In this paper, IoT based thermal sensor data and image sensor integrated environmental monitoring system for ship, and it is the monitoring system which can process and transmit the Full HD IP camera image and thermal data transmitted from the thermal module for processing and transmitting, and the viewer S/W is to be developed which provides in real time the information for actual surrounding temperature together with the image, and enables fire prediction which was impossible in the case of the existing equipment by estimating the temperature change as the thermal image is added to the image camera, and saves and analyzes all data while receiving the temperature data and image signal transmitted from the integrated thermal sensor environmental monitoring equipment for ship and displaying them as 2D on the monitoring system.

The data broadcasting service, which is growing remarkably today, provides viewers with useful information as well as high quality video and audio. Service information is a kind of additional data that contains a wide range of information such as channel list and/or program title. Each service information is transmitted in the form of a table. And most standard committees have specified their own table list used for carrying the service information. Consequently, It causes incompatibility among services that each broadcast operators produce because the tables that they use differ from each other. In this paper, we propose a general-purpose service information processing system for an integrated data broadcasting middleware that is compatible with heterogenous broadcasting environments. The system is able to change its target table list dynamically without any code modification. Futhermore, we also adopted a thread pool model for efficient parsing and event dispatching.

Current paradigm of industrial security is changing into the effective operation and management from simple establishment of security equipments. If the physical security system(entry control system, video security system, etc.) and the IT integrated security control system are conversed, it makes us possible to prevent, disrupt and track afterwards the insider's information leakage through the risk and security management of enterprise. That is, Without the additional expansion of the existing physical security and IT security manpower, the establishment of systematic conversion security management process in a short time is possible and can be expected the effective operation of professional organization system at all times. Now it is needed to build up integrated security management system as an individual technique including the security event collection and integrated management, the post connected tracking management in the case of security accident, the pattern definition and real time observation of information leakage and security violation, the rapid judgement and response/measure to the attempt of information leakage and security violation, the establishment of security policy by stages and systematically and conversion security.

In this paper, we designed manufactured and design an integrated interface control unit that has compatibility with brightness control unit, color control unit, and existing control unit. As the implementation method the standard of DVI/HDMI transmission method is applied to the data transmission method, and the Sil 1169 IC is used as the applied IC. Brightness control is programmed to have eight levels of brightness control using the AT89C2051. Also, EPM240T100C5 IC was used for image and dimming data processing. As a result, it is compatible with the control unit using the DVI/HDMI transmission method manufactured by each company and can reproduce clear high quality full HD video according to the surrounding brightness through the full color LED display system.

With high speed communication network and supplement of high quality multimedia devices, large demand of multimedia service stimulates digital signing industry to step forward to new opportunities. But in order to provide competitive quality services, Integrated management system is required. Digital signs use technologies such as LCD, LED and Projection to display content such as digital images, video, streaming media, and information. Digital signs rely on a variety of hardware to deliver the contents. The components of a typical digital sign installation include one or more display screens, one or more media players, and a content management server for each player. To improve the existing high cost and less efficient management system, this paper suggest cost effective Integrated Digital Signage Management System with the results of analysis of existing system. Also this paper presents an actual implementation on entertainment company to evaluate the suitability, to prove the result of superior performance of proposed system.

This paper proposes hardware architecture of HEVC (high efficiency video coding) CABAC (context-based adaptive binary arithmetic coding) binarizer. The proposed binarizer was designed and implemented as an independent module that can be integrated into HEVC CABAC encoder. It generates each bin string of each syntax element in a single cycle. It consists of controller module, TU (truncated unary binarization) module, TR (truncated Rice binarization) module, FL (fixed length binarization) module, EGK (k-th order exp-Golomb coding) module, CALR (coeff_abs_level_remaining) module, QP Delta (cu_qp_delta_abs) module, Intra Pred (intra_chroma_pred_mode) module, Inter Pred (inter_pred_idc) module, and Part Mode (part_mode) module. The proposed binarizer was designed in Verilog HDL, and it was implemented in 45 nm technology. Its operating speed, gate count, and power consumption are 200 MHz, 1,678 gates, and 50 uW, respectively.

