Current terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (T-DMB) is conducting the emergency alert broadcast, or can view a variety of broadcasting. However, propagation shadow area is a situation where the service is limited due to limitations of facilities investment. In addition, there is the problem of T-DMB broadcasting is for viewing only a restricted area and a mobile device because the mobile is also T-DMB viewing device impossible. In this paper, it receives a T-DMB broadcasting as a way to solve the problems of the T-DMB system, which was studied the re transmission to the mobile device. Accordingly, by receiving the broadcast may be watched in the mobile device the T-DMB reception impossible. Also provides a one-way/two-way authentication mechanism using a conditional access function, and the system was configured so that the user can watch only the registered broadcasting.
This study analyzed visitors' behaviors in the viewpoint of Attraction Power and Holding Power of exhibits on the basis of exhibition layout of real science museums. Through the analysis, the study grasped efficiency of analysis index and exhibition environment elements which might have an effect on planning the exhibition space of a large-scale museum and producing detailed ranges of exhibition. The main indicators used are: 1. Attraction Power: it indicates the relative incidence of people who have stopped in front of an object/exhibit during the exhibition tour. It is calculated by dividing the number of people who stop by the total number of people who have visited the museum or gallery. 2. Holding Power: it measures the average time spent in front of an information/communication element. It is calculated by dividing the average time of stay by the time "necessary" to read an element. As a result of analyzing the exhibition areas of National Science Museum (Daejeon) and National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation(Tokyo), the Holding Power was found to be relatively lower than the Attracting Power. This means that 3.5 out of 10 visitors stop in front of the exhibit in 6 exhibition areas, and among these, only 1/10 is used when compared to the user required time of the exhibits. In other words, like the method of deriving an analysis index, the stage of viewing can be categorized as Attracting Power and Holding Power, and because the stage from Attracting Power to the stage of Holding Power are strongly linked, it shows that it is not easy to display a meaningful result. Except, the general distribution of Attracting Power was shown to be high from the entrance area of the exhibition hall based on the standard of viewing sequence. Also, the Holding Power became sequentially lower according to the sequence of exhibition viewing and displayed a meaningful interrelationship with the distribution ratio of island exhibits. In the case of island exhibition method, it is less influenced by the movement flow of visitors when compared to the wall type method of exhibition and can be understood as an exhibition method that provides spatial chances enabling stopping and viewing.
In this paper we propose a novel electrode structure for high transmittance in the Patterned Vertical Alignment (PVA) LC cell. Normally, the transmittance of PVA LC cell is depended on the shape of the electrode and cell gap. We studied the area decreasing the transmittance through the electrode structure for wide viewing angle and proposed new electrode design to change LC director configuration in the area. We use the 'TechWiz LCD' for calculation of the director configuration and optical characteristics. We show the comparison of the calculated optical transmittance between the conventional PVA mode and the proposed PVA mode. From the results, we confirm that the optical transmittance of the proposed structure of the PVA cell becomes higher.
For the spatial experience of spectators visiting a museum, the route search of trying to follow the spatial structure or production of exhibition and the information search of trying to see are accomplished at the same time. In such process, the spectator's reaction of visual perception produces the result of emotional reaction and action exchanged between human and space by going through the recognition and perception on the target of environment factor. For the spatial experience of a spectator, the reaction of visual perception which interacts according to the exhibit and exhibition environment within space according to viewing purpose, interest and concern of spectator comes out as visual activity which is an activity to understand the spatial information shown as various activities according to spatial structure and unfolding characteristics of the display. The purpose of this study is to identify The Correlation of Spectator Movement Created According to Structural Form of Exhibition Area Based on Interaction between Exhibition Area Structure and Spectator to utilize as basic material while designing museum exhibition using isovist field which is a quantitative analysis tool of spectator's visual behavior and spatial structure at each exhibition area.

The purpose of this study is to quantitatively measure the view target and the view area through the selection of landscape control point by selecting Jimyeong-dong Dong-gu and Yeongyeong-dong Buk-gu Daegu, which are planned as the large scale housing complex development area, as the target places. It is very meaningful that from the simulation based on this measurement, the improvement methods are attempted to be suggested at the project level. The results of this study are as follows. First, the total number of viewing targets derived from the literature analysis for the selection of the viewing targets was 24, and finally derived main viewing targets were 4 places. Second, the total number of selection criteria of the derived landscape control point was 15, and these were re-categorized as prospect, accessibility and publicness according to the common property. The preliminary LCPs were selected by measuring the publicness and accessibility, and because of the said measurement, a total of 43 preliminary LCPs were selected. The final LCPs were selected by estimating the prospect of the selected preliminary LCPs, and as a result of estimation, a total of 29 final LCPs were selected. Finally, the total number of evaluation indicators derived from literature analysis was 26. Because of the valuation by the landscape control point, it was found that the 2 view areas were the I grade, 3 areas were II grade and 3 areas were the V grade, the lowest grade among 29 view areas. From the analysis on problems for the improvement methods, 4 improvement-indicators including the diversity of land mosaic were selected for the view area-1 without considering the development project drawing. In addition, for the view area-2 with considering the development project drawing, the landscape as the scenery forests was well formed, and the arrangement of architectures for the security of view corridor was right angle arrangement, and their floor number was 10.
