AHP분석을 통한 도로 교통안전지킴이 로봇 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Road Traffic Safety Moderator Robot using AHP)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to analyze the requirements of the road traffic safety moderator robot when road repairing. The road traffic safety moderator robot is road traffic safety equipment and to conversions mechanical engineering and IT when road repairing. METHODS : The study used AHP based on the survey from road repair related expert that field engineers, design engineers, public officials and professors. The survey used paired comparison. The survey items were safety, convenience and economics. The safety is classified as visibility or efficiency, the convenience is classified as utility or mobility and the economics is classified as initial investment cost or maintenance $ management cost. The survey alternatives were the road traffic safety moderator robot, traffic regulation by human, traffic regulation by mannequin and traffic signs. The software for AHP is Expert Choice 2000. RESULTS : The results of AHP analyze, the weighted value of safety was analyzed with the highest at 0.488 of survey items. The weighted value of convenience was analyzed at 0.295, the weighted value of economics was analyzed at 0.218. The results of the road traffic safety moderator robot, the weight value of efficiency and utility were analyzed with the highest at 0.284 and 0.259 of alternatives. The weighted value of initial investment cost and maintenance & management cost were analyzed with the lowest at 0.203 and 0.211 of alternatives. The consistency test results of each items, null hypothesis is rejected because the CR values were 0.000 respectively. Therefore, the study results are consistency. CONCLUSIONS : The result of this study, overall value of the road traffic safety moderator robot came off second-best of other alternatives. The road traffic safety moderator robot has been received highest praise by the result of the study as good road traffic safety equipment when road repairing because the weighted values of efficiency and utility were analyzed with the highest of survey items. The efficiency mean securing safety and the utility mean practical assistance when road repairing. The results of this study showed that the road traffic safety moderator robot will effective for traffic safety when road repairing. economics and visibility are that supplementation of the road traffic safety moderator robot because the weighted values of economics and visibility were analyzed with the lowest of survey items. The consistency test results are consistency because the CR values were 0.000 respectively.

  • This paper studies on the visibility of dashboard in forklift. As part of the real setting devised for this study, 1. Important evaluation by males experience in forklift driving, 2. Icon cognition experiment, 3. Gage cognition experiment, subjects were asked to estimate the important evaluation, sketched to icon and gage position on the screen. Subjective evaluations were carried out by semantic differential method, sketch method, sketch method, then analyzed by consistency test, frequency rate and T-test. I gather the results concerning the relationship between consistent answers and cognition rates of dashboard understand the conditions which create a desired instrument panel.

  • When developing a new GPS receiver module, the essential problems are evaluation of reliable algorithms, software debugging, and performance comparison between algorithms to find optimal solution. Most GPS receiver modules nowadays use a correlator to track signals from satellites and an MCU (Micro Controller Unit) to control operations of the entire module. The problem of software evaluation from MCU is very difficult, due to limitation of MCU resources and low ability of interfacing with user. Normally, user has to expense special tool kit for a limiting access to MCU but it is also hard to use. This article introduces an implementation of a GPS receiver test bed using correlator GP2021 interfacing with ISA (Industry Standard Architecture) PC bus. This way can give user complete control and visibility into the operation of the receiver, then user can easily debug program and test algorithms. For this article, the least square method is implemented to test the hardware and software performance.

매스미디어가 여성의 의복과 메이크업 및 헤어이미지에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Mass Media on Women's Clothing Image, Make-up Image and Hair Image)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mass media on women's clothing image, make-up image, and hair image. The subjects of the study were 306 women who lived in Gyeongnam area. Data were collected during June in 2009. Statistical analysis used in this study were frequency, F-test, t-test, Duncan test, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The results of this study were as follows. The mass media according to the demographic characteristic of women showed significant difference. Three factors of clothing image were titled as elegance, youth, and visibility. Three factors of make-up image were titled as modern, romanticism, and mediocrity. Four factors of hair image were titled as attraction, individuality, gentleness, and cuteness. The mass media resulted in correlation with the clothing image, make-up image, and hair image. The mass media had a influence on the clothing image, make-up image, and hair image. The study results are highly expected to be used as useful sources in one's image formation and a marketing plan.