The control rod drive mechanisms in a reactor head are arranged too narrow for a human worker to approach. Moreover, the working environment is in high radiation area. In order to inspect defections in the surfaces of the reactor head and welding parts, a visual inspection device that can approach such a narrow and high radiation area is required. This paper introduces a tele-operated mobile robot for visual inspection of a reactor head, which has pan/tilt camera, fixed rear camera, ultrasonic collision detection system, and so on. Moreover, the host controller and digital video logging system are developed and integrated control software is also developed. The robot is operated by a wireless control, which gives flexibility for the inspection.

현재 인터넷 스트리밍 기술과 그 시장은 날로 발전하고 있으며 사용자들의 멀티미디어 데이터에 대한 요구 사항인 시간적 신뢰성과 데이터의 질이 점점 다양해지고 있으며 그 요구사항을 보장 해 주기를 요구를 하고 있다. 인터넷 스트리밍 서비스는 영상과 유사한 트래픽을 가지며 이러한 트래픽 소스를 지금의 시간에 가변적인 인터넷 망에서 전송하기 때문에 손실과 지연, 지터등이 가변적으로 발생하는 문제를 가지고 있다. 그 이유는 현재의 인터넷 트래픽에게 최선 서비스(best-effort service)만을 제공하기 때문이며 비디오 데이터는 가변적이며 매우 높은 트래픽의 특징을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 이를 극복하기 위해 네트 워크 계층에서는 종합서비스(Intserv : Integrated Service), 차별서비스(Diffserv : Different Service)등특정한 트래픽의 스트림에게는 일정한 대역폭을 보장하는 개념으로 자원 예약 프로토콜이 연구되어 지고 있으며 비디오 계층에서는 비디오의 보다 효율적인 전송을 위하여 하나의 영상정보를 다중의 Layer로 구성하여 부호화하는 계층부호화에 대하여 MPEG(moving Picture Expert Group)에서 많은 연구가 진행되어왔다. 이러한 두 계층의 노력을 감안하여 특정 비디오 스트림에 대하여 예약 프로토롤을 사용하여 보다 효율적인 전송 시스템을 제안하며 그 성능을 객관적인 평가기준인 PSNR을 사용하여 평가하고 지연, 지터, 손실의 분포 빈도등을 사용자의 요구 사항을 만족시키는 서비스 방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

Recently in telecommunication, BISDN ( Broadband Integrated Service Digital Network ) has received considerable attention for its capability of providing a common interface for future communication needs including voice, data and video. Since all information in BISDN are statistically multiplexed and are transported in high speed by means of discrete units of 53-octet ATM ( asynchronous Transfer Mode ) cells, appropriate traffic control needs. For traffic shaping of voice, the output cell discarding scheme has been proposed. We analyze the scheme with a MMPP/$D_1$, $D_2$/1/B queueing system to obtain performance measures such as loss probability and waiting time distribution.

다양한 정보들을 디지털화하여 여러 형태의 미디어로 표현함으로 인해 정보의 저장과 관리가 어렵고 이로 인해 자료의 처리효율이 떨어지거나 상호 교환과 편집 등이 용이하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 동영상 강의를 효율적으로 처리하기 위해 주 제어기, 어휘분석기, 마우스 및 구문 분석기, 변수 테이블, 명령어 관리기, 수치함수 관리기, 변수 관리기, 스크립터 편집기, 스크립터 브라우저 등을 체계적으로 정립하여 다양한 미디어 매체를 하나의 파일형식으로 변환함으로서 동영상 강의 시스템에서 미디어 자료 관리를 원활하게 하고, 미디어의 처리속도와 시스템의 부하를 줄이는 미디어 통합모듈의 알고리즘을 설계하고 구현한다.
