임베디드 리눅스 시스템을 이용하여 OSGi 기반 원격 번들제어 서비스 및 방문자 확인을 위한 웹 카메라 제어를 통한 방문자의 신원을 확인할 수 있는 응용 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 임베디드 시스템에 리눅스와 자바를 포팅하여 오픈 Oscar 프레임워크를 설계하였고, 근거리 통신망을 통해 웹 카메라를 제어할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 또한, 구현 시스템에서 시리얼은 RFID 리더기의 데이터를 수신받아 원격지에서 웹을 통해 방문자의 정보를 확인할 수 있으며, 댁내에서는 무선으로 인터넷을 할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 기본적으로 각 장치의 관리 및 모니터링을 구현할 때 OSGi 기반의 통합된 서비스 제공을 통해 효율적인 홈네트워크 시스템 개발 및 다양한 응용 서비스의 개발 기간을 단축할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

The contribution made by the tourism sector is strategic enough to provide job opportunities and increase the state's foreign exchange which will be followed by development in the information and technology sectors. The population of this study includes all domestic tourists who visit the Batu City Angkut Museum over 17 years of age and who have obtained information via eWOM from other tourists. Based on the measurement, a minimum of 160 respondents must be selected as the research sample. Non-probability sampling techniques are used to select samples. Social media had been used by companies to provide information, services, and products related to tourism, and it was utilized by tourists to share information about their traveling experiences. Nowadays, tourists have become more selective and critical in selecting their destinations as they have become good observant in finding adequate information about certain destinations before deciding to visit the place. This reaction can be influenced by positive eWOM communication, positive image, and trust given to certain tourist destinations. Therefore, improving the number of visits requires the management of certain tourism service companies to apply proper marketing strategy and provide various advantages and best service quality to attract more visitors and give satisfaction to visitors.

This study aims to examine the Visitor's selection attributes and types of preference regarding Rural Theme Village, and gather useful information for establishing differentiated marketing strategies suitable for market segments by the Visitor's selection attributes. In addition, it will contribute to securing competitiveness in providing Visitors with better service by extracting differentiating factors of Rural Theme Villages, and exploring the right direction of Rural Tourism. For the empirical analysis, the attributes were extracted based on the preliminary studies, and a survey was conducted among Visitors and users of Rural Theme Village to examine such factors as importance of selection attributes status, motives of using such Rural Theme Villages, demographic characteristics, and general features of the Rural Theme Villages.

국민들이 무료로 이용할 수 있도록 점진적 확대된 무료관람정책은 문화시설 이용의 장벽을 낮추고 관람객 수요도 크게 증진시키는 효과를 가져왔다. 하지만 각 시설들이 공개하고 있는 연간 관람인원은 집계 대상에 대한 기준이 상이하고, 측정된 값이 정확하지 않으며, 관람객 '수' 라기 보다 '빈도'에 가까운 수준에 그치고 있는 실정이다. 특히 인원을 계수하는 기존의 기기들은(피플카운터) 모두 중복으로 집계되어 관람인원이 과대추정되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 문화기반시설의 이용객을 정확하게 파악하고 집계하는 방안을 마련하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 첫 번째로, 모호하게 측정되고 있는 관람객에 대한 정의를 명확하게 함으로써 비교 가능한 관람객 수를 측정하여야 한다. 두 번째로, 현재 가장 문제점으로 대두되고 있는 '중복 집계'의 문제 해결이 필요하다. 세 번째로, 양질의 서비스제공을 위해서는 '관람객 행태 분석'이 선행되어야 하는데, 이를 위해서는 무엇보다 이용자들의 이동동선이나 체류시간과 같은 다양한 행태를 파악하여야 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 새로운 측정 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 최신의 기술을 활용한 무선신호기반 측정방식(해당 방식은 스마트기기의 고유신호값인 MAC address를 수집함으로써, 중복을 제거한 측정이 가능하며, 또한 관람객의 이동동선, 체류시간, 재방문율 등의 파악이 가능하여 다각적인 관람객 행태 분석도 가능)을 제안하며, 이를 활용한 측정 실험을 통해, 해당 측정방식의 가능성과 실효성을 진단하고자 한다.

After the THAAD crisis, Goyang city's Global Medical Service performance is showing a sharp decline compared to other cities and provinces. In particular, the contraction of participants who can create policy outcomes such as Medical Institutions and Attracting companies has emerged as the biggest problem. Therefore, Goyang City wanted to derive effective marketing policies and establish marketing policies according to their priorities in order to prevent the deaths of the future patient visitor market as well as performance. In order to examine such policy needs more closely, this paper reviewed the Global Medical Service policies of Goyang City based on AHP analysis, and derived a ranking of 28 major policies and preferred policies for each participant. In the future, Goyang City is expected to derive major policy effects by applying the results of this study to the establishment of marketing policies through customized policies for each medical institution type and Patient attraction company.

