The representative study of Patellofemoral Joint Merchant method can show the view for inspection of the sulcus angle, congruence angle and diagnose whether there are the vertical fractures and recognize the degree of dislocation and patella subluxation. However, anatomical correlation about the degree of knee joint curvature changes during position adjustment and distortion of the image reduces reproducibility. In order to resolve these problems, Merchant method needs to use assisting device which reduces the occurrence of repeat projection and effectively to increase unification of examination and the consistency of the image. However, there are disadvantages for patients who take other examinations. For example, they have to change the position for every examination and it might cause the patient's discomfort and increase of examination time. In this study, we newly devised commercial assisting device which improves the reproducibility of the images and reduces inconvenience of patients movement. Further research should be taken to obtain a image without patient's movement and to reduce the time of the examination than existing method.

1. It is man that plays a important role in doing harm to ecology. So human ought to understand ecology and develop their mind considering a ecology through practicing Noble eightfold Path(入正道) austerities. 2. With a view of traditional Korean medicine, it is accomplished the circulation between human and heaven and earth by Qi. And then these are inter-transformed essence, Qi and spirit and carry out unification themselves by coexisting with university. 3. I consider 'Well-being' is man-centered thinking countering to the view of ecology. Then the health of body and spirit is accomplished through the life harmonizing with nature incidentally. 4. It is need for realizing that man and nature have the mercy of Buddha in order to purify a ecosystem and our human society through practicing austerities and meditation. 5. Spirit is regarded as the important thing on Buddhism and traditional Korean medicine based on Orientalism. The purification of human mind is very important for maintaining of a ecosystem through practicing austerities and meditation.

Since a declaration between North and South Korea was adopted, North and South Korea has strengthened the interchange and cooperation between each other in many fields. Especially, the interchange and cooperation in the field of industrial property right, such as patent and trademark, are required to keep up with the age of the knowledge industry. But, until a recent date, there has been little interchange or cooperation in the field of industrial property right, and a few major companies were attempt to apply for the patent in North Korea through the Third country The system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea are very different because of time and political ideology barriers. To unify the system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea, firstly, North and South Korea must try to recognize and understand the dissimilarity between them. In this article, I compared the system of industrial property law of South Korea with that of North Korea to search commonalities and dissimilarities. Furthermore, it is needed to establish systematic devices for understanding of between North and South Korea, for instance, conducting a interdisciplinary seminar or dispatching a judge mutually. Finally, it is necessary to phase in a practical plan for unification. In the short run, mutual application and registration have to be authorized, and in the long view, unifying the practice of industrial property law service is needed. At the conclusion, the industrial property laws in North and South Korea can be unified systematically. In other words , to unify system of industrial property laws in North and South Korea, it is prerequisite that mutual understanding of industrial property laws and performance of the unify plan. The interchange and cooperation in this field will not only promote technical development but also create common interests of North and South Korea by expanding an opportunity for creating and utilizing industrial property.

In this article, I have analyzed the signification of the death of Don Quijote from the oriental religious and philosophical point of view, comparing with the novels of Kim, DongRi. We are able to read Cervantes' hope for his absolute ideal to be lasting forever via the death of Don Quijote, in the base of a strong will named of Gukyeong's life. In the same time, we can also discovery death as lasting of life in the basis of buddhist idea and death as the unification with nature via the meeting between the living and the dead in the Montesinos Cave. Montesinos Cave symbolizes a unclassified and chaotic space, which the Shamanist can meet the dead with a extatic ceremony and both supernatural life and daily life coexist. Therefore, the symbolic death of Don Quijote in Montesinos Cave is abe to be explained by approaching to absolute freedom named of Hatal, in other words, voluntary and conscious death to escape from the yugo of being. Considering the fact that Kim, Dongri emphasized on the unification of sky, earth and human being, keeping a racial identification in the face of the stream of occidental materialism in the time of Japanese conquest, we can look for the similarity with Cervantes' ideal. Contrary to the religious dogmatic ideal, Cervantes treated to recover the human nature and vitality, transcending the occidental rationalism and religious ideology in the time of Counter-reformation.