Research Trends for Performance, Safety, and Comfort Evaluation of Agricultural Tractors: A Review

  • Background: Significant technological development and changes happened in the tractor industries. Contrariwise, the test procedures of the major standard development organizations (SDO's) remained unchanged or with a little modification over the years, demanding new tractor test standards or improvement of existing ones for tractor performance, safety, and comfort. Purpose: This study focuses on reviewing the research trends regarding performance, safety and comfort evaluation of agricultural tractors. Based on this review, few recommendations were proposed to revise or improve the current test standards. Review: Tractor power take-off power test using the DC electric dynamometer reduced human error in the testing process and increased the accuracy of the test results. GPS signals were used to determine acceleration and converted into torque. High capacity double extended octagonal ring dynamometer has been designed to measure drawbar forces. Numerical optimization methodology has been used to design three-point hitch. Numerous technologies, driving strategies, and transmission characteristics are being considered for reducing emissions of gaseous and particulate pollutants. Engine emission control technology standards need to be revised to meet the exhaust regulations for agricultural tractors. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) program has been used to design Roll-Over Protective Structures (ROPS). Program and methodology has been presented for testing tractor brake systems. Whole-body vibration emission levels have been found to be very dependent upon the nature of field operation performed, and the test track techniques required development/adaptation to improve their suitability during standardized assessment. Emphasizes should be given to improve visibility and thermal environment inside the cab for tractor operator. Tractors need to be evaluated under electromagnetic compatibility test conditions due to large growing of electronic devices. Research trends reviewed in this paper can be considered for possible revision or improvement of tractor performance, safety, and comfort test standards.

수목차폐율을 고려한 가시선 분석 시뮬레이션 (LOS Analysis Simulation considering Canopy Cover)

  • 가시선 분석 결과에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로는 지형고도, 장비의 성능 그리고 수목에 의한 차폐를 들 수 있다. 수목 차폐는 계절별로 달라지고, 수목의 밀도, 수목고 등에 의해 그 값이 변화하므로, 현실적인 가시선 분석 결과에 많은 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 NDVI와 수치지도 속성자료인 수목차폐 자료를 상관시켜 수목차폐율 값을 생성하고 이에 의한 가시선 분석을 실험지역 6개 관측지점에 대하여 수행하였다. 실험 결과, 식생 지수 NDVI와 차폐율은 상관성이 있으며, 이를 기반으로 새로운 차폐율 지도를 생성할 수 있었다. 또한 가시선 분석 결과 기존 차폐율을 고려한 가시선 분석 결과와 가시면적 차이가 있었으며, 특히 가시영역의 공간적 분포 차이가 두드러졌다.

로프를 이용한 수중수색 방법이 인명구조 시간에 미치는영향 (Effect of Underwater Search Method Using Rope on Life Rescue Time)

  • 이 연구는 내수면의 수난사고 중에서도 수중수색 부분에 한정하고, 수중 5m에서 5가지 수중탐색 방법과 인명구조 시간을 분석하였다. 실험대상자는 10명으로. 반원 탐색은 259초로 가장 길었고, 변형된 왕복 탐색 방법은 78.60초로, 평균 180.04초의 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 실험대상자 B, D는 수중탐색 평균 시간이 각각, 199초, 202초로 비슷한 수치를 나타내었다. 실험대상자 C는 수중탐색 평균 시간이 209초로 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 그 이유는 수중 시계의 불량으로 인한 불안감 가중 및 과도한 긴장에서 기인한 것으로 보인다. 실험대상자 A는 수중수색 시간이 187초로 유의하게 낮게 나타났다. 그 이유는 E의 경력이 실험대상자 중 가장 많고, 시계가 불량한 한강에서의 잠수 경험이 풍부하여 나타난 결과로 보인다. 편리성은 반원 탐색은 6~7로 낮게, 변형된 왕복 탐색이 8~9로 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 시계가 불량한 한강에서의 수중탐색 방법으로 가장 적합한 구조 방법은 변형된 왕복 탐색 방법으로 판단된다.