Purpose: This study was to design wide angle mobile camera corrected optical distortion for peripheral area, which were reduced optical distortion and TV distortion by using 4 aspherical lenses. Methods: The optical design was satisfied with ${\pm}1%$ optical distortion in viewing angle of $95^{\circ}$ and total length of optical system was less than 4.5 mm which was considering a thickness of mobile camera. 1/3.2 inch (5M) CCD sensor was used in the optical system and set design condition to satisfy MTF which was over than 20% in 140 lp/mm. Results: Optimized wide angle mobile camera showed ${\pm}1%$ optical distortion in full field of $95^{\circ}$ viewing angle and TV distortion was 0.46% so that distortion of peripheral area was reduce. MTF showed over than 20% in every field. Ray aberration and astigmatism were small amount so that it showed stable performance. Conclusions: Obtain wider and clearer view which is reduced image distortion of surrounding area via optical method in wide angle mobile camera which has wider view angle than current mobile camera. And it was able to fix a demerit when it occurred via software correction. It is able to apply to study of camera which is related to spectacles.
This study aimed to examine the urban families and rural families in tenns of life styles on Saturday-with-no-school. The subjects were the 386 parents whose children were in the first or second grade in rural or urban area. The instruments of analysis were time diary method and parents' stress scale developed by Kim & Kang(l997). The main results were as follows: First, in comparison with urban children, rural children spent more time in viewing TV and playing computer but spend less time in sleeping. field trip and cleaning on Saturday-with-no-school. Second, the difference of child-rearing time between mothers and fathers was less marked in urban area than in rural area. Rural fathers spent more time in watching TV or playing computer, while rural mothers spent more time in feeding and bathing of their children, helping their children do homework, and total child-rearing. Third, unlike urban parents, rural parents ddid not have much parenting stress on Saturday-with-no-school. These results show that there is a need to focus on rural parents in the preparation for introduction of 5 days-school-week system.
This study is on Yun Seon Do's site located at Bogildo, Wando-gun, Jeonnam, compares the relics found through excavation to literature records and examines the character of relics and architectural features of the site. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, bridge and pond including Goksudang and Seojae mentioned in related literatures were found around Goksudang. In the spatial composition, the area was divided into three using the stream from the valley and pond including buildings was built at each area. Each area was connected through Honggyo, Yueuigyo, and Ilsamgyo bridges and intentionally lengthened movement was considered as the space production technique to see the valley, and upper and lower pond. Second, 11 building relics, pond and fence were confirmed around Nakseojae. The transformative process of these relics could be divided into three periods. The 1st of these period was when Yun Seon Do lived there and Mumindang, pond and waterway were arranged as straight axis. Third, Dongcheonseoksil consisted of building relics (1) for preparing for and drinking tea and pavilion (building relics(2)) and pond, and these were static with nature and used as contemplative space for viewing.
This study aims to contemplate the archetypal landscape of a scenic site, Suseungdae area in Hwangsan-maeul village, Geochang-gun by reference research and field surveys and drew the results as follows. First, Since Seong Yundong(成允仝; 1450-1540) embarked on operating the Suseungdae in Eonari(魚川) in 16th century, Shin Gwon(愼權, 1501-1573) and Im Hun(林薰, 1500-1584) took a major role of establishing the archetypal landscape of the area. Henceforth, numerous scholars had kept exploring the scenery and completing the archetypal landscape of the area until the 19th century. Second, the locations of 50 archetypal landscape elements, including "Guyeon-dong sipgugyeong(龜淵洞十九景)" which are dispersed along the Wicheon, has been identified. On the base of this, the archetypal landscape of Suseungdae area is figured out as the 'Guyeon-dong(龜淵洞)' area coming down from 'Cheoksuam(滌愁巖)' to 'Byeoram(鼈巖)'. Third, many archetypal landscape elements are from the locations along the river. Among them, the ones named with rock: Am(巖) and Seok(石), which are shapes of turtles or terrapins, take the high rate and so do the ones named with 'Dam(潭)', which are waterscape. Fourth, among the cultural landscape elements, there are many garden structures such as Nujeong(樓亭) and Seowon(書院), which are located at the spots of viewing the landscape and the structures like banks, bridges and dams are also included. Furthermore, the letters engraved on the rocks are mainly about the landscape elements and are sometimes about the records of building and operating the landscapes by the people who were appreciating the arts and nature. Based on the range and characteristics of the archetypal landscape in Suseungdae area from this study, it is needed to take follow-up studies on the guidelines for efficient management by means of classifying the detailed fields so that there are no negative factors conflicting with the adjacent land use.