The parties in the trade can have full autonomy and can resolve disputes independently, impartially and without delay by selecting arbitration by agreement. Korea and Japan had revised their Arbitration Laws to incorporate as many provisions of the 1985 UNCITRAL Model Law as possible. Japan had amended its century-old arbitration law, becoming the 45th country to adopt the UNCITRAL Model Law on International commercial arbitration. New Arbitration Law was enacted as Law No.138 of 2003 and effective on March 1, 2004, is applicable to both national and international arbitration. Korea had amended its arbitration law on December 31, 1999 and its New Arbitration Law incorporates the most of the 1985 UNCITRAL Model Law as Japan. Arbitration must be popular in resolving international commercial disputes in Northeast Asian bloc in order to increase the volume of intra-trade in the Northeast Asian bloc. But in order for the parties to make use of arbitration in the bloc, the arbitration laws of nations in the bloc must have similarity and unification. As Korea and Japan playes important roles in the bloc, both nations's arbitration laws must be studied in view of similarity and difference to unify both nations' arbitration laws by way of showing an example. Therefore, this paper deals with both nations' arbitration laws in view of comparative law to unify their arbitration laws and Northeast Asian Nations' arbitration laws.

동서간의 냉전을 종식하고 탈 이데올로기 시대에 돌입한 세계정세는 체제와 이념을 극복하고 자국의 경제적 이익과 국민의 복지를 중심으로 하여 자국 우위의 경제 중심으로 변해가고 있다. 이러한 세계 정세 속에서 경쟁력을 확보하고 분단된 민족의 화합을 위하여 남북한이 통일되어야 할 것이다. 남북한이 통일되면 문명의 큰 흐름이 정보사회로 변전하는 이때에 정보를 효과적으로 수집, 가공, 축적 제공하는 제도적 장치인 도서관 정책과 제도를 어떻게 운용할 것인가 하는 과제는 국가의 중대사이다. 그런 관점에서 이 연구는 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 통일을 대비하여 민족도서관을 건설하는데 있어서 1) 정보사회형 정책과 제도 개렴 2)민족문화중심의 정책과 제도개념을 도입하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 통일에 앞서 우선적으로 남북한 도서관간의 협력구도를 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 협력은 종합목록의 작성, 자료의 상호대차, 자료의 공동활용을 위한 표준화된 목록규칙의 작성, 학위논문의 교환 등과 같은 실질적 이익을 가져다 주는 부분에서부터 시작해서 점차 자원을 필요로 하는 영 역으로 확산되어 야 한다. 셋째, 통일을 대비한 도서관 정책과 제도를 개발하는 일은 지배 모델로서의 통합흡수형이 아닌 상호의존 모델로서의 병존협력의 개념위에서 수행되어야 한다. 넷째, 통일을 대비한 도서관 정책원리에는 1) 자유경쟁의 논리 2) 사회교육을 통한 의식의 개혁 3) 자주의식과 인류애 4) 과학적 내지는 합리적 사고 5) 직업에 대한 소명의식 6) 민주시민정신 7) 공동체의식 8) 공익정신 9) 세계정신을 포함시킬 것이 요구된다. 다섯째, 통일을 대비한 도서관 제도모형은 남북한의 도서관이 1) 도서관의 위상통일 2) 도서관 정책 및 제도 전문연구기관의 설립 3) 전문인력의 교류 4) 정보자료의 교류 5) 학술정보망의 구축 6) 문헌정보학 교육체계의 확립과 수준향상 7) 현대화 및 정보기술 개발과 이양 등을 내용으로 갖추고 그 구체적인 사안들을 공동 개발할 필요가 있다. 끝으로 남북한의 도서관은 그 개념, 운영목적, 자원의 내용 및 이용방법 등이 모두 상이하다고 할 수 있다. 도서관의 존재이유와 그 실용성의 측면들을 고려할 때, 남북한의 도서관은 통일이라고 하는 사회적 변화에 직면하여 그 충격이 최소한의 것이 되도록 상호 공조체제를 구성할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the educational philosophy, goal, method, content, and environment of ecologically-oriented alternative elementary schools and suggest several practical methods for alternative education. Both ecologism and alternative education pursue sustainable values. The educational content of ecologically-oriented alternative elementary schools, analyzed from the view of sustainable development, focuses most on the natural resources, biodiversity, and sustainable food production, and also include human rights, peace and security, unification, cultural diversity, and health food in terms of the social sustainability and sustainable production and consumption concerning economic sustainability. This study should help environmental education become establish its possibility and position as alternative education and be recognized of its educational value. Furthermore, based on the cases of ecologically-oriented alternative elementary schools that are becoming 'garden of environmental education' as sustainable development education, it should lead to 'education communicating with environmental education at schools'.

