This paper proposed resource allocation algorithm for the minimum power consumption of functional unit in high level synthesis process as like DSP which is circuit to give many functional unit. In this paper, the proposed method though high level simulation find switching activity in circuit each functional unit exchange for binary sequence length and value bit are logic one value. To used the switching activity find the allocation with minimal power consumption, the proposed method visits all control steps one by one and determines the allocation with minimal power consumption at each control step.
We consider the problem of estimating binomial proportions in the presence of nonignorable nonresponse using the Bayesian selection approach. Inference is sampling based and Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) methods are used to perform the computations. We apply our method to study doctor visits data from the Korean National Family Income and Expenditure Survey (NFIES). The ignorable and nonignorable models are compared to Stasny's method (1991) by measuring the variability from the Metropolis-Hastings (MH) sampler. The results show that both models work very well.
For patients with systemic diseases who face difficulties visiting dental clinics, wearing fixed partial denture in the anterior region on the same day of tooth extraction can reduce the total period of treatment and the number of visits, as well as post-treatment psychological effect on the patient.
Objectives : The purpose of this study were to measure the effect of factors analyse the associated by the dental treatment fear of level middle school student's, and then to provide basic material which can help to improve adolescent's oral health and dental service. Methods : This subject of study consists of 342 middle schools each 1,2,3 grade Daegu city. The data were collected from July through August 2009, by way of the self-reported questionnaire. The data materials are analyzed by general characteristics and dental service behavior frequency analysis, dental fear of levels general characteristics, dental service behavior, the burden of dental visits, the pain experience of the past ${\chi}^2$-test and dental treatment fear relationship with multiple regression analysis. Results : General characteristics, 56.7% for boys and girls, with 43.3 percent of boys and girls high. dental service behavior in the dental visited was treatment purpose 76.5%, preventive purpose 23.5%. high-level dental treatment fear of the female 60.8%, male 33.0% was higher, The higher age also increased dental fear of the levels, dental services dental visit in 1-2 year the dental fear level of the higher, was statistically significant (p<0.05). Medical purpose 'preventive' than 'treatment' is a higher dental fear. Factors affecting dental treatment fear experiences directly from your pain (${\beta}$=0.116), inadequate anesthesia, treatment experience (${\beta}$=0.126), indirect painful experience (${\beta}$=0.125) in both a statistically significant positive relationship was found (p<0.05). Conclusions : Finally, it is necessary carry out further studies on the improvement of dental service of oral health of adolescent based on the dental treatment fear.
Objectives: This study aimed at revising the Korean Out-patient Groups for Korean Medicine (KOPG-OM, version 1.0) based on clinical similarity and resource use, by using the accumulated claims data, and evaluating the validity of the revised classification system. Methods: A clinical specialist panel involving 19 specialists from 8 Korean medicine (KM) specialty areas reviewed the classification tree, diagnosis groups and procedure groups in terms of clinical similarity. Several models of outpatient grouping were formulated, with the validity of each tested based on the $R^2$ coefficient of determination for the treatment costs of all visits. To add age splits, the variances of treatment costs by age groups were also analyzed. These statistical analyses were performed using KM claims data of National Health Insurance from 2010 to 2012. Results: The classification tree designed via panel discussions was used to allocate outpatient cases to 26 diagnosis groups, with cases involving procedures such as acupuncture, moxibustion and cupping, then allocated to 9 procedure groups in each diagnosis group. The cases without procedures were categorized into the visit index - medication group. This process resulted in 298 outpatient groups. The $R^2$ values for treatment costs of all visits ranged from 0.38 to 0.69 depending on the providers' types. Conclusions: The revised model of KOPG-KM has a higher validity for outpatient classification than the current system and can provide better management of the costs of outpatient care in KM.
This study analyzes use and operation of silver ambulance with 110 patients who had used silver ambulance in Gwangju and Jeonnam regions from June of 2006 to June of 2007 and 53 paramedics who are involved directly in ambulance operation and the results of this analysis are as follows. 1. Users' health conditions, 69.1% of users answered as bad and 67.3% suffered from chronic diseases over 3 months and it was found that they used silver ambulance due to their bad health conditions. 2. Cronbach's alpha was 0.630 and family function index was generally reliable and solution was high as 1.60, but total points were low as 7.11 and it was considered that they had family troubles. 3. On the question of ambulance use, 44.5% answered they used it because it is free, 53.6% used it for appointed medical examination and treatment and 18.1% used it for emergency. 4. Degrees of satisfaction with ambulance and paramedics were 95.4% and 76.4% respectively and 80.0% of ambulance users answered ambulance arrived quickly within 15 min. 5. Correlation($x^2 $) between family or relative's residence and frequency of visits was 86.367 and its significance probability was 0.00 and it was found that it was significant in the level of 0.1%, but correlation($x^2 $) between visitors other than family or relatives and frequency of visits was 14.768 and its significance probability was 0.25 and it was found that it was not significant in the level of 5%. 6. Correlation($x^2 $) between transfer operation speed and mobilization time was found that it was not significant in the level of 5%. Correlation($x^2 $) between their own health condition purpose of ambulance use was 13.802 an 5.696 and its significance probability was 0.93 and it was found that it was not significant in the level of 1%, and it was considered because paramedics carried patients with safe operation.