색 재현 개선을 위한 CIELAB 색 공간 기반의 향상된 Multi -scale Retinex (Enhanced Integrated Multi-scale Retinex based on CIELAB Color Space for Improving Color Reproduction)

  • 본 논문에서는 디지털 영상의 지역적 계조 재현과 함께 입력 영상의 색상을 유지하는 영상 향상 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 지역적 계조 재현 방법인 통합된 다중 크기의 Retinex는 영상이 가지는 어두운 영역의 가시성 향상을 통한 향상된 계조 재현 결과를 가져왔다. 그러나 IMSR을 포함한 대부분의 지역적 계조 재현 방법은 RGB 색 공간에서 수행되어 인간시각시스템에 의해 인지되는 색상의 왜곡이 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 색상의 왜곡을 줄이는 계조 재현을 위하여 장치 독립적인 CIELAB 색 공간에서 색상를 유지하고 높은 대비와 자연스러운 영상을 얻기 위한 계조 재현 및 채도 보상 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 먼저 CIELAB 색 공간에서 $L^*$값에 대해 IMSR 정규화 및 단순한 사상 함수를 수행하여 가시성을 향상 시킨다. 또한, sRGB 색역 경계값을 이용하여 LC 평면에서 밝기 변화에 대한 선형적인 채도 보상을 수행하였다. 그 결과 입력 영상의 계조 재현을 통해 가시성이 향상되었고, 기존의 IMSR과 비교하여 색상의 왜곡이 줄었으며, 주관적인 평가를 수행하여 비교 평가 하였다.

SNIPE 초소형위성용 Iridium 통신 모듈의 가시성 분석 (Visibility Analysis of Iridium Communication for SNIPE Nano-Satellite)

  • 국내 초소형위성의 경우 개발 사례가 지속적으로 늘어나는 것에 비해 초기의 통신 성공률이 상대적으로 낮다. 이러한 상황에서 최근 상용 위성통신망을 활용한 저궤도 위성의 통신사례가 늘고 있으며, 이에 한국천문연구원, 한국항공우주연구원 및 연세대학교에서 개발하고 있는 SNIPE 프로젝트에서는 이리디움(Iridium) 모듈을 이용한 초소형위성의 통신링크를 시험하고자 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이리디움 위성군에 대한 궤도 및 통신환경과 SNIPE 위성의 이리디움 모듈 및 자세지향 모드를 고려한 이리디움 모듈의 가시성을 분석하였다. 저궤도 위성의 경우 높은 고도에 따른 상대적으로 적은 이리디움 통신 커버리지 및 이리디움 통신망에서 고려하고 있는 도플러 변화량에 비해 높은 변화량에 따른 통신 가능성이 제한되었다. 이러한 이유로 인해 이리디움 위성군과의 상대적인 승교점 적경각의 차이에 따라 좀 더 많은 성능 차이를 보이는 것을 확인해 볼 수 있었다. 마지막으로 초소형위성의 초기 사출시 발생되는 회전운동 상태에 대한 통신 모듈의 가시성 분석을 통해 해당 기술에 대한 활용 가능성을 분석해 보았다.

Enhanced SBAS Integration Method Using Combination of Multiple SBAS Corrections

  • In this parer, we propose a new way of improving DGNSS service using combination of multiple SBAS information. Because SBAS uses Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO) satellites, it has very large coverage but it can be unavailable in urban canyon because of visibility problem. R. Chen solved this problem by creating Virtual Reference Stations (VRS) using the SBAS signal [1]. VRS converts SBAS signal to RTCM signals corresponding its location, and broadcast the converted RTCM signals over the wireless internet. This method can solve the visibility problem cost effectively. Furthermore it can solve DGNSS coverage problem by creating just a transmitter instead of a reference station. Developing above method, this paper proposes the methods that integrate two or more SEAS signals into one RTCM signal and broadcast it. In Korea, MSAS signal is available even though it is not officially certified for Korean users. As a Korean own SBAS-like system, there is the internet-based KWTB (Korean WADGPS Test Bed) which we developed and released at ION GNSS 2006. As a result, virtually two different SBAS corrections are available in Korea. In this paper, we propose the integration methods for these two independent SBAS corrections and present the test results using the actual measurements from the two systems. We present the detailed algorithm for these two methods and analyze the features and performances of them. To verify the proposed methods, we conduct the experiment using the logged SBAS corrections from the two systems and the RINEX data logged at Dokdo monitoring station in Korea. The preliminary test results showed the improved performance compared to the results from two independent systems, which shows the potential of our proposed methods. In the future, the newly developed SBASs will be available and the places which can access the multiple SBAS signals will increase. At that time, the integration or combination methods of two or more SBASs will become more important. Our proposed methods can be one of the useful solutions for that. As an additional research, we need to extend this research to the system level integration such as the concept of the decentralized W ADGPS.
