사물주소는 공법 상 주소가 아니라는 점에서 행정력 측면의 차이는 분명히 존재하지만 위치표현이라는 측면에서는 오히려 도로명주소와 동일 또는 그 이상으로 더 유연하고 세밀하게 위치표현이 가능하므로 도로명주소와 함께 전 국토의 위치를 표현할 수 있도록 적절한 위치에 부여되고 관리될 수 있도록 개선되어야 한다. 기존 도로명주소법, 건축법, 주소정보기본도작성·관리규정 등의 관련 법령에 대한 분석결과를 토대로 도로명주소와 사물주소를 비교한 결과 사물주소체계가 가진 근원적인 한계가 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 크게 제도척 측면과 부여대상 측면으로 구분하여 사물주소 체계에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 제도적 측면으로는, 첫째 주소부여대상이라는 용어에 대한 명확한 정의와 함께 통일을 통해 상하위 법령의 개선이 필요하고, 둘째 건축법 상건물 중 거주에 사용되지 않는 시설물에는 사물주소로 통일하여 부여하며, 셋째 사물주소 부여대상을 지형지물의 유형별로 주소정보기본도의 등록사항을 구분함으로써 이종의 공공데이터와 연계 활용이 용이하도록 해야 한다. 부여대상 측면에서는, 첫째 특정 시설물에는 모두 사물주소가 부여되어 있다는 인식을 줄 수 있도록 해당 범주의 모든 시설물에 부여해야 하고, 둘째 아무런 시설물이 없어도 다수가 이용하는 장소에는 사물주소를 부여할 수 있도록 할 필요가 있다.

DASH(Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP) 기반의 다시점(Multi-view) 비디오 서비스는 여러 대의 카메라를 통해 획득한 다수의 영상 중에서 사용자가 선택한 영상이나 객체로 시점을 전환한다. 그러나 기존 DASH 기반의 다시점 비디오 서비스는 시점전환 이벤트가 발생하면 버퍼링 된 이전 비디오 영상의 모든 세그먼트를 소비한 후 새로운 비디오 영상을 재생하기 때문에 시점전환 시간이 오래 걸리는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 DASH 기반의 다시점 비디오 서비스에서 시점전환 지연 최소화를 위한 비디오 전송 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 시점전환 지연을 최소화하기 위해 GoP(Group of Pictures) 사이즈 조절을 통해 전환용 영상을 추가로 구성하고 대역폭 예측과 재생 버퍼 점유율을 기반으로 클라이언트 버퍼를 제어한다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안하는 기법이 시점전환 지연을 감소시키는 것을 확인하였다.

In the Nei Ching. the interrelation of Yin and Yang within the human body. based upon a perfect balance and a perfect mutual control. The affinity of Yin and Yang to each other was held to have a decisive influence upon man's health. Perfect harmony between the two primogenial elements meant health. Disharmony or undue preponderance of one element brought disease and death. The interrelation of Yin and Yang in the Nei Ching, had the organic view of the life. The world view of the harmony and balance in Nei Ching shows a unified world view that is symmetrical and in equibrilium in unity and conflict of opposite elements instead of combining with the closely related elements, namely, it is a fact that the life principle of the theory of Yin and Yang in Nei Ching is not the object of the killing and destroying for unity and conflict of opposite elements but the life cycle and life rule for the purpose of achieving the world of harmony, coexistence, and engendering via check and balance as well as confrontation between the opposite elements. In Nei Ching, like this, in the case where all of the antagonistic elements including the antagonism between You and Me, Yin and Yang affirm and tolerate each other, the organic view of the life in which the life of You and Me and the macrocosm is able to be maintained is suggested to the human being at a whole crisis.