Transportation routes by land like a human being blood vessel should exist for economic and trade exchange in Northeast Asia. Thinking from this point of view. I believe that TSR(Trans Siberian Railroad) and TCR(Trans Chinese Railroad). which will be connected with I would like to talk about .not only the effects of various international railroads and their connections but also economic activation TKR(Trans Korean Railroad). can play important roles. In this study, and effects in Northeast Asia which will be resulted from various international railroads construction. I tried to figure out comparative superiority and comparative advantage of the trade structure and industries in South and North Korea to find out the possibility of economic unification in East Asia. especial1y in Northeast Asia. This study also includes the effort to find out how trade exchange between South and North Korea can be expanded as a result of being a member of East Asia economic zone.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the Untied Nations' efforts for peace on Korean peninsular after CCF's participation in Korean War. The Untied Nation tried to negotiate th peace plan between two sides from the end of 1950. Once the CCF's entry into the war had been confirmed, the war situation moved to a new phase, and the UN forces, which had guided the war in an effort to destroy the NKP A forces, and to punish North Korea, had to set up new guidelines to cope with the new situation. Accordingly, in late November, 1950, the UN forces camp, mainly the US Joint Chiefs of Staff and the United Nations Command, discussed various options, such as an expansion of the war up to the Chinese territory, a cease fire along the 38th Parallel, or a forced and inevitable evacuation. The Korean delegation to the UN insisted that "the unification of Korea should be achieved only by victory in the war. The Chinese intervention in the war is a Challenge to the UN in the same way as the North Korean invasion. The UN participation in the war was to repulse the invasion. With the same spirit we should drive back the Chinese Communists." The Korean delegation also emphasized to the friendly nations the political objective and will of unification, and that a cease fire at a threshold of unification might return us to the status quo ante bellum, and would be contrary to the Korean nation's desire. At that time, particularly, the US strongly considered the employment of nuclear weapons as one of the new strategies to cope with the Chinese invasion. The international effects of these casual remarks were realized almost at once. The British Prime Minister who had not wanted the expansion of war in the Far East, especially from the view point of the interest of NATO's security, visited Washington. so the conference had a very important meaning for the UN forces' new strategy. On the other hand, at the UN, on the 5th of December, the very day Truman and Attlee agreed to seek a cease-fire under UN auspices, a group of thirteen Asian and Arab states proposed to ask China and North Korea not to cross the 38th Parallel, and sounded out both sides about a cease fire along the 38th Parallel. The United States and the United Kingdom gave their assent, but China and North Korea gave no direct response. The CCF, who were securing the initiative of operation, were not agreeable with the proposal of the UN forces. The Untied Nation has tried to negotiate th peace plan between two sides from the December of 1950 and January of 1951. The Untied Nations' has achieved great results to negotiate for the peace plan on Korean peninsular after CCF's participation in Korean War. It's the results considering both the operation situation and political opinions.

지금까지의 통일에 대한 접근은 정치·경제·군사·외교를 통한 국가통일과 민족중심의 통일로 나누어 국가 정책적인 차원에서 이루어졌다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지금까지의 통일에 대한 진전은 보이지 못한다고 하겠다. 여기에 본 연구자는 지금까지의 통일에 대한 성찰을 통해 문화적 접근을 통한 통일을 병행할 필요가 있다고 보여진다. 특히 통일을 위한 다양한 의미와 가치를 담아내고 있는 한류는 한국의 대중문화로서 아시아를 넘어 전 세계로 그 영역이 확장되어 가고 있다. 이러한 상황에 북한도 예외일 수 없는 것이다. 그러므로 통일을 위한 한류의 가치와 의미를 통해 그 가능성을 살펴보는 것도 의미 있을 것이라 본다. 먼저 한류에 대한 남북한의 공유와 향유는 통일에 대한 새로운 동력으로 작용할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 기저에는 한류가 가지고 있는 동력으로서 민족적 정서가 남북한 사람들에게 문화적 공감대를 형성하게 해준다. 다음으로 민족적 정서가 반영된 한류의 문화는 치유의 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. 남북한의 한류 공감은 서로에 대한 민족적 자긍심을 높이고, 남북한의 분단된 상처를 치유하는 역할을 가능하게 할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 통한 공감은 통일에 대한 역량을 높인다고 하겠다. 마지막으로 한류는 남북한이 서로 공유하고 향유하면서 통일의 촉매제 역할을 할 수 있는 것이다. 한류의 경험을 통한 통일에 대한 역량을 높이는 계기가 되어 인류의 보편적인 행복을 지향하는 삶으로의 전환을 꿈꾸게 한다. 결국 통일은 사람을 위한 통일이어야 한다. 사람을 위한 통일은 누구나가 행복 할 수 있다는 인류 보편적인 정서를 내포하는 문화를 의미한다. 이러한 것을 가능성을 담아내고 있는 것이 한류인 것이다.