Purpose: To investigate the clinical characteristics and outcomes among infants and toddlers with failure to thrive (FTT). Methods: This retrospective study was done with 123 patients who had visited Pusan National University Children's Hospital during their first two years of life and had received an FTT diagnosis. We compared the clinical characteristics of the patients based on the causes of their FTT and their ages at the time of first hospital visit. We investigated triggering factors, feeding practices, and outcomes in 25 patients with nonorganic FTT (NOFTT). Results: Eighty cases (65.0%) were NOFTT. The gestational ages, birth weights, and weights at the first visits were significantly lower in patients with organic FTT (OFTT) (p<0.05). Infants who had first visited the clinic at age <6 months had the least z-score. The percentage of patients with severe weight decline was higher in OFTT than in NOFTT (60.0% vs. 17.3%). The z-scores at the follow-up visits were improved after treatment in both of the groups. Preceding infection was the most common triggering factor of NOFTT and persecutory feeding as abnormal behavior of caregiver was observed in 22 cases (88.0%). After treatment with feeding method modification, all patients with NOFTT showed normal growth. Conclusion: Weight decline is more severe in OFTT patients and in younger patients at the first visit. Infants with FTT can attain normal weight gain growth by treating organic diseases and supplying proper nutrition in OFTT, and by correcting abnormal dietary behavior of caregiver in NOFTT.

The purpose of this study was to explore whether there is a point within the range of physical impairment after which the cost of home care exceeds the cost of nursing home care among the elderly who require long-term care. The provision of long-term care for the elderly is a major health policy issue, in part due to the aging of the American population and dramatic increase in health care costs. The framework for this study was guided by Pollak's(1973)model of costs of alternative care settings for the elderly. This study used a retrospective, descriptive correlational design. Physical impairment was measured by the modified Index of Activities of Daily Living(Katz et al. 1963). Cost of care was measured by the average cost per patient per day. The sample for this study included 67 patients receiving long-term care at home from the Long-term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCPs) and 67 patients receiving long-term care in nursing homes. Data were collected on patient characteristics. including activities of daily living and cognitive impairment. and on the number of physician visits. emergency room visits. and hospitalization from the patient records. For each patient. Medicaid cost data for home care services/or nursing home services were collected from the financial department of each home care agency or nursing home. The living costs and informal care costs were estimated for home care patients. The results indicated that the home care sample and the nursing home sample were similar in terms of gender. ethnic background. and marital status. The elderly patients in the home care sample were: however. younger and less physically impaired than those in the nursing home sample. The hypotheses of this study were supported: For elderly persons with physical impairment scores below 12(possible range of 0 to 14), cost of care was lower in home care than in the nursing home care setting. However, for elderly persons with physical impairment scores above 12. the cost of care was higher in home care than in the nursing home care setting. Thus. in this sample for elderly patients with extreme physical impairment, the cost of home care exceeded the cost of nursing home care.
This study explored the relationship between connectedness to nature (CN) and belief on consequences (social, economic, and ecological) of establishing cable car and supportiveness to its establishment in a natural park. It also examined the relationship between socio-demographic and visiting characteristics and CN. Data were collected from 134 visitors in Mudeungsan Provincial Park (MPP) in September, 2010 through field questionnaire survey. CN was measured by using a connectedness to nature scale (CNS) revised from the Mayer and Frantz's (2004) original CNS. CN consisted of two factors: interdependence and independence. CN increased as respondents' age, education level, number of visits to MPP and number of visits to Jungbong area of MPP increase. Respondents with higher CN ratings showed stronger beliefs on negative consequences of the cable car establishment. CN, however, was not related with beliefs on positive consequences of establishing cable cars. Respondents with higher CN showed lower support about establishing cable cars.
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact relation among the visitor satisfaction, it's antecedents and the modification of images of Korea perceived by Chinese and Russian Tourists after their visits to Korea. According to the data analysis, the satisfaction of Russian tourists is higher than that of Chinese tourists within statistical significance. The result produced by structural equation model shows that the satisfaction of Chinese tourists is affected by destination attractiveness, public order, shopping, food and accommodations positively. Especially the public order and shopping of Korea are relative major attributes. In comparison, the satisfaction of Russian tourists is affected by only destination attractiveness, public order and food positively. Then again, the impact relation between overall satisfaction and the modification of images of Korea perceived by tourist visited Korea is affected positively within statistical significance.