최근 도시의 3차원 공간정보에 대한 필요성이 증가함에 따라 연직사진과 경사사진을 동시에 촬영하는 항공용 다각카메라에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기존의 지형공간정보는 주로 연직사진에 의존하지만 다각 카메라는 연직사진 뿐 아니라 사방에서 촬영된 경사사진도 함께 이용하므로 사용자가 대상물을 쉽게 판독할 수 있게 한다. 본 연구에서는 카메라시스템, GPS/INS, 촬영안내시스템, 제어시스템으로 구성된 다각사진촬영시스템 프로토타입을 개발하고, 실제 항공촬영에 통해 장비개발 시 고려해야 할 카메라 설치 각도, 동시촬영, 촬영시간지연, 저장 등에 대해 실험하였다.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the Korean adults' impressions of the SET(scientist-engineer-technician). The concept of impression is assumed to reflect our significant view of an object better than that of image. That is, the basic assumption is that we tend to behave toward an object, based on its impression which is conceived to be "significant." In September 1999, a national survey for 1,161 sampled adults was conducted to find the Korean general public's impressions of the SET. In addition, a sample of 206 SET persons were surveyed for comparison. Our major finding is that the Korean public has such a good impression that the SET contributes to advanced technology development and human well-being, is very smart and professional, and conducts research and experiment. Many other relevant things such as sources of impression and evaluations of SET professions were also surveyed. Finally, some policy-related implications based on survey results were presented at the end.t the end.

The Simple Virtual Environment (SVE) library is the application programming interface fur creating the virtual environment easily. Even though it has a lot of efficient features, applying transformation to absolutely positioned objects is difficult. In this paper, we designed a simple method with which it is possible to rotate the absolutely positioned object freely. To test the method, we designed a simple virtual environment. The environment is designed with people, street and building objects. To reduce time consumption of displaying high-detailed people models, we only used texture-based objects. The person objects are modeled as quadric-shape and textured with front-view images of people. To make more realistic environment, objects always change its orientation themselves following to the user location. The result and the testing environment will be demonstrated.

This paper presents an image-space algorithm to real-time collision detection, which is run completely by GPU. For a single object or for multiple objects with no collision, the front and back faces appear alternately along the view direction. However, such alternation is violated when objects collide. Based on these observations, the algorithm has been devised, and the implementation utilizes the state-of-the-art functionalities of GPU such as framebuffer objects(FBO), vertex buffer object(VBO) and occlusion query. The experimental results show the feasibility of GPU-intensive collision detection and its performance gain in real-time applications such as 3D games.

In this paper, we propose a new 3D object retrieval system using the shape information of 2D silhouette images. 2D images at different view points are derived from a 3D model and linked to the model. Shape feature of 2D image is extracted by a region-based descriptor. In the experiment, we compare the results of the proposed system with those of the system using curvature scale space(CSS) to show the efficiency of our system.

The CMIP(Common Management Information Protocol) and SNMP(Simple Network Management Network) are the two major network management protocols, Which nee to be integrated. Since the networks need to be managed in a uniform way, the CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) NE View is to develop as a Standard in the ATM Forum For the TMN management structure to integrate these two protocols. In this paper, the function classes are defined to develop the gateway for efficient subnetwork management. The function classes are defined based on the analysis of EMS functions which are mainly network management design of the TMN structure. Also, the object models of the SMI)(Structure of Management Information) in SNMP and the GDMO(Guidelines for the Definition of Managed Objects) in CMIP are developed way direct translation and abstract translation. The integrated management system design, information model translation of EMS using classdefinition, is efficient is efficient method to interconnect CORBA/SNMP and CORBA/CMIP.

Texture provides an important source of information about the local orientation of visible surfaces. An important task that arises in many computer vision systems is the reconstruction of three-dimensional depth information from two-dimensional images. The surface orientation of texel is classified by the Artificial Neural Network. The classification method to recognize the shape of 3D object with artificial neural network requires less developing time comparing to conventional method. The segmentation problem is assumed to be solved. The surface in view is smooth and is covered with repeated texture elements. In this study, 3D shape reconstruct using interpolation method.