In this paper, we present a virtual tourist system with realtime 3D visualization and the assistance of context information service. Our system enables a visitor to take a discovering tour on a virtual environment from a remote client by following navigator or by self-navigating. During the tour, the system provides immersive 3D graphics contents while supporting relevant information to the visitors corresponding to their positions in the virtual environment. When the visitors interact with interested objects, the context information service will also support introduction information for presenting about the objects. The introduction information based on text format is represented by a comfortable way-audio conversion to visitors in different languages depended on their preferences using TTS(Text-To-Speak) tool.

본 연구의 목적은 입장료 폐지가 국립공원의 탐방만족도 및 휴양자원, 공원시설, 교통, 탐방서비스, 탐방정보, 탐방분위기라는 국립공원의 관리부문에 미칠 영향을 파악하여 앞으로의 국립공원 관리정책 수립에 기여하는 것이다. 본 연구의 자료는 2006년 가을 가야산 국립공원 탐방객 336명을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 수집되었으며, 기술적 통계분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 1) 국립공원 입장료 폐지에 대해서는 전체 응답자 중 72.6%가 찬성하였다. 2) 입장료가 폐지되면 자연훼손과 쓰레기 투기 등 탐방분위기가 가장 많이 나빠질 것으로 평가되었으며, 상업 숙박시설, 특산품 판매, 축제, 탐방정보 제공은 입장료 폐지 후 개선될 것으로 평가되었다. 3) 응답자들은 입장료가 폐지됨에 따라 탐방만족도가 상당히 저하될 것으로 판단하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 4) 탐방만족도 저하에 가장 기여도가 큰 변수는 탐방분위기 변화수준이며, 가장 영향력이 작은 변수는 휴양자원 변화수준으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 입장료 폐지 후 국립공원 관리정책 방향을 설정하는데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

식물 계절현상을 이용한 축제는 생태계서비스의 한 형태로서 생태계와 인간이 문화적 요소를 통해 서로 상호작용을 하는 예이다. 봄철 식물의 계절현상을 이용한 대표적인 축제는 창원시 진해 군항제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 1987년부터 2013년까지의 벚나무의 계절학적 자료와 군항제 개최시기 및 방문자수를 조사하여 식물계절학과 지역축제와의 상관관계를 파악하였다. 또한 행사기간 중 기상조건 (평균기온, 최저 최고기온, 강수량, 강수일수)과 행사시기특성(년도, 휴일수-토, 일요일 수, 행사기간일수, 행사시작일-개화일 차이)을 파악하여 군항제 방문객수에 영향을 미치는 환경요인을 찾기 위해 노력하였다. 시계열분석 결과 지난 26년 동안 벚나무의 발아일과 개화일의 주기성을 보이지 않거나 나타나더라도 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 방문객의 수에 영향을 미치는 주요인으로는 기온, 일자(day), 강수요인이 추출되었다. 군항제기간의 기온이 방문객수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 벚나무의 개화시기와 행사기간이 불일치하더라도 방문객 수의 차이는 없었다. 따라서 확실성이 떨어지는 개화시기를 맞춰 축제기간을 설정하기 보다는 행사기간을 고정하고 일부 유동적으로 실시할 수 있는 행사프로그램을 개발하고 실시하는 것이 군항제의 성공적인 운영에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of the study was to identify user' satisfaction about universal design in public service center that will be needed for helping planning and design the public service center. This study conducted a questionnaire survey targeting visitor in five district's public service center in Gwangju metropolitan city. A total of 253 responses were analyzed for identifying the level of satisfaction about universal design in public service center. The study also analyzed of the respondents depending on their demographic characteristics. The features of universal design were categorized into supportive design, communicability, safety-oriented design and accessible design, and total 25 specific items were included in the evaluation. Most of the respondents were satisfied with the waiting space, however they showed a lower level of satisfaction toward the information materials space. Those with a higher education attainment tended to be associated with stronger satisfaction with common space and information materials space. Groups with a lower age were more likely to be satisfied with common space and public service space. Also female tended to show a stronger degree of satisfaction with common space than male. The findings from this study should provide a guideline for planning and design the public service center.

2007년 국립공원 입장료 폐지 후 한라산국립공원 탐방객이 지속적으로 증가함에 따라 적정 이용 수준에 대한 관심이 높아졌다. 본 연구는 한라산국립공원의 적정 수용력 관리에 필요한 영향지표 및 평가기준과 이를 활용할 수 있는 수용력 지표관리프로그램 개발을 위해 수행되었다. 전문가 설문조사를 통해 8개의 영향지표(계곡수질, 탐방객 수, 탐방로 훼손정도, 혼잡 등)를 선정하였으며, 각 영향지표별 현지 조사를 통해 실험적 평가기준을 제시하였다. VERP 모델을 이용한 수용력 지표관리프로그램은 자원 및 탐방행태 변화에 대한 과학적인 분석과 국립공원의 지속 가능성을 평가하는데 효율적일 것이다. 또한, 통합 데이터 관리 및 활용으로 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하여 합리적인 의사결정을 내릴 수 있는 업무수행을 지원한다.
