하는 것이 바람직하다고 볼 수 있다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 결과 VoIP망을 구성 할 경우 IP+ATM을 기반으로 구축하면 보다 더 효과적인 인터넷 망을 구성할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

This study presents a result of performance with the design of network topology for voice and data integration under computer network. This network is consisted of FastEthernet, other LANs and ATM WAN(wide area network), and performance evaluation of delay in a PBX+IP network, delay in a VoIP network and delay in a IP+ATM network will be shown. We use parameters including network bandwidth, number of packet, routing protocol(IGRP, OSPF). We simulate integrated of voice and data used PBX. we will study further about the case of integrated of voice and data environments using PBX. and, evaluate IP+ATM WAN average measured network delay and average delay of VoIP network.

본 논문에서는 MPEG-2 비트스트림의 ATM 전송을 위한 DSM-CC U-U 인터페이스 구현에 대해 기술하였다. DSM-CC에서 정의한 주된 기능은 MPEG-2 비트스트림의 VCR과 같은 제어기능과 서비스 도메인을 열람할 수 있는 브라우저 기능이다. 구현된 DSM-CC를 시험하기 위하여 ATM전송을 사용한 VoD 시스템을 구성하였다. 이러한 통합 시스템 구현을 위해 DAVIC에서 정의된 시스템 모델을 사용하여 기본적인 구조를 설계하였고, ATM Forum에서 정의된 표준을 기본으로 ATM 비트스트림 전송 시스템을 구현하였다.

최근 초고속 통신망의 발전과 더불어 망을 통한 멀티미디어 서비스의 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 멀티미디어 서비스의 핵심 요소인 영상서비스에 관련된 많은 개발이 이루어졌다. 이러한 망에서의 영상서비스를 효과적으로 제공하기 위하여, 사용자로부터 요구되는 서비스 품질(QoS : Quality of Service)을 보장하고 관리하는 것이 서비스 제공의 핵심 사항이라 볼 수 있다. 최근 주문형 비디오(VoD : Video on Demand) 서비스와 같은 망을 통한 영상 전송이 실용화되고 있으며, 차세대 영상 압축 방식인 MPEG2 방식을 이용한 전송이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 망을 통한 MPEG2 서비스 시, 종단간의 QoS를 보장해 주기 위한 망 계층과 응용 계층간의 QoS 파라미터 측정과 이를 토대로 한 서비스 제공 및 관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG2를 이용한 영상 전송 시 종단간의 QoS 측정을 위한 VoD 시스템 및 측정기 개발에 관해 논한다.

In this paper, we propose a customer premise platform for processing multimedia data service on the ATM network. The proposed platform has a specific AAL2 processor that includes AAL2 protocol and scheduler algorithm so as to off-load large potion of burden from host processor and make it easy to process multimedia data from the ATM network in real time compared with conventional platform in which AAL/ATM tasks are processed by software. The ATS scheduler that is implemented based on 2-level time slot ring provides a simple and efficient method for scheduling data of VBR-rt, UBR and CBR traffics. TMS320C5402 DSP is used to process voice-related tasks such as voice compression and voice packet manupulation and AAL2 processor is implemented on $0.35\;{\mu}m$ process line. We implemented the customer premise equipment for VoDSL service and tested the proposed platform on a test bed network. The experimental results show that the proposed equipment has the call success rate of $97\%$ at least and provides voice service of toll-qualify.

The electrical conductivity of undoped mtile was measured in the oxygen partial pressure range of $1~10{-23}$atm and temperature range of $700~1300^{\circ}C$ to investigate the defect types and the electrical properties. The data(logu/logPoz) were divided into the five regions. Therefore the five dominant defect types such as $Ti_nO_{2n-1}$, Ti, Vo, Vo due to impurity, and n-p transition or p-type conduction with the Poz and the temperature were proposed. The formation enthalpies calculated from these experimental results were found to be 10.2eV for Ti, and 4. 92eV for Vo in intrinsic range.

이동통신망이 발달하면서 기존의 인프라를 생성하였던 ATM망을 음성서비스에 활용하기 위한 Voice over ATM기술이 많은 발전을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ATM 망에서 Low-bit-rate voice 트래픽을 처리하기 위해 1020개의 커넥션을 지원하는 AAL2 Voice gateway를 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 구현된 AAL2 Voice gateway는 ITU-T Recommendations 1.363.2와 1.366.2에 근거하여 설계하였다. 또한, SSCS(Service Specific Convergence Sublayer)와 CPS(Common Part Sublayer) 부계층을 모두 하드웨어로 구현하였다. 본 AAL2 Voice gateway는 VHDL로 구현되었으며, 이동통신망과 VoDSL의 Voice gateway에서 그 효용 가치가 높을 것으로 사료된다.

This thesis outlines a preparation plan for e-Trade business service regarding tendency development in super-highway information network including internet, cable, and wireless communication. It also explains two perspectives in e-Trade market: changes of circumstances and consumerism, and revitalization devices of Von(Voice over Internet Protocol) service technology for creating new market in rapidly changing IP(Internet Protocol) environment. Plus it illustrates what core competence and progress business organizations must have in current situation, forecasts turns of future e-Trade market, and analyzes technological applications of VoIP service in an extended viewpoint of corporate strategy.

Durch hydrothermale Behandlung wurde das Mineral Duttonit von einem rosafarbenen 4-wertigenvanadin Aquoxid($VO_2{\cdot}H_2O$) synthesiert und davon wurden Einkristallu gezuchtet. Das monokline hydroxid kristallisiert in der Raumgruppe $C_2/c$. Es befinden sich vier formeleinheiten in der Einheitszelle. Die Abmessungen der Elementarzelle betragen; a = 8.78 ${\AA}$; b = 3.94 ${\AA}$; c = 5.95 ${\AA}$; ${\beta}=90^{\circ}$41'.
